Budget Exteriors installed a new patio door for us. There was potentially going to be a gap because the door we had to order was slightly smaller than the opening. They did such a fabulous job installing it that there was no gap and it looks fantastic! We are happy to not have extra repair work to do because of the great work they did. We are looking forward to less drafts and a more energy efficient door!

We had seamless gutters installed on our home. Very personal and personal service. The gutters look great, and the estimate was considerably less than competitors. When there was an issue with the finish on one of the gutter elbows they had the replacement couriered to us and the issue resolved in 24 hours. Very professional.

Our only issue was the length of time it took before the work could even start, and the lack of updating us on when we could expect it to happen.

There had been some fascia damage on the house so the company replaced two 54' sections and a 20' section of the fascia. The people who came were very personable and professional.

I have used Budget Exteriors several times for various repairs over the last few years. They have replaced our main front door and 5 of our windows. After several years of use, I have to say the quality of their product seems to be top notch. And the installation was quick and easy to schedule. Their staff were all very pleasant and professional. But the best feature from me was the 18month zero interest financing. You just need to be sure you and pay it all off before the grace period is over or you could end up paying all the back-dated interest.

We had Budget replace the remaining windows from our home's original 1980s construction. The cost was a little higher than we had anticipated; but the installation and quality was exceptional. The windows fit perfectly and the drafts are gone. Our install technician was very courteous, clean, and thorough; and even ordered replacements for a few items that arrived with minor scratches AND switched out the hardware to ensure we passed code inspection. The followup was timely and we are very pleased with the installation

Budget Exteriors updated/repaired our soffit and fascia on our house over two days. They did a great job estimating our project, listened to what we wanted to complete, and gave a very competitive price. They were very flexible with their dates to complete the work so that it could fit into our timeline at home as well. The crew working outside did great work, and cleaned everything up nicely when they were complete. We are looking at getting more work done to our exterior of our house next year, and will be going back as a repeat customer!

Everyone that we worked with was great. From the salesman that did the estimate, to the office staff that handled the scheduling, to the crew that came out to complete the work. We were given ample notice and updates for the work day including a call from the crew coming out as to an exact time they would arrive. The salesman that initially came out thoroughly explained what we needed done, the depth of the insulation needed, etc. and what to expect from the crew the day they came. Before and after pictures were taken and shown to us. The crew came on time, did what we were expecting with the insulation and installed multiple CO2 detectors. They left our home without a mess. They installed additional insulation in my attic, replaced the vent for a bathroom fan, sealed all leaks from the downstairs walls to the attic and built a thicker attic access cover. The installers were very professional, protected the main floor where they accessed the attic, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up the area where they were working. They took pictures showing the new insulation and depth indicators showing the amount of insulation installed in all areas of the attic. Based on the completed project I would definitely consider them for future work. I did not get bids from other insulating companies so I cannot comment on their pricing but their workmanship was top notch.

Had new storm door & entry door installed by Budget Exterior in fall 2021. They showed up on time to review doors they had to offer (a lot of styles), explained costs (1/2 down & final at installation). They let me know that due to COVID (spring/summer 2021) manufactures were behind in making doors but they would keep me up to date along the way....which they did. When doors were ready, they called me, scheduled a time for install. The installer that showed up knew what he was doing! I was impressed. I found Budget Exteriors did everything they promised and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Awesome Company. When my home was constructed, the builder didn't install insulation behind the drywall in the garage. Budget Exterior came out and used retro foam and now the garage is warm! The crew that came out was friendly and very knowledgeable, they made sure to take time to answer all my questions and cleaned up the workspace before finishing the work.

I used Budget Exteriors' service three times. In April 2020 they resided and applied exterior insulation. In October 2020 they improved the attic insulation. In July 2021 they insulated the basement. The siding looks very nice and was installed well. The added insulation has made the house more comfortable and decreased the number of natural gas therms we spend each month.

Our seasonal bills for cooling and heating in the two years since then have, indeed, been lower. The technicians were efficient, courteous, and careful, including cleanup. I had the crew from Budget insulate my attic in May of '21. When they called they were very respectful of my income limits and I have been more than satisfied with their work and the results in my heats bills. When everyone's heating bills went up last winter, mine actually went down. I went from a low "fair" rating in energy use to a "great" compared to other houses of the same year/size. I sleep in an large attic bedroom with only a space heater. I had to turn on the space eater a few nights last winter but had to turn it of during the night because the room was warm. In years past I was lucky to get any heat to stay in the room. While I am still paying off the loan, my heat costs have decreased to more than my loan payments. I live on a fixed income and I can afford to pay of the loan early! I highly recommend their work. After they left there was no mess and my only clue that they had worked was the photos they gave me and the new access, resealed, into the sides of my wall.

My fiance and I went to a vendor fair and talked to a person. This lady called us and had a guy come out and give us an estimate. And At first it was a little more then we wanted to pay but the guy dripped the price since we had the cash right there and ended taking our offer. The next week they came out installed our gutters on our brand new house. The gutters look great! And the staff were extremely nice and helpful. And they even came out to Montgomery, MN when other companies wouldn't drive that far out!! I would recommend this company to family and friends!

I had Budget Exteriors put insulation into the walls. The guys doing the work were very professional. They covered the furniture and worked quickly and precise and cleaned up afterwards. I choose to fill the (60+) holes by myself as they would hire out for that, and charged a large amount $ for it. With that said, the job was well done, but the sales persons were very pushy and smug. I accidentally realized that the sales people actually added more square than my walls are. The manager came to measure the walls again and I made some adjustments and the price dropped significantly, as he stated because of "my adjustment"... With that said, I think before using this company, make sure you compare prices with other companies. If you decide to go with Budget Exterior, you will get a good product, the work well done as well as good customer service of the managers.

We had foam insulation added to our front porch. It took our porch from a 2 season porch to a 4 season porch. When the techs arrived they explained what they were going to do and were done in 2 hours. Didn't even have to leave my house. They left no mess, just a few grey dots on our stucco, which can be covered with paint. Overall it was a good experience. May call next spring for window replacement.

BE installed two patio doors for me on a day that was nasty snow, rain, and cold wind. I did not hear a bad word from them or any sugestions they were going to not install the second door due to weather. OT and 'pal' completed the work in a timely manner. OT kept me informed of their progress and what They were doing. OT asked about external wood as to whether it was to be encased. He worked with home office to get the correct siding and they brought the material out to OT. He then went to another worksite to get the siding material molded and then installed. The doors look wonderful. There is less cold air coming off the door like my old doors. They passed inspection today by city inspector. Thanks for the hard work in completing the installations in one day!! I have used Budget to do eaves, siding, and installation in attic. I think I am a good customer, too. I couldnt have been happier with my egress window replacement with Budget Exteriors! The process was so quick, went smooth, the installation was fast and passed inspection the first time with flying colors! Their quote was spot on and didnt change at all and the warranty it comes with was a no brainer when choosing between companies for the replacement. My city inspector even said "I love reviewing Budget Exteriors work, because its always done right and its always a one trip inspection". If that didn't provide the extra relief, I don't know what else could have. Will DEFINITELY use them again for future projects!

We had 13 windows replaced in our ho e. We were worried we wouldn't be able to afford it but they worked with us until we found a price that fit our budget. It took about 4 months for the windows to arrive but at this time that isnt as long as some other companies are taking. We will definitely use them in the future.

We have purchased siding through Budget Exteriors. The siding arrived in a timely manner and was installed by a very competent crew. Adriano was the project crew leader and was very easy to work with. Mateus and Sergio installed most of the siding. There were some complicated cuts to be made to go around our utilities as they entered the house and Mateus did an excellent job. As with any installation there were a couple of glitches here and there, but when they were pointed out to the crew they corrected anything needed to my requests. I have spoken with Dan the construction manager a few times with questions and his response was always quick and got things taken care of. They were careful and respectful to our property. We also have ordered a large bay window that will be installed in a few weeks. I will review that installation after it is completed. To date we have been very pleased with Budget Exteriors.

Luigi is a really nice guy and he went above and beyond to fulfill our garage insulation needs. With a finished garage where the builder never disclosure the lack of insulation the Retrofoam was the only way to go (practical and no sheetrock messing) . The installers did an amazing work, these pictures are after the install and there are no signs of modifications or damage either in or out of the garage, it's like nothing happened. Finally their financing options are great and come very handy when you have unexpected repairs or home improvement needs. My wife and I bought a house that needs some work last fall. We had a difficult time getting anyone to measure and bid a small project involving a new garage service door. This project had to get done because the original door was rotting and the framing was crooked. Then one night Budget Exteriors cold called me. I picked up thinking it was someone else. I agreed to have one of their sales people come out. He arrived on time and was great to deal with. His bid was fair (not low) and after getting several reassurances I signed off on it. Then a measurement was scheduled with the installer, OT. He showed up when he said he would! Months later the door arrived and OT came to install it. His work was excellent. Had a new front custom door installed. It took around 3 months for the door to come in. The door quality was excellent, solid steel with insulation, I had 5 horizontal glass pieces in the door. I admit the door was a little expensive but you get what you pay for. Installers completed job in around 3-4 hours. Would recommend if you are interested in a custom front door.

Hired Budget Ext. to apply retro-foam insulation to walls and to insulate attic. While admittedly "we" had some hiccups with the application, as a new employee cut my power and then apparently immediately quit. Leaving me literally in the dark and w/o power for 2 weeks while electricians desperately tried to find the cut. The error was found and all power was restored. Budget Exteriors did a great job on our attic insulation and ventilation. A different company had blown in cellulose (shredded newspaper) a couple years ago, but it was already rapidly deteriorating because they did not address or mention the ventilation issues. Budget Exterior brought our insulation up to code with blown in fiberglass. Our 1941 home only had vents on the sides, trapping heat and condensation due to inadequate air flow. New roof vents were installed to address the ventilation. Our home is already more comfortable and the boiler is running less. I’m looking forward to cooler upstairs bedrooms all summer.

We used Budget Exteriors to fill in liquid insulation into 4 exterior walls in our old house. They came out to estimate the job and we committed to the quote that day. They told us we'd hear about scheduling soon, which was about 2 weeks out. They sent the confirmation about what to do before they got there and then they called to remind us about the time and who would be calling the day of. So very thorough. Our job took about 4 hours, with a big truck outside pumping the material (only mentioning if for some reason you would have to worry about neighbors). As promised they covered everything and cleaned up afterward. The onsite contact was courteous and we would use them again. For this specific job we didn't commit to their contract partner who repairs the holes and we wish we would have done that. It's hard to spend money on something you don't see, but we are happy we made the investment!

One thing to check: if you plan to finish a job at a later date, check on the availability of the colors you pick. We had two tones that we started with, but when we finished the project we were only able to get window trim on a color we picked--it was no longer available for siding. It still looks great, but something to keep in mind.

We asked him to give us some time, and as a result he waited several months before contacting us again. We agreed in the spring to have him come to inspect our insulation. He even had me go up to look at what we had. I was amazed at how little insulation we had remaining. We then asked him to try to set it up for us. He was able to, and the company arrived in June to do the work. The group that arrived did an excellent job, in less time than we had been told it might take. I had a Budget Exteriors salesperson come out because I did not think my attic was breathing properly he noticed the vents were plugged and suggested replacing the wood soffits and facia with aluminum he gave me a price that I felt was very reasonable. I had been wanting to do this for a long time but did not know who to trust and was concerned about the price. After reading the reviews I knew I made the right choice. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. I was so pleased with their job I had the salesperson come back and check the attic insulation he looked and showed me pictures so I coiuld see how much it was lacking. I had him set up insulating the attic. They called before coming out and when they arrived they explained what they would be doing. The crew was courteous, fast and efficient. The two salespeople that came to our home were knowledgable and fair in negotiating the pricing for additional insulation to be blown into our attic. We thought the final price negotiated was a bit high, but overall they seemed well organized and confident in their product. The work was scheduled for 5-6 weeks out, as I presumed they were busy. A 3-person crew came out to do the work on the scheduled day ... they were on time, and ready to go. They were very clear in what they would do, very professional in their work, and their work done well within their projected completion time. They were courteous and showed great care as they conducted work in our home. Upon completion, they allowed me to observe their work in the attic which looked exactly as they had described ... the insulation was at a specified height as measured against a rulers attached to rafter beams, as well as other vents properly installed and sealed as discussed. Excellent experience from the initial contact through completion of the work and follow-up. I had water damage in my home due to some gutter problems and hired them to replace the gutters and downspouts and to install leaf guards. They worked around my schedule and sent a representative promptly to provide an estimate. They actually talked me out of replacing the gutters. They said they were in good condition, but needed to be remounted with the proper slope. That suggestion saved me a lot of money that I was prepared to spend. They scheduled the work, arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They installed larger downspouts and added the leaf guards. I am relieved to never have to worry about gutter problems again! We were so happy with the work, we had them inspect our attic insulation. They took pictures so that we could see exactly what they were describing, explained what they recommended, how they would do the work, the warranties, etc. just like they did with the gutters. We hired them to do that job as well and were very pleased with the work again. They treated the wood with a product to kill any mold, installed chutes to ensure air flow above the insulation, and put in measuring devices so they could make sure to have the correct depth in every area. They took "after" pictures so we could see the results as well. Once again, they were professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and even put up with my over-friendly dogs. I would definitely recommend Budget Exteriors and I will be doing more business with them in the future.

Absolutely thrilled with the results of the work we've had done so far. Our windows were wood and rotten to the point where some were screwed shut so nobody would try to open them. Wind blew right through them and you could feel heat and cold air just walking by them. We had a total of 4 companies submit bids and Budget Exteriors came in right around the same as the others on price but the QUALITY of the install is what set them apart. They weren't going to just do an insert, they removed the entire window, put in new flashing and new sills. Tim did an amazing job from the first measure to the cleanup. We had 22 windows and 2 patio doors installed first, followed a few months later by a front door and are so happy with the entire experience. When we are ready for full siding they will be the ones we call, no doubt about it.

Our home in Eagan was built in 1995. We replaced the original HVAC last summer, so it was time to bring the attic insulation up to current code. The estimate process was quick and convenient. When the scheduler called later in the week, the first opening was 3 weeks out. I booked it and then asked to be on the waiting list in case something opened up sooner. Two days later they were at my home making things right in the attic. We own an older home. It has a stucco exterior and plaster and lathe interior. We decided that we needed to put insulation in the walls. Budget Exteriors came and gave us a quote for Retrofoam installation in the whole house and then split it into smaller projects because of the high cost. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained how it would work. Chris also came out and performed a prejob inspection to make sure everything went smooth. The first installation went smoothly, they did find one void and gave us suggestions on how to fill it. One wall cavity was missed. This install was about 1/4 to 1/3 of our house. We immediately noticed that our house shuddered less from Semitrucks, we heard the traffic less, and the mainflooor of the house was warmer in the morning then it had been. About a month later because of a 0% interest loan, we recieved an updated quote for the rest of the house and splitting the rest of the house in portions. We did another 1/2 of the house. This installation went smoothly, we did find a couple of more voids and crawl spaces that the retrofoam will not work in. Instead they were able to do some of the slanted walls. Overall we are very happy with the Retrofoam installation, it will be exciting to see how much our heating bills will drop this winter. Our house did have the installation done from the interior. They plasticed everything to keep the foam dust off our things and cleaned everything up well. I made more of a mess patching the 2 in installation holes with the plaster o'paris. A couple of winters ago, I had ice dams. They were bad. They slid off the roof in two places taking down the gutters and part of the soffits. Sadly, the gutters on this side of the house worked great but needed to be fixed on the other side. I called a couple of places and Budget Exteriors came in an cleaned things up: New gutters with guards, soffits and trim work all the way around. One year later, there was a small part where a neighbor saw a squirrel running in and out of the attic. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule for our quote, even came out to our house at 8 o’clock at night, just to talk to us. Our sales person David did a great job of explaining their product and all the install detail. Budget works with the best Owens Corning Product on the market. Once the two installers came to our house, they were both very professional and kind young men. They answered all of my questions I had been thinking about since our sales rep had been out. They both explained to me what they were going to do, and I felt went out of their way to make me feel confident in the work they were going to do. I recently had Budget Exteriors do my attic insulation. The two guys that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had gotten some really cheap bids (around that 1500 range) but I wasn’t happy with the way they just come in and blow in the insulation and don’t do anything with the ventilation. My house is about 1100 square feet but had some serious ventilation issues from the last blow and go cellulose company. I paid 5000.00 bucks and am more than satisfied with what I got. They not only fixed my ventilation but rerouted both of my bath vents and air sealed all the bypasses. So as I’ve learned in the past you get what you pay for. Happily recommend these people to anyone looking for a quality job.

They removed the old insulation, prepped the attic with new vent chutes, sprayed for mold prevention, and blew in new insulation using top quality insulation. The only drawback was the cost was slightly higher than other companies, but compared to the scope of work they actually do and what the other companies weren't willing to do (such as treating for mold prevention and also FINANCING!), I would gladly pay the little extra! After finding condensation in our attic during the Polar Vortex, Budget Exteriors was able to get out really quickly to inspect what was going on. They installed new venting, venting chutes, sealed up all lights/vents from house and the access door, remediated the mold that was starting (due to lack of venting), and sprayed in additional insulation. I am always very skeptical of sales promises, and leery of strangers in our home. It only took a second for all of those fears to be set to rest when the work crew arrived. They were on time, courteous, respectful, and did a nice job with clean up. They went far beyond those regular expectations however. They went out of their way to explain things to my mother who is the home owner. They treated her the way you would want your mother to be treated. I give them 5 stars for meeting expectations and completing the work in a timely manner. We had made a bad mistake, and had a foil type blanket installed in the attic by an unknown company. They blocked our vents, so not much circulation which caused the other insulation we had to get wet. Budget Exteriors found the problem with an inspection. They removed all wet and foil insulation and reinsulated. Our attic is now insulated well.

THe product is WONDERFUL. 2 days after the retro foam was installed into my walls, it was cold and rainy. Normally my house is chilly. It was comfortable. I still have not turned on my heat and the house is a comfortable 69 degrees. Before I had insulation, it was chilly in my house and I had to turn on the heat on just cool days. I love this insulation. If there is something in the contract the salesman said they can do and then later they say they can't, just be firm in what you signed and that what is in the contract and what you were told is what you're getting. They fixed the problem and I was Happy!!! No problem whatsoever with the crew who came out. Ot and Jeremy were the epitome of professionalism. They were conscientious and knew what they were doing. They did a wonderful job on my house. Mine was an asbestos siding problem and after we told them we did not want to go thru w/the contract because we were told they could not remove the siding (not in the sales talk though- everything was possible then), would have to drill thru the siding, I said 'no' I wanted what was in the contract. We were very firm about it and they came up with a solution. I would definitely recommend the product, but be very sure of what will be happening to your house and your money. I am happy with the results. I am warm already and looking forward to 1/2 my energy cost- or even less.
