We had a great experience with Thermal Quality and we can't recommend them enough!!! We hired Thermal Quality to replace 14 windows at our home. The salesman was very informative, he explained the pricing, warranty, installation, and answered all of our questions. The installers were absolute professionals! The installation was extremely clean there was NO mess at all!!! NONE!! At the time my wife and children were working and schooling from home due to Covid and the installers went out of their way too accommodate us without interrupting the kids schooling! They called the night before the install to let us know what time they would arrive and planned out which rooms to start in. We've had the windows for about 6 months now and they're perfect! We have not had any issues and the windows look great! BOTTOM LINE, Thermal Quality did exactly what was promised, and we will definitely use them again!

From the first estimate appointment through completion of the job, every employee was extremely professional. Calls were returned promptly and updates were provided when requested. Greg, the primary installer and his colleague were friendly, respectful and thorough. They actually went above and beyond the job they were there to do in helping me with several small unrelated issues in the area of the installation. Unlike many workers I've hired, they were here when they said they would beevery single time. I would hire this company and these installers specifically again, and likely will. Thermal Quality Window & Door Company was a great company to trust with our project. Twenty one windows were replaced. Eighteen of the windows were in concrete or cinder block construction. Three windows were in a wood framed structure with stucco finish. The project was well planned by Thermal Quality. They sent personnel on three occasions to review issues and measure the windows. The personnel who installed the windows were skilled and professional. Our house and property was left clean. The installed windows work well and look great.

This was our 2nd time to use Thermal Quality. They installed half of our windows 7 years ago and we just had them install the other half. Great experience from start to finish! Friendly customer service rep and someone came to our house in just a few days to give us a quote. They had the best prices for vinyl replacement windows still after 7 years (I had quoted 2 other reputable well advertised "discount" companies). Due to ongoing supply chain problems we knew the lead time would be long and they quoted us 4-5 months up front, but we were surprised when the windows came in within 3.5 months and they had a cancellation and moved up our install date. Installers were friendly and professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only comment I would make is that the windows themselves were not cleaned as well as I would have liked and they left quite a few fingerprints on them so we had to clean all the windows after they left. Budgeting the project is convenient with 12 month interest free financing.

We just moved to the area and needed new sliding doors. Everyone that I spoke to was honest, upfront and transparent. The doors took about 5 months to arrive and within a week they were installed. My experience with Thermal Quality Window & Door Company was excellent. They are polite, professional, to the point, and reasonably priced. Their rep came out to measure and discuss the job then had a very competitive proposal to me later that day. I had Windows Nation come out to provide a quote and it was a horrible experience. I had to sit through an hour presentation only for them to give me a quote that was literally three times the price that Thermal quoted me. When I showed Windows Nation my quote from Thermal Windows...they miraculously added on a bunch of discounts to match the price. Thermal did a great job installing my windows They had everything done in one day and came back the next morning to double check some things and provide finishing touches. If you want an honest and reputable company that does great work....Thermal Quality Windows is the place to go.

Thermal Quality Windows were literally half the price of another company we received a quote from. Chris was helpful as we chose our new windows, and the installers were polite, extremely professional, and detail-oriented. Unfortunately, 1) the person who did our measurements made some errors that delayed the completion of our project (but these were identified and rectified immediately by the installer), and 2) there was a 20-week wait between our deposit and the installation, but that seem to be caused by supply-chain issues during the pandemic. We will continue to work with Thermal Quality to replace the rest of the windows in our home.

Fran has been great in helping me do the windows in multiple houses as well as a new door for one of them. Fran is thorough in explaining all options and the pros/cons of each. The prices are reasonable and the work is top notch. While there was a wait for the windows to come in which I was informed of from the very first time a rep came to my house I couldn't be mare happier. I was nervous how they would turn out since I had extremely old windows that looked like they were cemented into the frame of the house. But Tim (the installer) came out told me exactly what he was going to do and he went above and beyond. It was a two day project but they were super quiet and respectful while at the house. Cleaned up each day to the point you didn't even know they were there. I would recommend them 1000% to anyone who is looking to get windows replaced.

It was a great experience from start to finish. John came out to show us the various assortment of entry doors and storm doors. We chose the styles, colors, hardware, etc. that we wanted and we were done. As all things are custom and especially because of the unusual size of our door it took about six weeks or so for the door to arrive. When it arrived we scheduled an appointment with John for installation. John had an issue with his truck that day but still managed to come out and install both doors. Installation was done within the time frame we were given. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of the product and would contact Thermal Quality for any of our future door or window needs. Also just as a final note they were "half The price" of a very well known window and door company...who by the way were very, very pushy when new met with them. We pretty much had to tell them to leave. We would definitely recommend Thermal Quality Window And Door to anyone looking for new doors and windows.

I've known Mitch (the owner) for over 5 years. He replaced several windows and doors for me at a condo I used to own and again just replaced an entry and storm door for me at my new house. No installation is perfect, but Mitch has ALWAYS made it right no matter what has come up. I highly recommend Thermal Quality Windows and Doors! My entire experience with the company went very well from start to finish. The consult was in my home which was very convenient. I believe it was Jake who helped me-- he was very informative and helpful. I had a new front door and screen door installed in August of 2018. The area gets alot of sun and a few months ago some air formed some bubbles on the paint. Thermal Quality was unbelievably helpful! Someone came to inspect the door and they had the entire door replaced. The defect was from the door company. It had nothing to do with the work of Thermal Quality. They are not using that company any longer. The installers were excellent. The door and the screen door are very good quality.

We met some very helpful experts who installed fine quality windows! I had windows installed, a new storm door and front door in 2009. Mitch was the salesman. Great personality, very patient , reliable, knowledgeable (I was not the best at making decisions especially when it came to a huge purchase) he didn't make me feel the pressure like other salesmen have in the past. I actually reached back out to him and just had a new slider door installed for my dining room about a month ago. I didn't think twice about who I was calling to do the job I chose to go back to Thermal quality because I was completely satisfied with our 2009 purchase. This was our third time using Thermal Quality and once again we are so incredibly pleased with the work done. We got a window and two doors replaced capping off the other 17 windows and 1 door done over the past 8 years. Quality and customer service were top notch. My only issue is one they cannot control so obviously I can't dock them any stars but just with the pandemic and everything it was over two months from order to install. Again, they can't control it and the sales rep warned us so it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. They even went so far as to pre match our new door locks to our door we replaced years ago. Truly great service and cannot recommend highly enough.

We selected Thermal Quality Windows to install 27 new windows for our entire house back in February, or March 2020. The first reason was their salesperson who first came to our home was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. The second reason was the product presented seemed to be equal to the products we considered from the other replacement window installation companies, but at a much more reasonable price. The installer(s) did a good job finishing the work in slightly over one day. There was absolutely no mess left outside, or inside. There was no damage or marking of any of the inside walls which might have required touching up. The finished work was very attractive. As winter approaches we are hoping the windows will provide warmth, that they will continue to look good, that they will work as they should, and will provide value to our home for years to come.

I spent hours researching Andersen windows. Literally hours. After all that research, I just could not justify the cost of Andersen. The price quoted for an Andersen sliding door alone was significantly more than the whole package I got from Thermal Quality which was a sliding door and two windows. They were recently installed so we have not really used them much, but so far so good. Everything looks good. If you are researching windows and/or doors I recommend having Thermal Quality out for a quote. I mean once I got the quote there was no way to remotely justify the other brand I was looking at. Oh and the quote process was quick - no nutty upsells. I knew what I wanted and we were on the same page immediately.

We had Thermal Quality replace other replacement windows in our home. Each room is now warmer in cold weather. Rooms with windows facing the road have reduced the traffic noise. These window are easier to raise and lower than our previous ones. Also had two storm doors replaced. Once again a nice improvement. The patio sliding door was replaced and that now slides easily and is much better insulated. The installers were pleasant and cleaned up afterwards.

My experience with Thermal Quality has been exceptional. I called to make an appointment for an estimate and was happy to be able to get an appointment within the next 3 days. The gentleman who came out explained all of my options and was very understanding that I only wanted to replace 2 windows in my dining room at the present time. There was no pressure trying to sell me more than I wanted. After he gave me the estimate (which was much cheaper than Andersen Windows) he told me it would take 4-6 weeks. I received a call within the 4 week and the windows have been installed. The installation went smoothly. Clean up after installation was very good. We had Thermal Quality Window and Door install two new storm doors-one in the front of the house and one in the back. The installers Dennis and Paul did excellent work. They called ahead of time to give us the day they would be coming and let us know that day what time they would be there-and they were right on time. They took their time and worked carefully. Installing new products on old houses can be tricky but they did it. They stayed until all our questions were answered and until they were sure we knew how to operate the locks and keys. They made sure we got everything we ordered, down to the last detail, and that both doors operated properly and safely. Only then did they finish and leave with a note to call Paul directly if there were any problems. They even took away the old doors and screens. Our old front window was really bad, there was such a draft you couldn't sit on the couch without being cold. Once the windows and doors came in, they were installed timely and efficiently. They have a quality window at a decent price and most importantly to me was the quality of the installation. My home is stucco and requires more work and extra care in order to install the windows and they did a great job during the installation and I fully plan to use them again as other windows in my home need replacing. The only negative aspect is the wait time from time of order to once they are received as it seems much longer than other quotes I have gotten.

Project Mgr. Chris Burton was excellent to work with. Very responsive. He told us that it would take about 8 weeks for the windows to come in. I called the office after 8 weeks and the windows were in. Odd that no one had called me to tell me this. But we were able to set up the installation date very quickly. All the work was done in one day by the foreman, Jan, and one helper. They were very neat in removing the old windows. No mess was left outside and the outside capping looks very nice. Windows were installed neatly and caulked on the inside. No carpentry or re-painting was required by me at all. The windows look like they have always been there. For the money they seem to be of good quality. Floors and carpets didn't appear to be tarped completely during the installation. The new windows were cleaned after installation. But I found it odd that they asked for my Windex rather than having their own. They vacuumed somewhat at the end of the day. But I had to wash footprints off my kitchen floor and do a lot of sweeping and vacuuming around entrance doors and under the windows after they left. That said, it seemed like a small price to pay for the price and quality of the new windows and installation. My wife and I are very happy with the way the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Thermal Quality Window and Door Co.

Thermal Quality Windows installed 5 double-hung windows and a "twin" window in our bedroom. We understand that these windows are guaranteed for life. The salesperson, Chris, came out to our home and shared options for window replacements. He took rough measurements and then a 2nd person came out to do the final measurements and to verify the number and location of the windows. Thermal Quality noted that the prior "twin" windows had not been installed correctly and they would repair the flaw when the new windows were installed. The first phase of the installation was completed in one day. The capping and caulking finishing was completed on day two. I'm sure it would have been done in one day had the weather been more agreeable. We are very pleased with the windows and have recommended Thermal Quality Windows to our friends and neighbors wishing to replace old and broken windows.

So, after interviewing two of the most widely known window and door contractors in the area, I invited the guys from Thermal Quality to come talk to us about our window replacement project at our house to get their estimate. If I could rate Thermal Quality higher than a 5 I would. This is the second time I have used their services. 5 or 6 years ago I started my replacement project. I'm kinda method oriented so I checked out prices from all the big name window and door installers. I also checked prices with Home Depot and Lowes. My wife and I drove to their shop in Broomall and checked out the product. We decided on windows and we also went with new front and back doors and storm doors. The project went perfectly. The measurements were spot on and everything fit like a glove. No shims were needed and only a minimal amount of caulking was used. For some reason, I can't remember why, I didn't replace 3 of my upstairs windows. When I recently finally decided to finish the project, I called Thermal Quality. They looked up my account and had everything on file from my original project. Justin the project Mgr. came out and we discussed my needs and he took measurements. He explained that the windows were custom made to order in NJ and that it would take about 6 weeks for the windows to come in. When the windows came in John the installer called and we set-up a date for installation. He was right on time and the installation went without a hitch. He showed me where cement had chipped away from over one of the window frames. He repaired the cement. It took 2 days because of drying time. He also painted the repair to match over windows. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of this project. The windows I chose are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. My heating and A/C bills have been reduced since having all the windows and doors replaced. The workmanship was excellent. During both installations the installers were right on making sure everything was clean. I would definitely use Thermal Quality Windows and Doors again. I continue to recommend them anytime anyone asks me about my windows and doors.

The time the job was more extensive; 3 windows upstairs and downstairs installing 7 windows and 2 storm doors to enclose a screened in porch. This job included drywall on the inside and aluminum siding on the outside and capping. The job looks great, it is plumb and level. Mike the carpenter did the job for us before and he did a great job now. The only thing that was bad was the weather. It rained every day but Mike did what he could between raindrops. Our experience with Mitch Cohen and Thermal Quality Windows was exemplary and sets the standard for customer service, craftsmanship and communication. Before I go any further, let me 100% clear, I have no connection to this company in any way, other than being a customer. I'm not friends with anyone there and literally chose this company based on a neighbor's recommendation. Our front bay window needed to be replaced. We had a company representative arrive and provide an estimate. That estimate was matched to the cent and was accurate. The installation itself was excellent. Everyone arrived on schedule and the work was completed as promised. The window looks amazing and, again, is precisely what was promised. All of the above is great, right? Sure. Now is where the customer service really takes off into the stratosphere. Shortly after the installation, there was an incredibly heavy rainstorm and a leak began out of a light fixture within the new window framing. It wasn't a leak, it was a heavy pour of rain. Fortunately, this was during the week and a call to the company was made. The office manager (I forget her name) was extremely sympathetic and understanding and assured me that someone would be in touch with me. Mitch himself called me personally to begin the process of investigating and remedying the leak. He assured me that his team would get to the bottom of this and fix it. He was extremely understanding and supportive, very important when water is pouring out of a light. This was on a Friday. He put me in touch with Mike, who installed the window. Mike called me within the hour and told me he'd by by the next day...on a Saturday. Sure enough, as promised, Mike came by mid Saturday afternoon, after he had already finished a job and was probably done work for the day. He undertook a thorough investigation at finding the source of the leak. It turned out to be a source above the newly installed window. He found several areas in need of caulking and patched them. His work was detailed and extremely professional. Following that, Mitch again called to check up on how things were going...obviously I was able to tell him that all was great and no new leaks. Then, even more impressively, a few days ago, after a heavy rain, Mike called to see if any leaks had sprung, as he recalled the job, the work he did and wanted to confirm that there were no more issues. All of this is really incredible, especially in light of the general awful state of customer service these days. I unequivocally recommend this company for any of your door and window needs...they really are top notch. Thank you Mitch and Mike...

I had 5 different companies come to give me an estimate. TQW was hands down the best experience in the search. We spoke about specific features and colors that we wanted for our condo. I really liked the estimated time they gave me. The other companies told a good story but then the were high pressure, over priced and not local. Local is big for us. They had tons of references in our development and others that I am familiar with. In addition, the dealt with the condo association for us. This is nice if you have ever experienced getting these things approved. As for delivery/install.......What a team!!! On time, Clean, Friendly and very respectful of our property. We have already gotten compliments on the quality of the install that was done. Pricing...... Let's talk pricing. This should never be the over all deciding factor. Having said that, I found them to be the BEST price. There were companies that were 3 times the price. Sure there was always a story as to why they were so high but to us they didn't sound fair and reasonable. In fact, The highest priced company wanted a 50% deposit and a three month install time.
