My husband and I had contacted Sooner State Home Improvements for an estimate on some new windows. Joe and his son Parker were a great team to work with regarding the knowledge of windows we were looking to purchase. We ended up going with NT Windows Vinyl Series Solar Pro. They measured the window openings a couple of times to make sure the new windows would fit perfectly. Two installers arrived on time and were friendly. They had all the proper tools and new windows on site at the time of their arrival. Installers carefully removed all old windows and hauled them off after the new windows were installed. The entire process took about a day. We are very pleased with how professional and honest Sooner State and its employees are. Our new windows have been installed since December 2021. Both in cold and hot weather months these windows really do keep our house comfortable depending on the season. These new energy efficient windows really do work and we are thankful that we reached out to Sooner State to help us in choosing new windows for our home.

My family was in need of new windows. We got quotes and met people from Anderson, Champion, and a few others. All of their quotes were too high for what they were offering. When we talked with Sooner State, they offered a comparable product for a lower cost with better customer service. And they did not disappoint. We had a our windows installed recently, and they are beautiful. They were delivered on time and the installer was professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. The process of working with Sooner State Home Improvements was smooth and productive from our first contact through the follow-up contact after the work was done. The owner of the company, the installer and the follow-up person were all knowledgeable, helpful and capable of answering all the questions we had. The quality, custom door they ordered and installed arrived ahead of the expected date, as ordered, and was installed quickly shortly after it arrived. The installation process was handled very professionally and the result is just what we wanted. Their office followed up with us a few days after installation to tell us about a rebate from our electric company and send us the documents we needed to apply for the rebate. In our experience, Sooner State Home Improvements is an excellent company for home improvements.

Sooner State had the best price, best quality, and by far the best value. This job was for a large house with 33 windows all needing replacement. The owner, Joe and his son were helpful in the estimating process by providing several options and, as it turned, much less expensive than other companies for the exact same brand window. The professionalism and quality of the installers was amazing. Even defects that I would have never noticed, they flagged during installation and had the manufacturer of the windows correct the problems. Joe made several trips to my home during and after installation to oversee progress and follow-up to make any needed corrections. He even had the representative of the window manufacturer out a couple of times. This company provides honest and fair pricing and exceptional products and installation. I have never been more pleased with a company providing contracts services for my home. I recommend this company without hesitation.

My husband and I have lived in our home, in Bethany, for 30 years. The windows in our house were original to the house, built in the late 50's. So not energy efficient at all. In the winter our heating bills could get pretty high. This past summer (2020) my grandson accidentally broke the kitchen window with a soccer ball so we decided it was time to have all the windows replaced. We attended the Oklahoma City Home & Garden show and met Joe & Parker. They told us all about their great windows, service and installation, as well as warranty. We scheduled a date for them to come out and measure, and well...the rest is history as they say. We are beyond pleased with our new windows. Our bedroom is on the north side of the house so when the wind blew hard you would see the curtains move, and hear it howl! Not anymore! On top of that our gas bill is less than half what it was last year! We had a minor issue with one window, made a call to Parker and they had it fixed in a hurry (manufacturing error). We're going to be building a new home in a couple of years and you can bet Sooner State will be who we use. Thanks so much. You guys are the best. Good to see you this year at the show.

In 2019 we had twelve windows (aluminum frame) removed and replaced with vinyl windows. The change was not only for aesthetic reasons but also because the older windows were drafty, allowing water into the home, and inefficient. Our experience with Joe and Sooner State Home Improvement was great, and we even ended up replacing an additional five windows just this year. Joe and his employees always answer their phone and are quick to return calls or texts. One of the better contractors we've had to work with. So in total, they have replaced 17 windows and we couldn't be happier. We noticed an immediate difference in efficiency.

Joe is the absolute best business owner I have ever dealt with. His company did a small job for us 2 years ago so when it was time for new windows I of course had him bid the job. He had a competitive bid for a great quality window and I so used him again. He replaced 33 windows and our patio door. Awesome job! 5 Stars all the way! I recently had Joe & team at Sooner State replace ALL windows, and the sliding glass door in one of my rental properties. I got multiple bids from companies large & small, and while Sooner State didn't come in at the lowest (really close, though!), after my interactions with Joe, I felt like they were the right team for the job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From standard sized windows, to custom height/length, frosted and obscure glass, they did it all. I was informed early on what the timelines would be, and even after a post-order change request, they met the timeframes given. The installer was even kind enough to help my tenant with the blinds afterwards! We just recently replaced all windows in my house with Sooner State Home Improvement,before we had several companies to come out and get estimates like Champion, Andersen all of their quotes were too high and than when I talked to Joe and Parker the owner and son of Sooner State Home Improvement their Windows the same and the warranty the same and only half price compared to the other one. I decided to give Sooner State a shot and when they came to install my new Windows, they tear out old Windows and put new one in and cleaned it up right away very neatly and professional,took them one and half day to complete my house, It looks awesome and beautiful, I am very happy with new Windows look If someone needs new Windows to your house, I highly recommend Sooner State Home Improvement and you won’t disappointed.Thanks to Joe and Parker

We are overall satisfied with the window installation and services provided. We had 4 windows replaced and installed. It took longer to get the windows ordered and an appointment scheduled for installation (but the pandemic likely has some effect on warehouse/delivery times) The crew worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite. There were a few scratches/holes in the walls after installation (apparently, the previous homeowner had windows installed very cheaply, making for a difficult removal). The crew said they would follow up in a few days tocome back out and fix/fill in, and they did. This is an honest company that was referred to us by multiple people and we would recommend to others.

Joe and his team at Sooner State replaced 18 windows at our house and did a great job! While there were a couple of mix ups here and there, Joe was always great in communicating with us of how he planned to get the problems resolved. Having just overhauled our entire house from top to bottom, his consistent, open and honest communication, along with the simple ability to admit if there was a mistake, was something we didn't really have with our other contractors. Bron came out with Sooner State. No pressure whatsoever. In fact, I told him I had to sleep on it and got back to him in a couple of days. Of course I got a couple of bids but the price nor quality was anywhere close to them. I ended up getting the windows and siding. It does take a couple of weeks to get the windows and even longer for the siding but it is well worth the wait. Just had the windows installed today, think there are 19 that I had done. Double windows or extra large count at two. I do not remember all the names of the window crew but they were fantastic. They also put them up in this dreary rainy/drizzle day. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up after and didn't leave until I went over every window and asked many a question. Best of all, It is hard to believe the difference in how my place looks with just the new windows. Beautiful. I can't recommend them enough at this point. I hope the siding on the house and rebuid and shingles of my little shed go as well. I will update after that is done...hopefully in a couple of weeks. So far though Bravo Zulu to coin an old Navy term. Highly recommend...and I am a pain in the rear to deal with.
