I called Rite Way Glass and talked to Gena, she was very professional, and efficient in getting me and exact quote. I done what most would do and called around to other places and the more I called around the higher it got. Needless to say, I went with Rite Way Glass, and glad I did! Taylor called me and told me he was running late because of traffic; I consider that good communication. When he got here, he immediately started working, he had a trainee with him named Hunter and I set and watched/listened, Taylor is top notch in training, talking to the client and doing an awesome job at multitasking peroid. I recommend this company and their employees to everyone that needs this type of service. With the way things are now in this day and time it is hard to find a company that cares about the complete satisfaction of their client, and the quality of their work. This company deserves a 10-star rating! Thank You Rite Way Glass for a very professional, caring job well done!

Rite Way Auto Glass was responsive from the beginning. After checking them out online I was able to get in touch with an actual person. My customer service rep Shana was very friendly and helpful. I have an old 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed a new back window with a working defrost defogger element as mine had burned out. I was worried they weren't going to be able to find one she kept me on the phone as I gave her the information she needed. She found one and we scheduled an appointment. Nick was my technician did a wonderful job he showed up on time told me exactly what he was doing . Very competent and persistent as I have an old Jeep it through him some surprises. Nick figured out how to work around it and now I have a working defrost, defogger back window. Thanks to Nick and Shana. I would strongly recommend this company to everyone that needs to repair or replace their glass on their vehicle. Also almost forgot Rite Way is very affordable. They were 200 to 250 dollars cheaper than the other places I looked at and they are a local Kentucky company. So if you want to help your home state that's an added plus.

We were sure that we had a leak in the windshield. The technician that came to our home checked out the windshield before starting any work. It turned out the leak was not from the windshield but from lights on top of our truck. We did have to pay a service call fee but that is understandable. The technician was professional, courteous, and friendly. The office staff also were great to deal with, professional and friendly. We will definitely call them if we ever need a windshield replaced and will definitely recommend Rite Way Auto Glass to others.

Rite way auto glass was so easy to work with when I needed a repair. My wife's windshield due to a crack. Michelle, my customer service rep was easy when it came to working on with my schedule for an appointment. Chris the repairman he did an awesome job with the repair and recalibrating everything. Estimated wait time was 2 to 3 hours. He had it done in a hour. They even called me back after I had left to see if I needed this sticker that was in the window for parking which I didn't need, but still it's little things like that that counts. Definitely got a new customer.

I wasn't sure how to make the arrangements for getting it repaired but I started with my insurance company, who contacted the dealership, who then contacted Rite Way glass. I figured I would start by calling Rite-Way Auto Glass, who was highly recommended to me, just to see what I needed to do in order to get things started. In a matter of moments, Shanna the Customer Service Representative had my insurance company on a 3 way call to establish my claim. Next, she worked her magic and was able to get Ryan their Technician scheduled to replace my windshield the very next day! My rear view mirror in my car come detached from the windshield a few months ago (never had this happen before). Honda told me they didn’t have the ability to fix it, to call whoever replaced my windshield. Called Rite Way recently to try and see if they could fix it since I had my windshield replaced there months ago and they sent someone to my apartment 2 separate times and it is now fixed. I had another place try to give me an aftermarket glass without the logo at the top in the middle in the past but they did not try that.

My CSR Katie was wonderful. She set up the appointment and when I needed to change the date and time. She did that as well with out any problems. And my Technician Brian did a wonderful job. He did all the calibrations for my cruse control, lane departure, car coming up on on the side of me. And all the rest of the things like that. But the London , Kentucky office is a great place to have a windshield replaced.

Rite Way Auto Glass took the stress out of an unfortunate situation when I found myself needing a windshield replacement. After a tractor-trailer kicked a rock into my windshield, I knew it would likely need to be replaced. After filing my initial claim with the insurance company, I called Rite Way and explained the situation. After providing some additional information, their staff reached out to my insurance provider for me and got an OEM windshield replacement approved in a matter of minutes. Rite away was able to get me scheduled the following week. The process couldn’t have been more simple. I dropped my car off at their location because mobile install was not an option due to the required camera/sensor recalibration. I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork - that was already handled. When I picked the car up that afternoon, it was parked outside ready to go. I spent no more than five minutes in total at the shop. The install was done well. Great fitment throughout and everything lined up like the factory glass did. The only indication that the glass had been replaced is a very slight bit of sealant on the interior of passenger side of the windshield, only visible from the drivers seat (seen in the 3rd photo). I doubt the average person would have noticed - the only reason I did is because I’ve detailed this car inside and out probably a hundred times over the years. If that’s the worst of it, I call that a win. I’ll also note that my car was very clean when I left it, and was still clean when I got it back. Following the install, I did a deep clean on the new glass, and the clarity and finish is wonderful. I haven’t had any issues with the sensors so far either. Rite Way gave me a follow up call about a week later to make sure I was happy with everything. From start to finish, this process was much easier than I expected, all of my requests were accommodated, and their customer service was better than I expected. Based on my painless experience and the quality of the install, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rite Way in the future.

Customer service lives! Shanna took my call and a few minutes later had my claim filed with my insurance company and was able to get them to agree to my wish for OEM glass. Understandably it took a few days to get the OEM glass but on appointment day it was installed with my radar pod recalibrated in less than two hours. I received a call from my installer Taylor a couple hours later to see if I was satisfied and he was every bit as nice and professional as Shanna. I highly recommend!

Michele answered the phone and immediately went to work . I was passing through and was in a bad spot . It was 4:30 pm and they closed at 5:00 . While Michelle was ordering a new back glass for my truck she was giving me instructions on how to get to her . Chis ( the technician) got me in a few minutes , after closing time and put on a crash protection plastic cover over my back glass because It was about to rain . Hello everyone. I just wanted to take a minute and brag about my experience with this company. My rear defrost wasn't working because my wire was detached from my window. I leave out in the mornings with my 2yr son and getting in the car and turning on the defrost on the front windshield is great but not being able to see out the back and on a tight time schedule to get my son to daycare and then get to work,who has time to wipe the back window everyday just so i can pull off and get on my morning journey. I called this company and they replied and told me they could come to me which is a plus because I didnt have to drive or leave my home. I received a phone call from a gentlemen who introduced himself as Jordan. He let me know that he was available to come by and take a look at my window for me. Mr. Jordan showed up in 12 minutes even though he told me 15 minutes so he was early another plus in my book as a potential customer. He approached me VERY professional young man and represented this company to the FULLEST. Im not gonna lie i was like man i hope this young buck knows what he's doing. Jordan took one look at my window and sprung into action. We talked a little while Mr. Jordan did his thing very respectful thee entire time which made a difference because who wants a nasty disrespectful person in your vehicle right. Jordan came through in the clutch i couldn't wait until the next morning to try my rear defrost and what do you know I hit the defrost button and the morning moisture starting sliding off my rear window boy was i a happy camper great job Jordan. I recommend this company to anyone having window issues BTW did i mention very reasonable price another plus because im on a tight budget 😊 Thanks Mr. Jordan and i appreciate you being a young respectable man. While traveling to Lexington for a little getaway a rock hit our windshield causing a huge crack. We didn’t want to drive back home with a cracked windshield so I started making phone calls to schedule a repair before we even arrived. My first few phone calls were largely unsuccessful with not being able to get an appointment until after we would have returned home, then I found Rite Way. After explaining the situation to Hailey she was able to get us in the next afternoon to replace the windshield. I would highly recommend Rite Way. What a wonderful experience! Hailey is a gift, so very pleasant and kind! She stayed on the phone with me while I filed the claims on line with my insurance company, helped me navigate the process and let me know when the claims were received. It was so fast and easy! We had two vehicles with cracks in the windshield. We had put off replacing the one because of timing and the pandemic. (I’ve been going through chemo for breast cancer.) They replaced both windshields the day after I called. A tech came to the house to handle one. A different tech person picked up the second vehicle, drove it to the shop and brought it back. I had my windshield replaced last week and it was super quick and easy! One thing I noticed is that the price was cheaper than other places I called. They were the only ones who could get to me by the next day. The gentleman who replaced my windshield (Jordan I believe) called me about 15 minutes out to let me know he was close. Rite Way Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Significant in the replacement was the need to re-align the camera/sensor attached at the top of the windshield. Eric was able to perfectly complete the replacement and re-alignment in very little time. Hailey was very welcoming upon my arrival and knew why I was there and was waiting for my arrival. Total time from beginning to finish was only about 45 minutes, much less than I thought it would be. All in all, Rite Way Auto Glass is a first rate shop and did a first rate job on my Tacoma. During the ice storm, my windshield had cracked from bottom to top, so naturally I called my insurance company to start a claim. They transferred me to another company (not Rite-way) and I explained to them that I work at Lexus, and lease my Lexus and that it was very important for my windshield to be a replaced with certified Lexus glass. Each manufacturer puts different glass in each car, and it does have an effect on the sound getting in, safety features, etc. I had been assured that the only part available is the original manufacturer glass, so they scheduled me an appointment nearly two weeks out. The day before my appointment with the other company, I called to confirm the correct part had come in (which I was told it had) and I asked for the part number so I could confirm and they had ordered from a Lexus dealer (because it had not been ordered through my dealership) and was put on hold for a long time. After then asking them if they ordered it with Lexus of Louisville, they quickly responded "yes" and then I asked for the part number again. After transferring me to another rep, I was told "turns out the part is aftermarket, but its just as good". At this point, I cancel my appointment. My parts department told me to call Rite-way and that's where I spoke with Jessica. Such a difference from my previous phone call! So pleasant, efficient and helpful! Told me she would be in contact with my parts department and set everything up! Within two days, Chris and Jordan show up at my work and replace my windshield- even left me a thank you note in my car! Super friendly and professional- I could not have been more impressed with my experience with Rite-way! I will recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services! I am very grateful that Brett helped me trouble shoot a leak in my roof. It was hard to judge if I had a faulty windshield seal or if it was a crack in the body seam near the top corner of the windshield. He could have easily upsold me on an expensive fix, but he was kind enough to look at the problem and try a less costly option first before trying a more expensive one. So far the fix is good, and even it fails in the near future I’ll still go back again to see him for the other option.

They came out the following day (39 miles), quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed it with me, did the repair promptly and also repaired another loose pane, and cleaned up after themselves. My landscaping company accidentally broke my car's driver-side front window. I was very sad, thinking it was going to be a horrible week of getting it fixed, but Riteway made sure that didn't happen. Great experience! The office assistant was very helpful when setting up the appointment. She told me I would need to order a part that they didn't sell before I could be able to get my window regulator fixed. As soon as I got the part she scheduled my appointment for that afternoon and fit me in on a Friday afternoon. They were super fast and efficient and my window works perfectly now.
