We had 9 windows replaced in our house. Everyone was professional and friendly, from the salesperson to the installation crew. We were informed of the time frame when ordering and they arrived on time. The installation crew came in and did a demo/install fast and efficient in around half a day. They made sure to explain how the windows operated before they left. The windows look amazing and give our house an upgraded feel. Would definitely recommend! We are remodeling the house so please disregard the rough looking siding in the pictures.

The presentation was so convincing that l had to get my windows installed. The guy that came to install the windows was exceptionally friendly and he cleaned up after each window before starting on the next window. I can open my blinds and my blackout curtains because l don’t feel the heat from the sun, what so ever, which l am excited about. My house was a brand new home when l bought it and the front of my house faces the sun, so kept my curtains closed all the time every summer and all summer long. Now after 17 years, l can leave my curtains and blinds open thanks to Windows USA. I can and l have recommended this company to my friends and family members. I loved the look and quality of the windows. I loved the incentives even more. The only thing I didn't like is the pressure to give out people's contact information. I was told I could refer people and there would be an incentive for me and the person I refer. I was then told there was no time limit on when I could provide referrals. After my install, I was called no less than 4 times and pressured to give out people's phone numbers without their permission. I was told I could give their info then have 48 hours to contact the person. But the problem is, I shouldn't be made to provide information PRIOR to getting consent. That's not okay. Everything else was AMAZING.

Sales staff had a good demonstration. They will give you $100 Walmart gift card for listening. We bought high quality windows that are warrantied for 60 years (pretty much the rest of my life) and 10 years transferrable. Installation was quick and professional. Only issue we had was the aluminum cap used to seal the Window did not match the style of the house. It looked bad. They guarantee 100% satisfaction, and they delivered. They paid to have a contractor/painter paint the cap to match. We are satisfied customers. Wish Google had a half star rating. They really deserve 4.5 stars.

Should have replaced with these windows years ago! If you have not gotten them already then get them ASAP. There was an immediate difference in temperature, it was cooler and the windows do not get hot!!! Our living room was the worst due to the huge windows and now we have to turn the fan down on low. LOVE THEM!!!!

7 Windows in a 40 yr old brick house. The company/business as a whole has been great as well as easy to work with. From the beginning demonstration, scheduling installation, and to one of the Green country Oklahoma installation crews installing the windows all went excellent. Worked with my schedule for installation, reasonable payments with reasonable interest (if not paying cash but also great for credit increase), and very good installation and great cleanup. With a company that looks over its own shoulder without micromanaging and continuing to check on it's own work, a lifetime warranty and a quality product you really can't say no. Ty Windows USA

In all aspects of the zoom meeting by the Windows USA representative , from the quote, to the measurement, and final installation of our 14 windows demonstrated an easier to clean window, the appearance is breath taking, and we did find comfort as we've lowered our thermostat 2-3 degrees,. The quote accepted and the life time window warranty were two reasons we acted on this investment. Everyone one was truly great to work with throughout this entire process.

The sellsman that did the demonstration was polite and on topic and answered all of our questions and was a blast to be around. The installers were on time and did an amazing job doing the work. It took them two days to complete the work, which we expected they went over everything with us again to show us the ins and outs of the windows they installed and made sure everything worked perfectly. They were all professional and friendly. The replacement windows they make are so much better than the ones we had in this house to begin with. I'd give a 10 star rating if possible. I’ve been needing new windows, so I allowed a friend to refer us to a salesman. We were assured that construction would begin that evening, and the windows would be installed in a couple of weeks. The only thing that has been completed on time at this point was the signing of the contract. I have scheduled two dates for installation and both have been cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand. It has been extremely difficult to get time off from work around their schedule and gets more difficult the longer I wait. They keep telling me that they are licensed and bonded, so no one needs to take off work, but I’m not really interested in having people I don’t know hanging around without an adult present, especially in this year of virtual learning and shortened school days. Update: Windows and patio door have been in for almost a year. Delays were apparently caused by supply chain issues. We love everything about them. Installation was faster than anticipated once they showed up, and everything looks better than I expected. Windows USA keeps in touch about the referral program (worth it), but not to the point that they annoy me. I have no regrets about making this deal.

The salesman was wonderful, the installation guys were wonderful! The windows are wonderful and sealed properly. Took them one entire day to take out and install 13 windows, very impressive! One of my shutters were broken, did not see that until the next day, but I needed new ones anyway. Windows were a little pricey, but it will be worth it if they live up to what was promised and with the lifetime warranty and you have to take into consideration they also remove all your old windows and take all that with them. So I would give all that a 5 star review, however, when it comes to the referral program, I would give a one star review. They call more than the expired auto warranty people, and was told I would receive a check for more than what I did , because THEY cancelled one of the appointments from one of my referrals. So, I wish I did not even refer anyone and skipped that part all together. They give me a number to call if/when I had referrals, which would be fine if they did not call as much and I could have called when I had a referral, but it did not work that way.

We live in Texas and our old windows came with the house....we had a friend suggest USA Windows and we got all the windows in our "hot rooms" replaced. It has been a huge, huge game changer. We also live in a rural area so it was a huge relief we didn't have to find a contractor to put in the windows and they were put in by people who know what they are doing. They came while I was at work and were done in a few hours; were it not for the brand new windows, I would not have even known they were there because curtains, beds, and furniture were all placed exactly where we had it with ZERO debris. Cannot suggest them enough!!! We will be getting the rest of our windows through them before we move!

The quality of the Alaskan Window we found to be superior and they backed it with a life time warranty! Their price a retail was comparable to the competion but offered a promotional price of one third that of retail. The competitors could not promise installation even in fifteen weeks, Windows USA promised three weeks too installation and kept that promise. Their installers are Windows USA employeed not subcontractors! They arrived on time, communicated with us through out the installation, were extremely organized and professional. The completed product looked beautiful, they cleaned up the work site completely, had us inspect and operate each window to verify each worked as demonstrated and promised. The windows are fantastic. The installers are fantastic. The sales team needs a lot of improvement. The first thing they do is offer a deal to sign immediately, they tell you “I have a truck headed that way to save you money, but this is only good if you sign right now” which I am sure is none sense. Secondly, the sales team will hound you for referrals, I think I have gotten 10ish calls about referrals. I didn’t care for the experience with the sales team. They have a great product, and install team, they can drop the gimmicks and high pressure sales to be a better company. Other than that my experience was great and I would do it again.

I can no longer hear the road noise and our heat rarely kicks on. Our old windows were cold to the touch and drafty. They definitely made the house look and feel better inside and out. The guy that came to do the presentation said it woukd take 2-2.5 days to complete my install of 13 Windows...it took 1 day!!! The best part was that the 2 installers cleaned up after themselves as they went, there was no trash of any kind left anywhere!! I have no complaints at all! I enjoyed the presentation from the beginning and thought that everything was very professional. The windows look and feel great. Nice and tight feeling, comparing to the windows I had before. I'm looking forward to better light bills and hopeful to use the referal program to help cut the cost of my purchase! The windows are great. The installers were great, other than they were unable to reconnect my alarm like the salesperson told me they would and it will cost me $125 to have the alarm company come out and do it. The one star rating is because the sales team was way too pushy. There was a lot of pressure to make the purchase right away even after I told the salesperson I needed to review my budget. I even tried to cancel my order the next morning. The salesperson seemed to know very little about the financing. Didn't tell me financing would be considered a credit card. Excellent presentation of product. The installation was smooth and quick ( quicker than I would have expected). We have had them a few weeks and we immediately noticed the reduction in noise from the outside. We live near a busy 4 lane highway and also near a hospital. We could hear the semis, ambulances, etc all the time. Now, if we hear anything at all, it is very muted. We have not had our windows long enough to tell if our utility bills are reduced, although we expect that they will be. These are not inexpensive windows - and you can tell!

Our experience with Windows USA was great! We didn't think we needed new windows. We just bought a new house and another company replaced all of the windows three years ago. We asked for a demo through their referral program. I mentioned that red wasp kept getting in the house and it felt drafty by the fireplace. We thought this was being caused by the fireplace. Turns out there was a previous leak and all of the wood supporting the windows by the fireplace was rotten. Windows USA replaced all of the wood at no extra cost. The price they gave us at our demo was the price we paid even though they had to do a lot of extra work! Its been three weeks and we haven't had another red wasp get into our house, its not drafty anymore and you can't feel the heat from outside through our windows. So far dealing with Windows USA has been great! The sales presentation was not pushy or overly long. The rep did not continue to share the same info in different ways, he told us the pros and cons and then let my wife and I decide. All of the windows are custom sized for our house and look amazing! They are also really really good for our energy bill and are able to open from the top or bottom. When the installers came to put in the windows they had everything ready, and got all 34 windows installed and sealed in just 3 days! The only drawback is that the price of these windows are closer to commercial windows, but they are absolutely worth the price!

I did quite a bit of research on vinyl double paned windows, but these windows were even better than I expected. Do your research before you listen to the spiel so you can ask good questions. You will be amazed at how good these windows are. They come with a life time warranty so that if a pane ever breaks, they'll have a new one made and installed before you know it.

I honestly won’t know if I will feel like my windows were/are worth the thousands they cost until this winter. My main reason for purchasing them was due to how cold my downstairs is every winter. This winter, if I notice any difference at all, you will get a thumbs up. Otherwise, yes, they look nice cosmetically, but my husband could have done a cosmetic update for less money. So check back with me in December thru February!

I have to brag on Windows USA. I've had these windows in my house for about 10 years. They are a little expensive, however they are double pane and double hung. Energy saving and easy to clean inside and out. They have a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the home and a 50 year warranty to the new owners if I ever sell. NOW THE BEST PART! If a window gets broken for ANY reason or becomes cloudy due to moisture getting inside....they send you new ones UPS. I filled out my one page form about 2 weeks ago...mailed it in and today my new windows arrived. This is the first time I've had to do this. Sometimes companies don't stand behind their word and they feed you alot of bull just to make a sale. Windows USA stood behind their word and I am a happy customer. #ilovewindowsusa

I knew what I was getting when I got these windows because I had them before at one of my other homes. I don't think that you can beat these windows. My home points North, so that means that the sun shines on my bathroom in the morning and on my playroom, which is upstairs, in the evening. These rooms were hard to keep cool until Windows USA installed my new windows. Mind you, My home was built in 2012 and I shouldn't have been having this problem, I thought. Now, with the USA windows, I don't have to run my air as much. The more the sun shines on my new windows, the darker they tint. I LOVE IT! I can let the sun shine in!

First off the Agent we had doing the presentation for Windows USA was Great and very professional.I think one of the main financial concerns in some households today is the electricity bill and learning how to save on your electricity bill well look no further these windows are the answer to your questions.I don’t know have I ever heard of a Window Company who will offer a life time warranty on windows.The representative that came out to our home did a Great presentation on the temperature in our home and compared it to the Temperature of the windows.from outside .,also he compared the Difference in the type of Windows we had in our home compared to their Windows at Windows USA and it was a huge difference that we didn’t realize until the issue was pointed out to us because we always could feel a draft in our windows we had.The staff that installed the Windows was very professional and they cleaned up and moved whatever had to b moved or cleaned.The Moral of My experience with this Company is Im giving Windows USA 5 ⭐️ because my utility bill went down tremendously.Even if u aren’t sure about the Windows or ur Hesitate about tryin them because someone else may have had a bad experience or review try this Company for urself sit down and listen to the value of the windows and all they have to offer you won’t go wrong ... This is my second house I've had these Alaskan Windows in. My first house they were great and well worth the money! This house they are horrible! They are a nightmare to close. Our A/C went out and we had to open all the windows. It took my wife and twenty minutes to close and lock the 11 windows. Windows USA sent a technician out once and he heated them with a hair dryer and said they had warped. Then he said you had to romove the bottom glass and put it back in. The put pressure on the center of the top of the window and turn the lock. You have to fight these darn windows to close and lock them. For thousands of dollars they should work easily! UPDATE: Jennifer O'Neal sent out a technician again ( name was Temple), and he did some adjustments on the windows. Temple did an excellent job! All the windows work great but two and they reordered those two. Windows USA are great windows when installed properly and adjusted. Temple and Jennifer O'Neal said anytime that the windows gives us a problem to call and they will be glad to fix the problem. Windows USA replace a window that broke before in my last house in 48 hours. Their warranty is good especially if you get a team like Jennifer and Temple!
