Excellent Service from start to finish. Mr. John Doran stopped by to give me a quote. He wasn’t pushy and provided detailed information about the process and costs. He guided me through the process and made the decision easy. The price mark was reasonable for my high quality double pane windows. The scheduling team was easy to work with. On the day of installation the installers showed up on time and worked in a logical steady pace that did not disturb the neighbors. I was able to get 21 windows installed in two days!!! And it was painless. This was by far the easiest and best construction experience I have ever had and I would do it again if I had too. Definitely take time to speak with Mr. John Doran and the team because everyone is so nice and considerate. Thank you Window Nation!!!!! Look at before and after photos attached

John Doran our sales rep did a great job as promised! We are so happy! Thank you Window Nation!!! Our installation team was fantastic!. They arrived at the early end of the timeframe we were given and the first window was installed within the first half hour. They covered every surface before installation, so nothing was coated with dust or dirt. They swept every molecule off the floor and out of the windows. I think they left the house cleaner than it was before they arrived. From our initial sales call with John through the installation, Window Nation provided everything we expected and within the time frame we were initially quoted.

Every part of our interaction with Window Nation was excellent. From the estimate visit to installation day, the service was professional and informative. We were kept informed on the status of our order from the day we placed it until the windows were installed. We had 15 windows replaced in our home. The installers were great too and took care to let us know what was going on while they were working. They were supposed to be installing for 2 days but actually got done in 1, and only came back the next day to install the screens. They left all the work areas clean. Our new windows are beautiful and from the minute they were installed, we could feel difference they made in the temperature in the house.

We live in a 250+ year old drafty farmhouse. We have needed windows for years but, with heating costs as they are… we decided this was the year to make the investment and to get it done so it will make a difference for us. EVERYTHING from the initial consultation to the man who measured for us, to the scheduling person who lined up installation were SPOT on!! The team who installed had extreme challenges with our doors lining up, rotted wood frames and bases, and so many hurdles because of the age of our home,….. but they tackled everything with skill and efficiency. They were a joy to work with. I recommend them to anyone. You hear horror stories every day about window people .. but.. honestly it couldn’t have gone any better!

Our salesperson, John was amazing. He had such an awesome personality and was able to understand exactly what we were looking for (not sure how since my husband and I wanted two different things). We were originally just replacing our living room window but John showed us how badly we needed to replace our bedroom as well. So we bought two windows. The order went in fast and someone came to measure the same week. Nice guy, a little too chatty regarding politics, COVID, the shot and Trump, but overall nice experience. Windows came in a little earlier than expected and the install team was amazing, fast, quiet and very very pleasant to work with. We love our windows. I have two tiny little complaints, we bought two windows and would have loved for someone to mention the buy two get two program so that was a bit of a bummer and the second issue was the windows were not what we ordered. There were too many grids. Our installers told us to call and get fixed, but we ended up liking the look of the grids so not really something we wanted to call about. We plan on having more windows installed and will most definitely use window nation again.

After getting a couple of ridiculous quotes for new windows, I contacted Window Nation. The salesperson, Jon Dawson, spent a great deal of time at both my house and my mother's house going over all of the options and answering our questions (in all, I replaced 8 windows in my house and my mother replaced 3 in hers). Jon was courteous and very professional, and not once did I feel like he was trying to pull one over us. The company was also very good at keeping us notified of the status of our orders. There was a little hiccup the day of the installation that caused the installation team to be a bit late, but the 3 installers worked non-stop from the moment they arrived to complete the work in both our houses in one day. The installers were very professional, polite, and excellent at their jobs. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning up when the installations were all completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Window Nation to anyone looking to replace windows.

Every part of the process went very well. The salesman was pleasant and professional and suggested we replace a box window comprised of 4 double hung windows with 2 sliding windows. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The installation crew, also very professional, replaced a total of 8 windows. They all look great inside and out. From the beginning with the professional visit of an expert (Trevor) to our home to demostrate how cool their eco-friendly windows are.... we were impressed. Then the installation team was absolutely wonderful, professional and left my home clean when they left. And they did it in just 5 hours! Update: Windows were installed. Process was efficient and they were done within a 6-61/2 hour period and installed/replaced 19 windows. I am very happy with my new windows and am pleased with the customer service. My sales consultant reached out to me after the install to ensure everything went okay. Customer service is quick to respond to any questions or problems. I met with sales representative, Ryan and had a good experience going over what type of vinyl replacement windows I was looking for. He was very professional and had a lot of information he went over and was very knowledgeable overall. I am now awaiting someone to come measure my windows so I can get my replacement put in.

The crew was awesome. 4 guys but only 1 of them spoke English. The only bad thing a out my experience, was the caulking. They only did it where the window was. I replaced my old blinds and had to remove the old hangers, that's where I noticed they chalked right up to the hangers. They should have removed them to chalk the entire window.

So I ordered 23 double hung windows including all aluminum capping plus an additional 6 windows and three doors to be capped. This is a 95+ year old home that we have painstakingly restored and updated and are extremely particular of our contractors. Believe me when I tell you that I have asked more than one contractor to not come back a second day in the middle of a project and had someone else finish. I have a friend who owned a company that used to manufacture these type of windows and reviewed the specs. He said they are every bit as good as Anderson or Pella , maybe better. My sales rep John Doran was pleasant, low pressure and responsive. A couple months after I ordered everything my daughter told me she was also looking to replaced a large number of windows so, while getting her some information, I happened to stumble on a number of bad reviews on another site. I got concerned and called John and he said he had requested the same lead installer he used for his own home and his Dad's. Window Nation is a large company and in some areas uses subs and has many different teams in different States and thus one bad area can account for a lot of these bad reviews. My lead installer , Mark Rafferty, was as good as they get. Highly experienced and I could tell in the first 30 minutes from the instructions given to his crew and how they entered my home that this was going to be a great installation. It was beyond my expectations. I had a painter on standby to touch up "all of the inside damage". I figured a day or two of spackle and touch up painting. In reality , it will maybe be an hour or two. They left my home and outside immaculate. The windows w new capping are excellent and greatly improved the entire look outside. FIVE STAR RATING FOR SURE.

Dennis and this installation team were very professional and respectful of our home. He kept us informed on what was going on a long with any issues during the entire installation. They cleaned up every well. As far as my "non-dealings" with Christopher Farley, he is a waste of company time and money. He never responded to my emails, which I was responding to his, or returned any of my phone calls. After 4 days of no response, I contacted our sales rep and sent an email to the CEO. I then received a call from another representative who scheduled our installation.

The windows are great. I had one small problem, all my windows were not locked so i went ahead n tried to lock them, they did not lock, when I called they said someone would be out the next day. It took them 2 days before anyone showed. He fixed them n showed me how to close them properly. No more problems.

They did a wonderful job. Purchased 14 windows. Dae our sales representative told us they would do a great job, and they did. Professional from start to finish. The installers also capped two attic windows that were replaced earlier in the year by another company. They did it at no charge. Our house is 150 years old, but I think it may be the prettiest one on the block now. They did the job in one day, from 8-5. I have never seen someone being so careful installing caulking as I watched the guy putting it on a 2nd floor window! He could have just slopped it on and no one would have been any wiser. We are are so happy with the Dae the sale rep . Our home warmed up as soon as they put the windows. Best money spent ever.

I had 17 windows and sliding glass door replaced. They completed the install in 2 days. They were on time both days. Cleaned up after installation. We noticed a difference in out house the first night. Our bedroom is normally very cold, but with the new PROPER window installation our room was warm. Best decision to go with Window Nation. Where do I start. My sales rep, William Mitzelfelt was phenomenal! He explained every detail about the window to me and answered ever question I had. The installers came out and did a professional, efficient and clean installation. The house was so clean once they left that I didn't even know they were there. The only critical comment I could make is that it took some time from ordering the windows through William to the installation day, but William explained that to us up front so it was expected. Excellent experience all around and I would highly recommend this company!

Had a snafu with the financier but they're 3rd party. Ultimately didn't cost or affect anything. Kept us updated throughout supply chain issues. Overall very satisfied. Once the windows were delivered and inspected locally, installation scheduling was quick. The installation of windows and outside casings was very professional. The finished windows look great. We had 2 windows that were supposed to have obscured glass on the bottom sash (bathroom) but only one window came with the correct glass. On September 1st, our home was hit by a tornado. Several windows were blown out or damaged beyond repair. I contacted four of the largest window companies to get estimates, my main concern was the time to get the new windows with supply chain issues and winter coming. All of the companies gave time estimates between mid January to late March. After seeing photos of the damage, Window Nation was able to move us up in the production schedule. They said the windows would arrive on December 2nd. I got a call that they came in on December 1st. The windows were installed yesterday. No pressure, which I appreciated. Once we decided on Window Nation, John Doran stayed in communication throughout the process. Took a while for the windows to come in, which is understandable during the pandemic. When they arrived, our installation was immediately scheduled. The installers were outstanding in my view. The crew of 5 came from Northern Virginia, and I'm glad they made the trip. The chief was Jimmy Matamoros - he was professional, organized, and excellent at his job. The crew worked very hard, and was super efficient, completing the installation and trim work in just two days. He even went the extra mile to trim out (at no charge) a decorative stained glass window which we weren't replacing, so as to match the rest of the window trim. Of course, with 40 windows not everything was perfect. One window came in with broken glass, and 2 others were incorrect size. These have been reordered, no fuss, and will hopefully come in shortly. Overall, I recommend Window Nation as a company - very well organized, excellent sales staff, great installation team, and a great product. Definitely worth considering!

While my first post on Ryan from Window Nation was positive I feel he wasn't truthful about everything. He was explicit on the products that are used for the installation. The brochure they gave us says the same thing. Well not true. They ran out of Quad-max foam 3/4 of the way through, ran to the local supply center and purchased a different product. After the installation I spoke to Ryan and he was very firm that it wasn't acceptable and someone would be in touch with me. After this he sent me a text saying it was very comparable with Quad-max. When I responded to the text of how I felt like I was getting double talk about what he just informed me that wouldn't work. Well I guess he didn't like being accused of this and called me. I do not respect a salesman, for any reason who wants to yell at me over the phone and demand me to tell him what I want to do about it. My wife sitting a few feet away from me heard him yelling. I hung up the phone. Tried to call the sales manager and sent an email to the owner. Still haven't heard from anyone. Anothercompany that once you get installation and their paid YOU'RE DONE ! Installation was great, just honor what you say.

We live in an old house and had to replace 20 replacement windows. Needed a quality window with professional installation. Our salesman, John Doran was easy to deal with. We signed a contract with him and within a couple weeks a measuring/ installation team came to survey job and measure windows. The wait to have the windows made was a few months, but they let us know that in advance. When the windows were ready they called to schedule installation. The install crew boss, Steve, was a real window pro, just what I was hoping for. He had a four man crew and they were done in 2 days: replaced, capped caulked inside and out, and cleaned up inside and out. Anything I had questions about I just emailed John Doran and he handled my requests quickly and well. The windows are not cheap but well worth it.

John D was very professional, personable and worked with my husband to design a custom window for our kitchen. They'd never built one with that configuration. It turned out beautifully. The guy who came out to measure was pleasant and the installers worked quietly and cleanly when they did the install. We had an issue with a few of our screens being too small. The company corrected the error and made new screens for us. We were so impressed with the quality of the windows that we ordered a custom patio door from them a few months after the window install. From start saleman was on time for window demonstration and great communication on phone and emails!They were going to replace every window in our house toral 27 of them plus a new sliding door. Chicago weather in January hit below zero with high winds for a week. They had no choice they pushed back til following week. Guys came within minutes of the time they said they would. Crew chief explained what they needed from us while the others unloaded trucks. I watched the men work each had a task it was clear they done this many times before. Totally professional & they were friendly? The sign they left with Window Nation on it in my front yard will be there until whole project is finish and long time after ! Our quote was reasonable when compared to others we had out but the additional features and care they demonstrated during the install process and products used is what sold us. Hoping the install process and windows themselves round out what has been a great experience thus far! After a short delay due to material shortages, we got the call to have the windows installed. Overall the install process took a bit longer than expected (2 extra days) but only due to complications with other work being performed at the same time. We assured the crew that they can take as long as they needed to do the job right and they did a great job! The only issue I had, and it was very minor was that there seemed to be a miscommunication on the length of time it would take to install my windows - which was not a big deal, just slightly confusing. (Install only took one day but I was told it would take two).

First interaction via virtual consultation after I uploaded photos of windows , second interaction they came out to get exact measures of window, windows were ordered and they scheduled installation. They were on time and came with everything needed to fulfill the job. They explained what they needed to do and how long it would take. Installation was one day and they came back the next day 1/2 day to finish up. After work was complete installer went over the windows, open and close and in and out for cleaning. The pandemic has made all orders take forever to be installed so if you need a quick job you might want to try someone local.
