We couldn't be happier with our sunroom! Champion was almost HALF what local contractors were quoting. We went with the 4" wall construction and I am VERY happy we did. The room is very solid and insulated amazingly. I can't say enough about the installation crews. From the concrete guys who poured the footers and later the foundation/slab to the construction crew and electrician. Each group went out of their way to make sure everything was right and the way we wanted it. There were a couple of things we asked to be changed and they never batted an eye. And lastly I want to thank Gary, the installation Manager. Answered his phone every single time I called. No voicemail, he answered. One time I emailed him some pictures of an issue and literally five seconds after I hit send my phone rang. On a Sunday even. I would highly recommend Champion after my experience. Job well done!

We are replacing 20 yr old windows. On 9/24, our sales agent, Kyle, explained and demonstrated in great detail the process of their products. With lifetime warranty, product quality and professional installation within 2 weeks of signed contract sold me on Champion. We will continue using Champion for all of our projects. Kyle gets 5 stars Update 1: Scheduled remeasure for 9/28 but was rescheduled to10/1 due to illness on company end. Lost an entire day for no one to show uo or call to reschedule. Since 10/3, I've tried multiple times to contact someone to reschedule but still no contact. I was given a number that has no voicemail setup. I've contracted Customer Service and they couldn't help me. I was transfered to another number to leave a message and still no response! On 10/5, I reached out to Kyle for his help. I'm still waiting on a callback from anyone to reschedule so this project can be completed before the weather gets bad! I'm disappointed in lack of communication so 5 Stars lowered to 3 until progress is made. Sorry Kyle! Update 2: Finally reached rep that does on-site schedules and set date for 10/13 morning. I asked to be notified via phone/text if the person was unable to make his appt. Well, another no show! The more I researched Champion, the more 🚩's I find. Final update: Windows were installed on 11/18/22 and look great. I now can recommend Champion. It's worth the money but in you live in KY make sure you request Ron Garland to install. He's very professional and knows what he's doing. To Champion Executives: Your customer service is great. Those that schedule appointments are profession and very helpful but there's huge hole customers fall into after the initial scheduled appointment. That hole is not utilizing Customer Service Reps properly. The CRS make appointments but they should also be assigned to reschedule appts, follow-up with clients until install is complete. Your clients would greatly appreciate this service This would drastically reduce most of the company and improve company image.

Great windows...poor customer service. We had a problem with one of the windows that was covered under warranty for parts and labor....but they charge a $99 trip charge for the tech...LOL. This defeats the purpose of being "covered". I guess this is their fine print fee. Be careful.

I am a repeat customer. I love these windows! I had 9 windows and a sliding glass door installed for a rental property I own and it has made such a huge difference in the look of the house. It also saved on the AC bill since these windows are so easy to open to let in the breeze. I have now ordered 9 windows for another property including a bay window and I cannot wait until they come in. My salesman Kyle was so thorough in explaining the design and construction process of the windows I was sold. The installation process was very professional and expertly completed. There are cheaper windows out there but in my opinion Champion windows are the best.

In late 2020 we were expecting to close on our home and the home needed new windows as they were original windows from 1977. We had Martin out to give us quote. Well house didn't close till 4 months later (prime winter month). We were going to go with a competitor because of cost, well they couldn't get us approved (Synchonry Bank) We called Martin, he reviewed our file, re-evaluated the quote & gave us 3 new quotes. We decided to go with the lowest quote and their Founder Series windows, Martin was worried on getting the approval with Greensky; we made the call to Greensky on Valentines day & with a short delay, we got the email, my husband was approved for the full amount plus an additonal $1000, we were shocked. So with a more urgent need to get new windows in, Martin came out on a Sunday, which was Valentines Day to get the paper work completed and the order of the windows started. We are relieved that our windows will be replaced in as quickly as 6-8 weeks possibly earlier. We want to thank Martin for his help and taking time from his family on his day off to get this done for us.
