my sales person (Deb) is top notch, she knows her products inside, and out! she explained the whole process from start to finish, and everything happened exactly as she said it would( very impressive). the installers showed up on time, explained to me what they we're going to accomplish that day.(it was a 2 day project) they we're very respectful of my house, didn't leave any kind of mess. the people i had contact with in the office were very understanding when i had to cancel the first install appointment because i didn't have power! the whole Champion team was very easy to work with, and i will be definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs window replacement! by the way the window (10 of them ) and 2 sliding glass doors look amazing!!! thank you to the whole Champion team!

We have not chosen who we will use to replace several windows. We were impressed with the quality of Champion Windows and the sales person, Greg, was very informative and direct with his presentation. The number was a little higher than we were expecting but have heard pricing on all home repairs/ upgrades have gone up in the past couple of years. Mariah was great. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She made several estimates for different options and broke down the deals. It is expensive but for the amount of window we're doing and the quality, it' not bad. Will definitely use them again when it's time to replace the front door. I also got a quote from another big name company and while they were great and knowledgeable, for me Champion is the better option.

We bought a house that has Champion windows throughout. The double-hung windows are great for easy cleaning, but one of them had a broken seal with moisture inside. I tried literally for months to get anyone at Champion to respond. I was ready to buy a replacement window and left a phone message saying so. They never got back to me, email or phone. They never answer their phone so the best you can do is leave a message. Have they gone out of business? Or is it a customer service issue? Maybe they'll sell you a full set of windows but good luck trying to get their attention for one broken window.

When I purchased my home years ago, the first thing I wanted to do was replace the aluminum windows. As a single mother, I could not afford to replace all 9 windows. I decided to replace the windows 3 at a time. I purchased the first 3 windows from Champion 14 years ago. Hands down, I have been very satisfied with the overall quality and performance of the windows. A rock from my neighbor's weed-wacking broke the glass on one of the windows that is covered by the warranty! I could not be happier!!! Today, I purchased 3 additional windows and look forward to the upcoming installation date.

Review addon: 1/12/2023: Can I add an additional star? The windows actually arrived early, but we need to push back installation until after the new year. The initial bid quoted a 7-10 day install, but the sales rep was adamant it wouldn't take that long. When the install was scheduled they said 3 days. The workers showed up at the time they said and worked quickly and efficiently. So efficiently they finished in 2.5 days. 31 windows in 2.5 days - no complaints. The team was respectful of our property, laid down floor coverings, swept up each day, and cleaned up outside as well. I don't plan on needing windows any time soon, but I will gladly refer Champion Windows. _______________________________________________________________ We have a large, old house with a ton of windows (31). Knowing it would be expensive, we held off for a while even getting an estimate. Champion was our first (and only) call. A sales rep (Aja) came out, walked the property, measured the windows then sat us down to explain the benefits of using them. It was long (1.5hrs) but informative. She gave us our color options and what the price would be for different styles of window. They said they are likely 10 weeks out from installation - I'll update my review afterwards. But as of now...5 stars.

Joe came out and did a great job on his sales presentation. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I would have liked to see him be more flexible with his presentation timing, I was expecting an hour visit, it ended up being over an hour even when I made it clear I needed to wrap up the meeting. They presented very nice products and showed several tests to support the quality of their products. In the end, the products were more expensive than we expected but they were able to offer some special pricing deals which was nice. I will have to discuss with my husband before we decide if we move forward with Champion or not.

His presentation was very informative and I learned a tremendous amount about the differences between Champion Windows and others. The construction and attention to detail with their product is fantastic. Also great not having to go through all the steps you would have to with a Home Depot product. They deliver straight from their manufacturer. Champion’s warranty is for lifetime and you can’t beat that! Kudos to Bron!

Aja was friendly and easy to work with and helped us to get a great deal on what we needed including an upgrade to a garden window I love! It took quite a few months between order and installation, but with the current supply issues and what not, we expected it and it was no issue. The install team was fantastic and cleaned up. Mike, the coordinator was extremely responsive and easy to work with. HERE'S THE IMPORTANT PART: For the last two years summer has been unbearable in my home, even with two ACs and great pump running. The windows were just letting all the heat in. These last two 90* days my house has stayed in the 70s with just one portable AC!!! These windows are with their price in electricity savings and comfortability! 10/10 - good deal and great quality!

Dianne Laine came to my house and gave us in-depth explanation of the window performance. We discussed the construction of the windows, installation and warranty. She demonstrated how the different style windows allowed heat threw them and how the champion 365 keep the heat/cold out/in the house. Dianne was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Champion of Seattle is a window and door company that also does other work surrounding windows and doors, like glass, repairs and installation. They have very affordable prices, a financing option if you want to stretch out your payments, and your normal choices of windows and doors that are out there. Greg helped us out and was fantastic. He was very receptive, was an active listener (which is tough these days with sales), and actually paid attention to my facial expressions and body language enough to understand my opinions on the products he was showing us. He came out a few times to make sure it was all correct, walked us through every step, gave us copies of the information while making sure to explain it, and took his time doing all of this. He even tried to take our dog for a joy ride in his car, and didn't even try to kick him! Would definitely recommend Greg to help you hear out some options for your window replacements.

Greg W was amazing, and he didn’t clog the toilet like the last window guy. Sure, he used a LOT of paper, but knew how to make it work. He came in and helped us out with options we didn’t know much about, then sealed the deal with his charm and fantastic smell. A true man of honor and sophistication. I knew nothing about windows, and after Greg brainwashed us, all I can think about is 96% argon. I was a bit wary when inviting a window sales person in to our home as I’ve heard they can make you long for the company of a used car salesman. But not Greg, he sold us exactly what we were looking for and didn’t pressure us at all on stuff we didn’t want. We stuck to our budget and we’re very happy with our purchase. He even showed us options that we are excited to have. Champion should be proud of Greg, perhaps even naming a window after him. Who wouldn’t want a double hung Greg?!?! Thank you Greg W and Champion windows. We are very impressed by your product, warranty and honesty. We WILL be replacing all the windows in our house with Champion in the near future.

I had Greg W come out for the initial estimate (late Feb 2022) to replace an existing French door patio exit with a sliding glass patio door for more usability because the original builders apparently had never entertained anyone in a house ever so the door looked nice, but wasn't very usable (among a bunch of other things I've discovered about the house that make zero sense or were just done by sub-sub-sub contractors who don't really care if something is usable or not). Greg came and gave an estimate for the project I wanted done and although I will admit the build quality of Champion isn't quite as good as Andersen windows, they were also 50% of the cost & I would say that the quality is at least 70% as good if not better. That's a good enough trade off for me. Also helps that my parents had used Champion windows for their home in MN before too so the quality of the installed windows I've seen before. Greg W offered me a great price for the project and didn't punch my dog, which is a huge plus. Champion windows were able to come and do the installation of the new door in about a month (end of March 2022), which is a great turnaround time for the current supply chain issues everyone is facing. Installation was good, work area was well protected and cleaned up after everything was said and done.

Communication is absolutely terrible. I don't know the status of an order still, and the person who was supposed to contact me "within 48 hours" for installation and more info didn't do so. How am I supposed to get this replacement window installed? Update: finally got a hold of someone and scheduled the installation. Hoping that will be without issues. Update 2: Installer came by and replaced the window in about two minutes. Updating my review to reflect this very pleasant resolution.

What amazing customer service and product. the windows come out where you can actually clean the window seal! no gross clumps of dirt and grime. My wife and I were really happy with our sales representative "Greg." His willingness to take the time (overtime) to make sure we reviewed all options to satisfy our "scenarios" comfortably. We look forward to the upcoming stages of our project. The price is right and based on input from some friends who worked with the Champion team in the past, we are confident future posts will be positive even in these trying times (yes, he was conscientious about wearing his mask, following social guidelines and making sure we minimized any contact during the 4 hour presentation).

Today at 12:34 PM We used Champion windows for replacement windows of the whole house. We have been very pleased with our choice, what a difference to the old aluminum type! They installed very quickly, efficiently and did great cleanup work. They guarantee everything from the mosquito netting to broken windows. We called them out once after installation to tighten one of the mosquito netting on one of the windows as it appeared that they did not tighten enough. They came out within a couple days and did that fix with no problem. We have had these window going on second year now with no problems. We had a few companies come quote and felt that most of them were overpriced and tried the hard sell, which we did not like.

The sales agent was quite good but failed to mention the thickness of the windows (3.5 inches) would be a problem for our wood window blinds. We did not want the blinds to be pushed out, or the windows sticking out of the wall too far. They agreed to cancel the contract and refund the 50% deposit, though it took couple phone calls and about 2 weeks to get the refund. Windows look all right, but watch out for the thickness and ask about how they would be installed before you sign the contract.
