Had a great experience with Window World. Replaced 3 slider doors and a window. Prices were reasonable and they were one of the few companies who actually returned my calls. Sliders were ready for install a few months earlier than expected. Installers did a good job. Love new windows. Slide easy. Highly recommend.

Summary: respectful, hard working, timely, clean install, good product. No complaints so far 6 months after install. Doug, the salesman, was fantastic and very enjoyable to interact with. He always answered the phone and any questions I had. We ordered during covid and things were backed up. When we initially ordered things were out 6 months. When 4-5 months came around they said it would be even longer than 6 months. It was making me nervous that they kept pushing it back because there were some other reviews that complained about this and having trouble working it out. I kept my trust in them and they delivered. I called and told them it was making me nervous and they were understanding. They even hired back an old crew they used to work contract installs out to(i believe) to catch up on work and they were able to install our windows about 7 months after we ordered (only one month behind, despite saying it might be 8 or more months). I was very pleased with their efforts to try to speed things up and their respectful communication throughout. Install team: very pleasant and respectful. We ordered 12 windows (all windows in the house) and they got it done in a day and didn't take shortcuts. They look great and clean. Very nice, hard working guys. Product: we have had it for about 6 months now and they are great so far. Protect so much better from sound on the busy street we are on and utility bills have decreased as well compared to last year. We will see how they hold up with time. Very good price for the quality compared to other companies i quoted out.

I bought all new windows and a slider years ago. I had a problem with the lock mechanism on the slider. I called thinking I would have to buy the part. But it was covered under warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. They came out within a week and switched the parts out and it work very smoothly now. Thanks Window World!

We had our New Doors Installed 2 Days Ago and could not be more PLEASED! They are BEAUTIFUL! I keep just staring at them because they look SO NICE! We were not expecting them to be ready until the end of the month into the next so PLEASANTLY SURPRISED they were ready early! SO WORTH THE WAIT! EVERYONE has been PHENOMENAL! From my first call talking to JESSICA. JASON coming out to our home for the bid and follow up, ZACH for the final measure and NEFI, MICHAEL and TAGE who installed our doors! We had gotten bids from others and WINDOW WORLD had the BEST PRICE and QUALITY for our needs. Our odd sized doors have needed to be replaced since we moved to our home almost 8 years ago. Wish we would have done this sooner! YOU ARE THE BEST!

We had all our windows replaced twelve years ago. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and the competitive pricing from the beginning. Recently, we had to replace one window and I was worried about whether the warranty would be honored after over a decade. There was nothing to worry about! The company was professional and easy to work with. They consistently reached out to keep us updated with the status of the replacement window since manufacturing times were a little longer than usual in the current environment. When Woody came out to install the window he was kind, friendly, and fast. Our new window looks so clear and fits perfectly. Thanks for such a great experience! I needed three windows replaced due to water intrusion. Called a few places and they were rather expensive. Called Window World. There was no upsell, just an informative chat of what they offer. The price was unbeatable. The product is top quality. The installation crew, Nefi and Jaden did a great job. Then I called for front and rear door replacement. Same quality product and installation, with the same two installers. Next, I'm replacing the rest of the windows and one more door. Window World is my one stop shop for doors and windows. I received nothing for this review.

We had 6 windows replaced yesterday, and we were pretty concerned about having it done in the middle of winter, but the installation went like clockwork. The installers, Kevin & Eric were here on time and had 2 windows replaced within 1/2 hour. We were really happy with their work and they were very pleasant. They even vacuumed and dusted before they left. And the new windows are amazing. Excellent quality. Thanks!

I had 7 windows installed by Window World Last week. They not only beat out all the competitors price wise but it was actually cheaper than doing it myself! The worked with my deadline so i could still take my vacation which no one else could do. The install was done in 3-4 hrs including an 8 foot window in the living room and a 5 x5 foot window in the master bedroom. They were also able to preserve the trim on the outside of the house which saved me a lot of money. The house is warmer with the heat running less than before. I am amazed how quiet it is in my house. I could not be more pleased with quality of the windows (they look great!) as well as the installation (so fast). I don't write reviews much but I wanted to share my experience. The regret I have is i should have done the windows 3 yrs ago! Thank you very much Window World.

Had 10 windows installed and a sliding glass door on Wednesday January 3rd.. Yes January the downfall is it was a little cold in the house while they worked but they did an amazing job! They completed the job in one day and we love love these windows! The installers where very nice and professional and worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with the outcome! Seriously the best service ever! We were impressed by the product and price. When it came to installation the guys were great. Friendly, fast and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were awesome. If I hadn't replaced all my windows I would use them again!

We have loved their windows and it has made a big difference in our utility bills. Unfortunately I broke the glass in one of the windows - completely my fault. When I called to order a replacement and to find out how much it would be, they said it would be covered under the warranty. I clarified that it was my fault and they confirmed it would be covered - that it would be in in about 2 weeks and they would come out to install it. Great customer service!

These windows are AWESOME! Those that work at Window World are very friendly and courteous. We did all our upstairs windows and it was a night and day difference from the old Aluminum windows! Not only were they more energy efficient, but provide great sounds proofing as well! When the windows came in, they installed them next day and the techs that came to install them were very professional and very efficiently installed the windows! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs new windows.

A company as great as this is a rare find these days. I've had different services companies in and out of my house over the years and gone round with getting work complete or speaking to any over the phone but not with Window World. They are always so responsive to phone calls usually contacting me before even have to call. The guys who came out to do the work on our doors left my wife happy with the work and comfortable having them in our home. The salesman who came over to give us a quote was very straight forward and offered advice but didnt make us feel pressured at all. All around great experience, they all work efficiently as a team at this company.

I am so pleased with my windows. The installers, Jayden and Neffy, did a wonderful job. They were an excellent representative of their company. I did find a tear in one of the screens, but they returned a few days later and took care of it. Jayden and Neffy did their job quickly and efficiently. The 2 guys that installed the windows are amazing, Good and positive attitudes they worked as a team to get the job done very polite and very respectful and very hard working men. i like how you guys work as a team to get the job done. I had SEVEN other quotes before choosing Window World. They were no nonsense and honest. The price was reasonable and the timeline was what i expected. I only gave four stars because of a mix up between the salesman and the warehouse. Window world corrected the challenge and gave me beautiful windows. The installers were friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend Window world again to anybody.

I had windows replaced 20 years ago, and even though the windows had a life time warranty, that supplier did not honor the written guarantee. So when I looked for new replacement windows, Window World had hands down the best built windows. Due to the high demand and some personnel issues, it did take longer than expected. I will say it was worth the wait time. And I respect a company who helps take care of an employee in need. So I highly recommend Window World and their windows. 9 windows replaced, and everyone of the is a noticeable difference. Thanks Window World. Being a home owner at some point you have to replace items that are worn. After searching and recieving expensive bids I had put new windows off for some time. I had come across Window World Utah for another try at the costly replacement only to be over pleased with the presentation of those who represent your company. From the first visit to discuss your product to the installers which are sometimes over looked. Chris Anderson and Cameron were prompt day of install. With the amount of windows our install took two days. The respect and courtesy of each day your installers were here and care of our home and my large flowers beds were greatly appreciated. The clean up was awesome and the install was point on. We are very pleased with the new windows. The people in the office were very helpful as they told us about the windows. The person who came to our house to give us cost estimate came out just a few days after we first contacted the company. Two other companies we contacted could not even came out to look at our house for more than a month. The men who installed the new windows did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with the new windows and the price was about half of the price quoted by another company.

I love my new windows, they are very easy to open and clean. I'm looking forward to being cooler in summer and warmer in winter. The office staff was very nice and helpful. My salesman and the installers were all great guys, worked quickly and neatly. When there was a problem with the storm door, the owner of the company came out himself to come up with a solution to fix it. I'm recommending Window World to all my neighbors, and I just talked to the Utah Power guy that came to my house. He admired my windows and said that he also needed new windows. I told him to call Window World.

Other companies were trying to charge me anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 for just 8 windows but Window World only charged me 3800 for all 8 and they are the same windows that all the other companies showed me. Best deal ever. We would also like to thank Woody and his son who came out and installed our window. Not only were they nice but they did an amazing job. Love the new look of my home. Most bang for your buck. I researched for monthd before replacimg all the windows on my house and these guys were the best value. Customer service: I had an issue during the installation process, I let the company know and they took quick action to correct the situation. The owner was understanding and very easy to work with. A little disappointed. You guys were doing an install on our neighbors house, and as fate would have it a large bird flew into one of our windows smashing the glass. I walked over and said, hey can we get a bid on this window? Could we pay you guys to remove that glass? Nope. Can’t give you a bid, can’t remove the glass but call us and we can come out... no thank you. Missed opportunity to make a customer.
