These blinds are known as a high quality product and our initial personal consultation was with Issac who is very knowledgeable on the options to suit your preferences and budget needs. Only challenge was the over two months waiting, then installation by Anthony was very professional and the attention to detail showed.

The product that we selected was excellent quality and we are 100% satisfied with what we purchased. Steve M, our installer, was on time, professional, friendly and did a great job! He educated us on the automatic shades as well as informed us of the care and best practices operation on all of the shades. He was very efficient and the whole experience with Southwest Blinds and Shutters was 10 star! I can’t close without mentioning Terri, our sales representative, who did an outstanding job in helping us select the appropriate product for our home. She was always available for any questions to be answered and was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Great team!

4 stars only because there were few issues with the shades. Wrong size and fabrics received but other than that , my whole experience has been great! From the Sales Rep Teri . She was very patient with me , I was very indecisive with the selection of fabrics but she made sure I picked what I really wanted and she did not rush me at all. She even came back to my house for the 2nd time for me to pick the fabric again. The Installer Devin was also very professional and explained everything! Overall great experience, the lead time was about 8 weeks and exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend Southwest Blinds!

Southwest Blinds and Shutters Las Vegas was easy to work with. From helping us figure out what we wanted and what worked for our space, to getting a quote, scheduling measurements and installation. Everyone was very professional, calls/emails were promptly returned if I had any questions. The design and color options are limitless for any budget. We decided on blackout cellular shades for up stairs. And chose to take our previous blinds down ourselves (to save cash), which helped with a quick install (under an hour) for 5 windows. They beautifully blackout the rooms. I wish we got them sooner. We will be working with Southwest Blinds and Shutters in the near future for our downstairs.

Representative that came to our home to show product and place order was very friendly & knowledgable. Order was placed but when installer came to take measurements, he said it would take 2-3X longer to get the synthetic wood shutters instead of the real wood. This raised the cost about 20% but we didn’t want to be waiting 2-3 months. Changed our order to the real wood & they came in a timely manner. Was this a sly way to get us to buy the more expensive ones?? This is the only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. It would seem that the sales lady should have known this information about the delay. Nevertheless, once arrived and installed, they were very nice.

Steve is so nice and professional, he knows what he is doing and with a lot of experience. The sales person, Teri, is also very detailed and professional, taking care our needs into consideration, recommend the best product. The only concerns I had during the installation was Steve’s team member, who is lack of training and the quality of the job was so poor, and I have to call Steve’s help to got it done better. I am very happy with the installation, but the process was a little painful to deal with. Overall, I will highly recommend this company

Very professional installation team of 2. They worked well together, they were efficient, and cleaned up everything when done. They wore a mask the entire time. They explained what they were doing and why. The most impressive part to me was when they could not get the accordion style vertical shade at the sliding glass door to adjust correctly they put in an order for the maker to replace the defective one. Then they left the defective one up so we at least have something to cover the slider.
