I am very pleased with my double hung 9000 Series windows. Such a big improvement over the wooden windows we had in our home. We chose not to get any decorative grid, making the windows look cleaner and brighter. Installers Cory and Doug did a great job in the removal and installation of all windows and cleaned debris up around the house both days. They are respectful, considerate, well-mannered and hard working young men. I also had a new Ecolite sliding patio door replaced with inner blinds. David Jr. & David Sr. installed the doors. These two men are efficient, personable and pleasant workers. Because of the pandemic, it took a long time from placing my order to getting the windows, however, it was worth the wait. I chose The Window Source of Lexington and am thoroughly pleased with this company.

Ordered replacement windows in early part of year. They arrived sooner than expected and have been installed. Everyone was professional from sales floor, measurements and install. Most of our time was spent with the installers. Angus and Roy were great, respectful of our home and did an awesome job. Cleaned up everything and the new windows are so much better than what we had. The Window Source of Lexington just finished replacing all the glass and 4 sliding glass doors with screens in our sun room. We have not been able to properly use or enjoy our sun room since we've lived here because all of the seals were busted on the windows and doors and it was so cloudy you couldn't see outside. I cannot believe the transformation! Our sun room is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to furnish it and finally be able to use it! I had bids from 6 other companies and ultimately chose The Window Source because of their wonderful reviews and price. I am so glad I did because my sun room looks amazing and my experience was great from start to finish. Blake came out to give us a proposal and took into account everything we wanted. Angus and his crew were great and did a beautiful job as if they were working on their own home. I was nervous to hire anyone to work on the windows in my 124-year-old house. I called the Window Source and they sent Blake to look at my window replacement job. Although it was only 7 windows (for now), he did a super job talking me through my options. The installers who came (sooner than expected) were AMAZING! If you get Cory for your install, you will be very glad you did! He and his crew made such a difference in installing these quality windows, and are actually coming back in a few weeks to finish up the additional window flashing after the siding guys do their project on the same part of the house. They were willing to work with me on my crazy remodel schedule, and will come back to be sure the job is completed correctly. I highly recommend the Window Source -- salesmen know their stuff, the prices are completely affordable, and the installation and product are top notch!!

THIS COMPANY IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY - BAR NONE!!! We purchased this Steel door with double paned frosted glass with wrought iron sandwiched in between and it has been hands-down, the best money I've ever spent. It replaced an old Lowe's contractor grade grid window door that had faded over time with the Sunlight and had attracted massive amounts of dirt and debris. No matter how many times I hit the old door with a pressure washer, it would not come clean. The process with Window Source of Lexington was painless. I called them. Randy Milby himself (who I had seen on their TV commercials) personally came to my house, presented many options for us to review and consider, and even had a nifty ipad that could show me what the new door would like on my house. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Once we chose the door, he did all the measurements and we completed the transaction covering all the details. There was no pressure. No smarmy salesmen tactics. No needless dialogue. His professionalism was superior at all times and he allowed us all the time we needed to ask all the questions needed for us to feel confident in our purchase. Oh....and the price? I saved about $1500 compared to other quotes from other companies for lesser quality product. Once the door arrived, we scheduled the installation. I had one special request: I wanted the door installed before a big Pool party we had scheduled on a Saturday so that we could show it off to our friends and family! NO PROBLEM!!! The installer arrived early that morning and immediately jumped in. He was obviously very skilled and never intruded on our efforts to prepare for the party. Long story short, he finished the door installation just after noon that day and even helped prepare a small sign on the threshold to remind our guests not to step on it as it needed to set without bearing any weight (normal door procedure). The glowing comments from our guests proved that we made the right choice! I have just ordered a brand new front door for my home from them this week and I cannot wait! Neither should you! Windows are next!!! There are many pretenders out there. There are many imitators out there too. But Window Source of Lexington is the real deal. High quality products combined with high quality professionalism and skilled workers equals a very gratifying experience. Randy and Dee don't just use the words "customer service" as a punchline, they exemplify it from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

Several windows in my home needed to be replaced. The old ones were wood and were showing their age. There were 5 windows in total, four rectangle windows and one circle top window. The Window Source came out one day to measure the windows that needed to be replaced. After considering their estimate with the estimate of other providers, I decide to go with The Window Source. There were a few reasons. The first is that they were up front with their estimate and did not attempt to up sell me in any way. Further, there was no pressure to take their offer. I appreciated how straight forward they were. Second, the price was very appealing as it was not that expensive. The product that they were to install looked good, as I went to their facility to take a look myself prior to signing the estimate. I also researched windows from other manufacturers prior to my decision. When the windows were manufactured and delivered to their facility, they called to schedule the install. The install took place over two days. At the end of the install I reviewed the work and asked many practical questions about the new windows. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me understand how best to clean the windows and how they work in case I needed to adjust something in the future. Finally, one of the windows was upgraded to be energy efficient. This qualified the window to receive a rebate from KU, the local electricity provider. The Window Source was able to help me complete the paperwork for the rebate and submitted the paperwork to KU directly. They did not need to help out with that, but I was grateful for their assistance. I would definitely work with The Window Source again.

Highly recommend Window Source! Their customer service is top notch. They replaced five leaky windows at our previous home, and I was very satisfied with the whole process and the end product. At our new home, we have a large arch window that needs to be replaced, and they will be doing this work, too. We are currently waiting for the new window to get shipped from the factory, and the original window we have now is leaking so bad that water runs down the wall and out the door frame. I emailed the owner of Window Source at 8:30 pm to see if they could help provide a temporary fix for the leaking while we’re waiting for the new window to come in, and he had a team at our house by 10:00 the next morning to do some temporary repairs. I was really impressed with how responsive they were. I like them so much, I’m going to have them do our front door installation, too!

The Window Source of Lexington, is really a Jewel that every one should seek if they need windows for their home or garage as I definitely did! They are a family own business stands who behind their products, name and behind their customers. Dee and her hard working husband Randy go above and beyond to help and satisfy their customers. I had a problem with a contractor who committed felony fraud and cause the delay of building my new garage. It is unbelievable but they held my windows for over two years after finding out my problems with the contractor. Simply Amazing. I keep in contact with them and they were always very patient and understanding! Gosh I wish all customer service was this great! The installation was fabulous, very fast and done in just a few hours. I had other contractors inspect their work and they also thought it was a very real professional job and took the time to insure everything was sealed up properly! If I need windows in the future I will call them up once again. The Provia name means top quality products and awesome warranties. The installer was very knowledgeable and experienced at his craft. You can purchase expensive windows and doors, but if you don't have a skilled installer, you won't reap the benefits of the ways windows and doors are supposed to function and the energy savings possible. Provia and The Window Source of Lexington are the way to go if you want a great product, in a timely manner, with professional installation.
