I came in today and was helped by a lovely, tall, blonde woman in glasses. She was just right amount of helpful and snarky. I have "mild" agoraphobia and some really awesome anxiety mixed with autism and going out in public let alone interacting with people is a difficult at the best of times when I can't find the words. But I had the best experience today because of this lovely young lady. She was amazing and didn't rush me at all on top of being extremely helpful with helping me make some choices. Thank you mystery shop worker. You are beautiful inside and out. Please stay that way.

Incredible selection, great location, very reasonable prices, and most importantly to me amazing service! Brooke was wonderfully pleasant on the phone and super informative on a variety of different products she also showed me locally made products which I love to support. Keep in mind she was this incredible even though I walked in right before closing! I also received a free t-shirt which if you wear you receive a 10% discount upon next purchase. 10/10 would recommend to friends!

I LOVE this little shop! They have such a wide selection of products, and I've purchased many quality items from them. The thing that keeps me coming back, honestly, is the staff, ALL of whom have never been less than excellent in their service <3 I don't live just across the road anymore, but I will still drive 15 minutes to buy anything I need from them.

One of my favorite places to stop in mke. Was in there last night and the man working seemed bothered by wanting to show me pieces....me, not wanting to leave town without a piece from pipedreams, returned today and had a perfect experience. The woman working was friendly and was exactly what you want when looking for your next pipe. Brought home two beautiful pieces. Love this place ♡

This place offers great service. I bought a scale there about a week ago, which since then I have found online many places for 15$ cheaper. Things may be a little over priced, but again, the service was great. The man working helped me assemble everything then calibrated it for me and everything. So, all in all, I really enjoyed my experience with this store, it was worth it to pay a little extra for good service and convenience.

This shop has been my go-to for over four years now, for a lot of reasons. Their selection covers all of its bases, and it feels like they're always adding new stuff. Anything from table-top vape units to locally blown glass; Pipe Dreams has managed to meet all my needs. The staff have always been friendly, honest and knowledgeable. The manager, Brooke, has provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere. I'm genuinely excited to see her when I'm in the shop because I know I'm going to have a great experience. I'm glad to have a place like this in the neighborhood. I rarely find the need to shop anywhere else.

Was looking for CBD products.. store manager was very friendly, helpful, and informed, but they don't carry it yet. Smaller store but has a good variety of items including pipes, glassware, vaporizers etcetera. Nice choice of clothing and some really nice backpacks . Also saw they carry disc golfing discs.

They have a great selection of whatever you're looking for of this type. The staff is very friendly and professional. What I like about them is that they don't recommend the most expensive item upon asking for their opinion of products. Sometimes they might but only if they genuinely feel like it's the best. That's called true salesmanship.
