I highly recommend Renewal By Anderson. My boyfriend and I are a young couple starting out trying to better the home we live in and the representative Brett that came was fantastic! He was very personable, professional, and did a wonderful job of explaining there services and product. It was such a great experience being quoted, and we cannot wait to have the installation crew come in and get going. Granted they are booked out until March, it will be well worth the wait. I forgot to mention that Renewal has several colors of trim and hardware to choose from for which best suits your likings. That I found to be grand as well. I could really go on about how great out experience is, it was that great. Highly recommend these guys for the best quotes, quality of product, and service. Plus the best warranties we have ever heard of for product! Give them a call! They are well worth it!

We replaced 13 windows, including a large bay window on our 40 year old house.The windows look great. You can see the quality in the photo; all windows were clad in Birch for staining. The installers were very professional and detail oriented. They left the worksite spotless.

Renewal by Andersen replaced our old Angle Bay window with a new Angle bay. The entire process, in these times of price changes and delays was outstanding. The 3 installers, Dana, Dana and Adam had great personalities and were polite and respectful of your home. They kept the interior and exterior very clean and explained steps in the process to keep us happy. The finished product was more than we hoped for. The entire process, from our salesman, Dan to the install was exceptional. I would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with RBA from ordering to installation. We were impressed with the RBA professional installation team. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves (both inside and outside our home) and answered our many questions along the way. When you stop and think about the potential disruption to your home and routine, with people you don't know in and out of every room in your house, we were extremely pleased with the work done by Braden and Cody. We had 15 windows replaced in November by Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine. We were very happy with the results. It did take some time for the windows to be ready, but given the pandemic, it was not unreasonable. The installers were great - very friendly, efficient, and COVID safe. They worked extremely hard and completed the project in less time than expected. There was a small problem with one window, which the installers reported. This was a ten minute fix and was completed within a week. Our house is certainly warmer right now, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company based on our experience.

John and Chris were our installers on our stand alone garage/mother-in-law suite. I stayed with them every step of the way, hope they didn't mind too much. I told them about our bad experience with installers in the past before they started our job. These two have a great working relationship with each other. I was EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with the installation process that John and Chris did for us. I have already asked if we can have them back to do the installation of windows and doors on our house, when we save the money for that job.

Install team went above and beyond. It was pouring rain on the install date, but I didn't have any water come inside the house. The team was efficient and professional. They even fixed my deck door that was sticking and left me with additional water sealant. Excellent customer service.

My only recommendation would be to have the sales rep able to assess whether or not inside trim would be needed. In my particular case I was told it was not needed at first but then was faced with a pretty big trim bill after the second house inspection from RBA. It turned out fine but it was a little sticker shock.

I had 24 windows replaced. The gentlemen that did the replacement were not only professional but they cleaned up after themselves and had the entire job done in 3 days. My windows look amazing!! This may cost a bit more than others but it is totally worth it. My only advice is that I was told installation would begin in 6-8 wks. but it actually took 3 months. This may or may not be unusual and related to the whole Covid thing.
