We had a blown out hatch window and needed a quick replacement to leave on another trip on Wednesday. I called them Monday and they got us in Tuesday. Thanks goodness because there was heavy rain starting Wednesday. They worked nicely with State Farm and were quick and friendly. The downtown location was convenient for us. They also replaced the windshield (had a three foot crack) at the same time in under three hours.

This was a great experience! Even though I showed up nearly an hour before my appointment, they kindly worked me in. Everyone in the office that I spoke with was extremely helpful and pleasant. The glass repair process was cleary explained, all my questioned were thoroughly answered, and the repair was done super-quick, yet very professionally. I highly recommend this Safelite location! When my new car needed a windshield replacement I imagined it would be an ordeal. But Safelite made it easy. From easy online scheduling to professional and prompt work by technician Victor, what I thought would be difficult, became a seamless process. Driving there was the only effort I had to put in. They took care of everything and gave me a next day appointment which i couldn't get anywhere else nearby. Before I say anything about my experience really great people work there! Booked an appointment through my insurance company for a windshield replacement. Brad, the technician found some damage on my sun roof. They worked with my insurance company, after i gave the insurance a call and then they found a replacement part all within an hour WHILE in the process of replacing my windshield. Everything was done super fast. I doubt any place in town could have gotten everything taken care of in the time they did. Chris and Brad were such a pleasure to work with. Really great spot to get window work done. Edit: Came back again for a small chip repair they had it ready very quickly and hassle free

Fabulous service!!!! Brad came out and inspected the broken windshield and explained several things he would do to help the new windshield withstand future chips/cracks. The car was vacuumed and the dash was wiped down when we got the car back. Great experience.

Had my car broken into and got the passenger window smashed in. I was able to get a quote and schedule online super easily the morning after it happened. I priced-compared with one other place and found the prices to be pretty similar so I went with them because they could get me in sooner. Ended up paying $265 after tax for passenger window replacement. They called and asked if I could drop it off early and they had it finished before my original appt time. I dropped off the car off absolutely full of broken glass and they vacuumed like 98% out. They're window repair, not car detailers, so I appreciate how much glass they were able to get out. Window looks good, it's clean, works like it used to, service was fast, and everyone was nice.

Daniel the mobile service gentleman that came out was great. He let us know that there may be an issue with rust because if the year if my truck. But he was willing to see and check things out. Lucky there was no rust. He was good at his job and very professional. If I ever have to use safelight again I would do so and ask for him again. Great job and the prices are decent. The location that we went to was on 6200 s and bangerter highway.

Solid window replacement, thank you for your hard work. My only complaint is that there was still broken glass in "unconventional" areas (I got broken into, so glass was everywhere) but there was a shocking amount of glass on my dashboard, in areas of my windshield, and more. My windows automatic up&down (pressing either up or down slightly and having the window roll all the way up or down on its own) function no longer works, either. I am satisfied with the new window, but still left with some more work to do on my own.

I have always had outstanding experiences with this shop but on Saturday Brad truly went above and beyond the call of duty. As soon as the doors opened he was slammed with appointments, plenty of walk-ins and even a semi with a huge busted windshield and a hot load that HAD to get back on the road. Brad took it all in stride and helped me with my window on my beloved Dakota. A co-worker referred to him as the "Glass Whisperer" and it is for sure true. Brad and his crew represent something I rarely see these days, true commitment to a quality customer service experience. I won't go anywhere else for my glass and this excellence should be recognized.

Half of my new glass was installed perfectly. The other half had glue leaking all over the side. They were able to remove the glue after letting it sit a couple days to cure. However, the removal of the glue caused damage all along that side panel where the glue was leaked. I expect my brand new vehicle to be treated much better then this. After following feedback to schedule a warranty appointment online the system could not find my account information and gave me a phone number to call. After calling the phone number I got an automated message saying they couldn't schedule appointments online right now and no one could answer my call about log in information... Once I went through my insurance to get a direct line to make another appointment the appointment was not made at the location that the glass was installed. Once I did take it to that location the guy helping me was incredibly understanding and resolved the issue very quickly. Updated the star rating to reflect.

I've had two windshield chips and one entire window completely shattered and Safelite has always been incredibly helpful. I've always been satisfied with my repairs, which are always done in a timely manner. The people at the front desk are really friendly. Also, last time I went to fix my windshield chip, they also vacuumed my car and washed it for me. I was so happy with their service! To top it off, they gave me a free glass cleaner! Great service, and totally recommended.

I've never had a mobile service before, but it was wonderful that they came to my home to replace my front windshield. Easy to make appointment on-line for same day service. They completed the work within the 1.5 hour window they predicted, and they seem to have done a good job. Insurance covered all but my $50 deductible. Waiting area is a little barren, but they have coffee and good wifi. I would definitely come here again if necessary.

I managed to get a same-day appointment on a Saturday to have a crack fixed. I was told that the crack was a little too big and that the windshield needed to be replaced. I was pretty hesitant because my insurance doesn't cover windshield replacement, but they had a very reasonable quote given to me within ~30 minutes of my arrival and even knocked a few dollars off of the total charge since I was paying out-of-pocket. The earliest they could get me in for the replacement was the following Tuesday at 8AM. After dropping my vehicle off I walked to my office downtown and by 9AM they called me telling me that the installation was complete and that I could pick my car up after work. The customer service, expediency, and flexibility was beyond my expectations and far exceeded any auto repair experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this Safelite location!

I don't ever write reviews, but I was very impressed from the time that I called the 800 number to the time they finished the work on my broken window. My truck was broken into and because my deductible was way more than what Safelite charged, I decided to pay for it outright. They even gave me a cash discount because of the insurance that I had. They were sensitive to my issue and were great-- called me the day before for reminder of appointment and called me when it was ready. They cleaned the exterior of my windows and gave me a can of glass cleaner as well. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend to anyone that I know. The store manager assisted me and he was very courteous and sensitive to the situation. Thank you, Safelite!

Tawny at the front desk is a delight and treated everyone as a friend. Skylar did a phenomenal job on a giant windshield for a sprinter van. They said it would be 2 hour and it only took 1.5. Great customer service and a great experience. I will definitely recommend this location.

Got a large crack in my windshield unfortunately. They were super helpful with calling my insurance company and handling everything on that end. They had the windshield replaced and all my windows looking clean and shiny in just about an hour. They also threw in some window glass cleaner as well. The service was fast, friendly, and helpful, and I'll be coming back here in the future if I have any windshield cracks.

I don't know about rock chip repair, but they did a great job replacing my window. Made the appointment online, received an email confirmation, text reminder and they were ready for me when I arrived. The cost was what they quoted, the only surprise was the free can of glass cleaner they gave me (I know it was part of the cost, but it felt like a gift). Emailed receipt and all is well.

Super experience! I called (through my insurer) while on the road for a next-day appointment and got it. Showed up about 8:10 am for an 8:30 appt and I was pulling out of the driveway at 8:28 - with all windows cleaned on a full-size SUV to boot! One complaint...I didn't get to finish my coffee before they were done. Guess I'll have to drink faster next time. ;-)

Work done well. Accessible location. Online sign up was easy. Only hassles were that it wasn't clear in the online sign up how long it would take to complete the job and the online payment hadn't gone through when I picked up, so it took longer to check out than if I had just paid on arrival.

Professional, Courteous, Efficient I scheduled an appointment online to have a side window replaced. They serviced my car at the agreed upon time and finished the work within an hour. My car had been broken into and shattered glass had gotten underneath my car seat where I couldn't get to it without a special vacuum. I had intended to take it to a car wash to get it cleaned up, but the folks at Safelite AutoGlass cleaned it all out and vacuumed the interior of my car. In addition, they gave me glass cleaner and an air freshener.

Fantastic! They cleaned up some rust for no extra charge. They gave us a can of windshield cleaning spray for free. The receptionist was very attentive. The replacement looks great! This was a dream come true after using technaglass. Last year I visited three different technaglass locations 7 times to get one windshield fixed! Do yourself a favor and go to Safelite, seriously.

Recently had my windshield replaced at the Salt Lake City location. It took longer than expected because the installer went the extra mile to clean up some rust that had developed around the windshield frame. He even primed it to prevent the rust from returning. The seals were done much nicer than the previous replacement I had done. No complaints. Thanks for the great work!

He also cleaned my windows, tightened my rear view mirror and vacuumed the front floors of my car and he also knew that I park by sprinklers and suggested CLR to fix that and he replaced my wipers in about 30 minutes! Wow! I stumbled onto Safelite from Googling windshield repair. I was surprised to get an appointment. I was even more surprised that they could come to me (albeit for a small fee). The replacement took less than an hour. I had to park in a different garage due to my work's garage not being tall enough for the van. Right before I left my technician, Christopher, handed me $2 to cover the cost of parking. Totally awesome experience. Highly recommend.

I would still recommend reaching out to Safelite for a quote. I have done business with them before and most likely will again.

Unfortunately something dropped on the new windshield as they were finishing up and so we had to go back a second time to have it repaired. Bad things happen, and they were very apologetic and were helpful throughout. It is easy to say a company does a good job when everything goes right, it is another thing when something goes wrong. Safelite was wonderful.

Promptly repaired a windshield chip. Explained well that insurance will wave the comprehensive deductible for a chip repair Didn't know that. Decided pay myself. They got it done 20min earlier than estimate. They also vacuumed to front seats and cleanedxthexwindows. Sadly company policy no longer gives the window cleaner spray with a windshield replacement. Too bad almost out.

By the time I got here, I've visited few others to get my crack fixed. Since the crack is so close to the edge, others said (without even looking at the crack) that III would need to replace the whole windshield. But here, they took their time to take a look at it, have me few options, and did a great job. After all, if the crack continues to grow, they will deduct today's cost from replacement.

Amazing service this place has very friendly staff and the explain everything very well. Also while treating my rock chip the tech took on the task of vacuuming my car. Which was my next stop today cause it was bad due to a road trip and had a lot of trash items needing to be cleaned out. I recommend this shop for your rock chip repairs. They also are very easy to get into their shop. This shop also does have the mobile service but I found it easier to come into shop.

Having my car window busted out by burglars did shake my faith in people a bit, but after Freddy and Chris spent an extra 90 minutes successfully figuring out a way to get around a rusted bolt rather than just ordering a new window assembly that would have probably cost me hundreds of extra dollars, my faith was restored. They stayed late to get this done for me, and no only was I not charged extra for all that additional labor, they even took off the mobile service fee since I had to drive to the shop, so my bill ended up being LESS than my quote. I got my window fixed here a few months ago. I really had to get my windshield replaced, my car was messy, and I didn't have time to clean. When I got there they asked if I wanted my car vacuumed, you'd think I'd like for them to, but I had coins laying around on my floor and seat of my car, and asked them not to. On the end of the visit, they did vacuum, and only in the front seat and floor of my car where my coins were. I don't know how much I had in coins, but I had a lot of quarters. I am not pleased by that.
