We're ordering 20 windows of all different sizes and some odd shapes. Lifetime has a good product for all budgets and designs.

We are generally weary of anything installers due to some bad experiences, but Jeremiah and Michael were absolutely flawless with a complete window and door replacement (all windows in the house and patio French door). Kind, respectful and hard working folks. 100+ degree 50% humidity and no complaints. Lifetime did a great job finding them and they did a fantastic job at our home. 10/10 would recommend!

Have not used them yet, but will definitely consider them when we are ready to move forward on that part of our renos (doing landscaping at this time). Virgil F. was the rep we dealt with and he was very thorough and professional. He was able to identify the Arizona desert/sun pitfalls and how to avoid them, when selecting windows and patio doors. He really understood their product line up, and offered us smart solutions/ reasonably priced alternatives to what is presently installed. On more personal note, he was a good guy to walk us through the entire window replacement process.

We found this company at an Art festival in Fountain Hills. All the staff we interacted with were so friendly! Our Design Consultant Matt McDougall showed up to our appointment on time and was extremely informative. He talked through many options for the windows we were looking at getting replaced and was not pushy. He gave us several quotes and took time to explain financing options and warranties. This is the first company we have had come out to check out our windows and part of me wants to buy the windows based off this guy alone. Great experience and definitely a company to keep in mind!

The thing we loved most was the cardinal low E3 66 glass that prevents the UV ray protects our wood floors and the furniture in our home, it also keeps the heat out as well. Rich C. came out a for a quote and provided a great deal on windows. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. ** update ** The window crew that came by were great. It was a quick and painless install. They taped and tarped off the area so that dust wouldn't get in the house and cleaned all the windows so they were spotless. During the walk through, they opened each window to show that everything was working as expected, and showed me how move the insect screens as well. The temperature has dropped significantly -- even with the budget glass options. Overall 10/10. A friend also went through the same company and had struggled a bit with his crew (left a mess, did not fulfill promised services, mis-measured window depth, left stucco on the windows, floors, did not come with proper equipment/scaffolding, etc.). So it may just depend on the crew you get.

Bruce came out and educated us on the process of purchasing a sliding door for our house. Bruce was professional and easy to talk to. Here are some of the reasons we loved their work. - They did exactly what they had agreed to do - Their price was fair and accurate - They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up perfectly afterwards - The installers, Mike and Ryan were really nice guys and did a fantastic job. - They were professionals who clearly knew what they were doing. Of course that's expected from any vender, but is not always the case - The new windows (two bedroom and one kitchen,) look great, open SO easily (horizontally, with a light touch) and close tightly. And, everyone we dealt with at Lifetime was courteous and friendly. We're really happy with their work and will definitely have them replace more of our windows. My only regret is that we didn't have the work done months or years ago.

I had my windows replaced in my home in November 2021. They did a great job and did it as fast as they could. I have loved my windows and they have decreased my energy bill as well. When I attempted to put my swamp cooler in my window this year, I noticed that the window opened on the wrong side. I couldn’t install my swamp cooler into the window. I called Lifetime and Marina was very kind and listened to my issue. She contacted the service managers and other people on my behalf. She followed up with me with a phone call and let me know what she had done and what I could expect. Larry was able to send out a technician within 24 hours of contacting me. Joe came out and switched my windows for me. It was awesome. Joe was very knowledgeable about windows and easy to talk to. He kept everything clean and fixed my issue quickly! I appreciate the whole team at Lifetime. Marina also got me my referral bonus for setting my parents up with this great company. Use this company for windows - their customer service is 2nd to none and the product is wonderful as well!

Their work is excellent and the product is very high quality. The first windows we had installed 3 years ago look just as fresh as the ones we had installed today. This speaks to the quality of the entire process. Lifetime Windows and Doors really stands by their lifetime promise. Even the smallest issue is no problem to get resolved. We had a screen that was damaged by a cat and Lifetime repaired it upon request. One window installed last May had a slight crack in the frame. I would not have ever seen it, and it probably would have never been a problem but the installers saw it. They put in an order to replace the whole window! I could not be happier and can't say enough good things about this company.

Original salesman was polite, provided many different options and explained pros/cons. I replaced my sliding glass door, originally wanted french doors, but the cost and the required space to open the doors was not as i imagined. I went with a sliding door with the larger frame, so it looks like a door instead of a sliding glass door. The two guys that removed my old door and installed the new one were just as polite, got right to work, worked many hours and once complete, there was no mess. They took the old door and all the packaging. Service was excellent and the door should help with my electric bill, as the old door was the original that came with the house. Lifetime warranty sounds great, and door looks fantastic. I would recommend doing business with this company. The only concern I had was I was hoping to get a bigger frame around the door, to match my window frames, as they said they would try. In the end, the frame was not touched, the original frame was left intact.

The initial process was not as good as can be. There was a mix up of loan paperwork and timelines, deadlines and the overall process. It was perturbing. Partly because the company and partly me. Would have been nice to have one person to speak to instead of multiple people. However once that was taken care of, everything went smoothly. The windows are fantastic so far. The crew was exceptional. As much as Lifetime will claim that they only use their own crew for installation, our and our friends were installed by contractors. Once the sales person left our house we never heard from him again. No check in or anything lease. Foreman came by to authorize the finish of the project was the last I heard. Then the loan people got in touch with us.

Their installers were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The windows came out so beautifully that people have actually knocked on my door to ask who did our windows. I had a small piece on my 8 foot slider come off and they were out to fix it 2 days later, no charge, no questions. The window themselves are so much more efficient than our old windows, we can really feel the difference this summer. With the windows and a new air conditioner. we have been saving around $200 a month over what we spent on our electric bills last summer. Best home improvement experience I ever had.

Our entire experience with Lifetime Windows and Doors was top notch! Excellent communication and follow up with our sales rep, Jim Daly. Likewise, our appointment schedulers Mary and Shalynn kept us up to date on every step. The installation crew, Frankie, Eric, Robert and Abel, was prompt, professional, friendly and installed the windows beautifully. Our job required some stucco and drywall work and Hector and Antonio did excellent work on that as well. We installed 11 Marvin Infinity windows and one patio door and they are great!! Where to begin... what an amazing experience! Beginning with Mark B, my sales consultant, really great - no pressure and no hard sales pitch just informative. Then there was Mary - always so sweet, cool and patient with my many questions and phone calls. Vince, Anthony and Juan, installers from the first two days, sooo great!! Vince and Anthony's attention to detail was so awesome - this was a hard job because my house is like a thousand years old jk jk and they went through a lot to get this install done - they asked questions when necessary and went the extra mile to make sure things looked really good. Eddi, Tyler and Jose, installers on the third day, these guys came to install the big picture window and even though it was difficult they did not cut any corners and went the more difficult but ultimately better route and made sure the window looked great! Then Antonio, the drywall/plaster guy, oof he had so much repair work to do... you can't tell! He not only fixed everything but made sure that it looked the same and sometimes even better than it did before the install. Really terrific! Finally, George who did a final walk through to make sure I was happy with everything. This was a process. Lifetime made sure everything was done with care to my home and finished really really nicely. Attention to detail and quality of work were the best! Thank you so much.

My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process of choosing these windows. I contacted Lifetime Window and Doors to have a salesman give us a quote. Chris Bird came down the next morning. At that time we were only going to replace our patio door. As we talked I knew that LifeTime was running a discount, but I didn’t know that you could get 24 months no interest if paid in full by the end of 24 months. Once we heard that we decided to have Chris quote on the whole house. We are so happy that we did. It was a noticeable difference right away inside the house with the new windows. We ordered the windows in May and they were installed July 6th. The communication with the home office was always very clear and concise. Mary and Shaylan were constantly sharing current updates on the status of our new windows. Jose and Jacob were are installer. Chris said that it could take 1 1/2 days to install with three men. It took Jose and Jacob 1 day to install 7 large windows plus our new patio door. We went with the Anlin Windows which are vinyl and love them. I am pleased that we have a LifeTime Warranty on our Windows and Patio Door as well as this screens. The Anlin Company knows how to make Windows for the Arizona hot temperatures that keep the heat out of the house. That’s what they specialize in!! You get what you pay for!!
