The Cutting Edge Glass did an excellent job on our Las Vegas Condominium. We have a two bedroom open floor plan unit and we needed privacy doors for the second bedroom. We went with an Arcadia sliding and stacking door system that maintains an open feel. The glass was etched to provide privacy when the doors are closed. The outcome was both beautiful and functional. After looking for tub enclosures we found A Cutting Edge Glass & Mirror to have the best quality and value for our project. We had an idea of what we wanted and after discussing it further with we found their design expertise was practical and a better fit. The designer came to the house and did a wonderful job explaining how beautiful our tub enclosure would look like and how convenient it would be to take a bath or shower. I was surprised that the owner attended the design process on such a small project. His example was set throughout the project from inside staff ordering, scheduling to installation. The installation crew arrived on time were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Explaining the steps that would be taken during the installation and cleaned up when finished. They were very professional and great diplomats for their company. Before they left we inspected the finished product and was informed when we could use it as well as how to take care of the materials. The tub enclosure was everything we expected and more. After a failed trip to Lowe’s and Home Depot to find a replacement medicine cabinet mirror, I stopped at A Cutting Edge Glass & Mirror to see if they could fix it. During our recent move to the North Las Vegas area all 4 of the glass shelves for my curio broke. I was heartbroken. The moving company agreed to reimburse us but we wanted to go through a company of our own choice. We did some research and found A Cutting Edge. They had a representative come and measure for accuracy of the size and a few days later Melvin & Jose came to install the shelves. The whole experience with A Cutting Edge was pleasant and professional. Melvin and Jose came and introduced themselves and quickly and efficiently installed the shelves. Many glass companies give good service. I however was most impressed in my experience with Cutting Edge. Our glass shower enclosure needed certain preparation requirements to be met by the tile installer prior to installation of the glass. The installer did not meet our expectations. BJ at Cutting Edge took the time to Face Time with the tile installer to give direction and insist on on proper preparation. Once the glass was cut and ready, we got an appointment to install within a week. The installation crew...Melvin, DJ and Robert were on time and completed the job with great results in one morning. Cutting Edge went above and beyond what one would normally expect, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I went in yesterday to buy a shower door. They are supposedly a Cardinal HMI distributor. Which should have been great. Because I wanted a Cardinal Euro series by pass semi frameless slider. The door I wanted is literally a stock ready to ship door from Cardinal. The girl at the desk said she has to get a price from Cardinal. Apparently they don't have a catalogue. This despite claiming that is the company's doors that they sell. So I gave her my info and what I wanted. She said she would email the quote. Today I called in the morning because I received nothing. She said she would call them and get back to me right away after she was done helping someone else. No response again for hours. I called Cardinal myself. They promptly responded to my call. They gave me a number to Hearth and Home located about a mile down the road. I contacted them and they responded right away and had a quote for what I wanted right away. Maybe they don't want shower door business. Not sure why they act like they sell them. It's not like I was even looking for something custom. Edit to add: She finally got back to me minutes after I left this review and they were 25% more than Hearth and Home for the same thing. With what would have been 36 hour delayed response time. Then the owner called a few minutes later after I told her that I had already moved on. So, they are quick to respond to a bad but fair review. I upgraded to 3 star from 1 because at least the owner apologized for wasting my time and recognizes the shortcomings in their customer service.

I really wanted to love their work. We went with A Cutting Edge Glass after a poor customer service experience with another company. We settled on the product they were offering even though it wasn’t 100% what we wanted (looks-wise) we got on-board with it since we felt confident in the way they appeared to operate. We were told the timeline would be quicker if we went with a slightly alternate color than originally selected, which was fine, only it still took the full/longer end of the originally quoted timeline, also something we ignored because it wasn’t the end of the world. But things kind of continued to go downhill from there. The first glass door was damaged, which installers didn’t notice until after it taking a much longer amount of time to install than originally indicated. The damage was not AT ALL their fault and they were prompt about ordering a fix. Second door comes and it’s not cut right leading to another visit. A third attempt at install and it still wasn’t correctly installed; additionally in that process the door handle was damaged needing a replacement ordered. After a fourth visit things are aligned and In working order, I am very thankful that I work from home, but 4-5 appointments/issues was still a huge disruption to my job. Throughout the process I did tell them the door wasnt serving the purpose I personally needed it to, which is keeping my pets out of the office. My 11 pound cat can push through the door like it’s paper thin, this, again, is not the company’s “fault” but it was at this point the installer informed us that getting a door with a locking mechanism was possible but we would have had to have ordered it that way to begin with, this news comes after we had been told twice during the quoting process that this style door doesn’t lock with no indication that it was even an option, very disappointing. They did offer up some DIY fix ideas but those changes would impact other functionality features of the door, so from start to finish it just didn’t feel like anything went right. In closing I believe they care about their work and as mentioned I want to love it so badly since they had been fairly easy to work with, but at the end of the day I really feel like I threw several several thousands of dollars away on this product.

The girls in the office (Erin & Sonya) to the guys (Robert & Ziggy) who installed the mirror were all amazing. We called on a Friday afternoon to get a quote (which was the best price) then by Monday afternoon we had our mirror installed. My husband and I are so pleased with the company that we're actually having them install a door for our master bathroom shower. If you're in need of a mirror or glass use them. My complete experience with A Cutting Edge was awesome. I did a complete master bathroom remodel on my own, and the only thing I couldn't do was the glass. I talked with a few different companies, but I finally decided on A Cutting Edge after speaking the Dado. He was extremely friendly and informative. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. John M and Eric T came out to do the install. I was really interested in the process, so I hung out with them as they put it in. They did an amazing job! I was very particular about how I wanted it to look, and they really treated the job like they were doing it in their own house. They didn't rush anything and they took their time to make sure it looked right. They explained everything they were doing, and were really full of good information. The glass ended up being more than I had anticipated when I started the project, but after seeing the end result, it was well worth it. Great company and even better customer service! BJ, the owner went an extra mile to accommodate my special order for a shower door. He received my order late in the day on a Friday and he already left the office but he was able to use his resourcefulness to have the order placed and meet the cut-off even without the vendor info and any other paperwork with him. Frank and Jaime were the two who came to install our glass, they are very professional. They were also very maticulous in their workmanship. These guys even returned the next day on their own to resolve a MINOR issue I had (concerning a door handle, NO issues at all with the product or install). I had not asked them to do this but they had figured out a solution and contacted us the next day and came by to resolve. It is rare to find great customer service and great quality of product these days, and this company and these two employees were top notch. Cutting Edge glass is truly a professional glass company that can be relied upon completely to respond quickly and with expertise in their estimates and then follow-thru with installation. The installation was in a difficult situation, being on a staircase and they installed expertly and cleanly. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge as they have a great deal of pride in their work and their customer's satisfaction to their work. Of all of the estimates, we felt most confident in their installer's skill given the difficulty of installation on a staircase. I LOVE CUTTING EDGE GLASS! I got the run-around at Lowes: it took weeks to even get an estimate from them. Finally I turned to the yellow pages & found "A Cutting Edge". The estimator came the same day, he was courteous & very knowledgeable about his product. The previous owners of my new home only had a shower curtain in the guest bath. I had A Cutting Edge install a lovely shower door with the 'rain' glass. It turned out PERFECT! It makes such an improvement to that bathroom. Next, I called them about replacing a very cheap shower door in the hall bathroom. They did that work perfectly too. They also installed a mirrored closet door in the master bedroom for me. All the materials they provided were top quality, the installers were quick, thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. I heartily recommend them.

Very professional serviceman came out and measured my door. It took a couple weeks to have my door custom made and they came out today and installed it! The install took a bit longer than anticipated as the glass company that manufactured the glass set a bow in it when they tempered it. We were so pleased with them that we called them back now to replace another panel with condensation and one damaged smaller panel with a BB shot Even with COVID restrictions, their response time was reasonable. I was calling around for quotes and I noticed that A Cutting Edge Glass had a number of great reviews so I decided to give them a call. When I called they were very friendly on the phone and they were able to fit me in the next day which worked out great. BJ came for the appointment and he called before he arrived. When he came to the door he was very polite and then came in to give me estimates on 2 shower doors that I needed installed. He was very attentive as to the type of shower doors that were right for me (frameless/framed, clear/frosted glass, sliding etc.) and budget. After he gave me an estimate on both shower doors he made sure to let me know to contact him before I made any decisions on which company to go with. Although there was 1 other company that was a tad under BJ's final quote I ultimately decided to go with A Cutting Edge Glass due to the fact that I believed they had a quality product and the fact that they would be able to install my doors a week before the other company. On the day of install, Frank and Omar came to install my shower doors and made sure to contact me before their arrival. They were very professional and courteous and finished both shower doors in 1 1/2 - 2 hours and was very impressed with their work. They also made sure to clean up after themselves. First, I want to thank A Cutting Edge Glass for being "Johnny on the spot". They were called in to complete a shower door project that was originally another contractor's job. I'm sorry to say that they were not the primary contractor chosen by Lowe's. The original installer was delaying my project for another 10-14 days. My condo bathroom needed an overhaul. Dado, the owner help me to design a great bathroom enclosure. I am very grateful for then new bathroom look. I like the idea of using a squeegee to quickly remove water as not to create dry water spots on the glass. The enclosure also works as a steam room. Dado was on top of my problem with long streaks on my shower door that wouldn't come off. He spoke with Clearshield and they sent him products to fix the prooblem. Still streaks. Dado came out and said it looks like superficial scratches on the glass. He had his worker Byron buff out the areas and reapply the Clearshield at no charge. Looks like a new door now. He also asked John at Clearshield to send me two bottles of After Care shower door cleaner at no charge. Not only is this a great company to do business with, all the workers are knowledgeable, nice and polite. I would highly recommend this company. Definitely a 5 star company.

While the mirror it self turned out very well and from afar looks amazing, the J-bar frame around it is not aligned and is not even connected at one edge. Also, it is mounted a few millimeters off, so it is uneven. Overall it looks nice but for the price I paid, I would expect perfection.
