The level of customer service received from scheduling the initial consultation appointment, to the consultation itself, to installation was superior. You know, the "old school" kind of customer service where they actually show up on time, enjoy what they do, have knowledge of their product and services, are friendly, follow through and do what they say?! THAT is the kind of customer service I grew up with and was taught myself so it was very refreshing to know that, in a world where people just don't seem to give a rat's behind anymore, this still exists! Also, Steve went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We had a hiccup in one of the products installed last and I reached out to express my concern. Without hesitation, he corrected it immediately and went way above my expectations to get it resolved. We are extremely happy with our new interior doors and kitchen window and will 100% without a doubt absolutely recommend this place to everyone we know. We worked with a lot of company's throughout our 6 month remodel and AZ Window and Door Store stood out as the best and easiest to work with throughout the entire process (when 90% of the other company's we worked with fell short in basically every way they possibly could). If every business could have the same reliability, work ethic and quality as Arizona Window and Door Store, the world would be a better place. Just wow! The long story short is that one rogue rock during a landscaper's visit shattered our door. As luck would have it, the glass couldn't just be replaced and the ENTIRE door needed to be replaced. Ouch. We called Arizona Window and Door Store and from the first conversation to the last, it was seamless. After the initial consult and evaluation, they provided a quote. Once approved, they set us up with a project manager who walked us through each step of the way. 50% was due upfront and 50% once the door arrived for install. The entire team was wonderful at communicating, educating us on the right door to purchase and then ordered the door. When it arrived, we got a call to install it and this is where the service went to the next level of wow! The install team showed up to the minute they were scheduled, they worked nonstop to get the door installed. The handle didn't fit for the shutters to be put back on, so they even came back the next day with a new handle! After the door install, the stucco guys came out to repair the stucco. It felt like a true VIP experience. I wish I could replace every single window and door in my house right now so I could hire them. The door is SO pretty and thermally protected. Thank you for an excellent experience!

We got every window in our house replaced. From the sales rep to the install crew, they were all on point. You can tell they have been with this company awhile and that says a lot. Bobby and his crew said it would take them 3 days and they were done in 3 days. Couldn't have gotten a better group of guys and they were all patient and loved our crazy dogs. We got Anlin and I couldnt be happier with the look and function. I didnt realize how much noise reduction we would get out of them and the heat reduction is amazing. Windows are one thing i thought i would never want but so happy with them.

How nice it is When you call a company For a project you're looking to do, and they actually get right back to you to schedule an appointment right away. That's the experience I had with The Arizona Window & Door store! The day after I called, they sent a Design Consultant - Jim (who was very pleasant and professional) to my house to consult with me on my desired windows and doors project. Jim showed me his product line and was very detailed and knowledgeable in such a way that I could envision the end result easily. I loved the products & felt the pricing was fair! They even offered a lifetime warranty on their products & provide for the installation too! kudos to them for making this choice easy for me!

I was immediately drawn to this place due to all the 5 star reviews and they definitely deserve all of them! We have an older home and wanted to replace our back French doors because air was escaping due to a bad sill. We were able to get a quote and get things going within a week. The doors took a little longer to come in but worth the wait! The installers were great, they were efficient and professional and left our house cleaner than when they arrived! There was a scratch on one part and before I even saw it, they had reordered it and set up another installation date. The new part came in and we had Jesse out to fix it. He was great, double checked the doors to make sure everything else was pristine. I highly recommend this company! They do an awesome job and really stand behind their work!

9 terrific double pane, low-e windows look fantastic in my brick house, beautifully and efficiently installed by Ron and Michael. The slider windows work smoothly, and happily can be locked when slightly open to let in air and remain secure. I'm really pleased with the process and the result.

It starts with the sales presentation and ends with a check in to see how the new door is functioning. Today, Jesse came through to install a back ordered part for the screen door. Jesse did a full inspection on the entire frame and door. He discovered an abnormal fit with the door. He fixed it. He made adjustments so that we had an even better door. Jesse is a nice man and I am certain that his professional demeanor translates into continued success for the business.

My front window received 3 bibi gun holes and needed replacement. I called around and was surprised by the cost and that you could not just order one window. I decided on the Window and Door store as it was reasonable priced, required a minimum of two windows, and local. On top of that I liked how the first contacts went (friendly and polite). Paul James who handled the estimates was very pleasant to work with. The order took 4 months, but the first double pane picture window has been installed. Diego, Jori and Noah did a great job with that. They were efficient, and worked well together. I was pleasantly surprised to see them covering things up in the room to limit dust). Nice, friendly, polite and work well done. The waiting is for the second double pane picture window. The measurements were slightly off, so instead to try to make it work they suggested to have it send back to make sure it is done right. They even offered to work on a Saturday if that suits my schedule better. Definitely recommend their services!

First, let me say that we started replacing our windows and doors with a different reputable company. The first wave of results were disastrous, with crooked windows that’s would not open, a door that leaked when it rained and locks that fell off a window. I realize that things can go wrong, and I believe that how a company responds to their mistakes is a true measure of their quality. Their remedial efforts made it even worse with multiple visits, multiple teams, canceled appointments, etc. As a result, we put our window replacement on hold until I heard about Arizona Window and Door Store. The sales person Matt was great and the quality of the windows is excellent. The install team was courteous and neat. It turned out that we had a measurement problem and the job was slightly delayed while some of the windows were re-ordered. They subsequently put some controls in place that should help them avoid this type of error in the future. Their communication was excellent and they even assigned me a dedicated point person in their office who kept me apprised and had our windows expedited. We are very pleased with the final result and will definitely work with them in the future when we need to replace our doors. I highly recommend Arizona Window and Door Store.

So after the recent storm I noticed water in my house around the front door. It was an old hollow door I’ve wanted to change for years. I called the Arizona Window & Door Store and they sent a design consultant over to assess the situation. Jim was amazing. He went through his product line of doors and actually created a door design on his iPad while at my house. The quality of the door was far better than any other door I had seen and the price was very reasonable. This review is just for the ordering process of an entry door for our home in the Fountain Hills area. I will do another review once the door is installed and finished. For good reasons, I needed someone to do the whole door replacement where I would just pay someone and the job would be finished, completed fully, and done right. Met Randy on a Sunday and explained to him what we needed. He gave us all our options including product specs, warranties, prices, and approximate delivery/installation times. He was nice and professional and spent as much time as we needed. He also gave us the opportunity to ask questions throughout. You could tell he genuinely cared and wanted us to be happy with whatever we decided. Being in the service business myself, I can tell you that this is what I would call a true professional. After approval of the work, Tiffany called to schedule measurements. Her professional attitude made me feel like some sort of a VIP. Very thoughtful and courteous. Brian came out to do the measurements and was very thorough to make sure we would get the proper door and parts to fit properly, and he went way beyond his duty, in my opinion, by answering all my questions. He was in and out in no time. Now we can’t wait till our door is installed. This whole process went quick and smooth and included all the paperwork with details and warranties in writing. If the finished product is half as good as we were treated, we’ll be in heaven.

I decided to schedule an appointment online with them. The online scheduling was easy and convenient. Brad Penner was on time to our appointment, and was very professional. The sales experience I had with Brad was easily one the the most seamless sales experiences I've had overall and definitely the best when it comes to our window quotes. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or sign on the spot which is typically a big negative for me when it comes to a large project like this. I am in love with my new door and windows! Az windows and doors came highly rated and recommended from multiple friends, so I decided to give them a try. Once I called, someone was right out (on time) and we went through what I wanted and what was needed to be replaced. I didn't feel pressured and they worked with my budget. I’ve had an excellent experience working with AZ Window and Doors to replace 7 large windows in my kitchen and family room. Steve Kozac was super patient with me and my endless questions as I chose the type of windows that would be best for my home, and compared the windows from this company with other companies. Josh and Kiana did a great job installing the windows. 2 large picture windows were 10’ off the ground, which made it difficult to maneuver and required scaffolding to remove and replace. It took 2 days to complete, but they were professional and respectful and did a great job cleaning things up in the end. The windows are beautiful and we’re very happy.

I couldn’t be happier with the AZ Window and Door experience. I met with 5 companies for my window and entry door replacement project. The cheap guys couldn’t meet the quality product and warranty of AZWD, and the remodel guys want to pressure sell you. He was on time and his professionalism was exceptional with a very broad knowledge of his product. We have sat through many sales presentations in the past who relied on the high pressure approach that never worked or sat well with us. He was able to show us many choices for door style, color, and glass options on his computer. He had color cards that we were able to use both inside and outside to help with color selection. I have only made it through the ordering process at this point, but the customer service I have received so far is beyond anything I would have imagined in this day and age. Brad Penner, the salesperson who helped me, arrived early, was super friendly and knowledgeable, and cheerfully answered my many questions. I have extensive experience with trades salespeople and he is honestly the best I have ever met. Brad pointed out some options I hadn't considered to make sure I was ordering exactly what I needed and wanted while balancing my project budget to replace all of the windows in the house. He called one of the construction managers to ensure he was providing accurate costing for a request I made to have a window replaced in a different shape than I currently have. Change orders due to sloppy estimates are a pet peeve of mine, so I greatly appreciated this. Brad prepared and delivered the estimate during the appointment. I had previously requested an estimate from a different company who took over two weeks to email it to me and it lacked any form of reasonable detail once I finally received it. The estimate Brad provided clearly described the windows, sizes, costs, installation and ancillary costs, which was night and day from the prior estimate I received from a different company. As if that level of customer service wasn't already stellar, I had casually mentioned that my next project after the windows is the replacement of exterior siding. Brad started describing the product I had already researched and I responded that it is what I have in mind but that I have had some challenges finding an installer. He said he knew of a company in Minnesota that had planned to open operations here prior to his move to Arizona a couple of years ago. Further, he offered to reach out to them to see if they had in fact opened operations here and that if they had he would call and ask them some questions to see if he felt comfortable recommending them to me. He later texted me to let me know he had contacted this company and that they had answered his questions in a satisfactory manner. Reader, this man then scheduled to meet with them at my house on his own time so they could meet me and measure for an estimate. To reiterate, he had already sold me the windows for the company where he is gainfully employed. He then called this company on his own on my behalf and asked them a bunch of questions to make sure they were established and would likely do a great job so I would be happy with them and then drove over 30 minutes to my house to meet with them in person. It was almost unbelievable and I am incredibly grateful. Hopefully the window installation goes well and they look fantastic, but so far this has been a tremendously positive experience.

Call and ask for Dameon - he's great to work with on the sales side (isn't pushy and won't spam your email inbox). We highly recommend AZ Window and Door Store! Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Several other companies didn't even bother to return our calls requesting quotes. AZ Window & Door called back within 15 minutes. Chad came and gave us a detailed and professional quote, never said anything negative about other companies, and answered all our questions about different windows. One of the other quotes we received was just a total scribbled on the back of a business card, and the representative spent most of his time talking about how bad other companies were. A few days later, Greg came and measured and answered a few more questions. In less time than anticipated, our windows were ready. Patrick and Mando came to install. They were polite, professional, and did a great job. We were completely re-configuring a couple of the windows. Although we had done the initial demo, they had to do extra to make sure the opening was right. Through it all, their attitude was upbeat and positive. They even took extra care to watch out for our animals to make sure nobody tried to escape when they were going in and out. They covered everything inside to protect it, helped move furniture away from the windows, and when they were done, they cleaned everything up, including vacuuming! Customer service was the main thing that made us decide to use AZ Window & Door in the first place, and that continued throughout the entire process. Our new windows are beautiful, we can already feel the difference in how much cooler it is inside our house, and we can't hear the neighbor's pool parties at night any more. Just got 3 new awesome windows installed! Everyone involved was a class act from start to finish - Chad in sales, Chelsea at the office, Derek and partner on install, and I think Sergio was the one who did drywall as well. They did a beautiful job, and left the place spotless. Where a few holes were left in the drywall from tearing out old windows, they were able to have Sergio come out the very same day to patch them up. Wow! I had these old rickety single pane windows I didn’t feel safe having in my condo, so got some solid dual pane laminated glass windows. The features they had were better than others - like metal reinforced vinyl. Not only do they make it quieter, but will hopefully resist the afternoon sun, and they are harder to break into so I feel more secure. I might sound like a window ad right now, but I’m ok with that. While they are not cheap, they have various options, and given the nicer features I got, they were actually priced quite well compared to the other quotes I got. And windows like this are are a good investment in the value of the home, especially in AZ. The warranty is long lasting as well, too. Also - had a financing option to pay off in a year with no interest if you qualify. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to recommend this commend to any family or friend.

After going through several companies and being very disappointed, with ordering wrong doors, not showing up etc, I searched for reviews on Yelp, I found Arizona Door Store and they had good reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Their website is very easy and you can request a quote on-line or call the office. When you call the office you most likely get to speak with Jaclyn, who has been a pleasure to work with and follows up very every appointment and makes sure everything is to satisfaction. We had four different professional individuals completing the process, from the installer, the stucco guy and the painter. They were all specialists in their field, they showed up on time each time. They were friendly and very clean. Each one of them asked me each time if it was to my liking. I would recommend this company very highly, please avoid frustration with other companies and go with Arizona Door Store. Just a final note they are not a high sale pressure company at all. Not trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

We are doing this project in three phases, which by the way did not change the quote..., and yesterday they completed phase 2! Our experience with Arizona Window and Door store has been exceptional from the first moment we contacted them. They were super responsive and were able to get a sales rep out to us quickly. The door we needed replaced gets exposed to all the elements because it isn’t covered and we knew we were going to need a great quality item to stand the test of time. The sales rep showed us how their doors stood apart from others, and though it was a larger expense than we had expected, we knew we needed something better than the standard, so we decided to move forward. They were even able to give us a discount because of a promotion they were having. It took longer to get the door installed, about 6 weeks, however when we called to ask what was going on, they were really kind and called to check on what the hold up was. With supply chains still being held up because of the pandemic, we had to wait a little longer. The day finally came for installation and it the door is beautiful and everything we had hoped it would be. The guys took their time to make sure it was installed correctly and beautifully. I even got a call asking about our satisfaction a few days later. I can’t recommend this company more. From start to finish it has been a wonderful experience.

Jesse was amazing! I met him at the front door and the first thing he noticed was that it didn't open or close properly. He was not here for the door. He was sent out to tighten up some loose screens! He fixed the door which was sagging with some longer screws and because the screws didn't match, he painted them to match. He also adjusted the threshold and striker plate! Again, NOT was he came here to do. Now the door opens, closes and seals properly. He then fixed the screens and because he also noted the caulking around the windows wasn't quite up to snuff, he fixed that too! This is not the only amazing service I've received. Holly who was the sales rep was amazing as well as the install guys (Ivan and crew)! So far, I would highly recommend AZ Window and Door and Anlin Del Mar windows!

I want to recommend Arizona Window & Door on the basis of an extensive window and door replacement project they just completed for us. I think any homeowner would be very pleased with the work the company did for us. Ours was a big, complicated, multi-day project involving a new front door and side window, four new sliders and seven new windows. Four of the windows are trapezoids and one window company refused to even consider replacing them. I have attached a photo because in certain areas of McCormick Ranch (e.g., Mountain View East), these unusual windows are found. The doors and windows were double-pane, energy efficient and we are already experiencing the difference in how much heat comes in. The quality of the door and windows is excellent and they all come with a forever-guarantee. Three different crews worked on the project – three door experts, two stucco and finish experts and two painters. In total, it was seven different guys and they were all great. By great, I mean that they knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently and correctly. They were unfailingly nice and respectful of our home. Most importantly, they made a few key observations and suggestions that really helped us improve the project. We did not do a great deal of price shopping but we were very happy with the price. It seemed quite reasonable for the number of doors and windows, the hours of work and the high quality with which the whole project was done. In particular, the living room has faux paint and I wondered if the painter would be able to make it look OK. He did; it looks great and one cannot even tell any work was done. If I ever have another window/door project (which is admittedly unlikely), I will call John at Arizona Window and Door. I believe you will get similar quality from this company.

We had our initial meeting with Randy who went over our options and we decided on the type and colors to use. We then had another appointment for measurement and then the final install. I have had a few quotes to have the double doors replaced and their price was by far the best with the best quality. I will be contacting them again next year to replace another exterior door. We started off with a very positive experience. The window installation went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately, there was some extra drywall work to be done and we made the mistake of paying in full before they completed everything. Their drywall people were supposed to come on a Friday and my husband made himself available even though we both work. When the guys showed up, they said they had truck problems earlier that morning and were on another job so they didn’t have the materials to do our job. They said they would come back the next day (Saturday) between 7am to 8am. They showed up after 9am. For whatever reason they weren’t able to finish and wanted to return Monday. Again, we both work. My husband explained this and they said they’d return again the next day (Sunday) at 8am to finish. They showed up half an hour late. We were told this drywall process would only take a few hours and it consumed our weekend. It made me feel like our time was not valued and that we were not a priority because payment had already been received. I hope this is an isolated experience because the installation team was great.

AWDS is fortunate to have an employee like Daniel Gordon. I recently purchased windows from a different company and it wasn’t the best experience, by far probably the worst. I went by AWDS to see what they had (to possibly replace my new windows). I met Daniel Gordon, told him my issues and he came to my house to do a quote. He was very helpful on everything, very knowledgeable and thorough. Their windows are incredibly nice, also come with great warranties. So sorry I didn’t find them first, they have so many great reviews and with the professionalism and quality products they have they will continue to do so. I won’t hesitate to call them when it’s time for my new front door.

My original door installation wasn’t the best…small nicks and issues but I wasn’t going to complain even though spendy b/c I’m a single working mom and it’s a hassle and time consuming! However I had an unrelated issue with the door and the company sent someone over to fix it...He noticed the small issues and without me even asking ordered a door replacement immediately and said it wasn’t acceptable and the right thing to do. Today Jesse showed up to reinstall the door and was outstanding. He was resourceful, respectful and efficient. I was on calls the entire time and he just kept reassuring me he would get the job done so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. After a few years of doing research and searching for a replacement to our 8’ custom backyard door and other backyard doors from rooms, my husband and I walked into Arizona Window and Door Store, because their website noted fiberglass knotty doors. The AZ heat along with the sun exposure did a number on the backyard doors with splitting and discoloring the wood due to lack of treatment from previous owners. We wanted something that would last longer. After speaking with Daniel in the showroom, being told of turn-key completion and warranty, setting up a consult appointment seemed like a no brainer. Thank goodness we did and ordered our new doors. We are so happy! The installation team was awesome and so professional. I was stressing about getting the rooms ready for the install and they came with plastic tarp covers for furniture and mats to protect your flooring; talk about relief! Now let me talk about above and beyond service. First with Daniel in sales, I never once felt pressured. Daniel could sense on my face that we needed some space to talk and offered to step outside. (We just stepped into the next room) Once my husband and I assured ourselves that we were on the same page, we moved forward. Now with the install. One of the installers, Joe, noticed my back door was too low to allow an entrance mat to be placed. This was something I was annoyed with when we moved in and forgot about. He took the time to raise it just enough to give me space to have a mat now. Like I said, above and beyond. That was extra work and he could have not done that to just get the job done. During the finished walk through, I noticed a minor missed spot on the caulking; actually so small my husband was probably annoyed with me, ha! Patrick and Angel assured me they wanted me to be happy and did my touch up request without complaint. Thank you Arizona Window and Door Store for closing this years long door search for us. But, I think I will miss the packing taped shattered window on my door. NOT!

Not only did he do that, but he also noted other things that could use a little more touch up. He fixed blinds that were stuck post window install. We wanted to transform our back door into a sliding glass door, which involved removing parts of walls and moving some electric cables. We talked to 3 different potential companies who could do it all themselves, but Arizona Windows and Door was the one with whom we felt most confident. They came for a house visit even if the job was (originally) only 1 door, whereas other companies did not and rather quoted me on the phone. The salesman was nice without being pushy, and very responsive with questions. We ended up adding one window replacement to the job during his visit. The installation went well, even if they encountered some weird stuff happening in our walls from prior renovations. It was done quicker than I expected and well. They did have to come back in a few days later to repair some of the drywall that had to be cut to fix some weird electric problems we had (probably from before), so it was in a half-finished state for a little bit, but that was not a problem. We love the result! The door, while facing West does not bring more heat into the house. It was not cheap, but it is a worthy investment in our comfort. Two things I wished they had done better is: 1. Keep in touch a bit more with order updates between when we gave them the green light and when they came for the installation. I wish they would have called me ~1-2 weeks prior to the installation date to confirm that everything was on track. I had to call them to confirm the date to take work days of, so that was a bit annoying. 2. Be a bit more clear about the different types of glass they have. We replaced the door and one window, both on the same wall. The door is with a special type of glass that prevents UV whereas the window is with regular glass, which means that the light coming in from both is a bit different (blue from door and yellow from window). It is not a deal breaker and it makes sense that the window is similar to all the other windows in the house, but I had not understood that there would be a difference, so it could have been better explained. But, despite that, we would use this company again, so it is a minor detail.

I just completed the replacement of the last 7 windows in our home with Arizona Window & Door Store. My only regret is that I didn't choose them the FIRST time with the other windows in our home! We have been replacing them in sections each year because of the expense. We started with Window World (the cheapest), then used Anderson last year for the front of the house (the most expensive) and finally I found this company for the final windows. Daniel was our sales rep and was honest, not pushy, and just a good guy all around. That would have sold me on its own, but then I learned that their windows have a very slim profile and were just what I wanted. Between the service, the actual window profile, and the installation, I wouldn't ever go with another window company again!! The installation took two days and the crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves. After the first day, they asked if I had any issues and I did point out a few areas where they left some residual calk and also a few of the screens were damaged. They took care of it right away, and are sending someone out this week to replace the screens. Don't go anywhere else for your windows!

Great windows. Fantastic customer service (even when they make mistakes). Non-pushy sales. Reasonable prices. We first used the Arizona Window and Door store a year ago when one of our single-pane windows broke. We took it as an opportunity to replace a few windows. Dan was our sales guy, and he was fantastic. Prices were in the middle of what we had seen from other contractors, but the experience and great online reviews is what got us to pull the trigger. Install crew was quick and friendly. Windows look and work well. A year later we decided to replace a few more windows in our older home. Dan, once again, was amazing. However, on install day, when the crew came to show me the installed windows, I noticed that the frames were a different white and the ones we had installed a year prior were tan. We had expected these to be tan, since we asked for exactly the same windows this time. When I mentioned it to the installer, he said "I wondered why you had two different colors." (It would have been nice if he had said something before installing...) I checked my paperwork and it said white on the new windows. And I had signed the invoice where it said white... I immediately texted the office and the project manager called me and told me they'd figure out a solution. Then Dan called me and apologized, as well and said they'd happily replace the windows to make the situation correct. I felt it was partly my fault for not double-checking the invoice, so we compromised and they agreed to replace the original 2 smaller windows to the matching white. That replacement was just completed and the experience great. These people are the real deal. Contractors that communicate well, show up when they say they will, install a good product at a reasonable price, and stand behind their work. I'll never use another door or window installer.

We recently replaced 24 windows in our home. After getting 4 quotes, there was no question that Arizona Window and Door Store would be our choice. Our salesperson, Dameon, was very patient as we tackled this huge project. His low key sales approach was a selling point. Our installation crew of Miguel, Luis, and Omar was top notch! We really appreciated that AZWDS has their own stucco crew. The stucco repair and small interior drywall areas that needed touched up were done beautifully by Sergio, Nelson, and Omar. The windows are beautiful and our view is even better than before! I have to be honest and report that while overall, it was a five star experience, there were some bumps along the way. The project took longer than we expected and there were some issues with one window due to problems with the manufacturer. I do not hesitate recommending this company if you are in the market for window replacement!

They only thing they weren't prepared to do was cover my furniture with either plastic or cloth for the very dusty job. So I covered my furniture with sheets. Some of my neighbors said I paid too much which is very possible, but the patio slider is very attractive inside and out and adds value to my condo both for rental or sale. I am so impressed. Steve gave my quote. He sold me on the company. I appreciate how the owner runs the business. Steve wasn’t pushy. He was very upfront. He explained that there is a 12-16 week delay due to to supply chain delays. I’m seeing that everywhere else, so I understand. The product I purchased is in the high end of the middle range. They pay the tax if you commit that day and put down 30%. I wasn’t going to do that, but I was so impressed with how the owner operates the company that I felt comfortable doing it. I was also familiar with the products, so I knew the prices were fair and the product was good. Today, David N. did the final measurements. He went through my order to make sure it was correct and re-confirmed everything. He was very thorough. He will come by during install to make sure everything is going as planned. He told me that for the 3 windows that aren’t retrofit, there could be a day of stucco repair after, but it’s not likely. I appreciate how honest, upfront and thorough this company has been from the start. I will update my review once installation is complete.

Initially 3 stars. The quality of the door seems very good, as it should be at the high price paid. My experience with this company was good up until post installation. I was informed pre-install that they would take care of all aspects of install to include repairs needed from the tearing out of the old door and install of the new one. This was told to me when I ordered the door, and then again when scheduling install and again scheduling repairs. My floor is real hardwood and it was damaged. The girl on the phone made note of this and informed me that it would be repaired when the men came to repair the stucco, frame, brick work. She also stated that the men do not really speak English and to be prepared for that, so it is unknown if the men knew what they needed to repair due to the language barrier. However, I pointed it all out to them. I was told in broken English that wood floor is too hard and too long to fix. I had to hire a separate flooring man to pull up the damaged wood and replace it. There is also still quite a gap that looks left undone on the outside threshold. I will probably have to hire a handyman for that. Update: Now 5 stars. The company has gone above and beyond to remedy any issues. Dow, one of the managers reimbursed me for having to hire a hardwood repair and install man, thank you Dow. The threshold outside has been repaired and looks finished, thank you Darrell. There was some window trim that keeps moisture out that has come off twice and both times has been repaired, thank you Jesse. While here, Jesse also noticed that the doors had settled and were not hanging straight, rubbing against one another at the top, so he fixed that as well. I had not even noticed it before he pointed it out.

Our whole experience with AZ Window and Door has been awesome. On initial meeting/consultation, the gentleman spent two hours answering all of our questions and giving us all the options available for new windows in our ‘79 brick home. He priced out the cost to do our entire house and then broke down different options (all because I wanted to budget/plan) and was patient with us as we made decisions. After they ordered our windows and they came in, installation was painless (for us) and even though they had to stand in our garden to install the bathroom window - they didn’t smash a single flower. I know that sounds silly but they put so much care into installation and we cannot wait to do our next round of windows around the house. The windows are so gorgeous... a billion steps up from the original single pane silver nightmares they replaced!

Wow! Everything about this company blew us away. From the estimating, scheduling, installation, and follow-up, it was - dare I say it - a PERFECT experience! Not only did we end up with a stellar looking set of replacement windows, the people involved were simply top notch. Everyone was pleasant, always on schedule, and did exactly what they said they'd do. Greg & John did our initial overview and estimating, and both were fantastic at answering all our questions. The real "moment of truth" is of course the installation, and the installers Adrian and Carlos were absolutely incredible. Polite, genuinely friendly, and complete professionals with the quality of their work and cleanup. We got the Anlin Catalina windows, and I highly recommend them. That's another great thing about this company - they use superior products. Do your research on window brands! We loved the color options for the frames, and went with the taupe-gray color, a much nicer match for us than plain white or tan. Competitors did not mention similar options, so this was a nice surprise. What a change from the 25 year old dark brown aluminum frames! They also gave us great advice on what kind of glass to use for certain applications, for example in our master bedroom where we wanted a little more sun blocking & privacy. If you're looking for windows, these folks have to be on your short list of companies to call. We'll be using them again to replace our front door. I highly recommend AZ Window and Door, it's so nice knowing there are still companies out there that truly care about quality and customer service!

This past week I was involved in 2 separate projects where AZ Window & Door installed a total of 7 of their Anlin Windows. There were different 2-man crews at each job which preformed the window installations. Each job was done very professionally from start to finish. When each job was finished the head installer took time with each homeowner to explain all facets of the windows they just installed. Both crews cleaned up the jobsite at the conclusion of their work -- I'm talking a fantastic cleanup. The final product -- the Anlin Windows are fantastic ..... they look great -- operate great and the "insulated glass spec" is extremely competitive with the big competitors in the window industry. Very pleased with the whole experience and I've already noticed a huge difference in the energy efficiency of my home. My home is a historic midcentury ranch style and had the old aluminum single paned glass that had horrible efficiency. From the start of the transaction the salesman was friendly and timely; which I value timeliness very highly. The end result exceeded my expectations. The multipaned effect they were able to achieve on the windows fit the period of the house well and the interior of the home is now very quiet. I would highly recommend Arizona Window and Door Store and will be using them again when I go to replace the sliding arcadia door with a French door.

I had the pleasure of experiencing AZ Window and Door's service a few years ago at a home I was renting. I knew I wanted them to help me with the problem of old windows that needed to be replaced. I inquired online last week for an estimate on replacing all the windows in my new home. I immediately received a text response, letting me know that they would be out on the day and time that I had requested. Andrew showed up on time and was very pleasant. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and needed, then provided a proposal while sitting in my living room. Andrew joked with the kids and talked to the dogs, all the while being extremely professional. In the end, the cost was a little more than I could afford, so Andrew helped with that too and we are getting exactly what we want. Then came David! David came out to take precise measurements today. That may sound like a simple thing, but with 3 kids, 3 dogs, and a few kittens, it could have been challenging. David took my crazy household in stride and worked his way around all of it. He checked and double-checked his measurements for accuracy and asked me several times what our preferences are on different details. Before he left, David explained what to expect with the final installation and assured us that he would check in on the installation as it progressed. I know from my previous experience and the interaction with Andrew and David that Arizona Window and Door was the right choice. Install took forever, due to some issues caused by the manufacturer of the door. However, AZ Window and Door stuck with it and ensured the install was eventually right. Derek, who did the install (twice due to some issues outside of his control), was particularly diligent in ensuring we were happy with the install and that everything was done correctly. Can't say I'm happy with the experience overall given how long we had to wait on a replacement door, but they could have just blamed it on someone else and left it done. They didn't do that, nor did they even hint at the possibility.

Brandon, Davin, Jesse , Nate and Rachel all were knowledgeable, professional, cleaned up after their work and the the absolute hands down best in the Business. I worked with 2 contractors in the last 6 months, my garden window was done twice with horrible product and workmanship. The night before install I literally had buckets catching the rain due to the work from the other 2 contractors. I contacted Arizona window and doors and my stress and trust was put to ease by these awesome people. From Rachel helping with setting up all the set up and install to Davin and Brandon planning, measuring and Brandon overseeing the job and last but certainly not least Jessie and Nate the installers. My beautiful garden window was installed correctly and no issues and they had to fix water damage and poor craftsmanship from the prior contracts . The best! We so appreciated how quick, easy, friendly and reasonable it was to work with Arizona Door Store. The doors they installed are beautiful and operate smoothly, and their customer service is outstanding. After the installers left, we noticed the trim was slightly banged up, so Greg, the owner, was on top of it and had it replaced in a very timely manner. Months later, we realized there was a slight alignment issue towards the bottom of the doors, causing a thin gap in closure. Again, Greg responded immediately and had someone out the same day to rectify it at no charge. Such a wonderful, efficient, local business! Thanks, guys!

We had our original door installed by Az Window and door. The door became difficult to open. After several repair attempts by the service technicians, Dow, the manager became involved. He ordered a new frame and sent Joe and his crew to remove the old frame and install a new frame, sweep and threshold. Joe was excellent and there work was flawless. Dow followed up on the job and has ordered new hardware for the door to replace the previous hardware that had considerable wear from the previous frame. I would highly recommend Arizona Window and Door, Dow and Joe. I should also mention that all this work was covered by the business who made this door “right”.

I decided to replace all my windows because I was so tired of looking through sunscreens and still having to close my shutters during the summer daytime hours to try to keep some of the heat out. So I obtained 3 quotes for replacing 16 windows and a sliding patio door. Dameon came out to the house to give me the estimate. He was very professional but easy to talk to and did a very thorough job explaining all of my options and choices. He brought samples of the window material so I could see what I would be getting. I chose the Sunshield glass with the sound reduction option. I especially liked that the windows and door could be installed without disturbing my wooden shutters that I have on all windows plus the patio door. He gave me the estimate with no pressure whatsoever. AZ W&D was right in the middle in cost. I then did my research on Anlin windows on YouTube and became more and more sold on these quality windows. When installation time came, Adrian came out and installed everything over about 5 days. He did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy and cleaned up every day before he left. The small vertical window next to the front door required some stucco demolition but afterwards a crew came out and fixed the stucco like new. The last day, Adrian framed in the new patio door on the inside and it looks great. All of the windows look so much better than before and I'm really enjoying the look both from inside and outside. It's so refreshing to keep my shutters open and have a clean view of the outside without letting too much heat inside. The inside of the house is brighter with the shutters open but also cooler because they're so energy efficient. I'd highly recommend AZ Window and Door as well as Anlin windows.

Recently, Arizona Window and Door installed 27 Anlin Catalina replacement windows in our home. All aspects of sale and installation were handled in highly professional and competent ways. Chad, the Design Consultant or salesman, was very friendly and deeply knowledgeable of his product. In a relatively low key fashion, he took us through a variety of options, helped us determine which windows should be replaced, took a set of measurements and gave us a firm price. The next step occurred when the owner and Chad came to make the final measurements. John Edwards, general manager, placed the order with Anlin and gave us installation dates. The installation took place on the specified dates. Our installation crew, led by Bobby, was terrific and their work impeccable. The day before they started, Bobby called me to set an arrival time and to provide a brief overview of the work to be done. Bobby and his two assistants were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs, e.g., scheduling, cleaning up, noise. Most importantly, they were skilled craftsmen who did great work and took pride in their accomplishments. The Anlin windows look great and refreshed our home. They have significantly reduced the sun’s glare and we anticipate great help in controlling the heat transfer next summer. In sum, our experience—from start to finish—was excellent. We highly recommend Arizona Window and Door to you.

Three words.....Ask for Vinny! We are in the process of completely remodeling our home. One of the tasks involves replacing all of our windows. We contacted Arizona Window and Door (AW&D) for a quote, as well as several other window companies in the area. Vinny was the rep that came to our house from AW&D. We found him to be very experienced and very knowledgeable (not just in his windows, but also with what the competitors have to offer). Most importantly...Vinny was in no way aggressive, forceful or pushy in his presentation. After sitting through three or so aggressive presentations from other window companies before AW&D, Vinny gained my respect and trust within the first 5 or 10 minutes of his arrival. He simply relied on explaining facts about windows. And trust me, Vinny knows windows! Vinny offered that if I were to have any questions concerning his or any competitors windows, he would gladly answer my questions if I were to email him. I held him to his word on that.....and emailed A LOT of questions to Vinny in the weeks after he was at our home. Not only did Vinny answer my emails quickly, he was very informative and detailed in his responses, regardless if some of the answers leaned towards a competitors window. Vinny was honest and straightforward in his replies. We ended up buying our windows from AW&D. Not just because of Vinny, but also because of the quality of the windows AW&D represents, and their pricing. You may end up buying your windows from one of AW&D’s competitors, but you’d be doing yourself an injustice if you didn’t include Vinny’s advice when making your decision.
