We went in and looked over their windows. We found everyone very helpful in this family run business. The showroom was nice and we found the construction of these windows were of the highest modern standards in energy efficient vinyl. They are double pane, and energy star rated. After looking over other company's windows (not good construction by comparison), we contracted for new windows right away. Our salesman came out on time, measured, and explained everything. The windows are ordered and we look forward to seeing them installed. We'll report again after installation. BTW: we know friends and one family member who already had this company install new windows. They highly recommended them and said they were very satisfied.

I had 2 doors and all new windows installed almost a year ago. One of the doors they installed was not even connected to the wall. The wind blew it out of the door way! I've called back starting in the beginning of the summer and ever week since then with stupid excuses of why they can’t get anyone to my location to fix their mistake. They finally made it out to repair it in September. The repair was solid but it shouldn't take that long, esp when it's a security issue with your home.

Since I knew very little about Window World other than tv commercials I posted the question on my Facebook site “has anyone used them and if so how was their experience?” It was 100% positive feedback. I had Window World and Lowe’s come out and give me a quote on prices. Window World was about $800 cheaper than Lowe’s. I got great service,Steve,my installer was courteous and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Being able to tilt the windows to clean is awesome as I’m not comfortable getting on a ladder. Thank you Window World!

I love my new windows and we are very pleased with the appearance of the windows, the comfort of the windows as far as eliminating out noise and the money we will be saving in electric bills. The gentlemen that installed the windows were very neat they were very detailed in the installation, nice and professional we wished we had done this sooner

Extremely helpful staff, very polite and knowledgeable about their products. lifetime breakage warranty available on staff installed projects. 1 flaw they are under staffed on installers. Installations are booked 12 weeks in advance. It's great to be busy, but supplement your staff during busy seasons.

Estimate was much cheaper than a local competitor. Estimate on installation (6-8 weeks) was right on. Very courteous and respectful installers who did the job during the time frame expected. So far everything has been great with the experience.

The Windows are a big improvement. The installer was respectful, courteous, and took precautions when had to break some of the old Windows to remove them. Took time to explain how Windows worked and did a thorough clean up when the job was complete.
