Had a rock chip my window wich turned into a large crack. I had to replace the windshield. I called 4 places and when I talked to auto glass now they were very professional. Now the do use CONTRACTORS wich i usually don't like BUT thats how they keep cost down. Cost me $225 to replace and the technician was very nice and professional. Took about 30 minutes.

I originally scheduled my appointment through the call center - CALL THE LOCATION DIRECTLY! My appointment was first scheduled at the West Indy location, then I got a call back where it was rescheduled for the correct shop. After waiting all day for the mobile unit to replace my windshield, I called in, and they said they had never received the appointment info from the call center. HOWEVER...once we finally got all the bugs worked out and I was able to come in, I was impressed! They got my windshield replaced in just about an hour, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and there were no hidden charges or additional sales pitches. We will definitely come back in the future, and I highly recommend them - just avoid the call center!

The entire experience was great!! The total time of interaction was 3 hours - that includes giving me an exact quote on the phone, me driving to them and them getting the windshield installed. The price was $275 less than the closest competitor!! I appreciate the work of the whole team!! I hope I don't have to replace any more windows but if I do, I'll be taking the vehicle to Lawrence - Auto Glass Now!!

Quick review: great deal, WITH a lifetime warranty. When I called about the windshield on my Honda, they quoted me a good time & price. Then they stuck to it, rather than up-charging once I got there. I was in & out in 1 hour & paid significantly less than other places' quotes. There was another lady there who was telling me she was getting one of her windows fixed for free, as they were honoring their warranty. Good to know. I recommend calling ahead, so you don't have to wait. And wear warm socks if its still 10 below, because their office was chilly.

Super value. I called around everywhere the day I found my daughter's car vandalized. This was the best price in the Indianapolis by far. They were able to schedule the service quickly and the windshield replacement was perfect. I hope I never need their service again, but I hope they are around if I do!

So far so good with my window replacement, far more reasonable than Safelite for essentially the same product (both come with lifetime warranties). Service was prompt, and the staff was very friendly. The waiting room is pretty small, so that would be the only issue I could see if you go there on a busy day, there may not be a spot to sit.

I had windshields done on 3 vehicles. All good work. I need another on my current car but the price is not what I was hoping for now. Not sure about the discount they claim now as 2 other large name installers is only 60 bucks more than their quote. Again I had good luck though with the last 3.

Wow, I've heard of fantastic deals, but this place is the least expensive glass replacement co. in Indy. I've replaced several windshields and they are the best! They are very expedient and did exactly what they said they were going to do and when. That to me is excellent customer service..which is a bit of a past time and quite refreshing.

Super quick service at Pendleton Pike location. Got me in on a Saturday morning, as I had to leave town that afternoon. And their total out-the-door price for replacing my entire windshield was HALF the cost of their closest competitor (I checked about 5)! These guys will be my "glass guys" the rest of the way!

Great price and decent service, not a long wait. Just go next door to the German eatery while they fix your windshield. Don't expect them to wipe out and clean all the shards of glass though.

The night before my first day of teaching someone busted my windshield (so bad that there was glass in my car). Jury's out. Will "Re-rate" AFTER the manner the warped looking seal around the windshield is handled. The warped areas would allow water to settle and rust to occur. Also, bits of debri from leaves etc could collect, rot and cause damage to the painted areas as well. They aren't MUCH cheaper than Safelite Auto Glass, so while they were able to get to be asap vs Safelite, hopefully bad service isn't why. Before/After Pictures to follow as well as updated report. Also, where top and edge if seal meet, the windshield and roof of car is exposed. "Excellent" place for snow to collect. UPDATE: WINDSHIELD POPPED OUT AFTER 4/5 MONTHS! Didn't make clear, VERBALLY, that due to rust present, work wasn't warranted! Coded and hard to read script, "VW/RUST" meant "void warranty, rust." Was really scared when returned and learned this, but, gal in charge made it right, and this tech, much younger than the 1st one, was keen to show me how he'd replace the seal in a manner that, "it WON'T be able to pop out again, EVER!" No charge for this repair. I believe the bubbled seal the 1st tech left me with was the problem, and I should've returned right away. I was fortunate they stood by their work despite, "VW/rust." Increasing stars by one because of customer service. Since rust present truly wasn't/isn't to the degree that the seal should be affected, juries yet out on whether window stays put this time. I'll have to update as to quality of current repair. Meantime, be aware of hard to read info inputted on receipt!
