I was traveling out-of-state, and a rock from the highway caused a serious crack in my windshield. The crack was so severe that the entire windshield of my vehicle needed to be replaced. I stopped at one of the nearest Safelite locations due to the severity of my cracked windshield. They scheduled me and immediately replaced my windshield. The initial window replacement work fine as a window, but due to all the new safety features on my vehicle, a lot of the automated features in my vehicle didn’t work after the window was replaced. The representatives refused to charge me until they replaced my window with one that worked properly with my automative features. I was immediately rescheduled and my automobile window was replaced with a window that safety features work. This was exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend this Safelite location to any perspective customers.

A rock hit my windshield and caused a pretty gnarly looking chip. Making an appointment was a simple and straightforward process. The technician, Nick Linden, called ahead and arrived within the appropriate time frame. He was SO polite, patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job while my family and I watched the entire process, and he even explained the details of each step to us. It sounds like they also have a great lifetime warranty. I'm so glad that I called Safelite and that they sent Nick to repair our windshield! Truly a 5-star experience and result!!

It was really nice. Guy came and identified himself. He also called before arriving. He came earlier then I wanted. I picked 12-5 for a reason and he came at 11am. He gave us all information about what he was doing and when he would finish. Text message through out process. Didn't have to use my insurance. Cool to use them but the come to your house service is an extra charge and he came when he like. I didn't like that because I had to skip something that day because of it. I will drop my car off at shop next time and save the come out charge. Over all great installation. Nice guys. Had a chip in another car windshield and since he was here though we would do the other windshield and it would have been around $140 for a chip not bigger than a dime. Found place to take it to for $50. So I passed on that.🤷‍♀️

To be fair, I was long overdue to replace my windshield! I chose Safelite, yet opted to go to their location in lieu of them coming to me. I'm still impressed with the fast turn-around time. Within 10 minutes of my arrival, a tech inspected my car, discussed the repair I was scheduled for and collected my car. In less than an hour, the new windshield was installed! The same tech met me at my car to wipe down the pillars adjacent to the windshield as he noticed they were dirty. I'll use them again for sure!!

Love this place, I needed to get my back window to my car replaced, I found them online set my appointment right away and my car was done in a hour , glad I found thus place, other places take longer, I dnt know about anyone else but I'm the type of person that wants to get seen right away and that's what happened with safelite. We got our truck broken into and the back window was smashed in and the front window cracked, no appointments until 4 days out so we were pretty bummed we wouldn’t have our car, but we dropped it off so they could keep it there until then since we only have outdoor parking. They ended up doing it the day we dropped it off!! Awesome customer service.

Courteous service and good work. About to test that nationwide guarantee because the windshield gasket has now come loose on my Honda Pilot... Will update if there's a problem but I don't anticipate one. 😁 UPDATE: True to their word, it's all fixed up now. As many others have noted, there's no way to talk to a human being when you call - definitely a turnoff 😬 when you're just trying to figure out how to get that gasket repaired! Actually dropped a star over this lack of personal customer service. Location was great. Overall company not so good at customer service I guess...

I was able to schedule a replacement windshield on the same day. They had a custom windshield I'm stock for my vehicle which I thought may take a substantial amount of time to come it. The customer service while I waited was excellent. The waiting room had snacks and the service desk asked multiple times if I needed a beverage. Lastly the payment was seamless between Safelite and my insurance company. Would recommend.

Today, 4/19/[email protected]., WO#264742, replaced Windshield and 3-Wiper Blades. Today, was the 1st time I utilized Safelite AutoGlass. I received excellent service from start "Vehicle Check in" to finish "Work Completion". The work was completed in 45 minutes, rec'd several emails keeping me informed on the work status. Mr. Ethan, Safelite Technician, put my mind at ease by explaining the work to be done and the way I should treat the Windshield once in my possession. I recommend this location to anyone.

I was able to get in ahead of my scheduled appointment. My windshield looked terrific and the staff was very accommodating. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was they used my old, 24 year old molding and rubber that is deteriorating instead of coming to me and telling me about it and suggesting new molding. I thought that was a little sloppy. But it doesn't leak and it looks nice and for the price, you can't beat it.

Keifer and another coworker (name unknown) helped drastically! We had a driver window fall without knowing whether or not the regulator was broken or the window just fell out of track. A quick look over told him the window could be fixed by myself at home. Keifer took it upon himself to fix it for a very discounted labor charge right in the parking lot. First time Safelite user and I will be using them again! Thanks Keifer!

We were getting our kicks on Route 66 when a rock cracked our windshield. We were able to easily schedule a next day appointment to have it fixed. Everyone here was so kind and accommodating. Due to COVID-19 their wait area is closed but we we're just passing through. They provided us waters and we sat in the shade on their picnic table to wait. They were lighting fast and we were back on the road (with safety instructions given twice) in 90 minutes.

I mean I don't understand the process through which they "fix" cracks, but they don't go away they just don't expand. I guess by that standard they are awesome. I just wish it were cheaper and that they could get to you quicker. I'm sure they were busy but I had to leave and come back 3 days later for an appointment. Was low key scared my windshield would split in half while I waited. (It didn't, it's fine). I do wish the process they use would remove the visible damage better, but at least it's just a chip now rather than a giant crack slowly forming. Side note to the jerk in the black work truck dragging the empty trailer covered in cement powder and rocks that peppered my car on I-44 causing the damage: you suck. Literally watched the trailer hit a bump and spray a huge cloud of light grey dust and rocks that met the whole front if my car. Probably gained 3-4 small chips, 1 crack, and an undisclosed number of paint scratches/chips.

I didn't have an appointment and was able to walk in and get the window, on the door of my truck, fixed the best same day. They were compassionate that I lived 45 minutes away and have no complaints to my predicament. I would tell anyone I know that this is the place to go to get your windshield or windows to their vehicle fixed or replaced. Great great company and great great people.

Great experience. I had cracked my Wrangler windshield through carelessness. Geico recommended Safelite to replace it. I opted to drop my vehicle off. I walked to Cracker Barrell to eat while they worked. The work was done in under half an hour. The tech who replaced it (Brendan) noticed a scratch in the new glass (really small, I probably never would have seen it) and got me free new wipers and a discount. I was pleased with this level of service.

Wonderful experience here today. Promptly created by the reception to get the process started. Keifer, the tech, was with me in moments to walk my vehicle and see what needed to be repaired. He immediately noticed a problem of a part missing from the body shop years ago. I've had it in the mechanic, the dealership, and other windshield replace places and no one ever noticed this. He fixed the problem while doing my windshield repair and fixed something that has bugged me for years. Amazing customer service and would recommend this location 100 times over.

These guys did a stand up job on replacing my windshield on my new car. Got hit with a rock in the corner and spread 24inches in less than 10 minutes. It took longer than I expected because they had to source an OEM windshield, but they were super kind and helpful in getting my car taken care of. Highly recommend!

EXCEPTIONAL service from Miranda in orchestrating this rental car glass replacement!!! She was professional, kind and efficient. She literally spent over an hour on the phone with my insurance company USAA and HERTZ to make sure that we got our windshield replaced in the rental car. Of course I had to wait the allotted hour and thirty min for them to replace my windshield but thanks to the advancement in cell phone technology and their kind staff I somewhat felt like I was at home! OK...nothing wrong with the technical nature of our visit. Windshield glass changed well, lane changer thing recalibrated, the fellow who completed the transaction. He gave good instruction as to no car washes for 24 hours, tape can come off in 4 hours...etc. Super friendly fellow. I paid and told them we would get the car later. I gave them 3 stars because of the dismissive nature of the blonde haired girl at the front window. Do not know her name. I had to call back and ask about the pikepass to ensure it was saved or destroyed. The lady answering the phone was Kensey (sp?) (could have been the same blonde) was lazy and dishonest. I asked what had happened to the pikepass toll transponder. She put me on hold and then came back on the phone and told me that the transponder probably came off in pieces (I would imagine they might be designed that way so as to not be reused). To ensure it was destroyed I asked her if she could check to see if it was actually destroyed so that I can deactivate it to ensure no one else uses it (if it were not destroyed I would continue to use it). She came back on the phone and said she had it in her hand and it was in 6 or 7 pieces. OK. I then deactivated it. Went to the tag agency and got another one to use in its place. When I arrived later to get the car...the pikepass was reinstalled where it had been initially. It was in one piece. It was usable. My trip to the tag agency was a wasted trip. Yeah...and if it the same blonde as the initial drop off...she need customer facing training. How to be pleasant. How not to lie. How to actually take care of the customer. I am picturing Kensey putting me on hold, facebooking for two minutes, coming back on and giving me a line...twice. If not for her...they would have gotten 5 stars.

The windshield was fine and scheduling was easy but they broke the antenna off our truck and didn’t even discount the service at all for the inconvenience and now we have to make a special trip back to okc to get the antenna replaced by them. Kinda uncool!

Lance was my tech today. He just left the house & he was fantastic. Very friendly even in the miserable heat. He finished up my SUV windshield replacement in about an hour, and even cleaned ALL other windows and vacuumed out my whole vehicle. I would definitely recommend & use again in the future!

I found a crack on my windshield on a drive out of town for memorial day weekend. My passenger watched the whole thing unfold including, discovering the crack and then proceeding to have the most contained panic infused hissy fit. I continued this fit periodically throughout the trip. I think she questions our friendship. Upon my return I started looking online for options to replace the windshield-specifically one that doesn't involve any human interaction. I found Safelite since I remembered their annoying jingle (excellent advertising strategy). They told me to go through my insurance. The entire process took a grand total of maybe 6 minutes of distracted scrolling while binge watching Netflix and eating my weight in sugary treats. A week later someone showed up to my place and replaced the windshield while I took a nap. It was a delightful experience. I had minimal human interaction. I didn't have to put on pants for a large portion of it and it cost me a teeny deductible. Now if only included free food, I would have reached a new level of joy.

They even transferred my former windshield's PikePass onto the new one, an unexpected and welcomed act of kindness. The only minor problem I experienced was their in-house communication; they had several problems getting my phone messages from headquarters to the installers.

Booked an appointment for home installation ended up re-scheduling 3 days earlier due to other business in OKC and wow are these guys good. Not only are they fast and professional but also courteous and sociable. From the secretary in the front office to the installers in the back to the bosses roaming around these guys got you in mind. Pete was my installer and Drew helped to put a new windshield in my BMW I asked if I could repay some upholstery fabric that had come off of my A pillar molding and they said no problem, and even helped with a few shields to make sure my glue didn't go all over my dash. These guys were hands down the best group of people there and I'm glad we chose to go in to get it repaired instead of the home installation, which by the way isnt that much more if you need to have it done if you're completely unable to drive. Way to go and those two need a raise! Thank you Safelite and thanks Drew and Pete and my Uncle was impressed by everything to boot!!

Over all they did a good job. There was a crack in my dash that was not there before. The problem was that since I was dropping the car off on the way to work and was in a hurry I took their suggestion of not doing the pre inspection and just signing the sheet. Obviously that was really stupid of me. I really think they should never suggest this. It is unprofessional and they know very well what this can lead to.

I originally had a little chip from a rock and Safelite came out to my workplace the next day to repair it. For some reason (I believe I had an aftermarket windshield) the window cracked during the repair. I called Safelite and because I was a repeat customer and my insurance company had done business with them for years, they replaced my windshield for free!! Not to mention they changed out my windshield wipers for free also!!! Great company, great people, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be a return customer. And now I don't have an aftermarket windshield. ;-)

They give online quote and appts. They go over what can and cant be done, removing unreal expectations. They sell glass and windshield wipers as well as repair or replacement. My repair was guaranteed to get smaller, but ptevention for spreading was key. However I was fortunate that it was superficial enough to draw up smaller. Very Happy about that.

Had a rock chip, so I made an appointment for repair. Got in the same day. It only took them 40 mins to do the job and it looks great! Beyond that, they cleaned all my windows and vacuumed the carpets! Self-pay price was $150. My ins covered mine so no cost to me (other than my premiums!) Lobby is a little cramped but does what it it designed to do.
