Sarah LopezLast and final update 08/30. they came as said. Did not provide time, luckily had just pulled in and they pulled in right behind us, so case in point, sales amazing! Came quick, great options, install went quick and friendly…failed inspection, but fixed quickly… if you need something put your problem on google, and they will fix it….Update… about an hour after posting this, got a message they are coming 8/30! We will see.
Would be happy to give a 4 star if they will come finish the job! Had all windows replaced in our newly purchased house, quick estimate, quick install. Failed inspection, then has since passed and they will not come out and simply put the “caps” on where you can see all the screws. Have called multiple times now. Told we would receive a call back in 2 weeks. No call. Called back, placed on hold for over 15 minutes after being told the 2 week remark again…and have left messages…. Hoping this review gets their attention!!! Come finish the job, you have my money!!
Holly KreherExtremely impressed by Michele's presentation. She has expert knowledge of everything windows and doors. She provided ideas and recommendations for my large french doors. She even new all the measurements before measuring! Michele brought in a sample window and explained how it worked and how to clean it. The sample window looked very well made. I highly recommend Michele and Window World for all your door and window needs.
Sharon VenegasSo far everything's been great. It started out with James the salesman coming out and giving me an estimate. He explained everything and the greatest part is he wasn't pushy at all so you felt real comfortable working with the company that's been around for quite a while. The windows actually got finished being made sooner than they had said, so they had the install date settled and in the morning I got a call that said the installer was sick. They said they see what they could do. Amazingly they got Jesus and his group who came out after they got done with another job and squeeze me in. They were very professional and even gave me information during the install when I had questions. They worked efficiently. They were professional. Explained about what would happen for the inspection. And actually they went above on the board because they stayed here as it was getting dark to continue finishing the job so the house would be secure and all the windows would be installed before they left. So kudos to Jesus and his group they did an awesome job. And they have my inspection scheduled within less than a week so everything looks great so far. And the most awesome part is they got it all done and then we are notified in hurricane in was coming to Florida possibly so now I think I'm ready. Thanks guys for a great install.

She was very fast to come out and do the inspection and worked up the estimate immediately. Highly recommend her services. Thank you.
Kenny BoydSaw ad which advertised hurricane impact windows any size for $189.00 then had a small print limiting the window size to 3’x5’ which wasn’t really an issue as most the windows I needed would fall below that size. Called they made an appointment for sales rep to come out. Rep was punctual friendly and professional but right off it was clear the ad was false and misleading. It was just to get a rep in the door. The price wasn’t for impact rated windows and wouldn’t even be for anything but the smallest of non impact window. I kindly let the rep know I wasn’t interested in doing business with the company he worked for.
