Nick and Zack came to my home today. I thought that two men alone couldn’t change every window in my home in one day. They did, and they installed my windows perfectly. They were so clean, like they were working in their mother’s home! The quality of work was exceptional. Nick explained everything and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. They removed all stickers and left the new windows spotless! We had to hurry and get the curtains up because I was worried masses of birds would lose their lives flying into the spotlessly cleaned windows. (Lol) My window sills were cleaned. My floors were cleaned. Everything was caulked and perfectly sealed. Wow. Wow. Wow. Great product and great installation. Nick and Zack were the BEST!

Had 8 windows installed this week, some were 65 year old single panes! The new windows are so much easier to use, and they were even able to get some windows that were behind some renovated areas over the decades. All mounted and caulked extremely well. Crews clearly do hundreds of installs per week. Clean, quick, professional. Will use again for any needs. Highly recommend!!

Great experience from start to finish. Don was our salesperson and he did a great job explaining our options and made the purchase process very easy. Kale and his crew did the install and they arrived with smiles on there faces and worked non-stop to install 12 windows in around 6 hours. The crew did quality work and they were professional in my dealings with them. C.J. Bean came out a short time latter to repair a punch list of small issues found with the windows. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs he was doing and very quick in making the repairs. I enjoyed talking with him and he assured me if I had any other issues, to call and someone would come out and fix it.

Recently, I had a minor issue with one of them so I called and they promptly scheduled an appointment. Their technician CJ Bean showed up on time and he was very knowledgeable. Kale's crew installed our windows yesterday and we were so very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this company. Our window installation was scheduled for yesterday (with hurricane delta making landfall today) so we were a little concerned that the window installation would be rescheduled. Although it began to rain during the installation, the crew still finished the job as scheduled. The crew showed incredible attention to detail and left our floors and everything inside the house immaculately clean as if they had never been there. We also received a follow-up call today regarding our experience. We have been considering replacing all of the windows in our house for quite some time and had 5 different quotes. We went with Relief windows and could not be more pleased. They were fast, professional, and the windows look amazing. The windows also come with a life-time warranty and the crew even replaced rotten wood as they came across it while replacing windows. 100% satisfaction from the time we ordered our odd-sized sliding glass door until the door was installed yesterday. Johnathan and his crew arrived, put up some tarps because it was forecasted to rain that morning and our door was replaced in a very professional manner. We recently had our entire house (24 windows) replaced. Jenny came out and spent several hours going over options, making suggestions, and measuring. She was never pushy or pressured us in any way. She even came back on her day off when I had some questions about window color. She wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I really appreciated that they sent someone else a few days later to do a second set of measurements. I can not tell you if their pricing is competitive because after several friends and family had bad experiences with other national big name and local companies, we were less concerned with savings up front and more concerned about a job that would be done right and last. Production did take a while (about two months) but I chalk that up to covid. Installation was a long day, but the crew worked from sun up to sun down in the rain to get it done. We have already noticed a reduction in electricity usage and noise. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Relief Windows.

We recently had five windows on our house replaced by Relief Windows, and what a great experience it was! Their staff was great to work with and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Mark came out to our home and showed us a sample of the windows and walked us through pricing. Once we ordered the windows, they worked with us to find and install time that worked best for us. Install day was a breeze. Javi and his crew removed and replaced all five of our windows within three hours! They were very timely and had great communication through the entire process. The install team had their own cleaning equipment also. So when they left it looked like they were never they were never there! They even offered to touch-up the flacked off paint left by our old windows. I highly recommend Relief Windows if you are looking to replace some windows or doors!

My installer was Joseph. He called to let me know he was on his way. He installed my windows with such perfection, it was hard to believe that he was working alone. He was very polite and had good manners. Anytime I asked a questions, he took the time to explain the answer. If I asked a yes or no question, he always replied with a yes ma'am or no ma'am and he always said thank you if I handed him water or pick up any small debris. In my opinion, Joseph is a great asset to your company. More young people should be so mannerly.

I have called every window place in town. I have had at least 5 different window companies out to give me quotes. Relief Windows had the best warranty of any of them, and the best service. I ordered some windows, had them installed, and they did a great job, and went back and ordered more windows from Relief later. I did not compare against Lowes or Home Depot, or any other home improvement type store, although I tried twice to get quotes out of them, and it was such a hassle, I said forget it. I have done so much leg work hunting for the best pricing, best warranty, and best installation, and I'm done. I'm not going anywhere else but Relief Windows. These guys are great.

Local install and service team are exceptional. Installation went great and want to emphasize the team left the work areas better than they found them. One window went wonky and needed to be replaced. It took two attempts to get it right although it was factory defects that were straightened out by local team; one required factory rebuild and one was fixed locally. New factory being used brought down the rating for total experience.

The team at Relief Windows lived up to the hype. I was completely pleased with the entire process. I needed to replace a nearly 9’x7’ sliding glass door that was original to my 60 year old home. The salesman, Aaron, came to my house for a consultation. We talked about the existing door, the process to replace it, and my options. I never felt rushed, and he was very informative. We scheduled the installation and I paid a deposit right there in my living room. He even had a portable printer to print out my receipt. The guys showed up to install and did a great job. They had to do A LOT of trim work to get the new door to fit, which I knew was the case. They took their time and made it look great. The screen door showed up with a small dent near the handle that affected it closing. I honestly might not have ever noticed, but the installer pointed it out and told me a new screen was already on order. When it came in, they brought it right over and replace it. I felt that they really appreciated my business and they were very proud of their work. When it comes time to replace the windows in my home, I won’t be shopping around. Relief Windows will be my only call.

My experience with relief windows was great. They are a professional company with beautiful windows, affordable prices, and a professional work staff. The sales process was quick and easy with Shane and I was given all of the info I needed. My installer Jared did an amazing job and was thorough throughout the entire process. He allowed me to assess the inside of my frame and took time to ensure everything was sealed properly. You can tell the installers are invested in the company as much as anyone else especially since they all work directly for Relief and are not third party. I had eight windows replaced by Relief Windows and I am very happy. My team that included Javier, Joseph, and Josh, were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and completed the work expertly and I was amazed how beautiful the windows look. The team used drop cloths, vacuumed, and windexed the new windows. All debris was removed and you wouldn’t have known they were there except for the awesome windows. I have already noticed a difference in the the temperature regulation in my home. Based on this I feel I can expect a decrease in my utility bill.

Recently had new windows installed by Relief. Dave and his team did a great job. The removal and installation of windows is a process that creates considerable mess and dust. Dave and his team clean up inside and outside. They washed the new windows both inside and out. They vacuumed inside and removed all of the mess and trash that resulted from the removal and installation. Dave is a professional and patiently took the time to answer any questions or address any concerns throughout the installation process. He is an outstanding representative for Relief Windows. I got my windows from Relief Windows in 2018. It was one of the best investments I could have ever made for my house. To this day I am enjoying the benefits of lower heating and air conditioning bills. Their installers were well trained, courteous, and knowledgeable. I purchased all new windows and a front entry door from Relief Windows after my home was flooded. I loved the fact that no money changed hands until I was 100% satisfied and being locally owned and operated were definitely a huge plus. Relief Windows also has a large community presence. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and represented his company well. The installers were kind and courteous, but above all highly skilled. They worked in unison as a team to quickly install my windows and door. Once completed, I was shown how to operate them and the installers patiently waited as I checked each window and tested my door until I was able to ensure flawless operation. Several of my neighbors went with their competitor to save a few dollars, but they are not 100% satisfied and have had to call them back more than once to fix issues. From the moment we contacted Relief to give us a quote to replace an old single pane 6’ x 6’ living room window, it was nothing but true professionalism. They responded within one day, to come to our home, measure The window and give us a quote. From there, the representative explained, the many different styles we could go with, and all of the different styles of glass. Needless to say, there were no questions unanswered. He was very knowledgeable of all their products. Within two days of his visit, there was another representative who came out, and did a final measurement of the opening. We received a phone call around 3 weeks later, that our window was ready to be installed. The rep on the phone was very nice and very flexible with the date and time when we wanted it installed. Now, on to the crew that came out to remove the old window and install the new one. Very courteous, respectful of our home and laid down tarps and had containers to pick up all of their trash. They removed the old window and installed the new window, in around an hour and a half. They worked very efficiently and carefully. Once they finished, they picked up all of their trash, tarps, and swept up any remaining debris. I would highly recommend Relief to anyone, nothing but the best employees, and quality products!!!

it was record timing on having new windows installed!! Darryl & Gage cleaned up as they installed them. I was very pleased that I decided to replace all the windows and the front door. Not just one window. Everything looks cleaner and fresh. Our front door is beautiful. Don’t have to worry about painting it again because it is baked on. Windows were ordered and the crew of Hunter, Jonathan and Javier installed the windows. They were very professional, cleaned up after the job very well. We had minor touch up work after the installation but Relief Windows responded in a timely manner for the touch up work.. The crew arrived ON TIME which is always important. Relief Window Review Well let me tell you folks… If you need some new windows… and they need to be installed right… and you need the mess cleaned up afterwards.. Then you need to call Relief Windows. Started out with a sales visit… very knowledgeable and informative. We selected the types of windows and had the interior… color matched to our liking. An estimate was provided and the order was placed. Out came a professional to measure all the frames and discuss the installation procedure. Next a crew of 3 showed up on time… Young men, very courteous and knowledgeable of their duties. They went to work immediately and removed the existing windows very efficiently. Tarps were placed at the bottom of the window to catch any glass spatters. The old glass was scored with a glass cutter then broken gently and removed. Each frame was then bent inwards and removed from the window sills without any damage. The sills and frames were then cut back approx. 3/4” to recess the windows properly. The windows were installed and then came the professional caulk job… This was amazing. Color match and great fill and forming of the caulk produced a professional job. After all was cleaned up a final walk thru was made and the warranty was discussed and provided along with the receipt. Great job Relief Windows… The Moreau’s

Relief Windows has done two projects at our home. First they installed new double pane windows to replace all (22) of the original windows and did a great job on this installation. This project was completed in November of 2017. No problems. Since the window project went well, we had them replace the front and back entry doors and the French Doors on the back porch. This project was initially done in January of 2018. It has been nothing but one headache after another since then. The initial job had to be completely redone because of bad workmanship. The doors were not plumb and the French Doors had a 1" gap between the doors and the inside floor and there were gaps around the front and back doors that had to be addressed several times. In addition, the exterior paint failure on all the doors resulted in all of the door inserts being replaced again and this work took almost a year because of delays from the manufacturer in supplying the replacement parts for all of the doors. The new back door had to have the window in it replaced twice and that has made this door project drag on for almost “5” years. Relief Windows has responded whenever we have notified them of problems and hopefully this project is finally complete.

Back in August of 2022 I had all of my windows replaced. At that time the service was exactly what I expected from a local company. They live here also and want their neighbors to be happy. They were very respectful and didn't mind answering all my questions as the old windows came out and the new went in. The job was done in a very timely manner considering some windows were odd shaped and difficult to remove. One of the odd shaped windows was cracked upon installation. Recently they were able to install the new odd shaped window. Again They were respectful and helpful with all questions.
