Several weeks ago I had a cracked windshield and contacted Best Glass to schedule a repair. I've been using them for over 15yrs and always receive excellent customer service. On the day of service I received a call from Ron/repairman, he advised of his arrival time. He showed up early, which was great - very friendly and professional. Once he removed the damaged windshield, he notice that there was a part missing (brackets to hold rubber seal in place to prevent leaking). Apparently the shop where I had the windshield replaced several years ago (while in CA) left that part off and just glued the windshield to the frame of the vehicle...not good...so glad I didn't have any problems. Ron said he wanted to do the job right, so he called around to find the part, went to get it, and completed the job. He went above and beyond...excellent job Ron! In addition, I wasn't charged for additional parts or fuel and time to retrieve them. I highly recommend Best Glass.

Had a very bizarre thing happen to us. Driving on the freeway about 4 in the afternoon and something came from nowhere and smashed our sun roof. My husband says it was satellite debris but who knows. We pulled over, called our agent to get a referral to a local Glass Company. We called best glass and their customer service was great! We had to get approval from our insurance company but being late in the day we got the run around. Best Glass went ahead ordered our replacement glass and worked with us and the insurance company to get it approved. Once approved they were right out and we got it taken care of. The office went above and beyond for our business and we so appreciated it. Thank you!

Super friendly service! They came to my house and replace my Tesla windshield then I had a chip 2 days afterwards. Ball hit windowpane - CRACK! I drove over to best glass to schedule service around 2:30pm. Their guy was out to my house by 4pm. Broken window glass was replaced in about an hour. I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to write my experience with Best Glass. I called Best Glass on a Monday and they were ready to schedule and install the very next day. The lady I spoke to to schedule was great. I believe her name was Sarah. She was very nice! The gentleman who came to install my windshield was Ron. So Professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He pointed out I was missing these plastic pieces near my windshield/hood. The last company to replace my windshield took these pieces and never put them back. Ron went out of his way to track down these parts at his shop. I got a call the next day that Ron was at my car saying the pieces have been installed and it’s taken care of. Now that’s service!! Best Glass went out of their way to install missing pieces another well known glass company took from my car. I HIGHLY recommend Best Glass. update: had an issue with a glass door that was installed 16 months ago. had best glass come out to take a look even though it was out of warranty. despite a miscommunication, they took care of the issue. bob the owner called to clear up the miscommunication and could not have been more helpful. customer service was great and very helpful. the crew at best glass did a great job on the glass for my bathroom showers. price was good, cheaper than several other bids. i'd for sure use them again and i highly recommend them.

They made replacing my windshield incredibly easy! Mary was very kind and helpful. She called my insurance for me and 1. made sure I had coverage and 2. helped me open a claim. I was about to pay out of pocket because I was under the impression I didn't have windshield coverage! Then the tech who installed my windshield, Ron, gave me a 10 min heads up before he even arrived at my work. When arrived he was super professional and courteous to the fact that my boss was holding a meeting and made the windshield replacement and payment process very discreet. This is the second windshield I have had replaced by Best Glass. The staff is professional and the technicians do excellent work. Jay Moreno was the main tech that installed my windshield. The vehicle is a Lexus RX350 which has a camera mounted on the inside of the windshield. They lined everything up perfect and it is like new again. With an assistants help they had the entire job done in less than an hour. I'm very happy with the service provided by Best Glass.

I had two very large wall mirrors, from floor to ceiling height, and had called many places to see who could remove them. Either for the cost or liability reasons, I wasn’t very confident till I called Best Glass. They were so helpful and honest, from the moment I booked for the guys to come out to the time they were done with the job. The service was fast, they drove all the way to the East Valley to do both the replacements at the same time, and supported their work. They made one small error, but returned and fixed it immediately. The people at Best Glass really earned my praise. I just need a couple of pieces of glass cut with finished edges for two nightstands. Not many places do these small jobs anymore. I tried Best Glass and they were super accommodating, pleasant and friendly. When I went to pick up my glass the office staff was helpful and the guy from the shop carried the glass out and placed it in my car. If I could give 10 stars, I would. AWESOME place of business! Wonderful people! My son goes to GCU, a university close by, and his window "dropped" into his driver's side door. I contacted our insurance company, who made it sound like it would be covered and said I could go to Best Glass. I called Best Glass and spoke to Mary. She explained that it was not covered but they could help install it but suggested getting the part cheaper at another place of business. My son did get the part needed at another location and brought it to them. Mary, then took the time, to call me and tell me my son was there and they would take care of things. Great mirror at a great price. I would have given 5 stars but they handed me a very fragile piece of glass without bubble wrap or anything to protect it. Even cardboard on the corners or the foam stick ons to keep it from sliding would have made me feel a lot better. I was lucky it didn’t break on my 20 mile drive home. I called our insurance company and they arranged for Best Glass company to contact us to schedule a time to repair or replace the windshield. The scheduling was easy and the technician called ahead of time to let us know that his ETA. The technician indicated that our windshield only needed a repair and that work was done in minutes. He also explained the repair process and that if for whatever reason, the crack continued to expand, that the windshield would be replaced again at no additional charge. I would use Best Glass again. I used Best Glass for my Personal vehicle. He changed at my place of Employment. I had an issue from a previous replacement, with leakage. Jesus was able to show me why there was a leak. Apparently "the other guys" did not put a thick enough bead of urethane above rear view mirror which caused it to leak pretty good "when" it rained. So far this year it has rained a lot. An amazing glass company, they came out to my home on the actual day that I called my insurance company...which was perfect because I needed to use the car and it was undrivable (because a psycho ex boyfriend bashed in all my windows in my new (new to me) Lincoln MKX. It was quite a big job as they also replaced a window on my Jetta as well...that was also bashed by the big dumb drunkard of an ex. They called me 30 minutes prior to arriving, like they promised they would, and they arrived at the beginning of the 3 hour window they say they can arrive between.... uh oh, I'm rambling a tad too much. Okay, long story short, they were so professional, they even vacuumed up most of the broken glass on the car's floor and the only thing that wasn't perfect, at first, was they couldn't get the auto function on my driver's side window to work, I was told the window either needed to be slightly curved or it was slightly curved and it kept going back down every time it completely closed (as if it thought there were fingers in the window and it didn't want to roll them up). Okay, so Jesus (heysus) came back another day, replaced the whole thing and nothing happened, same results...auto function was not working, still. Then I received a text from Ron, he was very punctual, he arrived 10 minutes after I texted him back, he was at my place for about 10 minutes and magically fixed the auto function and happened to fix the door handle also:). Ron was epic! Cherry on top.. if ya know what I mean;) I would definitely recommend Best Glass to anyone who needs a window! Thanking you all in advance for taking the time out of your busy days to read my super lengthy review!

Called Best Glass to order a 39" diameter table glass to lay on top of a brass table to protect it but also have a level surface to place items on the table. It turned out beautiful. They had to special order although received in a week. Delivery was timely and white glove service. Put on shoe covers and set glass on the brass table. Even put the small round clear plastic grippers down to prevent brass and glass from scratching each other as well as securing glass to table. Absolutely beautiful and would highly recommend Best Glass.

Great fast service but the techs need to be empowered to do what’s right. Cannot say “it’s our policy” and leave my remote start antennas dangling. It was attached to the old glass, you remove old glass, you reinstall it simple! Manager had to make a special trip out to reinstall them.
