From start to finish these guys were a pleasure to work with. I called regarding replacing the glass in my front window and they sent somebody out to do the measurements the next day. Not only were they on time to do the install but they were actually early and had the job done very quickly. The guys were personable and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They will be my go-to guys in the future

I had to break my window, as I locked myself out. I called so many companies I lost count. Each wanted a ridiculous amount of money and the turnaround was 12 to 22 weeks. Star Glass was the only company with a reasonable cost and 1 month turnaround. Josh Foucha and his partner installed, cleaned up and was done within a half hour. The window looks great. Haven't had rain yet, so hopefully there are no leaks.

We had four panes of window glass at the house that needed to be replaced. They were specially frosted glass from when the house was remodeled a few decades ago. Star Glass was able to find an EXACT match for the glass. I thought it would take half a day to replace the windows, but they completed the job in little over an hour. Kudos to the installation crew Jeremy Stipe and Edward Sylve (and Sam in the office) for five-star customer service!

One Year update still no leaks! Four Month update: Since the installation of my rear windshield we have experienced a lot of heavy rain. The rear windshield defroster works better than the old one and no leaks. Proving quality installation can go with a discounted price. Original comment: Fast service at a price that beat the competition. And very Honest!

This establishment is a rip off. First, they gave me an estimate for window replacement. I gave them half down to start the work. They came to the property for exact measurements. So they called back stating it was wrong and the estimate went up. I got another estimate from a competitor and it was lower than Star. I forward that to them to meet the competitor. They didn't so I requested a refund. Now they are taking $150. from the check because of sending the tech out! It wasnt stated in the contract. Horrible practices!! UPDATE !!!!!! After speaking to management about my concern, they gave me a full refund on my service estimate. They gave me the information as to why it was in error that it happened and I was satisfied knowing that. I do home renovations and plan to use Star Glass again in the future.

Best customer service experience in a long while! Recently had a Boulder sized rock smash my windshield. After several failed attempts with other windshield replacement services, Star glass came through & came to me! Ricky & Dylan were perfectly on time! (after letting me know via call they were on their way) Walked me through an inspection of my car's scratches, dents & dings. Got right to work. 40ish minutes later I was waving goodbye. Will only call Star Glass from now on, thanks again guys!

Literally could not have had a better experience. I live right off the parade route and when my back windshield broke in the middle of carnival I was desperate to fix it as soon as possible. I called several places around town and Star went the extra mile to get the glass I needed overnighted and installed super quickly (no one else even offered this as an option). Their team was friendly, intelligent, efficient, and really willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I went to Star Glass, located at the intersection of the Westbank Expressway and Claire Avenue in Gretna, after the rearview mirror in my truck came undone. Aside from being dangerous not having a rearview mirror, it became a problem trying to keep it from damaging my windshield or inadvertently triggering a call for help to ONSTAR. Although I didn't have an appointment, Kevin wrote up a work order and as soon as a technician was available the mirror was reattached in short order. I would definitely recommend Star Glass to anyone who has a problem, whether it be damage caused by a rock or any other glass repair needs.
