initially we had an issue, with the first cut of glass breaking. things happen, and in this case there was a hiccup. I want to be very clear. the owner of the business got involved, and just like magic, he made it happen. Ricardo, the technician and installer was professional and polite, and when I called in to their office on the phone, the young lady answering the phone was stellar. I will tell you not to waste your time with any other glass company. Glass Dr's original quote was the best of all the calls we made. Use this company!!

Installing new insulated glass is not cheap, but besides that GD is awesome. They came out the same day I called and took measurement and got my order in for the replacement glass. Within a few days they were back out to take out all the broken and damaged glass and replace them with temporary replacements. Then 5 weeks later when my new glass had arrived to them they were back out and within a hour had the new glass installed. I was impressed and happy.

The technicians were professional and friendly. The office staff was very efficient. The price paid was very good relative to other quotes. The only hiccup (minor considering it was an inside door) was the the first replacement glass was ordered incorrectly and had to be reordered. Whole process took about an extra 2+ weeks. That said I was not in that big of a rush and the people were apologetic and id excellent work.

Let's see: Fast, reliable, beautiful and a great value. What more could you ask for? I had several replacement windows that after 20 years had broken seals leading to foggy panes you couldn't see through. Had a couple of estimates from window replacement companies and Glass Doctors. The Glass Doctor quote was about 10% of the replacement cost so I was thrilled.

Let me explain why 3 and not 5 stars. The people who actually did my replacement for my windshield had great attitudes and did a great job repairing and keeping their word on time frame completion. Now the people in the office, 1 guy seemed more interested in his purchase on whatever he was buying instead of allowing me to use 2 credit cards to pay for the service, so instead I placed it on 1 cause the tech was willing to due his job. The attitude both office people gave while I sat there with my headset in was unprofessional.

My wife and I recently had a bathroom remodeled in the lower level of our home and Glass Doctor was recommended to us by our general contractor, David McBroom. The Doctor came out as soon as they could in that process, took measurements and made sure they knew just what we wanted and then did the installation ASAP. A slight error was made with the mirror measurement but the Doctor replaced it as soon as they possibly could. The Doctor has great service, great employees and do the very best at installation.

I actually was recommended to go to Glass Doctors by a neighbor in the NextDoor ap. I had been driving around with a cracked windshield, and just had not researched where to go. The neighbor had a great experience so I scheduled my car for windshield replacement. The customer service was very helpful - working with me and the insurance company. I had it done at their location in Eden Prairie. Very nice technician. I worked on my computer (they had internet) and it was ready in 90 minutes. I highly recommend.

Glass Doctor is Fast, efficient and affordable. We replaced a pair of glass panes comprising a casement window for $600 including tax, etc. and one year warranty for breakage. The alternative was to replace the entire window for over $4K. And the lead time with Glass Doctor was two weeks to order the glass and a few days to schedule the installation. Steve came over and installed both panes about one hour. I highly recommend them.

Good service, good quote, efficient install. Had two windows with half of the glass needing replacement. On install they did break one of them. Had to wait a couple weeks for replacement to come, but how they handled it was superb, so no complaints. Will use again.

My patio door shattered for no apparent reason this winter and it was going to cost a lot to replace the whole door so I called glass doctor to get a quote They were very reasonable and were able to put in new tempered glass for my door within 10 days. I had the misfortune of my drivers side window being smashed in on Saturday. Working with my insurance was a headache, but Glassdoctor was the knight of shining armor in this unfortunate situation. They called me within an hour of getting the work order. They were able to schedule me for a mobile service the next day at my work so I didn’t have to take off. The technician, Bryce, was kind and extremely efficient. I cannot think of a time I got better service. Highly recommend for any other StateFarm insurance policy holders!

We had Glass Doctor in Eden Prairie fix our van windshield about a month ago after a rock hit it. Now about a month later a bird flew Into the windshield! Both times we had EXCELLENT experiences!! I will use Glass Doctor in the future and would recommend them to anyone. The first time they came to my home and due to the rain (My garage is too small for them to do the project in) we had to schedule to have it done at their shop in EP. The second time I knew to just schedule my appt to have it replaced at their shop. First time took 90 minutes, second time about 2 hours. I had my 3 young children with me. They were kind enough to drop us off at the mall so we didn’t have to wait in their waiting room. I thought this was going the extra mile! Thank you again for the exceptional service :)

When I had someone come out to quote my glass replacement they verbally said around $400 for my slider. When I received the quote by email it was double that. Apparently he failed to tell me it was $400 PER SIDE of my window. I needed it replaced and ultimately went with Glass Doctor but I was disappointed to hear that the quote was double what I was expecting to see. The installation technician was very quick and did a good job.
