Fantastic customer service! I made an appointment online to have my windshield replaced at the Hooksett location. I arrived and was told that my appointment time was only a drop off, as they were very busy, which wasn't made clear online. I told them I didn't have a ride and worked too far away to ask anyone to interrupt their work day to come and get me. I rescheduled my appointment and was about to pull out of the parking lot when an employee came and told me they could take care of my car right away. 45 minutes later I was driving away with a new windshield! The employees all made me feel valued and apologized over and over. I will definitely be using their services again!

Despite ordering the wrong part multiple times, and 3 delays in service the team at Safelite took full responsibility and had integrity. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to make the situation right, which they did by adjusting the the price on the job. Nice people but the scheduling was tough due to the wrong part. I would however recommend this Safelite.

Really happy with my experience here. Customer service was second to none. Really kind friendly people and I was able to get a next day appointment which was an unexpected godsend and saved me from having to get a rental car for the week. Did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time and even went the extra mile by doing an extra good job vacuuming up any small pieces of broken glass because they noticed I had dogs from the hair in my car and told me they didn't want my doggos to get hurt. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi, coffee, water and even snacks provided. Cannot recommend this location enough and I will definitely be back if/when the need arises.

The scheduling was off at first but they followed through. Overall I feel that this is a great service and they did well at it. It did not take very long for the job to be done. I waited inside and was offered refreshments such as coffee and water. Everyone was polite and of good attitude. One thing that was really nice is how well they moved the stickers.

I have done business with this company twice in the past year and both experiences were extremely satisfactory. I have found that they operate with great professionalism and the service is very convenient. Today my technician was Joe, a personable young man who was friendly and attentive and took the time to explain how it works.He had a smile on his face he was quick ,efficient ,and early but he did call to make sure that I would be here. He got me a discount which was much appreciated. And I will use this company again and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Great service with a really professional friendly technician. However he told me after I went for the new windshield wipers that his pay was directly related to the percentage of customers who he was able to sell them to. Wich is really dumb. Safe lite if your reading this stop doing that. Im paying for a skilled repair and i want it done by a skilled repair man not a salesman. Get it together.

I had a crack in my windshield, scheduled with satellite through my insurance. They had an appointment available next day! The company kept me informed the day of with a accurate window and information about the tech who would be coming. The tech called me before hand, was upfront about any risks that could happen. I decided to continue with the repair and he was able to do it while I worked. Professional service, that I am more than pleased with.

The people were friendly and professional and ready when I arrived on time. The young man examined my windshield to make sure there was nothing that would cause problems doing the installation. I was told it would be 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete the work. They called about 90 minutes later and said the car was ready. When I arrived my car was at the front door ready to go. I went inside to pay and was happy to learn the final bill was less than the quote! I did not even notice anything on the windshield other than the lack of the huge crack. It looked like it was factory installed. Driving home I did not hear any wind "leaks" so everything seems well done. Great job!

Safelite AutoGlass in Hooksett provides excellent customer care and excellent results!!! Anthony, my technician greeted me on-site and assessed the broken out driver's side window. I appreciated the time he took to explain how it would be repaired and to give a time estimate. I received a call and text sooner than expected to pick-up my car. I was so amazed at the results - my car looked brand new with all the shattered glass chards vacuumed out of the front seats, console and floor. I highly recommend this team, even the front office crew was so friendly when I came in to get my receipt and keys - left with a smile under my face mask and felt cared about.

We have been to the Hooksett, NH store 3 times in the last few years. I have seldom been so impressed by a retail service outlet. Our first trip was just a fly by. We had a cracked windshield, I saw their roadside sign & stopped in for a price. The price was so attractive, I had it done right then. Start to finish in 50 min. So, I use them exclusively now. They can come to you. You can go to them. They do it quick. They do it clean. They say please & thank you. They follow up w emails. It's a GOOD place to do business.

I stopped in to have a repair on my rear view mirror which had been incorrectly attached to the windshield. None of their competitors would take the chance of fixing. The tech took pity on me and fixed it within 20 minutes. They care about customers and their techs treat you like a member of the family. This was not a profitable traction for them but it saved me so much aggravation! I will never go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Customer for life! Well done team!

I got a chip in my windshield driving to work yesterday morning when a rock hit it. :( Safelite got me in that afternoon. I was in and out in no time. The woman at the desk was very pleasant. The tech who fixed the chip was nice and honest and told me it might not look that much better after and in rare cases the windshield breaks. But I knew if I didn’t try to fix it that would be the end result anyway. Luckily for me that didn’t happen. He washed all my windows and vacuumed my car! It was a small chip and only cost $80. Great quick service!
