Clear Choice did an excellent job on the vinyl window replacement from start to finish. We got a number of bids and did a lot of research before making the final decision. After dealing with a number of window replacement companies Clear Choice seemed to be the best choice. With the other companies we experienced pushy sales with discounts for on the spot decisions which isn't how we roll. Tim was our project consultant and made the process go quite smoothly. He answered all our question and guided us on the options. Windows are expensive but their bid was competitive. The payment process was simple and straightforward. With supply chain issues I knew that the install date might be a ways out but the windows actually arrived sooner than they had talked about. The guys that did the installation were very courteous and did a great job. They didn't leave any trash inside or out. I noticed a few areas on the siding that seemed like it could use more caulking that was taken care of the next day. I'm glad we went with them and we love out new windows.

Clear Choice did an excellent job from start to finish with replacing windows in my house. The initial step was to get a quote from Tim. He helped guide me through all the steps that replacing the windows involved. He really tried to understand what my needs were before making any suggestions. He was also very flexible with making any changes to meet my requests. The day of window installation was also very impressive. Vlad and his crew were very professional when it came to installing the new double-pane windows. They did an amazing job of making sure the windows were properly installed, that the old windows were removed, and really cleaned up after their work. Thanks again!!!

It was great working with Cody and his team. My windows were done in two phases and had them replace all the windows in my house. Initially, I was worried about the damages that may happen in my home since my home was recently remodeled. However, they took great care and covered areas that needed to be covered which made me feel at ease. There were a few minor issues in phase one and was discussed with the team. They took my feedback well and when they came back for phase two, there was an significant improvement. All the windows look great and from what I can tell/see they did an excellent job. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves and took great care not to damage their surroundings inside or outside of my home. Highly recommend this company for all your window needs!

We originally got a quote from Clear Choice back in January of 2020, and fully planned to update the windows then... Once we felt comfortable (Jan of 2022), we immediately called them back and Tim came out to do a new quote. This time we wanted to change the layout of two windows, and he gave us great ideas. We signed an agreement and everything was as smooth as could be! Mo came to do a final measurement and had a couple of suggestions (some we took, others we declined and he agreed based on our reasoning). The key to working with Clear Choice is they gave us great ideas based on what we wanted...listened to our feedback, and were willing to even CAD out additional options for us to see. Once we paid the deposit the order was in and as soon as the windows arrived install was scheduled. The installation was GREAT! Gabe, Cory, Tim, and Reuben were amazing - honest, fast, clean, perfect. The windows look so much better, and we couldn't be happier with Clear Choice!!

Clear Choice Windows & Door replaced all the 35 windows in our house. The sales and office staff were very helpful and their follow through was excellent. The workers did an excellent job all while maintaining the job site clean and organized. They were careful, friendly and respectful. Because of a manufacturing delay some of the window screens were not available at the time of window installation but when the screens did arrive they promptly returned to install them. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Door. We are very pleased with their service.

Clear choice windows and doors got the job done the first time the right way! The guys (Cory and Gabe) that installed them did an amazing job and were understanding of not only children running around, but animals running around. They were able to answer all of my questions and got the job done quickly; 7 windows in a day and a half. Joshua, the gentleman who put our quote together was also super helpful and nice, he also was able to answer all the questions we had and they all responded within a timely manner! It took a few weeks for us to get our windows because they are custom made to fit the space of the old window, but I will say it was totally worth the wait! Thank You Clear choice! The only hiccup was the manufacture, Marvin windows, delay, but unavoidable. The installation crew, Cody, Luis, Brian were very respectful, clean and worked hard. At the start, Mohsen and Tim helped me select an ideal window style and material that fit my budget. I went with Milgard Tuscany series. On installation day, The workers arrived on time and installed the windows seamlessly within 4-5 hours, leaving no debris behind - inside and out. Very happy with these new windows. Our experience was great from start to finish. Sales (Tim) guided us through the choices to replace windows in our 111 year old home and responded to our concerns and issues. After order, they kept us informed of delivery dates and worked with us to schedule install dates that worked with our schedule. Installation of the 14 windows took three days and the crew, Cory and Ricardo, was on time each day and installed all windows with care and minimal disruption, even with two small kids running around. They handled all issues and came up with solutions where there were issues (house is no longer "square" after settling for over 100 years!). After each window was installed they kept the area clean and free of debris, and cleaned up the whole site well at the end. We were given clear instructions on the operation of all windows and they pointed out one manufacturing defect that we hadn't noticed (and arranged for replacement). All in all, I would highly recommend this company and crew for window replacement.

We bought new Milgard windows from Clear Choice and they did the install at our new house, replacing 19 windows that were 30 years old. Corey's team did a great job, explaining what they were working on each day, keeping us informed about progress or any problems that came up, and were also happy to share with us about their tools and techniques and let us observe -- especially some parts of the house which most people never really get to see! They worked hard the whole time they were onsite, paid attention to details, and took pride in their work -- you can tell by the end result. Plus they completely cleaned up after themselves, the garage where they setup their table saw and supplies may be even cleaner than before! Overall we're very happy with the Milgard windows and also the job done by the Clear Choice folks, from initial sales visit, measurements, and the install crew. Definitely a good company to work with!

I purchased a 2000 condo and realized they used the lowest grade windows, and 6 of them are in desperate need to be replaced. I called Clear Choice Window and they did a great job from beginning to end. From estimating the cost (trying to fit as many windows into my budget), taking detailed measuring and installing the windows, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. During the installation, I gave them full access to my place while I was at work. The guys took care of everything and I was relief when I returned for expectation. Not only I ended up with beautiful new windows, the house remain clean and untouched! Only minor complaint I have, is that I had to call a few times to make sure my appointment was on track, but it's no deal because I want to get it done before I can repaint my house. Also I knew they are very busy during the summer. Overall, I have a great experience with those guys and would recommend them to anyone I know/care.

3 years ago we did the first half of our window replacement, and we went with Clear Choice then. We decided on them after 3 in-person estimates and several email exchanges with other companies in the area. It came down to them and Henderson and Daughter. We went with Clear Choice because: They do not subcontract out - it's their employees doing the installing Their prices and selection were a hair better than Henderson's After our first round of window replacements - we were pleased with our decision. They were extremely professional, prompt, and fast. We literally, just today, finished round 2 of replacements and completed the project. Even in the pandemic and with supply chain issues, they were still well priced, fast (given the circumstances), and just as professional, quality, prompt, and awesome as they were before. The guys on the site doing the installation were very nice and respectful. Highly recommend them.

From our initial meeting at their office though the visits to our home to prepare a proposal, finalize the order and install the windows the company and its staff were professional and responsive to our needs at every step along the way. Clear Choice was excellent at explaining the window removal and installation process and what they do and what to expect and be prepared for. We chose them after reading other reviews that pointed out their quality and value. We originally thought Clear Choice was going to be noticeably more expensive but probably the best quality job. We were surprised to receive our quote for not much more than a couple of other companies we had quote us. The installation went well and there were no unexpected hiccups replacing old windows. We just had 22 windows replaced last week and all I can say is the installation was done on a timely bases and the workmanship was first class. I have had issues with large construction crews in the past, but the Clear Choice crew treated the house as if it were their own homes. Each morning they would inform us of the day's schedule and they were spot on. Expert workmanship in the actual install, with each member of the crew displaying their experience in performing their jobs. We tried to find some fault but the crew just knew what to do and the 5 day job went flawlessly. I have now had a front entry door and 22 windows done by Clear Choice and have a garage side door scheduled in a few months. I believe in the company and have faith that the job will get done professionally at a reasonable price.

Recently, I purchased a house that had 18 windows that needed to be replaced and I was dreading the whole process of getting a bid, having to figure out the financing, scheduling the install and dealing with any sort of issues that go along the way in any major renovations. I heard about Clear Choice through my neighbors who recently had their windows replaced and I had them come out and bid the job out. The owner, Mo, showed up, took some measurements, told me about what type of windows they offered, and invited me to come out to their showroom in Tigard. After going through the initial process of getting everything measured, picking out windows was very easy, considering the very well built display they had in their showroom. Features were high lighted, warranties were discussed and finally the price was revealed. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing and agreed to the terms of the installation. On installation day, the crew came out, and in quick time, removed my older aluminum windows, and replaced them with some quality fiberglass windows. It took them a couple of days, because of some difficult installs (brick outside wall) but the guys did a great job, cleaning up after all work was complete and painting any trim that needed to be painted. It was a job well worth the cost and the efficiency of the whole process was great.

We had been contemplating replacing our windows in our 1941 house for quite a while and looked at bids from multiple companies. We found a recommendation of Clear Choice on NextDoor and couldn't have been happier. Older houses are always a challenge when doing remodeling, however they made quick work of it. I was also worried about how this would work in December, but it went better than expected. They were fast, professional, and clean (considering this is construction, after all). I just completed my project with Clear Choice Windows. They replaced 9 aluminum framed windows with vinyl Simonton Daylight Max. I am so pleased with how they look! So clean and fresh. I am also very happy that I had them redo the inside trim and casings. Their pricing was very competitive. The the job took 3 days and the 4 man crew arrived on time every day. picked clear choice instead of renewal by andersen this time for my downstairs windows in order to save a bit of money - Milgard windows are a good product but the installation was a bit sloppy with the outside finishing and I had to hire an additional painter to paint the trim By the time I paid the painter I could have had the Andersen windows installed and they would have done the painting for the same final price

I ended up calling Clear choice Windows due to unfortunate circumstances of bad construction and install on our custom built 4 year old home and we were getting the royal run around for 4 years from builder, subs etc... It lead me to Clear Choice, I called them today for advice on re-installing a huge multi-slide wall of glass panels to see if they could do that work. The gentleman I was honored to speak with took 45 minutes out of his day to give me so much advise on who to call, what to ask, what to look for to not be in this situation again and ultimately he gave me all this info knowing he was not the business who could do the work... I wish I had had them install our windows and doors because that person took care of me when he could have hung up. I would trust and recommend them a 1000x over, truly don't hesitate if you're in the business of finding windows and doors, they deserve the business because trust me we received the opposite service with a competitor and we paid a fortune.

Cody and Corey showed up bright and early this morning and worked until almost 4 PM. It was a very rainy cold day and they stayed with it until the job was done. They consistently used foot coverings to keep the inside of our house clean and were careful with our small dog. The finished product looks beautiful. The only problem is they painted the trim and it is raining and some of the white paint got on our blue shingles. Other than that it looks fantastic! We are very happy with the work they did.

Josh and staff were very professional up front and honest with window brands and quality of various products. I was really concerned about spending a lot for subpar quality and Josh was very patient to answer my questions and provide sound insight to various brands and their features. Ended up going with Milgard and I am very happy. A couple months in and the condo is at least twice as warm and half the cost to heat. No complaints about the product or installation. I think we got the best warranty and product for the money I was able to spend. Would definitely chose clear choice again if we sell and need windows again elsewhere.

Over the past four years we have had Clear Choice replace all of our windows, two sliders, and two exteriors doors. There has been a variety of solid pane windows, vertical slider windows, horizontal slider windows, small and large sliding glass doors, and two exterior doors. Each time, from our salesman (Ben) to our latest crew (Tim and two others), they have been on time and professional. The quality of the materials has been top notch and the workmanship has been excellent. The fact that we have had them come out multiple times to do multiple different window replacements means that we have a lot of faith in their work and their word.

I needed a sliding glass door replaced in my home. Some installers weren’t interested in such a small job, and others wanted to charge an exorbitant price. With Clear Choice, I felt valued and well cared for from start to finish. Setting up the initial appointment and later install appointment was quick and easy, and every conversation I had with office staff along the way was professional and personable. The door had been leaking some water, and the man who provided the estimate didn’t just provide pricing for a replacement, but had a construction background and determined what was causing the issue, rather than simply selling me a patch that might not work. The installers were careful in my home and covered furniture inside and out with plastic sheeting to help avoid a mess. They blew away dust when they cleaned up, and even used their blower in the street where they had parked and moved doors around to make sure they didn’t leave small bits of debris littered around. The installer also had a solid construction background and pointed out to me errors with the install of the old door and how they were remedied with the new one. To top it off, shortly after the install was complete, Clear Choice mailed to me completed paperwork to submit for an Energy Trust Incentive payment- they pulled together the needed documentation and filled in the details, all I had to do was sign and send! I highly recommend these folks!

They kept all the sawdust mess from the inside of my house by vacuuming while cutting straight lines which was impressive. The only reason I did not give them all 5 stars is because to me that means perfect and they didn't do the best job cleaning the front windows (lots of streaks) Also, I found 20+ nails, etc. outside in the weeks since they left. However, I would totally recommend them to friends and neighbors. The windows are fantastic and there is always mess with construction.

The installed finish product is excellent. The installers (3 men) did excellent work, very thoughtful in their approach and communicated excellently. They were very clean, w/ drop clothes, picking up debris as they moved from window to the next window, and vacuumed sawdust as they created it. The job went smoothly and without any problems. It seems like it is so hard to find good people that do good work in the construction trades. I like good craftsmanship and that is what I got. Once we had an install date, they kept/met that and it took two days like they said it would. The owner is a very good person to talk to and work with. My only problem was getting help to visualize what the different window trim wood options would look like on my house. I suggest they get/keep a few example photographs on their computer and then they could just email you some examples. Overall I am still quite pleased. The install took place around mid Dec. and it was very cold. My job consisted of the replacement of 10 windows and the biggest sliding glass door ever made.

We have a 100 year old house in Arlington Heights and we were worried about all the work, the time it would take, and the disruption... We shouldn't have been. I chose Clear Choice Windows & Doors to replace my drafty 1980s aluminum windows and warped wooden front door, after getting bids from other companies. Josh, the Estimator, did an amazing job showing me available products and options, and he patiently addressed questions during my many follow-up telephone calls to him. He even helped me select a garden window and he explained sound proof issues since I am dealing with traffic noises. Josh was the most informative about the process and he didn't push any particular window on me - I can’t say the same about the other 3 bidders. And the estimate from Josh was the most detailed that I have ever seen (I’ve had hundreds of estimates in my past 38 years of renovating 5 houses). Everyone that I dealt with from the company was very professional, polite, friendly, timely and efficient - including the window measurer, the door measurer/installer Doug, the window installation crew of 4 headed by Tim, and the owner Mo. The installation took 3 days (in 3 days of cold rain) - the crew did an outstanding job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The company even completes the energy trust rebate paperwork for their customer (the other bidders told me to go online and find the paperwork myself). From start to finish, this was a pain-free experience. And the windows are so beautiful that I don’t want to put my blinds back up (I chose the Marvin Infinity fiberglass window with grids). Josh the estimator responded and answered all my questions/emails promptly, furnished me with schematics of all the windows, and information on any rebates available. I had first noticed the trim around my windows had rotted, and got several bids to repair the trim.About a week later I noticed the window itself was foggy. Clear Choice estimators quickly identified that the seal was broken, and explained how they would replace the window and repair the trim.The owner of the company came to look when the job was underway, and explained to me how the window trim was poorly installed on several of my windows. He gave a clear explanation of the issues. The price for the job to replace my windows, trim, and to mitigate any dry rot was very fair compared to the other bids I received. In addition, because Clear Choice knows what they are talking about, I avoided paying just to repair the trim when in fact the entire window had failed.It is all too rare that you feel you're in good hands with contractors, but you certainly are with Clear Choice.

When I met with the company owner to discuss window replacement due to leak, he immediately identified that my problem was not one to be solved by simply replacing the window involved. He spent extra time examining the interior and exterior, and he helped to identify a probable and potential cause for the problem. I'd had probably 6 or 7 other window "experts" and contractors assess the problem, and he was the first to logically assess the situation. I am so appreciative of his input and expertise. More than that, from what I can tell this business is highly honorable and is run with integrity and honesty. I've found this to be uncommon in Oregon's construction industry. If/when I need window replacement, Clear Choice is the only company I'd use.

We did our research before we really started talking to window contractors. So when we called the contractors we knew what we wanted, this is a very important step in the process!!! So when Joe our Salesman came we knew he was not an ordinary window guy. We liked everything and we signed a contract. Then our Project Manager came by, and again we knew he was special and explained the process so we knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. Our installers came and they knew what was going on and started to work on time. These men worked hard and did an exceptional job on our windows and front door. In the end it was truly a Clear Choice.

Before installation, Austin, the project manager came over multiple times to discuss the options of the bay window to make sure that we were all on the same page. One crew concentrated on the bay window and the other crew zipped around replacing the rest of the windows. He was totally professional, knowledgeable, & competent, besides just being a super-likeable guy. He didn't try to oversell and push me into options I didn't need. He even talked me out of some upgrades that would not have gone with the style of my house. He has an eye for color and style, and won't steer you wrong. I ended up going with all taupe-colored frames (inc my basement windows) and they look absolutely classy and amazing. I also had them remove a long narrow window that was placed up near the top of one bedroom wall, and replace it with a beautiful 6' slider that now opens out onto a deck I had built. All the windows and the sliding glass door glide easily and keep the cold and noise out. (I did opt for the sound-insulating ones.) The installers were super fast and efficient - completing one room or two each day... so I could go home and sleep in my house at night. They were perfect gentlemen and cleaned up as they went. Mostly, they did beautiful work -- always going the extra mile to make sure everything was framed evenly and sealed correctly. I couldn't be happier with my windows. We got a note from PGE recommending Clear Choice and suggesting there could be energy discounts. Joe came out and wrote up an estimate. Very professional and accommodating. My wife asks lots of questions and he patiently answered them all well. The estimate came a few days later and once again, it was very professional, accurate and easy to follow. We accepted the deal and they sent out the official measurer who once again was very professional. When the final tally was in we noted that they had missed a window. They apologized and had to adjust the estimate upwards but gave us a significant discount because of the oversight. About six weeks later it was installation time. Because of the size of the job there were as many as 4 workers here for about 5 days of work. They were clean, courteous and concerned about our dog, our carpeting and our house. They went out of the way each day to clean up the garage where they had set up shop and leave everything looking better than they found it. One window out of 28 was broken. It was replaced about a month later. The final walk through was an opportunity for me, the homeowner to learn about how things worked and get an explanation of how the work was installed from the project manager. Overall, this was a great experience and a way to make a significant upgrade to our home. Thanks for being our clear choice.

Three years ago, Clear Choice Windows bid on replacement of 130+ windows on a late 1940's dorm-style building, including about 10 large plateglass windows.
