We ordered several replacement windows by Renewal by Anderson. After placing our order, an associate was scheduled shortly thereafter on 12/13 to come over and take precise measurements. He arrived right on time. He was a pleasure to work with — cordial and engaging. He took into account our master bedroom blinds as we want to make sure they will fit after the replacement windows are installed. We really appreciate the personal service and attention to detail. Great experience from start to finish! the installers were great and very clean. I would use them again for any window or door replacement. It was a Much better experience going through Andersen Renewal directly versus using a 3rd party in between who just sells and Andersen product. Plus the windows are composite no maintenance and much better than the Home Depot and lumber yard junk I had before.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Their customer service is excellent! The two people who have come to my house for the consultation and measurements, Tim and Everett, were professional, respectful of my home, and time. And the people on the phone are also really helpful as well. I had a consultation with another company and I wasn't that impressed with them. Andersen windows are more expensive but it's worth it to have a better quality product, and a staff that is helpful and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend them to everyone I know!

Since installing 2 windows, our bedroom has been much cooler and more pleasant, especially important in a house with no AC! No clean up needed and one window needed a minor adjustment afterwards and a technician came within the week and fixed. The sales person spent extra time with me and it really helped. I had 4 windows replaced which included a bay window unit last month. My quote was more expensive than I had budgeted for, but the warranty and prompt installation made it all worth it. Communication was great, and they kept me informed as to when everything was ordered and ready for installation. I was able to even have it scheduled while I was out of town, which was ideal having a dog in the house. It was like nobody was ever there! Everything from the assessment, through the ordering process all the way up until installation was very smooth and efficient. The only thing I had asked was to have the old windows left behind for emergency replacement (as I had another bay window with old windows as well). The note did not get transferred onto the install team. It wasn't a huge deal, but customer service was very apologetic and even sent a restaurant gift card as sign of good faith. Overall, great experience, no issues with the installation and happy with the outcome. The true test will come winter time to see how well insulated everything is!

Our 1842 farmhouse had large non standard windows openings and most of the windows are northern exposure. We wanted windows that would help retain the classic Greek revival style of the house but more importantly improve our energy efficiency. We went all in with custom exterior color and wood clad interior, low-E glass and lo visibility screens. Half way through the heating season we have seen a dramatic improvement in the warmth and fuel savings. Added bonus is how much the windows block out street noise. The installation crew was terrific. They were very respectful of our interior trim and furnishings. They were efficient and cleaned up beautifully at the end of everyday. Great bunch of guys. We went a little over budget, but in the end our new windows are proving to be worth every penny.

Proactive, professional, and respectful. MikeS from the Saco Renewal was referred to us by Home Depot for a warranty repair on a gliding door. He was given an incorrect mobile phone number, but that didn't stop him: after a couple unreturned messages, he looked us up in the phone book and called the land line. We then communicated via text for appointment updates. On our appointment day, Mike arrived on time, and was wearing a mask when I opened the door - showing respect for our household's health. This review is for the guys who did our installation/repair. We’ve had some ongoing issues with our window order/installation from RBA but that in no way reflects on Gabe and Derek. Gabe and Derek arrived with positive attitudes - ready to work to help make things right. They came to install a window that had been delayed (the original window was broken before the original crew came for installation). They also removed and replaced ALL the trim from the previous installation that was done incorrectly. They are lovely young men who clearly want to do a good job and were very conscientious about doing good work. Gabe is clearly a craftsman who cares about the work he leaves behind. Our job has a few remaining details that need to be fixed and Gabe ordered the parts and when they come in, we hope these guys will be back. They were here for two and a half days and it was a pleasure having them in our home. Also, while they were here, somebody got lost and ended up getting stuck in the mud on our road. Gabe and Derek took the time to help them get unstuck. They’re Good Samaritans, too! RBA is lucky to have these two guys working for them - they are excellent ambassadors for the brand. The best we’ve encountered yet - by far.

They only came to measure for window and door. Two visits, 2 different employees each time. First visit was a consult and choosing a door and window and measurements. Second visit was a double check of measurents and going over the entire order in detail. Great experience so far! Happy with their employees as they were very thorough, courteous and attentive to my requests and all questions answered. They explained everything that would be done and what to expect. No work has been done yet. Takes about 6 months for specified door and window to be made and shipped from Minnesota. I can write another review in the early fall after installation is done.

Heidi M was my consultant throughout the process and she was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, no pressure, and truly cared about my home and my situation. She was very responsive and thorough in answering my questions about everything and helping me decide on what style of windows I wanted. The whole process was smooth and seamless. My windows came in sooner than anticipated and they had a cancellation and was able to get me in even sooner to install (right before the -40 degree cold snap). The team did a great job installing the absolutely beautiful windows from Renewal by Andersen. I didn't know I could get so excited over windows, but here we are. My house was as clean as I left it that morning and if it wasn't for the actual new windows and the paths they shoveled out in the snow to get to the windows on the outside of the house, I never would've known anyone was there. I'm so so happy with the windows. I immediately notice a difference in the noise levels from outside, and I can (much to my surprise) FEEL the difference when I walk into my home now. It's the best. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for your window needs!
