Don Fellows sold me some fantastic windows and doors. Amazing offering and I am so very happy with the finished product. Supply chain issues delayed us a bit, but just a fantastic product and the install was fantastic. Mario and Joe did my install and kept me in the loop the whole way. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the result. My house looks like a million and I cannot wait to see how awesome they are for the Fall days since my old windows were missing their screens. Give them a call and discuss the possibilities. We were very pleased with our new bathroom window install. The crew showed up on time, quickly got to work and had the windows swapped out in no time. They put down tarps to protect the floors/carpet and cleaned up at the end. Other than the new window you wouldn't have known they were here! Our chocolate lab, Winston, approves as well. Don swing by today for our windows consultation. He was really friendly, professional and detail oriented. We went through every windows we have and discussed about the condition, prefer replacement style etc. He answered all the questions we had and show differences between window materials also how they handle heat resistance. As first time experience with Pella, it was above and beyond. Will definitely recommend Pella for family and friends!

It's really hard to describe the tingle of satisfaction when the patio door slides into place and latches with a soft ka-click instead of the old grinding thunk. Don Fellows did a fantastic job laying out our options, providing input as needed but also patiently giving us time and space to figure out what we wanted in this project. A true professional. Once the details were hammered out and the project order placed the install team went about their business quickly and efficiently. They finished ahead of schedule and the windows look great!

I had the casement windows on the front of my house replaced several years ago due to hail damage. Don Fellows helped me select the new windows. Don is so knowledgeable about the Pella products. He was so kind, helpful and patient. He helped me choose just the right glass, frames, colors, etc. The installers were wonderful as well. I believe the lead installer's name was Casey. He was excellent. This month, Don helped me with a new sliding door out to my deck. I did have a garden type door that was leaking. Again, Don was so kind, helpful and patient. He explained all the options available. I am comfortable that with his help I chose a quality door that won't leak that I will be very happy with. Working with Don is such a pleasure - he is such a nice guy.

Had a terrific experience from the service department for Pella. I stopped at the local Pella store because I had a screen problem on my sliding door and needing someone to take a look at it. Jeff said he'd take my information and have someone call me from Service to set up a time. The next day I received a call from Katie who was polite, professional and helpful. She was happy to set up an appointment for me but she wanted me to be aware of the service call fee which was higher than I expected. I told her that I couldn't quite swing that because of my personal situation and I would try to find another way to get it repaired. Again Katie, was very kind and professional as we hung up. About 30 minutes later I get a call back and Katie said she had explained the situation to her manager Tim. He had her call back and tell me they would do a Good Will visit and not charge if it was just a matter of getting the screen back on track. (I was fairly certain that was it.) So we moved forward. I just wanted to commend Katie for her professionalism and the fact that she went above and beyond. I was not expecting that. In the end, I did manage to get the screen back on track and did not need the service call but I am very appreciative of this gesture! It's the little things that restore our faith in people and companies. Thank you.

We shopped around for a while before settling with Pella, and had a great experience with their team. Pella was not the least expensive quote we received (nor were they they highest), but Corey Kull, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and didn't bash the competition, unlike the salesmen I met from other companies. In fact, Corey went so far as to say what other window outfits in town did good work. In the end, Corey sold me because of his knowledge of things like fire code, lead safe installations for our 100-year-old home, and which window features he recommended. The other window companies did not seem to have good knowledge of these topics, even downplaying these requirements, and only talking to me about their most expensive window options. When it came to installation, the install team did a good job. The finished work looks very nice inside and out. The windows work flawlessly, and I'm sure will do much better with the cold winter temperatures than our original 100-year-old windows. My only complaint was the waiting time to get windows (6 months), but we went into the process knowing it would take a while because of supply chain issues and increased demand.

John Dennison left our home leaving a big smile on my wife’s face. He came to measure and quote new windows for our 3600sf home and determined that our Pella Windows were in great shape and all we needed was 1 new wood sash and maintenance routine to keep other wood sashes from rotting too. I have an extensive background in flooring installation and I was very impressed by John’s expertise.It is easy for me to spot people who say they’re an expert but are not. Spent an enchanted morning with Don Fellows, who is one of the finest people on the planet and an all around swell chap. Don is patient to a fault and guided us through every option and the endless script of stupid customer questions, and he even threw in some good one-liners. We couldn’t have asked for a better window guru. If your shopping for windows, set up an appointment with Don, and make sure and ask him about how the toothbrush was invented.

We reached out to Pella and got our dream sliding glass door- or so we thought- complete with a lifetime warranty. Ironically, the door is not yet paid off, yet has managed to have multiple problems: blinds in the door won't properly close, screen door comes off, screen door won't lock, insulation is coming off, just to name a few. Customer service is difficult to reach and not the least bit helpful. It took 3 calls before they "found" our order and confirmed a warranty, but said the warranty does not cover any of those things. When asked what it does cover? They said condensation. Don't be fooled by the big company name. Once the door is in, they are "out the door." Update: Pella reached out and identified the problems. They have found them to be covered by a warranty. Will update once door is fixed. Update: We had a wonderful experience with a service technician who was able to replace the screen door and fix our sliding glass door so that it would lock. He apologized for it taking two years to get it the way it should have been from the beginning. He was extremely kind and respectful. Considering everything from beginning to end, we will average it out from a terrible beginning to a wonderful ending with a 3 star rating.

We have had various window sets replaced over the years in our 60 year old home. An issue with how a window had been installed nearly 10 years ago recently became apparent. I contacted Nick Wilson whom we had worked with on our most recent replacements. The follow-up by all involved was professional and timely. Once their inspection identified the issue there were no questions about the cause and that their warranty of the work done would cover it. Yesterday the work was done and looks great. They start their day at six am. Gated lot so don't try coming in the night before. Driveway is barely long enough for your truck and trailer. Been here 1 time but had me unloaded in 1 1/2 hours.

We had Nick out to our home to discuss getting some new windows and a new slider door. He was pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable about the products and process, and respectful of COVID precautions. At our first appointment, unfortunately my husband had to show up late due to a last minute work obligation. We had the windows put in almost a year ago. Right as they were putting them in the wrong size was ordered for our main window and that was corrected and then they had to reinstall new window. I’m not sure of the quality of what we were sold. Money wasn’t an issue and we wanted the best possible. I don’t think that is what we were sold. As of today, we have one window that is doing what our old windows did and show the moisture to where you can’t see out. Trying to deal with sales person isn’t easy after the sale is done and trying to deal with pella doesn’t go well either. Not sure how to proceed to get a good window to replace this one.

Our salesman, Steve Masloskie, was wonderful to work with as we asked questions and learned what we needed. It was so nice to have a quote in my email by the time he left after our first meeting. After our initial meeting, I wanted to make some adjustments and changes to the original order. Steve's responsiveness was heads above the other sales reps. Any time I reached out, he responded almost immediately. One night, he was responding to our questions and changes by email at 10pm, which was unexpected, but so appreciated. Other window reps would take two or three days to get back to me about even simple questions. Steve, also, helped us stay within budget, while still offering a quality product. We have not yet had the windows installed, but if the installation goes as smoothly as the sales process, we will be calling Steve again to help us replace the rest of the windows in our home. If you want a service-oriented, turnkey experience, this is the way to go.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We were in the market for an upgrade to our patio and front doors and compared multiple companies. Pella blew away the competition in customer service, quality, and price. A representative came to our house, showed us numerous options, and highlighted the energy efficiency savings of their products. We had a strict budget we needed to stick with and the representative was very receptive. He showed us the products that were in our price range and helped us get features that were important to us; in-window blinds, frosted glass on the front door, etc. Before completing the order, we went to the showroom to look at colors on actual doors. The staff was very professional and courteous. We were given an installation date of a month after we placed the order. Very reasonable, considering Pella makes the doors custom to each order. I had a few questions that came up after we placed the order and the sales rep returned my calls within hours each time. The doors were installed on the day we were promised at purchase. The installation crew was also very professional! They took care to cover our furniture and were able to finish the job in one day. They cleaned up everything and walked me through what they did and how to maintain the doors. The quality of the doors lived up to what I expected from Pella, lowered our energy bills, and have increased the value of our home. Overall, excellent experience in all facets of the purchase!

This place has amazing service. A stress crack develop in a window, and from the moment I spoke with the service team, to the time it was installed; everyone was great. The Pella warranty is what was expected, but I still needed to have the interior of the replacement window sash stained. It was worth it to me to pay to have professionals stain match what I currently have. That is not my wheelhouse and I did not even want to attempt that type of work. It was explained to me that I would need a physical sample for the team to match my existing stain. They explained to me how to carefully remove the 'mull' strip, and where to drop off my sample. When it was time for my appointment, Jeff called and gave me a 2 hour time in which to expect him. He did not disappoint on his arrival time. My husband was the one home when Jeff arrived and was amazed at how knowledgeable and efficient the tech was. The tech even went above and beyond to adjust our front door on his way out. When I got home from work, I couldn't even tell the stain difference between the replacement window and the one that had been there for 10 years. Noah and his finish team took care of the 'mull' strip provided for a stain match. The stain match looks just like the existing window. Great team, great work, great service. Thank you.

Our experience with Pella has been outstanding. Our salesman Dwayne went over all our options, without any pressure. He's fun, knowledgeable and loves the blues, who could ask for more? These windows are fabulous, I am not a curtain gal. Curtains get dusty and have to be cleaned. The blinds between the glass takes care of that task forever. Installation boss Steve is a master carpenter who knows his business and takes pride in doing the job correctly. He's training Jody, who is on his way to mastering the job as well. It was an education watching these guys work. We fixed them lunch one day to thank them. Last year we had a single window installed, this time we replaced the other 11 windows and front door. When Steve was wrapping the new windows, he also removed the old wrap on last year's window so all the wrapping would match. Gotta love a guy who cares as much about how your place looks as you do. Steve and Jody worked on Bay Window #1, then turned Jody loose on Bay Window #2. Jody did a wonderful job on #2. Jody was responsible for the majority of the inside trim work and made sure everything is perfect. These men cleanup as they go so you don't have a lot of junk messing up your property. As they come in the door, they lay down tarps throughout your home, so there isn't a mess. After they roll the tarps up at the end of the day they vacuum their work areas as well. Thank you everyone at Pella for taking such good care of our home, especially Dwayne, Jody and Steve, Tom Petty's second biggest fan!

READ THE FINE PRINT. If you go through the Pella finance and they give you a set payment, just make sure you are paying over the financed amount as our salesman at the time did not disclose we would have to pay higher amount each month before the 60 months- to ensure no accumulated interest tacked on the end- if not paid off before the 60 month special ends (which luckily we could afford to do). Have had the windows for almost 4 years now and have been adequate. Although some moisture issues- we did have to call them back around the time of installation for some re-caulking issues and moisture issues which they did correct at the time as they were under warranty. Hopefully have better contractors now.

We have chosen Pella windows and doors since 1990. After changing every window in our previous house to Pella we started adding their doors. Our current home is no exception. We replaced two aging sliding doors, a year a part, with Pella hinged doors. The most recent ended up being a custom door, since the opening was brick and left no room for error. Our salesman, Nick was responsive throughout the process. When the installation day came, after tearing out the old door, the custom door was discovered damaged. While Nick & Pella were very fair in compensating us for the damage and inconvenience, the real surprise was the installation. I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Pella. I did my research on them before hand and it really paid off. Their excellent reputation is well deserved. The salesman who came to my home was really personable, knowledgeable, and didn’t give me the typical high pressure sales tactic. That’s something I personally appreciate. I chose my new windows and set up an install date. They showed up, ON TIME, with a small crew and had my new windows installed that day. What really impressed me is that they found subpar installation from a previous replacement window, that was allowing water to flood into my basement bathroom. I couldn’t figure out how the the water was getting in during heavy rainstorms, but they found it, fixed it and sealed the whole area, at no extra charge. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to finally have that costly issue figured out and fixed by the Pella crew. They saved me the money and hassle of hiring a handyman or contractor to repair it. I have few more windows in a bedroom and my kitchen that need replacing and I will most definitely be going back to Pella for those. Plus, their windows, known for their quality, add extra value to my home. People are impressed when you tell them your windows are from Pella. Just for that alone, I would use them again. Where do I begin... My first impression with the Pella product wasn't so good, I found out after one week of moving into my dream house that 8 casement windows of the nearly 30 had rotted. (This is a known issue with Pella windows 15 years ago) After checking to see if they were still under warrantee, which they weren't, I decided to bite the bullet and order new ones. The sales person (Brian D.) was professional and did an outstanding job inspecting each window and educated me on maintenance going forward. He didn't try to oversell me on windows that didn't need to be replaced and he showed me how and what he was looking at to determine if they were rotted. Installation day: 4 weeks later, the installer (Ken) showed up on time and immediately went to work. The only problem we experienced during the installation was that after 15 years, the house had settled and the locking mechanism s weren't properly aligning. This was a problem that neither the sales person nor the installer had anticipated. What impressed me even more was the passion and commitment to excellence the installer had for his trade. This wasn't going to be an easy fix as each window that settled needed to be reset in the rough opening. Well beyond the scope of what I paid for. Ken called the main office to inform them of what needed to be done to do it right and they agreed at no extra charge. Now I'm once again a believer in Pella. Thanks, Mark
