The glass doctor team was fantastic, they provide a concierge service by coming to where your car is located. We had a small crack in the windshield of our car. The repair was quick and you couldn’t tell there was ever a crack when the finished. I would highly recommend you book an appointment if you have any issues with your windshield.

They measured the piece of glass. I thought they were going to install it. They said they might be back later they would call and let me know. I didn't use them anyway. They wanted me to pay half the fee first. But of course I wasn't going to do that. I ended up using a different contractor

I worked with 2 other company's who came out to look at my broken window and get quotes, each of the other companies were $50-100 more than Glass Doctor and I was told it would be 2 months plus to get the window replaced. Glass Doctor was very reasonably priced and quick to fix my broken window. 10/10 would recommend and go to again if ever needed again.

When my glass sliding door was shattered a rock was accidently thrown into it by a weed trimmer used by the company who mows my lawn Glass Doctor was able to send someone out almost immediately to access the damage. All of the other glass companies could not send anyone out for several weeks. Glass Doctor was busy too but they were able to fit me in to their schedule. The replacement glass arrived in less than a week and it was installed a couple of days after that. The whole job took less than 2 weeks and I was thrilled. I have indoor cats and was terrified that if the damaged glass broke completely my cats would get outside and our extremely hot summer weather was another issue I was worried about. Glass Doctor's price was also much less than the other over the phone estimates. Customer Service is also excellent and I will use Glass Doctor in the future.

Fast, affordable glass repair! Everyone from customer service to installation technicians were very professional, courteous and prompt. It's nice to know there's still a business out there operating on what seems like the "Good Old Days" platform where they're honest, fair-priced and on time, while not blaming some shortcomings on COVID, supply chain issues or some other self induced excuse. I had the misfortune of getting my vehicle (2018 F-150) broken into this morning. On my way into work, I called glass doctor, and within two hours I had a new back window. A gentleman came out quickly, and did a quality repair. It looks just as good as the factory glass did. I expected to have to take time off to deal with it, but they came to my office and did it outside. I definitely recommend!

What a great experience with a company. I was looking on line trying to find a windshield replacement for my daughters SUV. I spent 10 minutes filling out info on a competitors site just to find out they didn’t have any appointments available for several days. I scrolled over to Glass Doctor and decided to call. I spoke with Christian who was extremely helpful and kind. He got me set up for a replacement the next day. John called asking if I was ready for him to come out prior to the visit. The replacement was completed professionally and quickly. He was even able to save the Pikepass and parking sticker. Thanks for the great work and very reasonable price. I won’t ever use anyone else. I called and they could have fit me in the next morning, but as a teacher I was in class at the time. They were so accommodating and flexible, they scheduled me first thing the following morning. I began my duty at 8:50 when they called, I unlocked my truck with my remote and by the time my duty was finished he was cleaning my new windshield! My PikePass was reinstalled on the new windshield as well.I have used other companies in the past, will return to Glass Doctor.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I had to have them out to replace a window glass in my home that was broken out and they were fast, professional, and respectful of my time. The tech I worked with was very friendly and after taking measurements he remembered that I worked from home with his trip back out for the glass replacement, and advised he could do everything outside without disturbing me. The process was simple, quick, and very reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend using this company.

Onee of or dogs got squirrel crazy and shattered the inside pane on one of our home windows. Called several companies and got several quotes. Not only was Glass Doctor the most affordable, they got to us very quick. The best part of all was the technician Henry B. who did the measurements and estimate. When we scheduled the install, we actually asked for Henry as well. We've had glass work done on vehicles and homes before and I can tell you for certain they don't get any better this man! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to talk with. Henry was even kind enough to look at a couple more windows that have seal issues which we will also be contacting Glass Doctor to replace. Hopefully Henry will be available to help us again when the time comes.

Everyone one we talked to from the gentleman who gave us our estimate to the installer was very professional. They asked all the right questions to cover our needs and to make sure we was getting the correct product. We ordered our windshield late Saturday which they had to ship in from out of state. We got a call the following Monday to let us know our windshield had arrived and scheduled us for the next day at noon. The installer showed up at our home a little earlier which is a plus in our book. The installer removed our cracked windshield and replaced it and was gone in less then 30 minutes. He was very polite, fast and did a great job. Anytime I need a piece of glass replaced Glass Doctor will be our only call every time.

We had a broken window in the living room, one of three panes. We hoped it could be repaired. My husband called on Monday and explained what we needed. A guy came out on Thursday and fixed it, all in one trip. The price was reasonable as well. The bonus is that since the pane was replaced, the window doesn't rattle anymore. Had a great experience with this company! They replaced a cracked rectangle of glass without wanting to replace the whole window. The price was great and I didn't feel nickel and dimed. The workers were courteous, professional, and worked quickly. The only negative was that they showed up about 15 minutes after the time frame they told us. However, they did call and let us know when they were on their way. I will definitely hire them in the future!

Glass Doctor has very good customer service, the repairmen that came each time were always very kind & knowledgeable. The only complaints that I might have is that they are very busy (not a bad thing, means they are good at what they do) so it took a week to get someone out to get me a quote, and then the window itself was a special order, and took two weeks to come in. Then it was another week to schedule the repair & one of the windows had been ordered incorrectly, so it was another 2 weeks to order that, but then they squeezed me in when it got here. All in all I had a great experience, it's just if it's an emergency, this may not be the route you want to go.

After the recent Norman hail storm, Glass Doctor was the most responsive, and reasonably priced quotes I received to get my windshield replaced. Many companies were using the storm to inflate prices as much as 200%+. I was able to give them the address to the job I was working at, and they came to me and replaced my windshield very quickly and professionally. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Even managed to move my pikepass to the new windshield.

After that horrible hail storm I tried to get someplace in Norman, (where I live) to replace my wind shield. No one even bothered to call me back! Saw the Glass Doctor truck across the street at my neighbors house replacing both of his windows. So I talked to John the technician and was happy with what he had to say. Let me give a big shout-out to Glass Doctor out of Oklahoma City. The hail busted out my single pane dining room windows on Sunday, I called them Monday, they had someone out on Tuesday to do an inspection, they called me on Wednesday with the estimate and then they did the replacement today on Thursday. One large bay window, one medium, and one small window = $460, which was about what I was expecting to pay. I can't tell you how happy I am to have windows again. Suffice to say I highly recommend them.

The lady who answers their phones is rude. Update, 2 days later - I received a call from the GM Ryan Steiner. Fantastic gentleman. Apologized for the delay and offered to make it up to me. He was genuinely sincere and clearly bothered that I had a bad experience. This is the mark of a good business. Every place makes mistakes, but it's how you handle those mistakes that make a difference. Ryan couldn't have handled this better. Because of this, Glass Dr. will be my next call if I have glass needs.

I called for an estimate on a Tuesday, they came out to give the estimate on a Friday (earliest available) and the price was fair so they completed the job Wednesday.
