We had Zach and Kyle come to our home to estimate new windows for us. They were very professional and knowledgeable yet so easy going, friendly and easy to talk to. They were right on time and did great demo with us. I feel very comfortable about getting our windows from champion. We met with the last Friday and received and call today, Monday, to get our windows measured already. They worked with me on a day and time frame that worked best for me even. So far everyone I have met and talked with has been wonderful and I can not wait to get my windows!!!!! I definitely recommend Champion:)

Our windows in our new house we bought were in pretty bad shape. They were Triple Track Sliding Windows and each set was missing or had damaged pieces. We seen the advertisement for windows and made the call.They scheduled an appointment meeting with a representative named Brian Cook to discuss and estimate what type of windows we should expect to install. This gentleman was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. We made the agreements and with in a few weeks the windows were ready to be installed. The contractor made a scheduled appointment to install the windows and I was amazed at how quickly and well clean they worked at adding all 6 windows to our home. This project has made a huge difference to our utility bill We have not said a word about the installation to our family and friends. But when they came to visit our home they actually said “You put in new windows?”. So “Yes”. We are very pleased with the project. And we would like to give a big shout out to Brian Cook for a job well done. Thank you, Michelle and Jon.

However I'm having a very hard time getting the scheduling person to get that repair time set up.I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and cannot get her to call back although the first person I talk to says she will. With all the rain they will soon have much larger issues than just missing shingles.

Researched local windows companies, found Champion Windows. Set up appointment to get an estimate on replacing our windows. Kyle from Champion Windows came out to talk to us about Champion windows. Very knowledgeable, professional, and had answers to all of our questions. He even did the presentation twice so my wife could see it. Kyle was great to talk to about getting new windows. Wife and I had no intention of buying windows that day, but we did. It has been the best first home improvement purchase to this day. Took a few weeks to ship( due to the holidays). Install was a breeze(half a day). Installers were very professional and polite. We have had no problems so far with the windows and are quite happy with Champion service. We would recommend Champion!

Great job on the install. The team was very friendly and professional. However, after a good wind storm, the facing began to buckle and pull away from the structure. Once this started, the ceiling pan ales began to come loose and hang down. I called in for repair and was told it was recorded and I would receive a call to schedule a technician to review. That did not happen so I emailed and received an email confirmation. No action taken. so I texted them and received a text back but still no action.

We purchased siding about 7 years ago. The siding is fine, but the wrapping around the windows is bubbling and peeling off. It has literally been months and I can’t get anyone from Champion to even come out. I was contacted through an email that it would be helpful if I sent pictures, which I did. I was told once the “supervisor” looked at them they would be contacting me. Well, that was last summer and I’ve heard nothing, as usual. The customer service is awful and Champion does not back their product. I don’t usually give reviews and certainly not negative ones, but please do your research before choosing this company! I can only say from our experience we will never recommend Champion!!! REVISED REVIEW!! I need to give an update to my original 1 Star review. As soon as Champion Windows realized that there was definitely a problem, they contacted me immediately. Mark Pruett was so apologetic and explained how the miscommunication must have occurred. He was out the next day to inspect our window issues. Within 2 days he had a crew out to not only re- wrap the damaged ones, but had all of our windows re-wrapped!! Champion truly does stand behind their product. Please know that if you’re having any problems or issues they will be there for you. We know first hand! Thank you Champion Windows for taking such good care of us!!!

We added a sunroom to our home in March 2017. Our only regret is that we did not do it sooner. We absolutely love it! The work done by Champion before, during and after the sale was superb. We worked with Geoff, Andrew, Jake, & Mike. Their customer service and quality of their craftsmanship have far exceeded our expectations. In January of this year we requested a small repair and their response was within 24 hours. We could not have gone with with anyone else and received the “service after the sale” that we have experienced. In the past we’ve purchased, from Champion Windows, replacement windows & patio door (2010), roof (2013), and siding & front door with sidelight (2014). We are now (in 2017) getting all new gutters and downspouts along with a replacement for one sash on the patio door that will include an imbedded doggie door. We keep going back to Champion because of the quality of the products, ease of financing, and the great service. The installation process is a breeze, even when the 8 windows and patio door were installed and the installers had to keep coming in and out of the house to complete the job. They were 3 of the nicest young men and completed the whole process, with cleanup, in less than 6 hours. When there have been a couple of issues along the way the follow up service has been timely, efficient, and lived up to the promises made at the time of purchase.

We had Champions install 17 windows. Sales guy was great, I felt like i was going to get a quality windows and installation for a fair price. There were cheaper companies but I felt champions had a good product. Kudo to the sales rep. From there thing get a little off. Basically from sale to finished product everything is based on a single document. Nothing is done unless its on that document from the beginning and it starts getting crazy after a few people touch it. It went from Sale to Measuring guy, to Orders then to Installation, and it is their bible. Once the installation started, there was already confusion. I should mention that the installers were good guys, friendly and hard working. This was in the middle of winter as well. The document said nothing about filling in the gaps in our old weighted windows. So I had to request it, though the sales person said "Of course they will fill up those old weight pocket". There were unfilled expectations when cladding was performed. I was told one thing but got something different mainly due to the complexity. Sales persons thought it was possible, so did the measure guy, but when it came to the actual installation they pushed for a simple version. I was home for most of it, I have an old house and I know that there isn't all right corners. Still, there was some overly tilted windows. I think a little more effort could have helped, but it was really cold and you have to look to notice the crookedness. So...here is the big issue. When its all said and done the installer want you to sign off on the work. Now there is a manager but I never saw him. To me I felt very awkward and pressured to sign this document. I know this is what the installers need to get paid, but who am I to know if they did there job correctly. Where is the quality control of the installation? Should it be me the owner? I didn't sign, and I took picture of item around the house I was concerned with..mostly gaps and un-calked areas. After sending the pictures they came out and fixed those issues. Then I signed. Who knows if I caught everything (pretty sure I didn't). I feel for the installers, the get a sheet of paper telling them what to do and get it signed. There was a mess up with the window twice, I had to call at least once after waiting a month with no update. 6 months later my install will be completed. Now the windows are good, the backing is good(I hope), people involved are good but put in difficult situations. Manager was way to disconnected. My final request to the manager to have someone come out and pick up the pieces of aluminum that were littered around my home never happened. Instead I have been picking them up little by little. SO...why 3 stars...Good product, Good company, Good people, iffy process, sad quality control, and once papers are signed...they are done.

I feel we got exactly what we were promised. The sales guy was professional, the installer was great and really seemed like he knew what he was doing. A couple weeks after the install my wife noticed some gunk on the windows that might have been from spray foam from the install or it might have been from something else (tree sap, splatter from something I hit with the string trimmer), I really have no idea. I tried every cleaner and gunk remover in the house and it wouldn't touch it. I called Champion and they had a couple guys stop by the next day and cleaned it right off, no questions asked and free of charge. I think the price might have been a bit high but we didn't really shop around a lot first so I can't really say. They were very up front about it and we didn't run into any hidden fees or anything like that. So I can't speak for the other reviewers here but every interaction I had with Champion was positive and hassle-free. I guess I'll have to wait and see how the windows are holding up after 10-15 years before I'll know if it was worth it or not.

Called Amie and she said not a problem she will take care of the extra cost. Had the windows installed last week and Amie and Mark stopped by today, we noticed a small tear in the screen, Mark replced the screen before even leaving.
