Vincent is professional, friendly and a great communicator on what needs to be done and what he did to resolve. He did an amazing job pressure washing my house that had mold and algae growth on my stucco from two trees. He also cleaned my trim work of more green algae and front walkway for the hour rental. He made sure to clean up after of some mulch on my house from the power washing and clean the windows that got wet. Could not recommend him enough and will use in the future.

Big City Window Cleaners are AMAZING!!! I don't write reviews very often but I feel that this is definitely worthy of one. I volunteer at a spiritual center in the valley and we used to struggle to keep the windows, solar panels and even the HUGE glass dome clean. So we shopped around and found Big City Window Cleaners. From the initial phone call, to email correspondence, to the cleaners themselves, we have all been super impressed! Everyone was so kind and friendly, profession and did a wonderful job! We have a big building. The dome is about 20 ft tall and about 60 ft across. They were able to do this spotlessly. They had a solid crew working around the building, some on the dome, others cleaning windows, others cleaning our 144 solar panel car port. They cleaned the tall windows all around, the 2nd story windows were cleaned inside and out, and they even removed the screens, washed and dried them and put them back. That was seriously top notch service! Lastly, we are a spiritual center. So it is imperative that whoever we have coming to do any work be mindful and respectful. Dave, Stanley and everyone else was so attentive that they took off their shoes without being asked, wiped all the surfaces and left things sparkling. All the volunteers here were really impressed with this solid crew that came and worked so well without being intrusive in any way. We had an event a couple days later at the center and we took drone footage which looked phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Big City Window Cleaners. Thank you!

I would just recommend that you confirm the entire scope of service with the team when they arrive to be sure everyone is on the same page. We had some confusion over whether or not the frames were to be cleaned as well as the glass. It is also important to note that they do not include cleaning the paving areas below the windows of debris that washes off in the service. That was a surprise to me.

I'm a housekeeper and house manager and I've hired many window washers over the years. This company, by far, did the best job. David and George were FAST, efficient, friendly, and everything they touched looked absolutely perfect. They happily completed a few extra tasks I thought of last minute and even helped me move some furniture under which I was struggling to adjust a rug by myself. They gave a great price too which I found pretty fair for everybody, especially considering the job they did. Not to mention, they had a cancellation last minute and were able to come on a day earlier than expected knowing I needed the windows cleaned asap for my client returning to town. I hired Big City to clean a temporary 130'x80' two-story glass structure that we use annually for a special event. The glass panels travel on a flatbed across country and then are handled onsite excessively during install, so road grime and hand prints are prevalent. Big City's response time to my last second request for cleaning was excellent as was their communication throughout the process. The glass was cleaned interior and exterior quickly and efficiently by a super professional crew, as was very low impact with all the other event prep going on at the same time. The glass has never looked so good in the 10 years the we have used this particular structure. Amazing job

I'm at an HOA and we had some miscommunication with Big City - gutter cleaning vs window cleaning. We wanted gutters cleaned. But the cleaners thought we were doing windows. We got the issue sorted out with no need for gutter cleaning because they are looking clean. And that was that. No fuss. Two thumbs up. Dom and John the cleaners were polite and courteous and put back the screens removed without complaint. Inga our contact was professional and polite. We'll be talking about getting our windows cleaned with Big City now. It's an HOA and we've got our processes but Big City has carried the day with good service and that means a lot.
