One call to Pella service team and you will see they stand behind their products. I was so impressed with the quality of the Pella windows, and most importantly, the service after the sale with the windows in my former house. I wanted my newly remodeled home in Kingwood to really fit in with existing 1950’s homes with regard to character and style. Pella casement windows definitely have taken our newly remodeled home to a whole next level and everyone comments first on the beautiful windows! I can’t wait to add some pictures when our construction is complete— but these kitchen windows 😍

My experience working with Pella Doors & Windows of North Little Rock was truly exceptional from start to finish. I worked with Tommy Puckett who was the sales rep for my project. I was looking to replace the original single pane windows in my 1980’s home that were nearing the end of their useful life. I was wanting to go with double pane vinyl windows and looked at both the Encompass and 250 series lines. I ended up going with the Encompass because I liked the look of the narrower frame profile vs the slightly wider 250 series. Tommy was great to work with as he gave me comprehensive quotes for each product line and assisted me in lining up a Pella certified installer as I live about an hour and half outside of Little Rock. He made the process easy in that regard because I wanted one of their installers to do the work so that both the ordered windows themselves and the installation work would be done by Pella. I ended up ordering 11 windows and a new storm door for my front porch and paid for both product and installation directly with Pella of NLR. After the windows came in the staff at Pella NLR coordinated with the installer team and my windows were installed shortly thereafter. The installer team they used was Southwest Window and Door. William Holland, Nicholas, and his team of guys were great to work with, showed up on time, were very professional, and respectful of my home. Drop cloths were placed on the flooring and they took great care in cleaning up after themselves as they worked. After each window was installed, they would vacuum up around the area as they moved to the next window unit. The install work itself was precise and they took great care and pride in their work. After everything was installed same day, we did a final walk around of the project and came across a few issues including a cracked pane of glass on the kitchen window, a screen tear, a misaligned screen center bar, and one window where the frame was warped and bowed along the bottom. It looked as if a forklift operator may have hit it at the factory causing it to bow out. I want to specifically emphasize this part of the process because it’s easy to have a positive outcome when everything goes to plan, but when issues do crop up on a project you get to see how dedicated a company is in terms of standing behind their product and this is where the rubber meets the road. Pella of NLR did not disappoint. The install team submitted the defects to Pella NLR and they worked promptly with the factory to address them. Ethan Sterka at Pella NLR worked with Pella’s service team to order a replacement kitchen window sash for the cracked glass on that window, along with the two screen defects. They also ordered a complete replacement window for the warped frame one. A month later Gary and James from Pella NLR came to my house and swapped out the cracked glass sash on the kitchen window and replaced the defect screens. They too were very professional/personable, showed up on time, were great to deal with, and efficient. About two weeks or so after that the installer team came back to my house and replaced the bowed frame window in less than an hour and again were very professional and good to deal with leaving me 100% satisfied with the windows themselves and the work that was done. Based on my interactions with the Pella store in North Little Rock, I can tell from the top level down that they truly cared about delivering on their promise of a quality product/workmanship and making sure I was completely satisfied and happy with my purchase before and after the sale. I would recommend Pella of NLR wholeheartedly and without reservation to anyone looking for new/replacement windows for their home and would use them again for future projects.

Everything went perfect from day one. We asked for an estimate - the sales person arrived in less than 1 hour, provided a quote within the next hour. Due to COVID - the manufacturing of the window did take 6 months. But it was well worth the wait. We replaced our 22 year old acrylic "glass block" window with a solid obscured window. Justin, Art, and Beau came out to do the installation. They did a fabulous job and answered any / all questions we had. Window looks great and are thrilled with it. The people we dealt with at the office were all very pleasant and professional. The only problem was trying to get in contact with anyone. The automated phone system almost always led to a voicemail, some of which were not set up. Communication of install times was lacking causing a weeks delay when the outside contracted installers did not show up. I was even referred to an email address when I attempted to pay my invoice by phone. The inhouse installers were excellent! Rodney, John, and Matt worked constantly and purposefully. They knew what they were doing and did an exemplary job. Polite and courteous, they answered all of our questions and had no problem with us watching the interesting process. They also kept the work areas cleaned up as they went. Very organized and precise. We purchased the fiberglass Impervia windows. They are gorgeous! Black both inside and out, they really pop and look modern and fresh. Time will tell if they are as durable as advertised but right now we are pleased.

FYI - before you buy. I purchased sliding glass door and windows in 2017. Have been happy with purchase until April, 2022 when I noticed the sliding glass door was cloudy. I called them. They said door under warranty but installation was not. They were going to charge me $125 to come out to measure and then $500 for installation. Because I had original order number they were able to find my original order and ordered replacement. But when they came to install, it was wrong and they had to reorder again. Took from April till August to get correct part. They charged me $500 for 30 minutes work to replace their own products failure. I would not buy from them again.

They arrived earlier than their scheduled time, but only after calling to make sure that worked for us. They had that broken piece replaced in no time and their work was perfection!. We were thrilled with the design and quality of our custom replacement windows when they were installed three years ago. It wasn’t until after water intruded into our home in two different rooms (requiring costly repairs) that we realized the windows were missing a metal trim piece. We reached out to Pella many times until, exasperated, I finally walked into the showroom and met Ethan and Matthew. Ethan looked up my account and started the work order, and Matthew stated regardless of the issue it would be taken care of “tomorrow” — even if he had to work late. After years of phone calls and uncompensated water damage, Matthew, Justin, Art, and Beau showed up at our home the following day and did a fantastic job. The windows look beautiful, and they are FINALLY water tight. I’m not sure how the wires became crossed in our situation, but I am exceedingly grateful to Ethan and Matthew for taking our concerns seriously and for promptly rectifying the wrong. The Pella installment team just completed a week long installation of new windows (20 total) for my almost 100 year old home. Rodney, Matt, Justin, John, Kalen and Michael carefully removed old windows, repaired problem areas and hauled away all debris while installing, sealing and trimming my new windows. Although there was a delay of almost five months between purchase as installation, the windows are definitely worth the wait. We ordered all of our windows from Nick McClane at Pella. He was so responsive, friendly, and happy to help. He was even working from home while he was sick with Covid, and still helped me very quickly and was nice. The windows are getting installed today, and we are so excited. The windows are good quality, have a good warranty, and are reasonably priced. A lot of people don't know you can get vinyl windows at Pella. Other places we quoted had 9-12 month lead times. Our Pella windows arrived in about 6 weeks. We had a delay with the framers so, they were there before we needed them, and Pella stored them for us. I definitely recommend them and Nick McClane. When I need windows down the road I will skip the other guys and go straight to Pella.

They did a great job installing the windows. They were prompt. I was concerned, I had to leave my house in 3 hours and they would not be completed. They assured me they would be complete on the inside and they followed through with what they said. They did a great job taking my blinds and window treatments down and also put them back. After 18 months I noticed some clouding between the windows. I called for service and scheduled a convenient time. Garry showed up on time (even a little ahead of time, which I was pleased about) and showed me that the glass on the sliding doors opens on a hinge so I can clean the inside of the glass. Simple fix. I love my Pella sliders. They match my existing windows perfectly and give a much more updated look than the old non-Pella patio doors. Garry was so courteous and instructional on how to do this maintenance with a very tiny screwdriver.

They adjusted my doorhandles and showed me how to keep the area around my door seals draining properly as well (not sure if I am explaining that correctly). I was not pleased with the installation scheduling or the person responsible, Katherine. I was pleased with the actual installation and the crew, Matt and Evan. They came today and were pleasant, on time, professional, and did an excellent job. I appreciated their work. They wore their masks and were very polite. I like my storm door very much. The Installation scheduling was not a positive experience. I waited and waited and installation was never scheduled until i called. Then, it was scheduled and no one came or called. I called twice and she did not return my calls. I finally called Patrick and he had her call me back. I sat all day calling and waiting, leaving messages. She finally called after i talked to Patrick and explained she had over scheduled the crew that day. she apologized and we rescheduled for the next day. The lack of communication was an issue and definitely a negative experience. Matt and Evan also apologized for the scheduling issue even though it was their responsibility.

Justin and Rodney were very professional with our front door and storm door installations. They showed up on time and cleaned up as they went. They also went over how to change the storm door from a screen to the full glass. I was very impressed with both of them. However, I was disappointed with the notification that our doors were in stock. We were told it would take about 8 weeks to manufacture our doors. After 9 weeks, and not hearing anything from Pella, I called our salesman and left him a voice message. I heard nothing back from the salesman. I then called Pella and was told the doors had arrived and were in stock and that I would be contacted within the next few days to set up installation. After waiting another week and hearing nothing, I had to call Pella again to ask about installation and only then was the installation set for the next week on Tuesday.
