Dr B’s is the best service for chips on your windshield, after they were done I couldn’t see the chip’s anymore even in drivers line of sight. Don’t hesitate to allow him to fix your windshield chips, way cheaper than replacing the windshield. Great service and very affordable, no reason not to do it! I ask safe lite about the same chips they told me they couldn’t fix them or they wouldn’t fix a couple Of the chips to close to edge, maybe because they want to sell windshields

Our van had a small spiderweb crack. I called Dr B's because they had the best reviews online, and I was very happy with the service. They are located at McLarty Toyota on Landers Rd in NLR, so I was able to wait in the dealership's comfortable waiting area while my windshield was being repaired. Dr B Was amazing! I called Dr B on Wednesday afternoon as soon as a big truck kicked up a rock and cracked my windshield. He immediately asked me questions tailored to possibly fixing my windshield and to get me in immediately to fix it. He's not out to take people's money -- the 2nd time I brought my vehicle in I had a few very tiny chips, which he said didn't need to be repaired. DR B's was the best discovery ever!!!! Had a rock to crack my windshield yesterday and within an hour the crack has spread approx . 10 inches! Called a very popular company and was told if my crack was longer than a dollar bill, the whole windshield would need replacing and was quoted $647 for windshield and calibration... Needless to say, Googled windshield repair, ran across Dr. B's, and the rest was history! I was sold on the excellent reviews He fixed my windshield at a mere fraction of the cost, the work was excellent, and when I found another crack that hadn't been discovered previously, he fixed that one too, at no extra cost! Excellent costumer service. Easy to set up over the phone. They came to my work site and did the repair while I worked. They were extremely personable and clearly cared about the work they were doing. They did a repair instead of replacing (about $100 cheaper) and guaranteed the crack would not progress. If it does, they'll apply the repair cost towards the replacement. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Dr B's. The crack is hardly visible, and the guarantee that if it advances, they'll replace it (with some money used for the repair) is a much better deal than Safelite. I highly recommend Dr B's!
