My overall experience with Pella was very positive. In particular, Travis Freeman and Mike Berry were very helpful with coordinating replacement windows for our bay window and also a brand new sliding glass door for our deck. They were honest and able to make sure everything was handled properly. Travis was very responsive and helpful in recommendations based on our situation. I would work with Pella again and Travis/Mike in the future.

We worked with Travis Freeman about 2 years ago retro-fit a sliding glass door onto the back of my mother-in-laws house. From Craig's no-pressure sales to the professional care with the installation we could not have asked for better service. Craig was more a concierge than saleman with regards to understanding what we wanted, showing us the options and walking us through the engineering necessary. With the demo and insertion of a new header this project required city variance and Pella took care of that and Craig kept us updated to the day of delivery. Frank, Tyler, and Mike arrived within the scheduled window and they put in a hard 12 hours to finish the project. They took care to respect social distancing on the rare occasions they needed to be inside. Frank provided frequent enough updates and the progress was evident throughout. Care was also taken to protect my floors with drop cloths both inside and outside of our home. The results speak for themselves - my wife and I love our new doors.

Update: They sent someone to fix this issue. While we were very happy with our first installation of doors from Pella, this second door the contractor didn't finish caulking the outside edge at the top, leaving exposed wood on our house and Pella has REFUSED to call me back despite MULTIPLE calls over MULTIPLE weeks.

However, it is a market where there is so much construction, builders just order from whatever reps they use with little ‘sales’ or product information offered. Competition is of little concern. Since this project was basically our life’s savings (& then some), being educated was important to me. The initial presentation was sufficiently comprehensive to make us look further. Scheduling for installation was effective and easy. I was nervous about the disruption of installation, but the two man crew, led by Elan, was extremely professional and non-intrusive. They even went beyond duty to take down and put up my blinds and moved and replaced the furniture. They left everything clean and after a tropical storm, no leaks or issues! They also finished one day early. I was very pleased with Pella's service and love my new windows.

Gordon Wagner, ultimately our rep, called us the next business day and came prepared for his sales visit. He explained the install in detail so I knew that I’d have no follow up chores once the doors went in. No trim paint, sealing, needed etc. He then explained the next steps, made me feel comfortable to learn that the install team were Pella contractors, not outside ones. The cost was competitive, I had done some research. Install went smoothly. We’d order again, for sure. I’d request Gordon Wagner when you call. He’s a sure bet for a great experience in windows.

We were in the market for new windows and a front entry door. After reviewing the available options, we decided to go with Pella. We filled out an inquiry on their website, and were subsequently contacted by their sales representative, Gordon. Thereafter, Gordon set up an initial consultation. Gordon arrived promptly, and even took off his shoes when entering our residence (this is a small gesture, but much appreciated)! We decided to replace all of our windows and front entry door. We haggled a bit on the price, and overall, we're very happy with the service and deal we received. We're currently waiting for our installation date to arrive. When that occurs, I will update this review. Post Installation Update January 2020: The installation went smooth with a slight delay due to weather. The job has been complete for almost a month now. The windows and door are of good quality and perform well. The contractors they assigned to our installation were very good, and personable to boot.

Fantastic experience! Michael Camarote the salesperson for Pella Windows went above and beyond. Compared to Andersen's exorbitant quote and indifferent treatment, Mr. Camarote and Pella offer me a high quality product at a great price. Mike and his team were recommended to us by a friend who worked with him and Pella to replace all of the windows in his personal residence and his beach home. Mike has been great to work with. Unlike other folks I have met with, Mike has not come across as an insincere salesperson - only looking for a commission. He has taken the time to get to know us - as we have shared parenting stories - developing a level of trust. The initial process and paperwork was very easy and Mike was very responsive to questions and changes to our original game plan. I was impressed that an expert installer then came to our house to finalize the installation plan. I have also been impressed with the installation teams. They treated our home very well. No damage and no dirt/dust. They put down floor coverings where they walked and other floor coverings where they worked. Afterward, they cleaned up very well. This is now the second time that we have worked with Mike and his team. We will complete the replacement of all of the windows with Mike and Pella over the next 24 months.

We had no clue what we wanted when he came to our home. after looking at the opening he talked about making the door just a little smaller and keeping it in standard sizing. Rafael Gordon showed up and sat down with my wife and I to discuss what we wanted as well as options. Rafael from the beginning (at the front door) was extremely professional and went over all of our options and answered all of our questions in detail and did not pressure us into anything. He showed us some samples and fully explained all details of the products to include warranties, features, safety etc. He took all of the measurements needed of every window and door and then gave us a very explicit and detailed written quote. Since we live in a 55 + community this was important in that we have to submit this type of work for approval of the HOA board. He even went over all of the options for payment of the project. All in all I would have to say that this may well have been the best work proposal my wife and I have ever had. We will be going with Pella for the work once the approval from our HOA is granted (which I see no reason why they won't). Our rating of Rafael and the company is AAA+. We needed two exterior doors replaced on our townhome due to deterioration of the frame: a double hinged patio door on the first floor (replaced with with a sliding patio door) on the first floor and a hinged patio door on the third floor, both leading out to deck areas. We were told 4 to 6 week delivery and they arrived in just over 4 weeks. They were just installed and look great. They even volunteered to send a service rep over to help us with the locking system. I started shopping for new windows in May 2018. I visited the Pella showroom in Cherry Hill on 5/17/2018 and that was followed by a home visit on 5/22/2018 from Retail Sales Consultant Mike Camarote. I needed four windows of different sizes with the Integrated Between-the-Glass Room Darkening Shades. Mr. Camarote assured me that what others told me would be a challenge or a problem would not be a problem for Pella. He carefully assessed the current windows and then we reviewed my Pella options. These windows are a major upgrade in quality and function over what I had. The weight and the seal are excellent, the rooms are quieter and no more complaints about the bedrooms being too bright in the morning. A few weeks after installation I had a question and Mr. Camarote immediately responded with a home visit. It’s now been almost a year since I’ve had my Pella windows. They’ve been through three seasons, heavy rain, ice, and several scary tornado warnings. Pella was a good choice and a good value for me.
