After hearing the radio commercials (I've got a crack in my glass... a crack in your what?) I decided to give them a call when when a rock chipped and cracked my windshield. They worked directly with my insurance, and scheduled a home installation. Dennis came out and did a great job! He's friendly and professional. He had the old windshield out, and the new one installed in under an hour. Once he was done, he gave me a check for the cracked windshield AND 2 gift cards for dining out. If/when this happens again, I'll be calling Auto Glass America for the next job. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Kristina and Mike walked me through every step before they did the work. They recalibrated my safety features so everything was completed in one appointment. This place was excellent! They were able to send someone to meet us somewhere to get the windshield replaced instead of having us drive all the way to Tampa. The windshield replacement was quick and the work done was quality work. Everything was done with a timely manner and the man who did the replacement, Dennis, was pleasant and his work was good. I would definitely recommend others to use this place! :)

Had an AMAZING experience!! Not only was the sales woman fantastic and super friendly (we chatted for a half hour while she helped us navigate our insurance coverage), I had a scheduling conflict the day of the installation and the technician was kind enough to meet me at my destination to install the new windshield! I cannot say enough positive about this company. I needed a windshield and called and spoke to Josh who was extremely thorough to make sure I got the correct windshield. He explained in detail step by step that a husband and wife team will be out the very next morning to replace my window. Ten minutes after I got off phone with Josh Rick the installer called me to confirm he would be at my place between 10 and 11am. He was there a within the time that he quoted me. Both Rick and his wife were very friendly and professional. They had my new window in in under one hour. I highly recommend their service if you want.the job done prompt correctly and professional. We had really bad storms the day of install, Kevin stayed in contact with me to see if we had a covered area or if I preferred to cancel. I appreciated he didn't take it upon himself to cancel. He pretty much stayed in contact the entire day and when he arrived, he was on time, courteous, and professional. He told me it would take about 30 min weather permitting and I hadn't sat down good before he was done. Ten minutes maybe. It's only been a couple of days but we've had rain and I haven't noticed any leaks. It appears to be sealed properly. My rearview seems a tad bit higher than normal but nothing to complain about, it doesn't affect my view. He even put all my oil stickers and toll tags back on place. And most of all allowed no lizards to enter the car I appreciate being service by him and it reflects well on the company.

Excellent customer service: from the sales rep, to contacting the insurance company, setting up the appointment, installing the new windshield and ordering new side moldings for my car. Mike S., the glass technician, was not only super professional and personable, he went out of his way to order new side moldings for my car to be picked up in a different county and worked with Sam at Kia through my insurance so that I wouldn't be charged anything extra. I was able to pick them up the next day at the dealership and install them myself per his excellent directions. Hailey was a great sales rep to work with as she was extra patient working with Quinta on contacting my insurance company about the replacement windshield. I would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future. Please be aware that I have comprehensive car coverage, so the costs were taken on by my insurance company.

Made it extremely easy from beginning to end. They helped with calling insurance and came to my house to install the new windshield. I had mike show up to do work on my vehicle and he was extremely nice and ended up hanging out while he did the install. Took him maybe 20 minutes from start to finish. The glass and calibration was done well, however they just tossed my dash cam aside and did not rethred the connections under the glass mount system which should have been easy since the windshield is actually removed!! Now I have to pay to get my dashcam reinstalled

All aspects of my experience recently with Auto Glass America were nothing short of excellent. My appointment was for between 10 AM and 2 PM and the technician called me at 11, he arrived at my home shortly after. He greeted me professionally and told me what was going to happen in order to replace my windshield. Everything was completed in about 45 minutes and then the windshield had to sit for another hour or so before I could use the car, which was fine. The handoff from my insurance company before the appointment was great and easy. Overall I will give this experience 110% and I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart!

From the appointment setup to execution of the work, the experience was wonderful. I felt like a valued customer. The Technicians communicated their ETA which was helpful as I had a quick errand to run. The work was completed in good time and they cleaned up nicely. That was on Friday. On Sunday the vehicle was involved in an accident. The windshield was in tact even though my vehicle rear-ended the other. Thank you Auto Glass America for a job well done.

Called them and spoke to a customer rep who got me on a conference call with my insurance carrier. The insurance rep took some info and filled the claim. Auto Glass America set up the appt the next day. They could've set it up the same day but I needed to have my wife's vehicle with me at work. Showed up on time, forty minutes later and it was a done deal. Plus, they installed an OE windshield too. I'll be receiving a $75 check soon for the old windshield. Can't argue with all that. Easy peasy...

So I had a crack in my window for about a month, but didn't have time to get it fixed. As my car was parked out in the parking lot at work, Gus thankfully left a note on my car to contact him. I decided to give a call to see what the note was about. Gus informed that he could fix the window and even better at no charge. After doing some research on Auto Glass America I decided to make an appointment. With in 2 days they came to my apartment and fixed the window in a matter of 45 minutes. I am very appreciative that Gus took the time to leave me a note and that the guys came out so quickly to repair my window. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you I am very appreciative!

First time having to replace my windshield. I called, they took care of my claim with my insurance company, set my appointment. A couple days later they came to my home, replaced my windshield (less than an hour) the guy was very nice and fast! Gave me a check and that was it! I will never use another auto glass company. From the minute the gentleman answered the phone call to the final step of installation and recalibration. These guys and lady went above and beyond the customer service standards. Each one is very honest and professional. Josh was the one who took the call and handled all the necessary paperwork all within 10 minutes (rock star!!). The installation was done by Bill the windshield beast. Took him maybe 30 minutes top. Very informative and explained his process the entire time. Arrived well before appt time and handled my car with such care. Nothing but a great experience with Auto Glass America. I contacted them and they got to work right away. My front windshield happened to be on back order and they did their best to track one down and keep me posted a couple times during the week as we waited for one to become available. Once the glass was available a technician came to me. He was very professional and friendly. Although there was a national back order for my windshield, they went above and beyond. They called Lexus and got as much information as possible. They were told two weeks, could be less or more. I was fine with this because it was information safelite refused to give me. They told me they would update me as often as possible. Safelite just cancelled my appointment and said they’d call when they knew anything which is unprofessional in my opinion. Auto Glass America went above and beyond to keep me informed and they even came to my place of work to replace the windshield and recalibrate my front facing camera! I would recommend over and over again. I will never use anyone else.

Again, great work but when there are companies paying $250 for your windshield in cash I might consider elsewhere.

Auto Glass America made a few follow-up calls to make sure that the insurance appraisal and claim happened promptly - Geico pulled through as well The service man was punctual, professional and left the windshield sparkling clean. I was even given a $75 check (yes, it cleared) and a $50 restaurant gift certificate. Who knew that having rocks hit my windshield could be such a pleasurable experience?

Did an install with temps below 32° I told him it was too cold it would crack and it did. Now this man was very nice, but never cleaned the inside of the window. Also I have major moisture. So I know the seal is not right. After reaching out they came back to fix the moisture issues with the window. Always on top of it these people are awesome

Great job, very happy with experience Called, they asked what I needed I told them a new windshield using insurance how soon can you do it, I was told usually about 2 days. They call the insurance company right away, they did not over inquire about what happen, it was not important anyway. The insurance company approved it right away(they on the other hand you will explained what happened even if you don't know they will ask) with a few question, my quoted time and date was confirmed, that's it. Day before the service I get a call confirming same date and time. The day of the guy calls at the exact quote time introduce himself and gave a more accurate time frame, he was there within half hour, blaze was his name, it was raining this did not stop him from working and he was sure to replace the glass while the rain had paused, he talked to pass the time not too much and not too personal, no questions about what happened, (but again it does not matter) quick still only about 30-40 minutes in the rain, gave me a blank check for 25$ better than nothing like some other companies pls I drive a 09 Kia so..... Right along with 2 50$ gift card to some restaurant place that I could care less about but thank you anyway, it's free kind of. I love that he did his job and was not grumpy and not seem to be annoyed like some service professional, Great experience today, if I have issue with warranty or work I will update the review. Terry and Katora did an exceptional job on our 2011 Nissan Cube. He called me before arrival and showed me every step of the process. From removing the glass without scratching my car or leaving any broken glass behind and removing the old inconsistent sealant bead that was put on wrong by the last company that replaced it. We also had wind noise from the last glass due to improper placement of the sealant. Terry showed me how he applied his sealant in a uniform flawless fashion with a metered electric caulk gun to eliminate wind noise and water leakage. On top of this we were given a check for $25 and 100 dining gift card. Thanks again AGA for Hiring exceptional workers to represent your company. Auto Glass America by far exceeds any other auto glass company in the State of Florida. The customer service and windshield installed on my G7 Infiniti is perfect. I’ve had my windshield repaired and replaced by Safelite before which literally took forever and still didn’t work and then had to use another cheap company. Both times with Safelite my windshield leaked within a few months and cracks grew because of the cheap low quality glass they installed! I had no idea. Auto Glass America uses the highest quality glass and materials on the market and I’ve never had a problem with either of my windshields on my Infiniti and my dads truck which are both still in perfect condition. I will use Auto Glass America every single time I need a windshield or any windows. Their customer service follows up and answers immediately, and handled the insurance very professionally.
