Mike EWe purchased both windows and sliding doors from Renewal by Andersen and I was very pleased with both the low-pressure sales, and the professional installation. Due to the current economic situation it did take a while to get our windows and doors built, and I feel there could have been better communication during the 6 month build period once we committed to the purchase. But, now that everything has been installed the waiting time was well worth it. The installer's took great care as they worked on our home taking out the old windows, cleaning things up, and installing the new sliding doors and windows. They really did a great job! Do be prepared for some dust as they remove the old windows. I didn't even think about it, but as the windows were pulled there was a fair amount of dirt and brick dust falling as they pulled the old windows and doors. The installer's did do their best to keep it under control, but it is hard to stop dust from spreading. I am very happy with their work, and love our new sliding doors and windows.
josh mahanWe had an Anderson sliding door put it and everything came out great. The installation was very tricky - we have metal exterior siding that is hard to work with - but they pulled it off despite the rain. The end product is great, it’s much quieter and feels more secure than our old door. Thank you!!!!
maria petersMore than a 100% satisfied with the representative who came to our house to change the weather strip to our French door/screen door which was lose. He was on time and courteous, more importantly, he was so knowledgeable and explained to us how to operate the opening and closing of our French door/screen. I didn’t get his name but he was superb and recommend anyone reading this review the Andersen windows and doors. We are very happy with the products and any follow up questions and /or service .
