After looking closely at several different brands of windows we chose Pella because of the quality. We had 27 custom windows and most of them are floor to ceiling. We have one 18’ window and Pella is the only company that could assure us they could handle it with ease. Rainy weather was forecasted during the projected installation so they sent two crews and easily knocked it out in 1.5 days! They did everything they said they would do and more. We enjoyed working with Jeff Chill and the entire installation crew was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Pella and we are confident our new windows will add to the value of our home and help us tremendously with the efficiency of our electric bill. We are thrilled with our Pella windows and are looking forward to our energy savings!

We purchased a new front entrance door from Pella. The Pella rep came to the house to assess our needs and give us a plan and estimate. Others did the same. We elected to go with Pella based on the plan to include engineering, production of the door, and the installation. While waiting for the door to complete production, the Pella rep was readily available to appraise us on the progress. Once the door was delivered, the installation was performed by an experienced, professional, and thorough technician who did wonderful work. All-in-all, it was a great experience and we are very happy with the work.

We replace two doors and a storm door. The sales rep was great, friendly, very knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure us into making a purchase. Installation crew was great! Showed up on time, explained the process before they started, kept us updated on progress, very professional and courteous, and cleaned up when they finished! They ran into a couple of problems during the install (not their fault), but they were able to make a couple of phone calls to Pella to get solutions. We will be using Pella again to replace another door and then start on our windows!

Had patio door that had been allowing rodents along with winter snow build up inside.... wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Contacted Pella. Jeff arrived and sat down with the wife & I. After listening to what I was experiencing with current patio door, he went through all options with us explaining in detail on each. Never felt pressured to buy and once we decided which direction we wanted to go he gladly helped us through each step. No pressure to try selling us the most expensive item he had, was an enjoyable/personable experience. Once the order was placed and I made decision on paying option, the ball was in my court....after paying for unit, they contacted me for installation. The day of, it was raining, so had to postpone but just for day and once gentleman came out, installation was thoroughly done. Am still owed an interior handle that wasn't shipped, but will be installed once they receive it. Door is absolutely wonderful, just having to get adjusted to not having to sling it open/shut and with the built in shutters inside the glass panes not having to worry about pets tearing them up. Once again - well worth the price...and the Mrs couldn't be happier !!!!! thanks again Pella !!!!!

We bought a home 5 years ago that has 2 older (2002) sets of Pella sliders that were becoming heavy to open and the screen on one of the doors was totally out of whack and very difficult to latch. Called Pella, they actually found the sales record for our home/doors & were able to order parts (new rollers) for doors that are over 20 years old. The two workers they sent were awesome. I wish I could remember their names. They installed the new rollers, showed me some basic maintenance, and fixed the whacky screen for me all in about 30 minutes. They also talked to our cat, told funny stories, and were very tidy. Both sets of doors now glide effortlessly and we can use the screen again on the second door. Very happy. I hope we have this level of service when the 3 Pella new windows we ordered get installed. =)

The service manager, Ray Fernandez, not only took the time to hear out my problem but took multiple calls and emails to help me resolve my delima. In the end result Ray actually went well beyond by stopping by to assist and make sure that my window was in working order. We recently had a Pella Lifestyle French door installed that leads from our home's dining room to our back patio. I wanted to comment on how pleased my wife and I are with this company, their products and services. It has been two weeks since the installation, and we continue to marvel at the beauty of this door and its installation: both radiate the word "quality." The installation team of Connor and Draydon was fast, efficient, professional and their attention to detail was amazing. Their communication with us was terrific with both phone calls and text messaging to schedule the install, to provide updates, and to follow-up after the install. They even arrived a little early for the 8:00 AM scheduled time. We were blown-away at how they perfectly fit the doors and trim. Amazing! The double patio door fits perfectly - the door shuts with that "sound" of closing solidly and squarely: a slight shove on the door and you know it has sealed properly against the weather and just as importantly, the Pella Door's three point locking mechanism latches as it should. The inside and outside door trim is lovely and lines-up beautifully. The installation crew also expertly weather sealed the door on all four sides, and the door's threshold is solidly resting on the patio step. Connor and Draydon paid attention to every detail including using their own vacuum to cleaned-up the debris following the installation. We could tell from the way they worked together, how they coordinated their efforts, that they had done many quality installs before this one. I've included a picture as an example of how the installation crew matched the outside trim and the build-up of the stoop to match the doors threshold. This door and its installation accents our home beautifully; we picked the right company. Thank you all.

Salesperson: very good knowledge of products and options. Not pushy. Install crew: did a great job! I replaced 30 year old aluminum frame double pane windows with fiberglass frame double pane low E glass. The new windows look great. Wood trim looks good but trim is not painted during install. To soon to tell what energy savings I might see. However, windows don’t seem drafty and setting next to a window feels warmer. The hot and cold of the outside weather doesn’t conduct thru the new windows and frames like the old windows. The price of the windows wasn’t cheap but we intend to be in this house for years to come. My recommendations: Do your research before buying. Weigh the price, product quality, warranty, how long company has been in business, and reviews of product and business. Consider how long you plan to live in the house. Doesn’t make sense to spend lots of money if you can’t recoup much of the cost. New windows can be slightly different sizes than old windows. Replacing wood trim rather than reusing old trim gives a better installation finished look but this can impact cost.

Front of my home - 12 windows Let me begin by saying Jeff Chill, our salesman, did a phenomenal job! when he came to do the initial quote, I asked for an outside consultation as it was right at covid peak. He was very patient and met with us on our covered patio. When Zeke and the installation team showed up they did a phenomenal job. they treated our home with respect. I was worried some of my flowers undet the windows may be damaged during installation - NOT one of my dahlias or lilys were broken!! After such a positive experience, we plan to have the same team do the back of our home! 10 windows

Pella windows did a fantastic job custom installing my recent windows and doors. Richard Wilson and the install crew did a professional and very attractive job. They removed two load bearing walls to install custom French doors and a glass sliding door in two separate rooms. Installed two replacement windows in the kitchen ALL IN ONE DAY!! I was extremely satisfied with the framing and support installation for the doors as the walls supported major roof joints. The final brick masonry looked like it was part of the house design from the beginning. The interior finish was clean looking with no touch-up required after install. Finally, the price was literally one third of what I was quoted by a competitor's pricing! I would recommend Pella to anyone anywhere, as their home office staff with Richard and the entire contracted crew were extremely helpful throughout the process. Thanks Richard to you, your framing and install crew and your talented and professional masonry crew in making this major restoration enjoyable and help making our home upgrade a treasure!

I wish I would have been told, that the wooden sliding doors were not a good idea. The paint the factory uses didn’t hold up well. It would have been cheaper just to use the metal. 😞 I had every window & sliding door in my home replaced with Pella and I am not sure I would use them again. Matt Berry was our sales representative. We got quotes from 5 different window companies before we went with Pella. Matt was great about explaining and demonstration the product. He took more time and effort than other companies who rushed through it. We believe that Pella was the best window out there for the money. So far, we have not been disappointed. We went with double hung as they are easier to clean and replace in case of failure. We have noticed rooms are not drafty and remain more comfortable and temperate. The coating helps prevent the sun from bleaching our furniture. The outside noise is definitely reduced to where we can't hear our neighbors dogs anymore, especially with with TV on. Sleep has also improved as a result. The installers took about half a day to install 5 windows and the windows took about 2 months to arrive. This delay seemed to be typical of almost all of the companies we checked out. We have a few more to install around the house and will be using Pella again. I mean, Matt even said he would run over some professional window cleaning solution to help us keep them looking new. Who wouldn't go back?

I had all but two of the windows, and all but two doors replaced on my two story brick home built in the late 70s. That's quite a financial investment and my Pella sales rep did everything he could to make it feasible for me. The windows/doors are beautiful inside and out, great quality product. Most importantly, the installation surpassed the quality of the product. What I'm saving on my energy bill will help me pay this project off in no time. And, the reduction of noise from outside has brought peace and joy!

It was important to find good strong doors that enhanced our home and protection. It didn’t take long to realize that the company and product we wanted for our home was at Pella Windows and Doors. When their Rep Jeff came to our home to bring samples and help us decide what would work best for our needs and option it also retain the beauty of our home. Now you can find cheaper products but you get what you pay for and we know these doors will last for years and years to come. Also having not 1 deadbolt but 3 deadbolts on each door make us feel our home it well protected. When the two gentlemen came to our home to install the doors they were very polite and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to do the very best job and very careful to not make a mess or interrupt anything we were doing. When they finished they cleaned everything up and the doors were perfect. I highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors and would give them a 10 out of 10 rating on everything from the sales to the finished products. We love our new doors and they look beautiful on our home.

My entire experience with Pella of Oklahoma City was excellent. Buying a new front door was a little daunting for me but my old one was in bad shape so off I went to the showroom and met Jeff Chill. He was very helpful – providing information, booklets and answering all my questions. Jeff came to my home several days later – provided more information and answered more questions. I made a decision, signed a contract and within a few hours, I had an installation date set. Several days later I had more questions and Jeff immediately dispelled all my worries. The door arrived early and an earlier installation date was set. The 3 men that came to the house we very nice, clean cut and polite. Guys you don’t mind being in your home. They had door installation down to a science – everyone had their job and they worked efficiently but didn’t rush. The main reason I went to Pella is because I wanted a quality product AND I wanted folks to install the door that knew what they were doing. That's EXACTLY what I got! We replaced three windows from another competitor that just didn't hold up. We thought we would go cheaper. They were cheaper and now are replaced after only a very short time...our mistake! We now have three doors, and six Pella windows in our home. It was possible to go cheaper on the replacements, but as the old saying goes..."You get what you pay for". We have used the Womble Company of OKC for all our Pella needs. We will miss our longtime sales representative Matt Berry, but know that The Womble Company will continue to offer some of the finest products and services in our area. Their customer focus, patience with questions, promptness on site and quality installations make them very hard to beat. One of our windows was a true custom window, with additional features we added. At time of installation, the window went in perfectly and looks great! There was a little specialty trim that had to be done after the fact, and we were told it would take about a week to fabricate and install. It was done in two days! Excellent craftsmanship and customer service. As I have said before, you can find cheaper windows and doors in the metro, but you would be hard pressed to find another supplier as dedicated to their customers as The Womble Company. A special shout out to our installer lead Luis; inside/field customer support Cullen, and especially to Deanna, our primary point-of-contact and scheduler. While we do not know the fine folks who made our windows at the Pella factory, we are also grateful to them for their excellent craftmanship and eye for details. If you are in the market for new or replacement windows and doors, we highly recommend The Womble Company (Pella Windows and Doors of OKC). Invite them in to review your requirements and ideas and have them bid for your business. We have never been disappointed in them and I doubt you will be either.

They cleaned up at each window location as they went along so that the interior of our home stayed quite clean considering the extent of the project having every window in the home replaced. Spent over 40K to install windows in house. Needed to replace patio door rollers in door. Finally got through to service and they told me they no longer have the needed rollers. I could understand because the door I have is older, but they could care less to help me. When I asked about other roller makers they said they could not help me. Their only solution was to sell me a 5K new door. To add insult to injury I had waited 10 minutes to get no help and now she wanted to transfer me to sales for another long wait. These people have no customer loyalty or concept of service. Will direct all my friends to champion or Anderson. After my dissatisfaction with the earlier mentioned Pella interaction, I was contacted by Athena from Pella. This women totally understood my problem and was extremely cogent with the product. She informed me that the call center young lady, I had no indication that she was at a central call center, was incorrect and the desired rollers were indeed available. She apologized for the previous co-worker, ordered the rollers from Dallas and scheduled my service. When the rollers arrived she expedited my service and Bryan and Brendan fixed my door. The guys were polite and totally familiar with the product. The door works as new and the price was reasonable. I have experience running companies and I know an under informed employee can greatly damage a companies reputation. The important issue is that Pella, and Athena in particular, went out of their way to fix the situation. My respect for Pella has been reconditioned and I would certainly work with the company again.
