New windows can be the "jewelry" of your home! This week we used Andy's Glass for the second time having new windows installed. Last year we installed a single bathroom window and had such a great experience, not to mention how it enhanced our decor - we came back for 10 more windows. Our installers Kyle, Trevor and Hugo were awesome. They arrived on team, were extremely friendly and informative throughout the day, and provided excellent workmanship. In fact our whole process with Andy's Glass on both occasions was excellent - from phone and email interactions to the final install and instructions for care and maintenance. I also feel that their price was fair and honest. You truly get what you pay for. I'm proud to support a local business and not get caught up in the hype of national advertising campaigns and go after price alone as the only driver. I feel confident that if I ever had an issue with one of my windows, Andy's would be there to support the warranty and help me resolve any issues. My windows are Milgard windows which are known in the industry to be one of the best brands out there.

Our shower enclosure was damaged by the years of hard-water deposits and we decided to budget to have it replaced. After seeing four contractors we decided to go with Andy's Glass and Window since they were not the most expensive, but had an option we like much better than the cheaper bid. Hugo and Brian came early to our home and waiting as to not disturb us until our 8:30AM appointment time. Once the appointment started they immediately went to work on replacing our shower enclosure. They did a great job cleaning up the areas they used and a great job with the enclosure. Their work I would rate as 5 stars. I did take a star off for the company. It took a long time to get call backs and to get our initial estimate. We started to go with a different contractor as we began to feel the company was not interested in our project. Once we were contacted everything seemed to roll smoothly and we decided to use Andy's Glass and Windows. So far we are happy with the choice and very happy with the results.

My dog broke one of the windows in our kitchen from the outside. The technician was very professional and their services were very affordable. The installation was easy and quick. Even had a difficulty and I could not remove my shutters on my own the technician was very nice and took it off and put back on once finished. All new windows in my house November 2020. Eight windows and two sliders. I love them, they are beautiful. The installers were very professional and tidy. I went with Milgard windows. Decent price. Don't waste your time with Anderson Windows unless you want to pay triple the price. They are breakout versus inserts, but still come on, way too expensive for Anderson. Now need to paint home 🏡 to finish off.

On each occasion I have found their quality to be unsurpassed, and their response to what ever crisis I've created prompt and reliable. Honest, competitive, accurate, and trustworthy are just a few words I'd use to describe their approach to customer service. I'd probably include friendly, helpful and courteous as a few more. Being a fixture in the Murrieta, Temecula Valley is one thing, but you don't remain in business as as long as they have unless you're committed to a higher standard than others while maintaining an affordable price. I have always found working with Andy's has left me with the confidence that the job was done right and at a fair price!

We were very happy with Andy's Glass and how professional and easy the process was. We replaced 13 windows and the installers were very professional and we appreciated their attention to detail. Not only did they touch up the stucco around the windows, but also fixed a small patch they noticed and even asked if we had touch up paint to finish the job (which we did)! This review isn't on the materials itself, although we are extremely happy and love our new windows, it is on the installation crew that performed the work. Ralph, Manny, and Miguel B. are top notch installers, they did a great job installing and left the job site like you never even knew they were there. I’m very satisfied! Andy’s was recommended to me by the tile setter who remodeled our son and daughter-in-law’s bathroom we gave to them as a wedding gift for their newly purchased older home. I’m glad I read the reviews AFTER I hired them because there was a review that I thought was very bad, but I was happy because my appointment was moved up and I got the unhappy person’s appointment time! I was going to write a review right then to refute the person’s review and thank them for their time slot but I thought I’d wait until the whole project was completed, hoping things wouldn’t “go south” and happily it didn’t! It couldn’t have turned out any better! Andy’s customer service gals Michelle and Skyler were very nice and professional and the gentleman who came to give my estimate as well as the gentlemen who did the installation of the frameless shower door. They were very accommodating, I thought I would have to cancel the day of the installation but Andy’s was able to help me keep my scheduled time. We had a slider dog door Installed, and it turned out great. The glass dog door itself is very good quality. The installer Jake was awesome. Unfortunately, we had to wait much longer than promised, due to our first dog door glass frame arriving to Andy’s Glass damaged in shipping. These things happen sometimes in shipping, and is not Andy’s Glass fault. We were told by Stephanie the office manager, that Andy’s glass would keep us updated during the extra weeks of wait time, but I ended up having to call them after no call back (twice). We would’ve appreciated better communication and perhaps a discount for our patience and the inconvenience for this very expensive glass piece that took over two months to be installed after paying for half the cost initially. However, that was not offered. So for those reasons, although I’d love to rate my experience 5 stars, I cannot, since this was our first experience with Andy’s Glass. We did receive an apology though, for what it’s worth, and the response from Stephanie below. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone & the installers were kind & professional. I might give them another try in the future.

Excellent company. They just replaced our original contractor grade sliding patio door with a beautiful Milgard french door. We got a couple estimates and they were similar bottom line but Andy's was installing a more expensive Milgard door and had a lower cost indicated for the actual installation so it was like getting a better door for less. The process leading up to the installation was perfect and they even called and fit our install in early after they had a cancellation. Our installers Arnold and Jerome were on time, careful and professional. They went over every inch of the install like they were detailing an Italian sports car and made the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Great job! I couldn't recommend Andy's more highly!

A representative came out and measured for window and door replacements, also making suggestions and this was helpful. The slider door frame was a "French Door" look, with thicker borders, which was a great option. The office personnel were friendly and helpful when ordering the windows and doors, and were able to get through a bump in the road so to speak, as originally they did not think both doors could be made to order (re the thicker borders) due to the size differences, but it all worked out with a call they made to Millgard. Problem solved and lesson being, always ask, and then ask again. As far as installation went, Rene and Arnold were the main installers, and two other installers helped on the first of two days. They arrived on time, were careful and the install went very well. Rene and Arnold paid great attention to detail, and everything seems to be working well, and looks great. Thanks.

Jennifer was always very helpful with all of our quotes, and the entire staff makes you feel like you really are important. High quality, professional service. I needed a new sliding shower door. I chose Andy's over another company based on their reputation and time in business. When they came to install, it turned out that the supplier had sent the wrong frame for the glass. Unfortunately, my old shower enclosure had already been removed. After getting 2 other quotes from local businesses I decided to go with Andy’s glass for the job. Jordan came out to do the estimate and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the end result. I went with Milgard windows and doors and they very high quality. Many companies could have installed the Milgard products, but what confirmed that Andy’s glass was a very solid company were my dealings with the owner, Mike. During installation we ran into a little bump in the road and Mike was immediately available to me to make sure that I was going to be a happy, satisfied customer. Throughout the process both Mike and Jordan were responsive and attentive. It can be difficult to find a company that does exactly what they promise they are going to do and Andy’s Glass did that and more. Throughout this process Mike earned my trust and respect. We just had our sliders and windows replaced. It took two days start to finish and these guys did a fantastic job. Their prices are very reasonable and a lot less than we expected. The demo and installation was a seamless process as they progressed along. What I can really appreciate was the level of detail that was put into all phases of the process, re-verification of the dimensions of each window before removal, ensuring proper alignment prior to securing the windows and sliders in place. The level of care that was taken for cleanliness was such you wouldn't know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new windows and sliders. These guys did not take any short cuts at any point or time. Everyone in the crews were very polite, extremely professional and very pleasant. Angel quoted me a price and said work could begin as soon as I gave him the ok. With a thumbs up, away he went to work. Angel was "super" professional, courteous, and very diligent.
