Such a fantastic experience from the salesman Ken to the installation team and office personnel. I will definitely be using them again for my door replacement when I'm ready. First class company! Everyone was professional from the salesman Michael, to the installers, and Alexis scheduling the appointment. The crew arrived on time on the day of the install and the windows were done earlier than anticipated. I shopped around for prices and Window World was cheaper than the competitors. You don’t get cheap work or windows though. We love the quality of work and the windows. I almost forgot to measure tech he was awesome also.

We replaced windows for our home 14 windows and a patio door in total. We shopped around read reviews I think we got about six estimates. Some of the people who came were like high pressure type sales folks. It was all getting really frustrating and overwhelming. Someone told me to check the next door app and I did and Window World came up and had good reviews. So I told my husband let’s get one more then make a decision. Dan Paone came out to our house on a Saturday morning what a really nice guy. We chatted a little he measured all of our windows showed us the product and explained everything to us in detail. It was comfortable and he didn’t try to make us make a decision right away like the other companies did. We called him the next morning he came back to our house and we paid our deposit. The windows were installed on 9/26 the crew was excellent. It was a lot of workers I can’t believe it got done in one day. Everyone worked so hard to get the job complete. One window had a crack in it the worker told us about it and he had already called his manager to order a replacement. They will be replacing it in two weeks. I had forgot that Dan told us how well they will clean up after the job. I was prepared to have to do a lot of cleaning when they left. We didn’t have to do anything but move some furniture back in place. All the rooms were vacuumed like no work had been done hours ago. I would definitely recommend this company and we already have to one of our neighbors who asked about them after he saw how well they worked that day.

Now I’m even happier with their customer service and maintenance. I had to call a few times for broken things. I had 7 windows replaced in my home. There were 2 men that came at about 8:45am. The old windows were out and new ones in by 10:30 am. They then took about 2 hours to caulk and put up the trim. They also put back the shutters that I wanted to keep. There wasn’t a drop of debris on my lawn when they were ready to leave. Thank you, Window World. A wonderful job! They also made sure that I knew how to operate the windows!

We used Window World to replace nine old windows with new construction windows. Window World was used due to the great compliments we received from two neighbors who previously used them. Their sales associate Jack, was a pleasure to deal with. Both installers, Edison and I forget the name I apologize, were professional and went the extra mile. I would also like to thank Shane who was very responsive to an issue we encountered during installation which was no fault of Window World. The old original windows over time had leaked and damaged the ply wood underneath the siding. Window World will be used again in the future when our remaining old original windows need to be replaced !

The entire experience was great. We had a very good time with our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the industry and products. He provided a non-pressure sales pitch that was very transparent. Everyone was extremely professional and on-time! Actually they beat their estimation of window availability by a few weeks which was great. We replaced 14 windows in our house, and the crew that arrived finished the project in 8 hours. They put in the new windows, refinished the exterior trim, and even when needing to remove the interior trim, re-installed and re-caulked everything. Everything got tarped inside the house while they worked. The windows they installed were great and a much needed improvement to our previous ones that were 40+ years old. Their prices were the lowest around, with the best service we could have asked for. Its only been a few days and some of my neighbors are looking to use Window World as well. An easy choice to go with them again if ever needed. Thank you!

The quality of work here was a highlight for me. Also their ability to explain what they were doing and why. We had some amendments during the job and they were extremely flexible and cooperative. We had a smaller error in the panes that they delivered with the grids. A quick conversation with the owners and they made it all right. The guys did pretty good job on clean up too considering there was snow on the ground. We could not be happier with the work that was done and the prices we paid for it. I would recommend this company for window and/or siding install with the highest conviction.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows! I no longer feel drafts coming in from the previous glass and the new windows were well sealed! Installers came bright and early, worked efficiently, covered furniture near their work areas, cleaned up after completion of work. They then walked me through the process demonstrating how windows worked, proper cleaning and opening/closing to enhance the lifespan of my windows! The installers from Window World arrived about 8:30 am and started work at 9 sharp. After I took the man in charge on a quick tour of the house, showing him the windows that were to be replaced, they started right away. They knew what they were doing, and just went about it very professionally. It was amazing. By 3:00 pm they were done and cleaning up and packing up. The lead installer took me outside and showed me all what they had done, then we went inside and he showed me all the different functions of the windows. I was very pleased with their work and their on site professional behavior, I’d highly recommend Window World. Also the price was just right, compared to some other companies.

Very good experience with Windows World and i am someone who pays a lot of attention to detail. Pricing beat one of the main "big box" home improvement stores by about 25%. Installers were very good craftsman for both window removal/installation, aluminum exterior trim and cleanup. They carted away old windows and all garbage from the day so it looked like they had never been there. Highly recommended.

On 1/9/2022, We had all of our windows installed from Window World, the prices were to good to pass up other companies wanted double or triple the price for the job so we went with Window World. When the windows were installed it was cold out and temperature weren't going to be above 25 degrees and on this day after 1pm the temperature started dropping but the installers worked and got everything completely and the windows look great also there wasn't any difference from the first window installed to the last window and I was impressed Now that night the temperature out side were going to drop into the low teens plus the wind was going to make it feel like temperature feel like they were in the single digits so basically it was freezing outside. So before the windows got replaced certain parts of the house would be colder/warmer than others so later on that night we went from the living room into the den, dinning room, & kitchen part of our house and usually it's freezing especially when the temperature drops but it wasn't freezing it was comfortable also mom when into her bedroom which would be even colder than the rest of the house and when the wind use to blow you can watch the vertical blinds move but now her room felt like the rest of the house comfortable and warm Now to wrap this up, Window World has made this experience easy for us from start to finish, the whole cost didn't breaking the bank to get done, they replaced windows all the windows in 1 day they were, also they were all professional and job well done, now our house is more energy efficient because we are not using the space heaters I don'thave to turn on the oven every morning to make the house warm so we are SOOOO SATISFIED with our decision to go with Window World Also I can't wait for spring time so I can open all the windows, LOL Thanks Window World, have a blessed day, from the Waters

They installed all 17 windows in one day, before we knew it, they cleaned up and where headed out. We are in love with our new windows. The salesperson (Jack) was great, and the windows were installed well. They cleaned up after themselves and for the most part it was a very positive experience. Two complaints: 1. Complete lack of communication. Someone texted me to set up the install date stating they'd been trying to get in touch wtih me. Not true, that was the first I'd heard from them. The number they left wasn't in service, so I texted back and never heard back. They called my wife, set up a date, and we never heard from them until I checked with the salesman the night before. No idea what time they planned to get here. 2. They took all the window treatments down and didn't put ANY of them back up. Left screws all over the floor in various rooms, blinds leaning aginst the wall, brackets all over the place. I've never had the windows in my house replaced so I have no idea if this is standard, but I'm not well-versed in the art of window treatments!!!! Super annoying. Overall a very good experience, though.

Very Good Experience. I had Window World replace 10 old wood framed windows in a old house I just bought. The turn around time was about 3 weeks. They came and completed the job in less than a day. The prices were the best out of 4 other companies I had come out to bid. They also did the capping on some other windows that were existing. I like the fact that the salesman didn't come out and try to pressure me into buying from them on the spot with a 3 hour presentation. It took about 15 minutes to get a price in writing. The windows all operate as they should and there was no damaged moulding inside as they did most of the work from the exterior. Other companies were telling me they would have to rip off all of the interior trim which would have made a lot more work for me. No Thanks!! Im glad I found Window World and would Definitely use them again.

I just had a 5 window install in my condo 3 days ago. I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the windows in the winter but if they hold to the same standards as the installation I know I will be very happy. The installers came about 30 minutes early, no problem, started immediately, finished within 4-5 hours, cleaned the small amount of mess and were done! I had Ken Smith come into my home on the initial consult and his knowledge of windows, doors, and siding blew me away. By the end of the consult i felt as though he was right in tune with what i wanted to accomplish and the price was right on with the budget i wanted to spend so i decided to move foward though him and placed my order. When the workers showed up i couldn't believe how professional they were with laying blankets down where they worked and how fast they worked. They installed all the windows in one day which was very impressive and they custom built and cut on site the outside of the window frames. They installed the windows, siding, and doors with also explaining to me about all the work they were doing and it really made me comfortable and I like learning new things. They explained why my house was not energy efficient from what the last people did when they installed windows, siding, and doors before i bought the house. Now with everything installed I am able to control the thermostat for the heat and I couldn't be more happy to know I made the right choice in using Window World. I would highly recommend them.

The windows came out perfect and was a great price. When my fiance and I first moved to our new condo, windows was the first thing that was needed to be redone. The same day we saw our neighbors getting new windows. One of the installers, Peter Gorecki, greeted us and told us all about the company. Very kind, informative, and knlowdable guy. Peter was not pushy and gave us all the info we needed to get a free estimate. From then on, we booked window world hoping Peter would be the installer. Unfortunately he was not but he did come back to fix some stuff that needed to be redone. Not only did Peter do a phenomenal job, but because of his customer service and skills I will definitely consider window world again and tell my friends and family of the great service. Before offering them the job and signing the contract, I researched several window companies as well as independent installers, in the process I discovered Window World of Jersey Coast. It took only a month between the order and the installation, the team came on time, was extremely professional and cleaned up everything after they finished. We also asked them to save some wood pieces from the original windows, if possible, and they made sure that all these pieces were removed without any damage to them.

The windows (WindowWorld) and doors (ThermaTru) are very high quality and have made a huge difference in our house already. We live in an area with traffic; it’s much guieter now. The house is warmer; we’ve dialed back our thermostat settings. Since our old windows had many failed seals we’re now enjoying the views. The best part, however, was the installation. Two crews, led by brothers George and Frank, took just a few days to replace virtually every window and door in the house. They worked very neatly and the exterior aluminum trim work/sealing is superb. We are very pleased with our purchase.

This is the second project we worked with Window World of the Jersey Coast on. While this one was much smaller than the first, they were no less professional and the work was just as impeccable. The first time around we had a large scale project that included windows, siding and custom front door. This time it was just basement windows installed in cinderblock. Here is the reason why I gave four stars to Window World of Jersey Coast. Sale Presentation: Alan Rich presented his sales pitch and we agreed to go with Window World. This is a small project: replace two kitchen windows. Granted there was very little to no discount for this small type of installation. Delivery Time: We were told to expect 6 to 8 weeks to custom make the windows. From the time we placed our order and re-verification of the measurement from one of their managers, our windows were ready in around 3 weeks. Installation Time: I received a call from John of Window World of Jersey Coast to inform me my windows are ready and it can be installed as soon as the next day at 1-3 PM. I agreed and made preparations (temporarily relocated the breakfast table and chairs and removed the blinds leaving the balance). No installers came after 3 PM. Called the office and spoke to John. He apologized that someone should've called me that the installers were running behind on a current project. He offered to rescheduled that day for 5 PM. 5 PM came and went. John called and said the installers won't be able to come that day, but can come on Wednesday at 8:30 AM. I agreed. 8:30 AM of Wednesday morning became 9:30 AM as they claimed to pick supplies from Home Depot. Product: The total time took two and hald hours. This includes the removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows. It was a two man team. Thumbs up on the professional installation Recommendation: Yes, but be wary of the installation time they give you. Don't accept their first installation date and time. Set your own installation date.

Windos came in promptly, double hung windows came first, so they came and install all of them. Bay window came in two weeks later and was installed a few days later. They did amazing job with the windows and the outside covering of the windows. It just looks beautiful. The bay window is vinyl with oak trim around every window. It’s beautiful.
