I highly reccomend Edwards Xteriors for all Door and Window Installations. I have purchased multiple doors through Lowes that Edwards Xteriors installed. Edwards Xteriors was hand picked by Lowes to be the premier single door and window installation company for the high demand Nashville market and I can see why! When I purchased my first detail from Lowe's for a door installation Kari called me within a matter of an hour and was so sweet and professional; southern hospitality at its finest!!! We agreed on an appointment for the detail within a few days with Area Manager Brian Lucas. Brian arrived promptly at the beginning of arrival window and blew me away with his high level knowledge of doors. He answered all my questions with a thorough expert level response and made me feel confident that I was in the right hands with the purchase I was about to make. After purchasing the install from Lowe's sweet southern bell Kari once again called me within a matter of a few hours of Lowes receiving my door and set up the install date with their premier door installer Derek Harville. Derek arrived on time as scheduled and was so nice! He took the time to walk me through the install process and allowed me to inspect all product prior to starting the installation to guarantee that everything was going to go according to plan. Derek was extremely efficient with his install and did the work of 3 men all by himself! Derek did a fabulous job and cleaned up very well. He also walked me through all the mechanics of how my new doors operated at the end of the install and answered all my questions with extreme professionalism and great customer service! I highly recommend Edwards Xteriors for all door and window installations!!!!

I will start with the communication from their office to schedule the install was very professional and helpful in helping me understand the process. The guys arrived on time were polite and respectful. They replaced all the windows in the house on the first day and did the exterior finishing work the next day. They were hard working focused and did a nice job. They also took me around the house to look over each window to be sure I was happy with the work. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This was set up through Lowes and coordinated through Edwards Xteriors. They came out and double checked the measurements that Lowes sales rep originally measured and everything matched up. Anthony arrived on time for the installation and was super professional and did an amazing job with both the exterior front door and the storm door. He then cleaned everything up and removed the old door and storm door.

Buck and the guys were on time every day their professionalism and knowledge of the work being done was second to none from the install to the clean up everything was performed to the highest standard. there was a misunderstanding on the door labor and Buck did not hesitate to make sure the job was done and delt with the issue when the job was done Well done guys and I would defiantly hire Buck and his crew back to do work for me again!! They were simple to communicate with.Dustin,our vinstaller was early and completed the installation quickly. Cleaned up and showed us how it all worked. I can’t thank Edwards Xteriors enough for working with me to schedule a door install in the Fairview area. I have to travel from Illinois for the install and weather plays a critical part in the install. Kari and Ashley happily reschedule the install to avoid a wasted trip for me because of a weather cancellation. Justin works with me to ensure that the door is in good condition. 5 stars for this team of authorized Lowe’s installers. We’ll have a few other doors to install down the line. We hope to have Edwards Xteriors to install them.
