The whole experience was smooth. From the first time with the sales rep to the installation, it all went flawlessly. Installation was fast and the shades look great and they work so smoothly. We were told it might be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, but it ended up being only a month. Very pleased and would recommend Custom Blinds by Design to everyone.

I have used Custom Blinds for both new installation and blind repairs for my Hunter Douglas blinds. I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of their process. I would rate them more stars if possible. They have a great selection of options, trained staff to help you choose and answer questions, they are very knowledgeable and professional. Not only that, they are quick to respond to you, my technician, that came out for the installs, did a fantastic job, very transparent pricing and was 5 minutes early for the install. The blinds came in without the correct hardware. Then the replacement hardware was wrong. The correct hardware came in but they did not notify me immediately. This was very irritating because they knew I had a problem with one of their competitors and expected better of them. I am very satisfied with the final product now that it is complete.

Absolutely wonderful! These blinds totally changed the basement of our home and we quickly realized we should have done this years ago. The removal of the old and installation of the new was seamless. We expected half a day to make this happen. When it took so little time, it was like icing on a really good cake. We are already talking about having more work completed to change our upstairs blinds.

I would highly recommend Custom Blinds and Design. Expect excellent service from start to finish! We have a 7 foot wide by 6 1/2 foot tall window in our living room. We have the full automation hub and we are already noticing a reduction on our cooling bill. I am a retired construction engineer with 45 years of experience. I would advise to not attempt a DIY project. Instead, have the team at Custom Blinds and Design get it done. Sarah, Emma, Jeremy and Joe are true professionals.

The salesperson and installer both came to our house to measure and understand our plan; the installation was on the timetable they laid out initially, and when there was a small sizing error they took care of the problem with no effort on our part and corrected it.
