Working with Window World was a breeze. The salesperson I spoke with, Marc, is very friendly and personable, and everyone that was involved with our project was kind and professional. They quickly and easily communicated their prices, and did not waste time with multiple contingency offers with supposed deals if we signed sooner. They offered a fair price (which was cheaper than other companies “if you sign today” offers) and installed quality windows. Our house had 31 windows being replaced, and the construction crew completed their jobs in a timely manner and everything looks professional and done well. Don’t look anywhere else for new windows, Window World will give you windows that are just as good, if not better than their competition, for a fraction of the price!

5/13/22 Update: Zach and his crew came around 8:15 am and started to remove our old windows and re-installed the new windows. They did a wonderful job, very professional. Finished the job in good time and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the job they did! We met with Chase regarding replacing our living room windows. Chase was professional, explained what needed to be done, and explained the different options. We really enjoyed talking with Chase. Based on his estimate and description of work to be done, we decided to use Window World to replace our windows. We felt Chase really cared about what we want have done. Great representative of Window World!

In this crazy time, I purchased my windows but the team was 18 weeks out in schedule to install! But when my windows were ready, I got called and scheduled quick. The scheduler was responsive and available to answer questions always working on my behalf. And the installer team for my windows was so great. I really appreciated their work ethic, their independence and they were so courteous. They were efficient too! I'm working from home so they were aware of that and worked around me. I think they did a great job. All is in and looks beautiful!! I'm very pleased.

I chose this company because of a referral from our friends. The gentleman I spoke to was an extremely nice person compared to the other companies I spoke to when calling to get quotes. The windows and slider doors were installed promptly as soon as they arrived. The group that installed them worked extremely hard and took extra care in making sure all the windows were working properly and all the seals were in good shape. Also, they were very detail orientated which I appreciated so much! Everyone was personable and efficient. I would recommend using Window World!

Weather and supply-chain issues were very frustrating and and our doors were installed quite a bit later than we had anticipated because of that. We WE'RE ecstatic about the new doors. Our old doors looked like hell and had virtually no insulation. Cold air coming in and frozen doors were always issues in winter. Now we even have storm doors with rollaway screens. Techs were very friendly and personable. Did have some glitches in the doors immediately after installation which took some time to address. However, everything now works fine, the doors are extremely nice, and they make our home look much more attractive.

Windows took a while to get since Covid but it was so worth the wait. They look beautiful and i can’t wait to open them. We had installers that came from Milwaukee WI and the team was absolutely fabulous. Very personable and professionally installed. I was worried about that since they are all over the house for two days. Wonderful experience and I recommend the WI installers and the windows

These folks have been amazing to help get the place we love protected and in better shape for the years ahead with new windows and maintenance-free siding. The crews were down-to-earth and easy to have here for the work; they put up with my constant questioning if they needed anything or wanted something warm to drink. And Lorrie Russell at the main office was fantastic to work with getting things coordinated. Waiting to see about gutters next, but the new windows and siding take a long-standing (years) weight off my head.

The windows themselves are of really high quality, this is our third building we've had done by Window World. Beyond the windows themselves, the installation was absolutely great! Ours was a very old duplex and generally out of square in every direction, but Zach and his crew were talented and made everything line up and look great. They did an especially good job on the exterior wraps...couldn't be happier.

We love our windows! However, after 4 1/2 years, just our master bedroom window began to develop several spots between the triple Paine's on our huge bedroom window. Apparently, it had a gas leak. I called window world about it, and they courteously were concerned and ordered a brand-new window for us. We recently bought a pretty run-down home and need all the windows replaced. Our Window World rep, Brad, has been beyond helpful and always is open and honest with our options. We got them installed just over a week ago and love them! We used to have to keep our thermostat at 72 degrees to keep our kids rooms that temp. Once the windows were installed I noticed on the baby monitor temp sensor that it had gotten up to 77 degrees in their rooms! I turned down our thermostat and have been able to keep it down at 68 while keeping our home warm. Cannot say enough good things about this company, their product, and how personable the staff have been! I've included before and after pictures of our main living room window.

Real talk: Window World is probably the simplest and least expensive way to have someone else replace existing windows in your house. These are not top-of-the-line windows, but they are very nice. There are many superior windows available on the market, but they will cost you 4 times the price. Just know that you're not getting the best, but you are getting something functional installed for a low price. In other words: value. For this, it's a 5-star experience. We had Window World replace all 11 windows on our main floor about 6 years ago. We went from original, 1956, single-pane windows that were nearly impossible to open to new vinyl, double-pane, double-hung, fold-out windows that have been working great ever since. The overall cost of the windows, installation, fees, etc. came out to be about $400 each. After the custom windows were ordered, they came out and removed the old windows and installed the new ones with aluminum exterior trim all within 4 hours. It was an insanely quick and a flawless installation. I accidentally broken the fold-out hinge on the bathroom window and was able to drive to the nearby showroom and they gave me a new hinge over the counter for free. They also offered to send someone out to fix it for me, but that would have cost $100, and it was a simple fix. I will say that if your plan is to buy large picture windows or other specialty windows - not drop-in replacements - you're probably better off going with another supplier/installer or doing it yourself to save money. Once again - the secret to Window World is inexpensive, good quality, fast window replacement. At this, they excel. Be careful of promises made by their traveling sales staff, such as gift cards for referrals, etc. They do not honor these promises and they also overly exaggerate things like tax rebates and energy savings. "These windows pay for themselves!" No they probably won't, we saw no difference in our energy bill and the tax rebate we were told we would get expired before we could actually use it. Your mileage may vary.

Just recently we had 5 new windows installed from Window World and overall we had a great experience. We got quotes from a few different places, but after we met with Brad from Window World the decision to use WW was the obvious choice. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy which made our experience so much more positive. Additionally, Luis and his team also did a great job installing our windows. We're really happy with how they look, but what has impressed me the most is how quiet they make things and how much warmer our rooms are now that we had WW windows installed.

Our experience with WWMn began on April 18, 2017 when Brad Penner came to give us an estimate for a bow window we needed to replace. On Friday, April 21 Brad returned and wrote an order to not only replace the bow window but all our windows. We decided to replace the bow with a bay window as it was larger and more to our liking. Brad told us that it would take 8-10 weeks to get the windows ordered and installed and that a person would be out in 2 weeks to take final measurements. One week later they were here to do the final measure. On June 29th the install began. Tim and his 2 sons BJ and Tim were our installers. They were the most professional and courteous team of workers I've ever encountered. We would like to thank Window World MN and in particular, Brad Penner, Tim, BJ, and Tim for the awesome job they did on our windows. The new Bay Window far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to years of enjoyment with it. I would highly recommend Window World MN for any window needs you may have.

The consultation was no pressure, and everything including and after signing the work order was a breeze. Unfortunately, one of the window panes was cracked during install, but the crew informed me before they left that a replacement had already been ordered up and would be installed as soon as it was ready. True to their word, they were back in less than two weeks and our new bay window looks amazing! These guys really went out of their way to make this process as easy and pain free as possible.

We are replacing several windows and a patio door. Brad came to our home to put together a quote and discuss our options. It was a pleasant experience since he did not make us feel as though it was a high pressure sales call. He gave us time to think and discuss our options and the following weekend came back to finalize the purchase when we decided we were ready to move forward with Window World. I gave it a 4 star only because of the extremely long wait time to install (18-20 weeks). I was hoping it would be a quicker process so we could enjoy the windows this summer. Our experience other than wait time has been excellent so we plan to replace all windows and entry door with Brad as we are able.

My wife and I had been looking at new windows for years. We finally decided to move forward due to how inefficient our current windows were in the house. We had setup quotes with over 10 companies including one with Brad from Window World. He was the only sales person that was not high pressure and didn't waste our time with a 2 hour sales pitch. His prices were the lowest out of all the others and he also gave us a heads up about the delay in windows due to Covid-19 (every company had the same issue). Fast forward to the install date. We couldn't have been more impressed with the window quality and with the workmanship from Joe our installer. We even got a call from Brad following the install to ensure everything went well. Our window experience with Matt installing was FANTASTIC! He was so considerate and efficient. I would recommend him always. The consult I felt a bit pushy to do a review on his performance just to do a consult and I didn’t appreciate a credit card at Wells Fargo put out in my name without my knowledge. I also didn’t appreciate 4 days after the installation Window World calling me and stating “you are in access of a certain amount of money and that they needed it ASAP” after a $8000 deposit I wasn’t going to be billed monthly for the remainder. If it wasn’t for Matt and his respectful craftsmanship I would have gone elsewhere. The consultation needs to be more clear and he needs to slow down and not be so worried on how many reviews he gets. Window World also needs to be clear on taking out credit cards against someone’s knowledge. I didn’t want that going against my credit. It did!! And I was not aware that was happening. They took my info and I thought it was only to qualify credit for Window World. I love my windows but will warn other of my experience.

Was a overall good experience. Started out by submitting a request online and within less than 20 minutes I received a call to have a sales rep come out to my property. My sales rep was Marc Lerner. Very nice guy, not pushy, very friendly and I would love to do work with him again. So we made the deal in like June and everything being on back order, the install wasn't available until November, no problem. So we get it on the books for the contractor to show up on a Monday and finish work on a Tuesday. Get a call from Lindsey that the contractor is having trailer issues and they want to reschedule to that Friday, ok fine, things happen. Than I get a call Thursday afternoon that the next contractor is sick and need to reschedule for the following Monday. Again, I get it, things happen. And the fact that I could hear in her tone that this is not common for window world and she made everything right. So that Monday the new contractor was supposed to be here, he showed up on time. Was very professional, and I got a good feeling about him right away. I left him alone to do a back sliding door and two windows in a bedroom while I went to work. He left the work area clean, closed up my house, and I was so impressed by his work. The quality of this door and windows are awesome. I forgot to mention they have a 3 year interest free financing which is super cool. I will be using them for sure for more windows in a year or two. Overall awesome company to work with. I feel good about giving them my business. Thanks for everything!

We ran into a big issue while installing one door (found extensive rot in the frame of the house) and the team was very responsive. They showed me the problem, talked me through it, helped me understand what to do next and then went above and beyond to make sure my house was sealed and secure while the issue was fixed. I am very pleased with my new windows! They really did turn out even better than I expected! The main thing that really stuck out was how nicely they did the aluminum wrap. It looks very professional. Also, I am a landlord and had to coordinate with two tenants. Everything went extremely smoothly. There was no interruption to my tenants and they both came home to new windows and no mess and they were both pleased. The price was reasonable and the quality is great! We have worked with window world twin cities twice and loved the experience both times! Brad was our salesman both times. He didn’t try to pressure us or use any of those “salesman techniques”. He just gave us all the options and let us decide. We got a great value in our windows, price and quality. The installation team was super respectful and nice and a did a great job! A few months after our first set of windows was installed we ended up with an exterior crack. (All the windows come with what seems like a warranty that is too good to be true but we have proof of how good it is!). We called window world and let them know about the crack. They said they would need to send someone out to measure but because I kept the stickers that came on each window I had all the info they needed and we figured everything out over the phone. They were there very quickly and replaced the window, no questions asked, no fees. So now we’re updating more windows with window world and my mom did her whole house a year after our first great experience! :)

We had a good experience with Window World. We very much appreciated our salesman, Brad, and how un-salesy he was. He was down to earth and not pushy. He let us take our time to get several quotes and answered all our questions. He was honest about how long it would take to get our windows. We did have to call and schedule the installation after they got behind and didn't reach back out, and they did reschedule once, but our installer was friendly and worked quickly. We did have to ask the installer to wear a mask (Covid) inside our home, but once we asked, he was happy to do so. Overall, I would recommend Window World.

We waited to hear out two other companies, but Brad's creative solutions and Window World's affordability really made our decision a no-brainer! Brad was a great salesman! No pressure. I had the windows put in in April /May timeframe with good quality and installation. When I had a question with the locks and the fitting of the top window. I left a message with Brad and he called me back within the hour and talk to me above the lock position, he explained exactly what to do. I very much appreciated both the professionalism with the sales as well as the quick contact back which helped me understood the lock switches. I love the windows and the value add to my home. I no longer have to put plastic up on the north side windows of the house.

It took 5 months between order and install but they got the new windows in before the cold weather hit, which was all I wanted. The windows look beautiful! TBD how they fare in MN winter - expecting much more warmth and less drafts. The installers were on time, communicated with me and cleaned up - nice guys. I replaced the windows in my house and a sliding glass door a month and a half ago and since then we've had tons of wind and rain to really test them out! I'm so happy that I spent the money, and my sales guy Brad (who really helped me understand my choices when we picked everything out) was fantastic to work with - he even stopped by on the day of the install to make sure everything was going smooth. He'd helped me replace a different door a few years earlier and still remembered the house! Very happy with the quality and service, and have recommended them to others already.

We have used Window World many times and love the great value and easy process that they provide. Recently we were blown away at how much they care about their customers. We had a rep out because we are considering replacing other windows in our home and during that visit we asked about sun bleaching protection because we had a book that got bleached from sitting in front of a window we purchased from them. Without skipping a beat he says that shouldn't happen and immediately sent an email to have a tech come look at the windows. Today the tech came, verified the issue and said they will put in an order to get replacements! Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for the great service even after the sale!

They quoted a fair price for our windows so we went with them. There was a delay in getting our windows from the manufacturer, but they kept us informed. The salesperson said the installation would take one day, but it ended up taking parts of three days spread across two weeks to install a patio door and five windows. I'm a detail oriented person, so the only thing that really bugged me was that silicone must have been on the installers fingers when they put the windows in, so every pane of glass has silicone smudges that need to be rubbed off. Bottom line is the new windows are a vast improvement over the old ones and overall we are happy with the experience, but maybe Window World over promised and under delivered just a bit. I still would recommend them.

I want to provide a shout out to Brad from WW. I have used him 4 times now at 2 different homes of mine. This most recent experience I brought in two other companies for estimates to see how they compared. I was very clear with them that I did not want the whole "salesman run down" and "company story" as that is not what I cared about. I care about getting nice windows for my home at a low cost. I ended up kicking both of those guys out of my house as they did not listen to my requests. They also had outrageous prices compared to WW. I love working with Brad because he knows what I want. We had called a competitor of theirs for an estimate, and were quite shocked at the ridiculous high price of $20,000 for 3 double hungs and a new patio door. The competitor, which also starts with a "W", teaches their employees to PRICE GOUGE their customers, starting with a HUGE bid, then slowly started giving us "discounts" and managed to get the quote down to about $14,000. The sales pitch was horrible, the sales person attempted several times to have us sign a contract right there, and even went so far as to call the manager right there in front of us and pretend to "argue" with them to get them to lower the price even more. By the time he left we were so upset at the price gouging that we almost did not call Window World. We made the call and the person who we talked to was kind and listened, and sent out Brad. We were nervous but as soon as we met Brad we realized that he was professional and knew what he was doing. He listened to us and what we wanted to replace. He then wrote up a quote and we were astounded when the quote came in at just a bit over $6,000! NO price gouging, no dishonesty, and Brad is truly a wonderful sales person who cares and does not try to push people into anything. We will recommend Window World to anyone looking for new windows/doors. What a wonderful experience! Who would want to work for such a dishonest company as "WC"? The way WW handled everything we needed is TOP NOTCH!!!! Thank you Brad! You and your company ARE the BEST!!!

I had a new fiberglass entry door system with sidelights installed to replace the rotting original unit in my 1970’s townhouse. The salesman, Brad, did not try to pressure me into buying anything, explained everything well, and did a good job. Everything was installed sooner than the estimated lead time on my contract. The installers were professional and did a very good job. The installation was quick and didn’t cause much disruption to my house even though they had to basically cut a big piece out of my front wall and replace it. They also replaced the rotted lower sill board at no additional charge. The replacement trim on the inside of the house that they put in looks good and matches the rest of my wood trim. Everything looks very good. Overall, it was a much easier and more pleasant experience than I expected. Assuming that everything holds up well for a very long time like it is supposed to, I would recommend this company.

Very Happy with our new windows. The Salesman was great, not pushy and was very straight and honest with us about everything that was entailed and the pricing. The Installers, were the best. We had a crew of 3 people that got our windows in quickly and efficiently. They did an excellent job on the outside of the house putting on the facing. It looks amazing! Would recommend and would definitely use them again when we need to switch out our last remaining windows, or put in a sliding door.

I had sliding windows and a new screen door installed on my front porch. I am extremely happy with the work done by Window World. The installer, Jason, did a fantastic job installing my new windows and screen door. My house is 118 year old, so my windows were not square; this was no problem for Jason. The aluminum trim he installed around the windows and door made for an amazing transformation to the front of my house. The new windows and door have really improved the look of the front of my house. The install was completed in only a day and a half. I highly recommend Window World for your home improvement project. They were a professional and first-class company from beginning to end.

Overall I like the quality of the windows that I bought. They gave me a competitive quote and completed the install in two days. Where I would like for things to have been different is the communication between the company and me. Originally the install was supposed to happen in December/January but was delayed because of the manufacturer, this is understandable. Only this wasn’t communicated to me and I had to call to see what was delaying the install in January and February. When the install day was assigned I was told that the installer would be there between 9-10 and arranged for a friend to be at my house before 9 to let them in. I called the day before to verify the time and left a voicemail and got no returned call, so I thought we would proceed as planned. So it was a bit irritating when I get a call at 7:30am from the install guy said he would be at my house by 8am and I had to scramble to make sure that my friend would be there beforehand. Overall, I’m happy with the windows I got and I would recommend them in the future, but with the caveat that their communication will be little to nothing.

After dealing with multiple window companies with quotes on getting 42 year old windows replaced, the last thing I wanted to do was have another window company at my house with the same routine. After hearing a Window World commercial on KFAN, I thought I’d Google the company and read the customer reviews. Most of the reviews were positive and my wife and I wasn’t really wanting to go through the same spew that we received from these other companies, but we really needed new windows and I requested a quote online. The next day I received a call to book our quote. Within a couple days we had a sales rep come out (Nick). Nick was a good guy, made friends with our dog and 4 yr old son. After us dealing with multiple companies we didn’t want to hear a sales pitch, we wanted to hear about the warranties and look at the window features and Nick really helped us out with that. He looked at our windows and gave us our quote. Their prices came in far below other local competitors and made my wife and I feel good about getting windows. Financing was easy and quick and we ordered our windows. Our windows took 12 weeks to arrive, but Nick informed us that it would be that long due to the custom sizes and manufacturing. When the installers arrived, it was -3 degrees outside with a high of 10. They were prepared for the weather and got to work. They covered all flat surfaces with plastic, laid tarps on our floor to not track dirt into the house. They also cleaned up after each window installed. The windows look great Overall all Window Word gave my wife and I a great and comfortable experience on getting new windows, and look forward to working with them on our basement windows in the future.

Very impressed by the installers today. Earl and Jeremiah were great!! Very personable and very professional. I have to admit that I was very leery of windows being replaced in January in Minnesota. Well, the installation went so smoothly and they didn't allow the house to even become chilled. They took the old windows out and had the new ones in so quickly that I was walking around the house in my bare feet and was very comfortable on my hardwood and tile floors. Those guys were great. Did a very nice clean up job and were awesome at slipping in and out of their shoes as they came in and out of the house. Would highly recommend these installers without hesitation. And, don't feel any kind of a draft from any window in the house.

Great options were presented to replace our front door. The initial contract was signed but there is a wait (which you sign up for) as the door is custom made. Was aware and willing to wait but a reminder on the timing and where in the process, the door was as it was being made would have been helpful as we have busy lives and I didn't remember the timing. A manager did email to thank us for our business and so I emailed him back asking for an update and didn't receive a response. When the door did arrive, the installation was easy to book on my schedule and the guys who came to do the install was professional, cleaned up as they went and did a nice job explaining the install as they went. Had a great experience with Window World MN. Matt was a friendly, down-to-earth, low-pressure sales guy and gave me an in home quote that was below my budget. He didn't try to oversell things I didn't need and was very fun & easy to talk to. They came out to measure within days and said the windows would be ready in 8-12 weeks. They were ready earlier than expected and installed within 6 weeks of the measurement. Installation happened in 6 1/2 hours on a snowy Monday. The installers were efficient and friendly and didn't complain once about working in less-than-ideal weather. One minor repair of a screen was taken care of the day after I called about it. We were hesitant to go with a big company, since it can make you feel like just another sale, but everything went well, and the only reason I couldn't give a 5-star review is that it took two months to get the windows ordered and installed in the middle of winter, and the installer was an hour outside the quoted window, which was understandable as there was a snowstorm the night before. The salesman, measurer, and installer were all professional, courteous, and prompt. The value they give for their product is really good, and the inspector from our city who came to check the install even commented that the windows were high quality. We had three windows replaced that were really in need of replacement, and to see how the company treated us. After completing the job, we will likely hire them for additional window replacements, as well as gutter replacements.

I chose window world from hearing ads on KFAN and looking at other reviews. I am extremely glad I went with them. From the initial meeting with the salesman to the install, everything was completed on time and without any issues. The day of the install, mike and Mitch came and did an amazing job taking out the old windows and replacing the new ones. They cleaned up all the mess and garbage from the install and the final product was more than I could ask for. I have only had the windows for a couple weeks but with the recent sub zero temperatures I could definitely tell a good difference between my old and new windows in regards to temperature. Window world replaced 5 large windows in a sunroom with slider windows made from AlSIDE in Iowa. The price of the entire project was almost as much as it would cost to install them myself and was very surprised on how low the final cost was. I definitely recommend window world twin cities and will be doing business with them. Thanks again to Mitch and Mike! UPDATE: I recently had a second job done by window world on 10/4/17 to replace a bay window and patio door. The entire process was flawless and the communication between the offices for scheduling and questions was very good. The installers- Jason and Russ were very professional and did an amazing job. Jason did our first job (5 window install) as well and I was glad to see he was back to do this one. The bay window and patio door (with blinds inside the glass) had very good build quality and I am sure they will do very well in the cold winters. EDITED REVIEW after INSTALL: *We used Window World at our previous home for replacement windows in 2015 and when we decided to update our windows in our new home we reached out again. Chase was our Sales Consultant on our first job and because we had such a great experience with him, we requested he come for the estimate on our second home.* Since our install there have been nothing but issues. Job was supposed to be completed in 2-3 days, turned out to be 4. We have found multiple problems, from a chip in the glass, cracks in the new trim, one window isnt even finished, lazy finishing work when it comes to caulking and filling nail holes and we still havent been contacted for an inspection. Our install was completed Wednesday August 1st and I had to contact them a week later only to learn the installer did not document any of the initial issues to get new items ordered. A week after that phone call I called back after not getting a response and spoke to Tim the Service Manager who made a trip out to the house to assess issues. Now we are going on 3 weeks and still dont have a completed job that we paid a lot of money for and we continue to find more issues. We did not have these issues at our 1st house and although I would still reccomend Chase as your go-to Sales Consultant, Im not sure I can say the same for the install and not-so finished product, very dissappointed this time around.

We've used WW now on three separate occasions over the years for bay window, standard window, picture window, specialty window and now patio door replacements. The products are adequate and not over-built. Minor problems are addressed immediately per the ironclad warranty. Options are somewhat limited however we've found that not an issue. Cost is appreciably less than competitors and the marketing is low key and stress free. No buy today pitch or videos to watch. Just window sales. Brad Penner has helped us get our work done repeatedly and is a knowledgeable professional who doesn't beat around the bush.

We received a gift card for the inconvenience which was nice. The doors seem to be great quality and the install was quick and smooth. There were a few scraps left behind on the deck and a piece of a flood light was lying on the ground after the install but overall it was a good experience.

I was very impressed with the service back then and am even more impressed with the customer service today. When I encountered a problem with one of my window locks (due to my own fault), I called them at the end of business and by 10:30 AM the following day a technician was at my home and fixed the problem lock. Installers worked efficiently and the Windows looks great. An hour after they left the window (city) inspector knocks on my door and said he had to approve the Windows. Luckily, I was still home, but this inspection was never communicated to me and I was caught off guard. Communication between the company and us was not bad, but wasn't great either.

Had my kitchen windows and patio door replaced around march-april. The rating would have gota 5 but i had to call them around 4 times, with 3 different visits(1 of them didnt show) to fix/finish up their work. For my patio door, they put the inside of the door frame too high for some reason so the frame sat higher than the baseboards, then they didnt install the screen door lock(called twice for this, 1 guy didnt show), then last they forgot to install the door footlock. Besides that the windows look fine.

This is the second home that I have had Window World R&R the windows. Once in Yuma AZ and this time in Mora MN. Everything is great with the windows, from the sales call to the install. But here in MN I have to say that the Service Person needs to give a phone number when she request information. There are many people who would rather TALK with a Real Person rather then writing on the computer. It is the personal transaction that this person does not do. She is also very seldom at her desk so plan on a call back. But like I say everything else is GREAT. OH the Power Company may not like the windows because your utilities cost will drop a lot.

So I've had some problems with window world. 4 windows and the patio door went smoothly enough. Installers were respectful and professional. The big problem has been a large south facing picture window with sliders. On the day of install the installer noticed after that the frame was cracked but already installed it, he said they'd order a new one, 2 to 3 weeks should be ready. On the rain we had Wednesday the bottom channel inside the house filled with water and started to overflow into the house. I notified them they sent the same installer out he checked for blocks in the weepers. The were cleared, I showed the installer how when the rain came from the south it gets into the bottom track and floods. I showed by pouring water in the track and using a hose. The water never fully leaves/dries a small pool stays in the track. In the winter that means it's going to freeze and cause other damage. Not happy with the design, installer said someone would call.... still waiting. We also email and left a message with the sales rep. Nothing. We also asked about glass block installs. No one can give us an update. They called today the picture window with sliders will be swapped out with a casement style. Only 800 more. Mixed feelings. They assured me glass block dude will call... I'll update hopefully it ends well....

Windows appear to be OK, not as good as the Marvin windows we had install for our big windows, but they should be okay. 2 issues: 1) Trim work was not good, going to take a lot of wood putty. Trim base and side pieces done differently on 2 windows than on 3rd window. Picture attached. 2) Scheduling gal lies about MN code requiring CO detectors on each level. Only required near sleeping area, she won't correct email. Maybe to have installer add CO detector at additional cost.

The only drawback was they were installed useing spray foam and they don’t have a finished look to them. Update: 2/9/2023 Matt was our installer and he was fantastic. He was on time both days, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way.
