Nate and Lucas and Freddie were excellent installers. They were on time, friendly, communicative and experienced. Our sales rep Austin was respectful, communicative and responsive to all of our questions. The sales representative in the Upland showroom was also very helpful. The installation process was efficient and clean. But keep in mind, this is a construction project so they will be working inside and outside your house. The Hometime windows are very good quality overall and look amazing. The tight locking mechanisms are very secure and the sound package glass was worth the extra cost. This is our second time using Hometime. Prices for the windows were competitive, as we did shop around. Hometime deserves very high marks. We were very pleased with the high quality product and great service. We would recommend Hometime to our neighbors and friends in a heartbeat.

This company is one amazing company. Andrew, the owner takes such pride in this company. He is just the nicest person you could ever want to deal with and not to mention How thorough and professional he is. From the beginning meeting with Brian Bremer who explained the process, was just such a pleasure to deal with. Then the installation with Peter and Enrique who did an amazing job installing my beautiful new windows and sliding patio door. A couple of weeks later I needed a small issue taken care of so I texted Andrew. In minutes, Andrew texted me back acknowledging me and letting me know he will get someone out immediately. They texted me a date and time and arrived as usual at the time they said they would be arriving. Todd, who was so knowledgeable and friendly, fixed the issue in a small amount of time. Having stuff done to your home is pretty stressful to begin with but Andrews team of knowledgeable workers made it so much less stressful. I highly recommend Hometime windows and doors. Thank you so very much Andrew and your professional team for my beautiful windows and making the experience less stressful.

When I was looking for replacement windows, Hometime was the one I decided to go with for my home. This was many years ago (perhaps even 20 years ago) and I chose Hometime because they would let me do a few now, and a few later. Others wanted to do the entire house all at once, but Hometime worked with me. I replaced two sliding doors to begin with. Then a couple years later, I replaced 6 large windows. Then I did the four kitchen windows. Next came 4 windows for the bedrooms, and finally, it ended with the four bathroom windows. I believe all of these were done with the previous owner. While I was very pleased, it wasn't long before the windows began to leak. One by one, they had to be replaced. Hometime stood by their product and replaced them. Eventually, I was told that I was now out of warranty? What warranty? I was never told upfront that their windows only had a ten year warranty. News to me when the competition offers lifetime warranties. So, as a word of caution, Hometime did a great job and everything looked great... but in the end, the windows do not seem to hold up and begin to leak after time. When I say leak, I mean in between the double glass panes, they begin to cloud up and it looks like mold is creeping in from the edge of the glass. I currently have three windows that are this way... as most of the others have already been replaced once. I would like to give them 5 stars because they did a good job and they look great.... but they just don't seem to hold up over time. Perhaps they are great for a quick fix, but don't count on them for the long haul.

Three Hometime workers changed our day for the better! They arrived on time. With expertise and efficiency they began their work. My husband and I watched Eduardo, Carlos and Daniel remove our aluminium windows and four sliding doors carefully replacing them with double paned, clean vinyl ones. The smooth tracts are a joy on which to slide the windows and the corking and silicone made them fit snuggly. They have transformed our place. It’s not often we encounter respectful, hard working tradesmen who clearly enjoy what they do, and set about to give value for money. Thank you Hometime. What a great experience! We had a few quotes from other places including Lowes. No one came close to the price but more and foremost the quality of the windows as well as the warranty offered. Jaime Sanchez was very knowledgeable and I loved that he did not push the sale at all. The install was a breeze, almost like magic :) the installers were quick professional and friendly. Their crew showed up on time and were very professional throughout the entire installation. They happily answered any questions I had while they were working. They were also very efficient in the time it took to do the install and the windows came out great! I could hear the difference right away and definitely felt the difference at night when it started getting cold. The windows alone have cut my HVAC usage in half. They're affordable, great quality and great customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Quick service! Great prices! Efficient and thorough job! What more can you ask for. My slider door in my kitchen was getting more difficult to pull open, especially when it rains. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to contact Hometime because of their high ratings on yelp. Yelp reviews were spot on! The two employees (Andy & Danny I believe) told me they would finish installing everything within 2 hours and they did exactly that. They were very professional and respectful of my house. My slider door looks and feel amazing! I cannot wait to get the rest of my windows done later on in the near future.

Their service is great. I installed 8 windows and 1 sliding door. Windows and sliding door look great. After installation, they cleaned it. Therefore there is no mess afterward. However, I messed up the caulking by letting two windows open with blind down after their installation. Unfortunately that same night, it “rained and was super“windy”. (Not normal weather in LA but it happened) It was part of my fault. But they are still willing to help and fix the caulking. Five stars for their service and work!!!!

The install crew arrived ahead of schedule and immediately went to work protecting the floors and furniture. Wanted to wait before I reviewed. It has been well over a year and I have gone thru all seasons and the biggest was to test the windows from the afternoon summer heat. Thumbs Up! Great experience from beginning to end. Everything was professional, all involved were extremely respectful. Israel and his partner did an AWESOME job installing my windows and fixing around the trim (not related to anything they did) to ensure a perfect fit and to keep out bugs and avoid weather issues. Did have a minor issue, but that was fixed immediately and on my time. Great job! Great experience! Great people!

Hometime is a truly good window installation company from sales to follow-up. We solicited several bids for whole house window and slider replacement and Hometime was substantially lower and it is locally owned and operated which appealed to us. It took a month for manufacture. Installation occurred on the estimated date in January 2021. That was remarkable scheduling considering the pandemic. The installation crew, headed by Danny, was on time, efficient, cleaned as they went, and were quiet and polite. Danny took time to show us how everything worked. We are pleased with the process and the product. Hometime has an excellent warranty. I'd recommend them highly.

We had a wonderful experience with Hometime from start to finish. Paul come out and gave us a quote. He was very personable, and offered excellent recommendations for the windows that met our needs. Once it was time for the installation, the team called and actually got the work done before our scheduled appointment. Even though I was at work at the time, the installer called me throughout the process in order to make sure they installed the windows exactly to my specifications. Similar to Paul, the installation team was efficient, professional, and very friendly. Lastly, their price was better than any other place around. I always try to do my homework and get multiple estimates, and Hometime came in cheaper than any other place. Please to not think that you get a lower quality window at a cheaper price... The Hometime Window installers came yesterday and our windows look wonderful and give an updated look to our home. From the beginning, when I got the quote from Paul, the service was professional and timely. The quote was much lower than another company we called. We had 10 windows and a patio sliding door installed. The workers were great, very professional, tidy, and it was all done in one day! They did an excellent job. We had 15 windows and 1 patio door. We contacted Hometime Windows as soon as we got into our new home in May 2016. Our original point of contact was Paul C. as the sales person he was absolutely the best. Paul was patient, resourceful and always 100% honest. I am one to research and research and then research some more to ensure the information I'm getting is correct and in line with other field professionals' opinion. Once we settled on a start date, the windows were installed beautifully. My father-in-law (a former window installer and contractor) came by to ensure the job was done properly and he was impressed at the installation work they did. To this day he talks about how great their caulking skills are and what a great clean job they did. I will definitely work with Hometime again in the future. Customer Service at its finest! My husband and I purchased a fixer-upper in September 2016. We hired a contractor to manage the remodel, but we decided to complete the windows and doors separately. We conducted our research and were intrigued with the excellent customer ratings, so we scheduled an estimate with Hometime Windows along with other companies as well. Hometime Windows reassured us that outstanding customer service still exists! Dan and his team took the time to explain the process and their products including bringing a sample window that we could view during the estimate phase. They were extremely patient with the contractor and us during the job because the remodel was challenging at times, but they always worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied every step of the way. Hometime Windows & Doors just finished our windows last week. They replaced 25 windows, plus a new sliding patio door, in just two days! The windows look great and we are very happy with the work. The workers were also great. Pure professionals. After they were finished, the only reason you knew that work had been done in our house was because we had all new windows and a new slider. They completely cleaned up after each day. We were also very please with the price. My wife and I thought replacing all the windows in our home plus our sliding door was going to cost a fortune. I found Hometime on Yelp! We needed replacement windows for a condo we have as a rental unit. One of the details, that became a key to my buying decision, was that Hometime MAKES their high-quality windows in their LOCAL factory, with top-quality American-sourced materials. You buy factory-direct, with no middle man mark-up. Very cool aspect. I was intending to get three bids because we knew it would be a substantial cost to replace 6 windows and a sliding glass door. But I had a heck of a time getting top-Yelp! rated windows suppliers to either respond--or agree to meet me when I had time. Paul, from Hometime, was the only one who got back to me. Because I live an hour away from the condo, Paul went out and worked with my tenant to measure for the estimate. He got back to me quickly with a detailed quote and a very informative (by email) brochure. Based on other research, I feel the pricing was very competitive. Other reviewers have said the same. When we had the windows installed the Hometime crew was very friendly and worked very efficiently. The windows look great and I have a great deal of confidence in the quality of the products. Because they are local, their factory is local and they have done everything they said they would do, I would highly recommend Hometime. And how about this-when I got home this afternoon I got a call from the owner of the company, checking on our satisfaction with the work and the windows. That's accountability.

This is a great company to call if you want new double pane windows / sliding glass doors. The staff and the products are great, and the pricing is very competitive. This is especially true as they manufacture the windows they sell, cutting down on the cost of a middle man seller / installer. This also means that everyone involved in the process from start to finish is an expert and the windows / doors are guaranteed for 10 years. Jim Hofar gave us our initial estimate, which was very thorough as he takes exact measurements of the windows you would like. They have a showroom in Upland which is great so that you can actually see / touch the products you're thinking about purchasing. This is extremely helpful in the process so that you can see the options available in adequate dimensions. This in person viewing is what led us to purchase a sliding glass door with built in blinds (which I have to say is pretty damn cool). The install is a breeze and everyone is willing to help / answer any of your questions or concerns. Thanks go to Israel and Nate on the actual install . They're punctual, professional and are always willing to talk to you about the work being done. My family and I are completely satisfied with the work and our new windows (12 in all + sliding door). They truly make a difference in regards to heating / cooling retention as well as heat / cold intrusion. Not to mention they add curb appeal and value to your home. I came across Hometime Windows and Doors when I first started looking at getting insulation in my attic. Jim came out, gave me a full assessment, and gave me his honest opinion that my insulation was great and that I wouldn't need any more. I told him I was also looking at windows and a new sliding glass door, and I am blown away by their quality and service. Jim did an amazing job fully explaining why and how their windows perform much better than my single glass windows. I have had about half of my windows replaced and my large sliding doors, what a difference it has made! I am beyond happy with the quality of windows and sliding glass door that Hometime provides and blown away at the level or service I have received from Jim and the people in the office. We would definitely recommend Hometime Windows & Doors. We had 10 windows and a slider replaced on 02/08/2018. Paul (sales) was professional and had great communication skills which is a plus for us. Paul kept in contact with us in regards to scheduled appointments and was able to answer all of our questions. The installers came out on time and offered a white glove service. They were professional and friendly. Due to the exceptional job they have offered and completed we will be moving forward with our next project which will be ducting and attic insulation. Nate came out to do our audit for the ducting and insulating project and was extremely knowledgeable and had no problem answering any questions we had. It's nice to know that they will not be just replacing the existing ducting but they have a technique behind it to improve the efficiency of our ducting system. I will update my review once the second phase of our project is complete. I would recommend them for your next project; not just based on price but for the quality of work and the work ethics of the company as a whole.

Here are the words that I describe this company with: reasonably priced with solid quality products, clean and efficient, responsive to customer demands, with positive attitude. Paul was great and Andrew (the owner) called after the job to make sure everything is fine. I had two crews both better than I expected. I just wished that they had a wider machine to cut my big living room window in one piece. Oh, I also had to go to their office in Upland to do some paperwork and found the office staff professional and efficient as well -- all signs of a good company management structure.

Wanted to share my very positive experience with Hometime windows - we had 9 windows in our house replaced - one old garden window removed, 8 windows replaced with inserts (double paned, gas in the middle, custom sizing as several of our windows are oversized) and added frosted window to a bathroom. Pro's - Loved the fact they have a showroom we could visit and check out the window options, tour the facility to get a sense of what they actually build, plenty of options for blinds (an add-on we took advantage of). - Staff is excellent to work with - knowledgeable, friendly, open, accommodating (we skipped two windows for the blind purchase yet they easily added them to our order) - Sales approach was very low key. they let their product and options sell themselves which worked very well for my wife and I. - Install crew were wonderful (Danny, Charlie, and I believe Pete). Danny made me feel very comfortable when he showed up on the first day (I always have some concern over whether the firm truly stands for what it says up front). He answered all my questions and constantly kept me updated as the day progressed. This made for a simple and reassuring process. Day 1: Danny & Pete ran into some delays on the first day as we have a very old house and removing our garden window was challenging (successfully done with no almost no damage to our stucco. They repaired and did a great job). Because of the delay they were unable to install our casings on several windows. Company was quickly able to schedule the next available day to install with the same crew (I felt comfortable with Danny and was willing to wait). Day 2: They worked their schedule and were able to come over three days before our scheduled follow-up meeting. Casing was installed and they were finished in just a few hours. I had a concern over one window which they quickly adjusted leaving us with a great finished look. They also had a delay from their screen company so quickly added those to the windows (gotta love Covid) - Owner called after the job was complete to introduce himself and ensure we felt comfortable with the product, install results and where to go with issues or problems (left his cell phone #). Hardly ever see this type of service - love the personal touch and the willingness to stand behind their product Other - This isn't a probelm of the company as it's a Covid side-effect but we have to wait 4-6 weeks for our blinds to show up (Loved the available selection and looking forward to the install when they arrive) Great company, great product, love the finished product - highly recommend them for your window needs

The day of installation was smooth and efficient, the installers were here on time, they were conscientious about my new flooring, they covered everything and cleaned up as they went. A few days after installation Andrew, one of the owners, followed up with me to see if there were any issues. I just have new windows installed from them and am happy to leave a positive review here. First, I would like to mention that they offer both low price and quality service, which are hard to be combined at a local business. Second, a salesperson and installers whom I met during the project were professionals and quite knew what they are doing. We had a small cosmetic problem with one window and we sent them a picture of the problem and they were out in less than a week to replace the track that had the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in new windows. The prices are very reasonable and their customer service extends well after the initial installation which is a huge plus in my book!

We had had several previous bids, and they beat them all. The estimate was timely and they were very flexible with our timing issues. They even moved the job up when they had a cancelation! Shopped a few months for quality windows as they are a big investment to any home. Didn't want cheap windows yet did not want windows that cost too much. Based my decision on yelp reviews and can say I am pleased with my decision to go through Hometime. Got quotes from Lowes, Milguard and Anlin reps yet they all were overpriced. Paul at Hometime came to my house and gave me a better price for 17 windows and 1 french slider. The quality is definitely comparable to any other window company out there if not better. Windows took about 4 weeks which is a usual time for an order at any window company and install took about 2 days. Been about a week, so far so good. 10 year warranty, if anything goes wrong, Paul assured us, windows would be taken care of. Milguard does offer lifetime, but again you do pay a premium for that lifetime warranty. Who knows where you will be in 10 years, will it really matter. Also visited the showroom in Upland, the guy working showed us around the factory and was excited to tell us how every aspect of the window was made. Hometime has quality people working along with quality product. Don't hesitate, call them for a quote.

HomeTime recently installed 25 windows in my two story home. Advisor Jaime Sanchez informed me it would take approximately 2 1/2 days to complete the job. Prior to the installation he visited me along with Lead Installer Eduardo “Eddie” Contreras who would be conducting the installation. Eddie and Installer Carlos arrived on time as scheduled. They explained everything they would be doing during the installation. They were very respectful of my home and took every step to ensure as little inconvenience as possible. This review is actually overdue. They did a project of replacing two windows in our kitchen in August. We actually got a quote from this company a year ago--to replace all of our windows and two patio doors--and made the terrible mistake of going with someone else. Do not make the same mistake we did!!! Hire HomeTime Windows and do the job right and do it ONCE. We went with a general contractor who redid our kitchen--among a long very list grievances--their error in ordering the wrong ORIENTATION of windows eventually clashed with our HoA regulations and we had to replace our brand new windows within a year of having them installed by the general contractor. There was no way I was going to call the general contractor who did my kitchen. I could write a novel about the overall harrowing experience but I won't do it here. Anyway, come full circle, I remembered having an exemplary experience with this company. I contacted them urgently because my HoA gave a timeline during a pandemic--let's not get into that here. Andrew Durben answered our plea! He was courteous, professional, RESPONSIVE IN COMMUNICATION (big deal during business transactions imho). Andrew found the exact window brand in the CORRECT orientation, found us a date, scheduled everything seamlessly. Israel and Nate came to our house to install--ON TIME. They were professional, practiced safe distancing and wore masks around us and indoors, and knowledgeable. MOST IMPORTANTLY--I CANNOT STRESS THIS PART ENOUGH--THE WORKMANSHIP IS FAR SUPERIOR. EXACT SAME WINDOW BRAND MANUFACTURER, EXACT SAME WINDOW STYLE--A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE in how the seams look. (It's almost 2 am when I remembered I forgot this overdue review so I will post eventual pics.) The edging by the general contractor has fallen off repeatedly--EVEN ON THE FIRST DAY. The work done by Israel and Nate is going to last the lifetime of the windows. Thanks, everyone at HomeTime!
