Their team is fantastic to work with from the initial consultation to the install. Kolby is very knowledgeable of the products, explains the entire process and stayed as long as needed to make sure all of our questions were answered before we made the decision to go with them. (Still get your 3 or 4 bids from other companies just to see how over priced they are and how much they hide about the process) Not only do they remove, replace and put in a new window or door, they completely take off your old trim and siding, insulate/seal then put on all brand new. Other companies just cut out what you have and slap in a different one with your reused trim, not changing any of your sound or draft problems. We notice a huge difference in our dining room with our new door and cannot wait to get the rest of our windows done. To shorten my review and list a few other perks of using Full Armor I want to mention: They price match if for some reason someone else beats their prices. They install their own work... NO contractors. They're super clean and use floor to ceiling tarps, lay down pathways to save your floors and vacuum up anything they miss. Aside from the beautiful new piece you had installed you can't even tell they were there. They'll let you pay per job without extra fees. My husband and I DO NOT use credit so being able to pay one window at a time or all at once is a big deal to us. Window World and Champion charge fees EVERY TIME someone has to come back out. And it's like $250... no thanks. Seriously, you won't be disappointed to go with Full Armor. Just look at this door!

This company was very easy to reach. They allowed me to compare prices with other companies in this area. They were not only the best prices, but they were the best to work with too! They provided me suggestions for window options that might look better on my house design, but I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions. Their communication was top notch. They contacted me when then knew my windows were coming in and provided a confirmation call prior to the day of installation. The guys were on time to install my windows and it was such a quick process! Now I have a beautiful window and I swear it is helping keep the heat in my house. The guys that installed were very diligent and polite. The made sure to keep things clean. All we knew was we wanted a red door with glass and Tony was eager to help us understand our options, as there was A LOT of them. Most impressive to me was how quick the installation was. Work started about 8:00 am. Old door, trim, threshold was removed. I could hear the sound of saws running so I know there was a little modification to the door opening being made. By lunch time the new door was in, new trim installed, video doorbell reconnected, and everything so clean it was like nothing has been done. I appreciated they hung plastic sheets from the ceiling around the work area isolating the mess so no debris spread outside of their work area. Quick, efficient, and quality, Pictures speak for themselves!

The installation crew was on time, professional, and hard working. They first took their time to lay down rugs and put plastic over everything that might get dirty. They are made really well and you can feel the difference when you open/close the windows and sliding door. Other doors seem flimsy. Our sliding door has a locking system that we are impressed with. It makes the door seem very secure without using a broom stick. We also appreciated the warranty that comes with the windows. It definitely helped the resale of our home! We have used Tony, Tavis, and their team on the 2 houses we have owned. We would recommend them to anyone!

This has been a great customer experience from the initial visit and price quote by Troy to the installation by Loren and Zach. The entry door system is beautiful and of excellent quality and craftsmanship. I found out about Full Armor when searching for Provia door dealers. One company I had already contacted originally had to postpone their initial visit, which was going to cause a delay in my timeline. Ultimately, that company and one other provided a price quote for the same exact door. Full Armor had a very competitive price, so I took a gamble on them and it was worth it! I will be looking at replacing my windows in a couple of years and I will definitely include Full Armor on the short list of companies to provide estimates.

They placed down tarps to protect furniture n flooring, explained what they were doing and worked methodically n professionally wrapping and sealing new window unit in. They might be a smaller window company but after seeing their work, I will be a repeat customer w/other windows in future. After entering a contest on a local Christian radio station and winning a window (everyone that entered the contest won a free window), I scheduled with Jacob to bring out my free window. Jacob and Mark showed me their samples, asked me my main concerns (safety, security,energy efficiency) they took the measurements. I asked for a whole house quote,they gave me such a great deal on all 22 windows that I decided to get a new front door and two new storm doors. Deciding on my design, color, style etc. was fun with the online design website. A couple of weeks later I have them installed, the guys arrived early, the 3 man crew worked well together. whenever there was an issue they would speak to me about it, tell me the options and their recommendations, very thorough and professional, cleaned as they worked. Also very honest, two screens obtained minimal damage on shipment, they brought it to my attention and ordered 2 new screens (no extra charge!) my Job took 2 days, on the second day, they arrived on time, wrapped the exterior windows, wrapped the interior basement windows and installed the storm doors. So beautiful! The glass is so clear, never knew my yard looked so nice! We absolutely LOVE the ease of opening and closing the windows, locks, and to flip and clean, WOW!!! so simple! and we don't have to "put our shoulder into it" to get the front door dead bolt to lock now! I did what I thought was a good amount of research for windows-because it is such a large purchase. Then I contacted window companies to get estimates. The first company I called sold big brand name windows and after a little research, they aren't really the best windows. The price I was quoted was around 26k. Then I called another bigger local company which was a lot cheaper and they sold the same type of windows as Full Armor, ProVia. I did a lot of research and other than a few videos on YouTube, everybody seemed really happy with them. Finally, because I wanted to get at least 3 quotes, I called Tony at Full Armor. He's very nice and I was very picky. He was never pushy and gave me some advice that sometimes saved me a little money. After about a week of deliberating, and even getting one more quote, I decided to go with Full Armor. One thing I liked is that Tony would give you a price of each window, the other guy would have to redo the whole order if I changed one thing. It made it hard to figure out where my money was going. Oh, and don't believe those 'half off' ads, they don't tell you the starting price, so you don't know what it's half off of. His crew came out and did some measurements. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and had lots of experience. Because I really needed my garage door replaced, they worked with me to get that one door in before the rest of the job got done. I've had the windows for about a month, and they are great. My old windows were original from the 60's or so and they really let the heat and cold in. My house is a lot more comfortable and I really appreciate their work. If I were you, I'd research ProVia Windows and let Tony give you a quote.

I had my home’s front entry door replaced a couple of years ago (storm door included) along with new gutters for the entire house. Very professional, tidy, and the products are great quality. After a couple of years the entry door wasn’t latching (most likely due to my shifting house - NOT an install or quality issue) and they came out to adjust for me! Currently waiting for new windows to be installed. This was also an easy process. Very helpful with giving me some ideas for different types of replacement windows and being upfront and honest. Long post - but I love this company. I will be using their services for any home needs/updates I have in the future.

It did take some time to get the windows here from the manufacturer, but they were built custom sized for my project, so was worth the wait. During the install they went above and beyond and helped fix some of the poor work that was done when the old windows were initially installed.
