I had to rebook because the shop insisted on putting in the OEM glass, which I appreciated. When they did the install, it was quickly and cleanly done. In addition to the high quality of installation, they also remounted my EZPass unprompted and in the same spot it was before. It’s a small detail, but significant indicator of the level of service provided. I’ve used this shop many times in the past (thanks to the poor quality of Rhode Island roads), and the service has been consistently of good quality.

Had an easy experience having my windshield replaced. Friendly, helpful staff, even let me bring a chair outside bc it was a nice day and the inside waiting room is a bit stuffy. So I could read my book out there instead. The waiting time was less than I had feared it would be. Only reason for a star off, is that they have an outdated, slow and malfunctioning credit card processor. I felt badly for the staff, bc it isn’t their fault. Every customer I saw had to wait an unusual length of time to have their card ran. Then I wanted to split my payment on two cards, and after about 5 minutes was told they could not do it. I commented that it’s crazy Safelite the corporation must have soo much money since they have monopolized the windshield business (!! For real, I wanted to go to a local auto shop, but my Progressive insurance has a deal with Safelight as only option, and I’m told this is the case for most), yet these hard-working guys can’t even get a basic functioning credit card reader. So, hopefully that can get updated ASAP! Not fair to the staff or customers at this location. As for my windshield it was and remains shiny, brand-new and perfectly replaced. Thanks guys!!

We had an mobile appointment, but due to the weather and need to have the windshield replaced in a timely manner, they were very accommodating and let us bring the car to them . The new windshield looks great.

They originally ordered the wrong glass due to difficulty getting an actual person on the phone prior to the scheduled appointment. Once the correct glass was ordered and in stock, they were extremely fast with the replacement. And though it was installed very well, the glass was dirty after the installation so I had to wait the required 1 week before I could wash the car and windshield without fear of it springing leaks. Staff was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions.

My car was broken into on Saturday night. Sunday morning I was scrambling around for options. The entire process was quick and simple, set up my appointment online and received a quote instantly. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and it has been returned to me by noon. The customer service was great, as well as the quality of work. They cleaned all of the broken glass out of my backseat ( was not expecting a full clean up ). Needless to say these guys exceeded my expectations and I would recommend for price, service, and time.

Wasn’t able to set up a ride to pick me up after dropping my Jeep off, so had to wait it out, originally was told it wouldn’t be finished until around 12 due to other appointments, and it was 9. They ended up getting my car in way earlier just so I didn’t have to sit around for hours. Was in my car again by 10. Great guys over there and I appreciate the crew doing what they did.

I have an upcoming appointment to replace my front windshield on my 2019 BMW 330xi sedan. My appointment is on April 7th, 2021 (3 days). I ordered a BMW OEM windshield which has been approved by my insurance - I am going to call tomorrow to make sure it is in stock so we don't run into any issues. Fingers crossed everything goes well! I will update as soon as I have an update and throughout my time with Safelite Warwick once the work is completed. I am going to give it a 5 for now and will update accordingly. - See you soon :)!

I was weary of dropping my Mercedes cabriolet there at first. I heard a couple guys tell me the replacement of my windshield is a very tedious job. Well I dropped it there and it came out excellent.

Great service! All the paperwork was done on my phone. Even the insurance approval was expedited through their site. Scheduling done through the approval notification. Text reminder notifications to keep you on track. Day of service... in at 4pm...out by 4:50pm. Car was good as new. Thank you Crew!

DEF WILL GO BK. I had to go here cuz windshield shortage at tarbox BUT GLAD I DID. Done w in hour and for convenience it's actually ok for the 40 Xtra $ otherwise would give 5* Kenny did mine and he's very good and I can pick ur time and they DEF R ON TIME. SO CONVENIENT.

I had my rear windows replaced a few days ago and was initially concerned they might not have the right window, as it was an add-on for my truck. Not only did the Safelite team show up with the correct window on time, but the installation looks great, fits right, and doesn't leak. Rob came in to let me know he was there to work on my truck and again when he was done. Quick and professional. I can hardly see the damage the rock made in my windshield. Awesome job. It was even better that this repair was fully covered through my insurance. Make sure you call your insurance and specify that it is just a repair. Many repairs will be covered without a deductible before a window replacement.
