On my way to work Rock hit front windowsill so I scheduled an appointment with Safelite AutoGlass through Insurance Co. Was able to get scheduled for the weekend. Change my mind paid out of pocket drove to 90th Street location without appointment. Tech Jeffrey was courteous, respectful and was complete with job less then ten minutes. He also assisted me in programming my radio station in New truck. Check out was even quicker. Thanks.

Awesome experience! It was super easy to call and schedule a repair, and they came to our house to fix our windshield in the timeframe they gave! It took about 20 minutes and our windshield is as good as new.

Set an appointment online, dropped my car off. Got a text and phone call about an hr later telling me my car was ready. Everyone one was incredible nice and were able to answer all my questions. We will be using this place from now on if we need work done on windshields

A little pricey for a windshield replacement, but felt it was worth the craftsmanship. I loved the staff here, very friendly. We did an in shop repair. Got it done in about an hour. It was close to downtown Ralston so did a quick walk around while they completed it.

The people the woman in the office and the gentleman that replaced my windshield are a true example of excellent customer service! Detailed explanations of my installations, recommendations for care, answered all mine and my husband's concern with interested consideration. Great team! I don't like the new robotic answering machine the main company uses...too complex for older people. I got frustrated because non of the options suited the question I wanted an answer for.

Had small chip.in front windowsills took to Safelite. Did take twenty minutes with no deductible or payment out if pocket. Cons, if they Crack windowsills from applying pressure then your responsible for replace window when you came in for a chip. Really getting over with that contract.

The technician on my receipt was Michael, but there were a few other employees that came out to inspect my car and provide me with information too. They were all professional, kind, explained everything in great detail and had my car done very quickly. I appreciate it!

Took a big rock to the windshield in Illinois that created about a 6 inch wide break pattern. after getting back to Nebraska, I scheduled an appointment with Safelite through my USAA insurance. Safelite was very diligent about sending me reminders prior to the appointment and I highly recommend agreeing to the text message updates as repairs are being made at the shop. Michael was my technician and did a fantastic job. In fact he was done in less than an hour. The windshield looks amazing and he even vacuumed the interior and washed all of the windows. Check in and check out was easy and there was no hassle. They did ask me if I wanted them to install new wipers but I felt I could do it at a cheaper price and they didn't try to force me or convince me to do otherwise. I like that. I don't understand some of these negative reviews. Some of you people expect red carpet treatment and everything to go perfectly for you or else you're outraged and offended. What a sad existence.

Our tech guy was Ronald. Super friendly and professional. I requested to have someone call me when they were on the way and they did! Also asked him to call me if he needed anything since I have a toddler and he kept me updated when he was done. He also vacuumed up all the broken glass that was in the car! Will be recommending this company to all my family and friends.

I had a great experience. They fixed a chip in my windshield, at my place of employment, a few years ago. Then just yesterday replaced it due to hail damage. I got online, told them what I needed, they sent me a quote, I scheduled a time to take it in. Then I was sent emails letting me know of my confirmation and who I was to be fixing my glass. When I got there I was met by Mike. He took my keys and told me to make myself at home in the lobby. I was told it could be up to 1&1/2 hours. I expected longer. I sat in the waiting room & in an hour, it was done and ready to go. Thanks Mike! You did a great job. Oh and the young lady at the welcome desk was very polite too. I will tell my friends about your excellent service and reasonable prices. Thanks again.

Incredible service. This shop quickly repaired my windshield after a major hail storm in July 2017. I noticed a small fracture in the windshield this week and wanted to have it repaired before winter sets in. They replaced the entire windshield AT MY HOUSE for free. Who provides that type of service! I'm still in shock. Wow!

This place is really well run. We were referred here by USAA to replace a badly cracked windshield. Steve at the front desk was patient, courteous, and efficient. Jeff did my repair and was just as good. The waiting room and bathroom was clean and had a Keurig brewer with a number of options. The chairs were comfortable as well. In a couple of hours they had the windshield replaced and the sensors recalibrated at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Safelite on 90th & Fort exceeded expectations today installing a new windshield. Not only did they do it on time, my truck was vacuumed and all personal gadgets previously stuck to my old glass were either repositioned onto new glass or provided with new tape so I could put them where I wanted. You made it easy... THANKS!

Great work! My front windshield cracked and I was able to get a quick convenient appointment to replace it. They sent a tech named Cody who did a great job. I noticed my rear view mirror was a little loose when I went home, called and they sent him back out. It was just a loose clip and now it's back to perfect. Great experience.

After a recent hail storm, I had to replace both my windshield and the back window of my car. Because of the high volume of calls that day, it was very difficult to get through to any glass shop in town. With Safelite, I was able to schedule an appointment online rather than having to wait for someone to call me back. The process was very easy, they came to me and just took care of it. The technician was very friendly and relatable and made me feel at ease with the entire process. Highly recommended.

Got my windshield replaced in my F150. They got me in early, were extremely personable, primered some rust they found under the old windshield, and added clips to my broken cowling they found needed fixed, all for free. Service was great and fast. Wish I had 10 stars to give.

I have had the misfortune to need 3 windshields replaced in the last year or so and it matters which technician works on your vehicle. The first two times, the more senior of the techs installed my windshields. This last time, the junior tech did the installation. When he brought me my car and told me it was done, I got in and immediately saw that some of the molding on the interior of the car that encircles the windshield was not attached. I pulled back to the garage and the junior tech "fixed" it. The vehicle sat for a coupe days and when I drove it on the freeway, there was notable air leakage around the windshield. Somebody is coming to my home today to further "fix" the problem. Insurance did not cover the repair so I spent ~$450 for a leaky windshield. UPDATE: The same junior tech was sent to my home to "fix" my windshield and...wait for it...there was still an air leak! By now I was getting frustrated so I called the shop and asked for an appointment specifically with Mike Kuehlthau. He is the Lead Technician and does EXCELLENT work. Mike was on vacation, but I got in as soon as he was back and he fixed my car quickly and correctly ( and did not leave it a mess). The man is a pro! Thank you Mike!

In a business where glass is relatively indistinguishable as a commodity, quality of service in clean-up or courtesy count more. In my car, a pile of broken glass (1/2 measuring cup amount) was left in a neat pile under the mats by the replacement window. No effort had been to lift the mats, much less shake them! A similar situation was encountered by my spouse's car, but with much less glass on the floor. I find it telling that the young man in charge of cleaning asked another customer (but not us) for an evaluation of services. Why return there if the quality of product and prices are same, but better service is found better elsewhere? Grade C

Had a great experience here, replaced the windshield on my Chrysler Sebring, the technician that performed the work (Mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable, they had it done within two hours and allowed me to keep it there for a few more hours since I was at work, the work so far appears to be great and I would def. recommend this place to anyone looking for glass replacement work, thank you Safelite!
