I would pick Window World again! I reached out to multiple window companies and Window World was the only one that reached out in a timely manner AND came to the house for a full evaluation of the windows for the quote. The price was less than we thought it was going to be, which was awesome! They explained to process clearly, as well as the shipment and instillation process. We had no questions and no issues throughout the entire process. During the installation process they were VERY careful of my house. They covered entry ways, furniture, etc. in order to keep everything as clean as they could. They even swept, vacuumed, and picked up once the job was done. Above and beyond for sure. We will be using them again for sure.

These guys and the crew did an awesome and clean work! The full installation took just 3 hours. When we decided to change our old windows the process was fast but the delivery date was postponed 3 times, we waited 10 weeks to have the installation. Now, I can't hear the AC of my neighbor. Don't read the bad reviews on Yelp, trust your judgement. These are affordable windows so you get what you pay for but I am extremely happy with my 11 windows and patio door recently installed. John Dimicelli was great during the process and the installation crew did exactly what they were supposed to do without issue. I will recommend them to my neighbors!

Using Window World was a great experience from start to finish. Dan Trader was our sales rep. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Was always available if I had any questions. Once we decided we were going to go with Window World for all new windows on the house, it was an extremely smooth process. We were kept in the loop of timing and what we had to do to prep. The day before, we received an email telling us we would be called by a certain time and that the installation crew would be identifiable with company clothing. The installation crew chief Obi called the next morning saying they would be there around 10 and it would take 5-6 hours to install my 25 windows. They arrived a few minutes early and were done in 6 hours on the nose. The whole installation team worked hard the entire time. It's messy as the windows are going in, but it's construction and they are cleaning up as they go. Very pleased with the installation crew. Our sales rep Dan called that evening for feedback and to make sure we were happy. The new windows are beautiful, and I can't say enough how pleased we are with our Window World experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a very good experience with Window World. Most of our neighbors have replaced their homes (all built in the 1970’s) with Window World windows. We received quotes from 3+ reputable companies in Houston. I read every bad review on Yelp and Google and we proceeded to choose Window World because of our neighbors in person positive reviews. Our windows arrived early and I called about installation and they made time to come within 3 days of my call. Due to Bad reviews we spoke very clearly with the lead installer about wanting to make sure they covered our child’s nursery well. They covered the entire thing with plastic plus the usual drop cloths. We also checked for manufacturing defects such as weep holes in the windows (Because of other bad reviews) and they all looked great. They installed on a sunny cool day, and the day after was also sunny giving all the sealants time to cure. Only 4 stars because it would of been a highly professional job if they would have washed every window inside and out before leaving after install.

The guys were very organized and well mannered. I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to totally change and update the look of their home. We used Window World to replace several windows on our home and were incredibly pleased with how easy and smooth the whole process was. Our sales rep was always a text away, the windows came in ahead of schedule, installation was promptly scheduled, the crew was wonderful and efficient! WindowWorld pricing was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than all of our other bids and I was nervous about what this meant for quality service but after checking references we decided to just do it and we are so happy with the final product! I’ve had 13 windows of various sizes for over 15 years in my home. I recently experienced a problem with one (top/bottom). Via, window world website, I informed them of the problem. Window World replaced both top/bottom windows within a few weeks. Love the service “No Hassle, No Excuses” If I should ever need windows again: Guess what? From beginning to end Window World employees were professional, answered all questions. Dan Trader measured the windows and set up the purchase. Each window fit perfectly at installation in this 1940 original window replacement. Communication was clear via email and telephone conversation with office personnel. The installation crew run by Francisco was seamless. Each member was courteous, professional and clearly skilled. Each knew exactly what to do. It was like a ballet they worked so well together. The clean up was as if they had not even been here. When the job was complete, Francisco instructed me in each of the window features. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Window World did great job from start to finish beginning with our first meeting answering all of questions. The window quality is superb and we could tell an instant change in how our home felt from room to room. The installers were very communicative, on time and friendly. Once the windows were screwed into place, a worker would start caulking around the window. If we noticed any imperfections in anything, we brought them to the installers attention and they addressed them immediately. We would definitely recommend using Window World to anyone for the sheer value you get compared to other window companies out there, their professionalism and quick 1 day installation experience!

15 years ago I had them install new windows in my whole two story house and they gave me a lifetime guarantee. I have had an excellent experience of the operation of the new windows with ease of opening and quality of mosquito netting etc. On two occasions I have called them to replace some windows owing to a leak of gas between the panes and one pane developed a small crack. They responded with speed and courtesy and replaced the windows with new ones at no charge to me whatsoever. I am so happy to find a company like this who stays true to their word, especially in these times where values and standards are decreasing. A very happy customer!

I had Window World come out in November to quote me on 9 windows for my home. They were by far the best price compared to 2 other well known window companies. Windows came in by December. There was a bit of an issue with the installation date due to inclement weather and installers not being available. Window World was great at communicating and rescheduling ASAP. The work was done quickly and everything looks great! They also cleaned up any mess they made. I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with window world. Replaced 11 windows. Installation went smoothly. From ordering to installation was about 2 months if I remember correctly. Only issue I’ve had is that after installation I’ve received multiple calls and texts about taking surveys and leaving reviews. I’m talking about at least 10 calls/texts not counting the emails. Even after submitting the survey and review.

Window world was professional in all aspect of the process from consultation and up to the installation. I knocked off 1 star for clean up, due to glass that I found around the house after their clean up. Another star for the safety of my family. As I was getting a bath ready for my daughter I found two pieces glass in the tub, if I was not actively looking around for it I could only imagine the pain she would’ve had if she had sat down or stepped on the glass. To be fair they did have covers laid out when they were removing and installing the windows but still clean up could’ve been a bit ibetter The windows are great install was great however, be aware of the clean up. Be sure to always lookout for your own safety cause not everyone that’s doing their job are.

The installers showed up on time and went straight to work. It took them 3 hours and 20 mins from arriving to leaving to replace 25 windows. They cleaned up as they went along. They did leave a few stickers on some windows but that’s not a big deal. The pricing was not the lowest but was competitive and the best for what we wanted.

I am glad we when when with window world. Eddie and his crew removed our windows and install new ones in less than a day. The only wait was for them to be shipped here. The quality of the window were far better than I was thought it would be considering the price. No touch up on the interior and very very spot for me to paint on the exterior. Also with my new windows I was able to set my heater from 75 degrees to 70. Its amazing what good quality windows can do. They got here at 8:15am and were done by 12:15pm replacing all the windows in our one story home. The price point was great compared to other companies. The ladies and gentleman I had a few experiences with on the phone during the process were all extremely kind and reassuring along the way. Dan the Window Man was our salesman and I can’t say enough good about him! He gave us 5 star customer service, he has called to check in with us every step of the way, and he has gone out of his way to help us with anything that has come up during the process. They were amazing from our first phone call very polite and professional. When the rep came out to the house he was very honest and polite, was wonderful with our little children being so curious. He gave us his phone number for if we had any questions through the process of ordering, which they were very reasonably priced way below what we had expected! When it was time for installation they communicated and kept us in the loop of when exactly they were coming and were even a little early. The team were all so polite and had no problem with my toddlers watching, they were quick and didn't leave behind a single bit of glass from busting the old windows out. We had been in the market for windows for several months and had seen the signs in a few yards in the neighborhood for Window World so we said ,lets give them.a shot. Reached out via their website and withing an hour someone called, got some info and set up a date and time for a representative to come quote us windows. Dan came out, looked everything over. He took all measurements and spoke to us about options. We chose what we wanted and he took about 10 to 15 minutes and he gavebus a quote and timeline. They were very competitive but did manage to beat out the quote we recieved from another window place. Fast forward 5 weeks, they showed up exactly on time and from doorbell ring to clean-up it was 2 hours for them to replace 13 windows. 3 windows were damaged in transit from factory to warehouse and were immediately notified when it was discovered. This company and their installers, that actually work for Window World, not a sub contractor, are so amazing. 100% would recommend to any and everyone.

Since the price is so reasonable for Window World's products, I assumed the quality would be a compromise. But they were recommended by friends with very nice houses, so I gave them a try in 2016. And again in 2018, and 2021... The most recent installation of 19 replacement windows went smoothly, with the team leader being very professional, efficient, and communicative. I watched them like a hawk and did a very thorough inspection afterwards. There were 2 very slight, almost imperceptible imperfections in 2 screens and they corrected those instantly. A good job was done cleaning up and, although I had high expectations as always, I was very happy with the entire process.

Joe was great and very friendly. They were one of the cheapest and have a lifetime warranty that can be transferred to a new buyer. Which is a selling point for when you want to sell your home. Installation was really quick and they were all respectful. The only negative things to say would be 1. They did miss a few very tiny shards of glass here and there and I had to leaf blower off my driveway. 2. A few scuffs on the window sills (which can easily be painted over) 3. Some of the frames were thicker than the thickness of our frames so the blinds will have to be adjusted (still not that big if a deal). But, they are nice windows, cheap, lifetime warranty, and quick (for us). Great job.

First I want to say Robin Ryan, the man who came to give us our quote is amazing! He's so humble and honest and was available to answer the phone even after we signed the contract, he is the main reason we decided to use Window World. I should also mention we had estimated done from Storm tight, Power home remodeling and Renewal by Anderson who all quoted atleast 10 thousand dollars more for the same job and all said not to use Window World saying that you get what you pay for and that the job would be done badly,but I decided to go with Window World anyway and I'm so glad I did. MARVIN and his crew arrived on time, and replaced all 7 windows and also replaced an old rotten back French door with a beautiful 3 part slider within 3 hours. They cleaned and swept the areas of install and there wasnt any glass left behind! The windows and door look great and are the same Window rating the other companies were going to install. I saw all the bad reviews for Window World but they definitely didn't have the crew I did! I am by no means an easy to appease person, I have high standards and value the money I work hard for and I'm so glad I used Window World, if you are skeptical ...don't be, save a bunch of money and use them! The caulking was done beautifully, I had no damage to any surrounding paint and they even put the window frames and everything back on! These other companies can't beat their pricing ..and that's why they talk down on them! Don't be fooled!! THANK YOU Window World!!!

I was surprised when he showed up with a crew of 3 when my neighbor did his windows they had 6 people banging at 7am til dusk. My installer came at 9AM and finished the job well before dusk installing 19 windows. His crew was like a well lubricated engine. Everyone knew what gear to be in during demolition. After everything was done they cleaned up to their best abilities and I can’t blame them for missing some particles and dust because no matter how much you try to cover it, the dust seems to make its way everywhere. I should tape everything next time when I cover furniture desk tables etc…all and all I’m happy with my new windows.

We originally used WW to install 14 windows on our home as a part of a new purchase overhaul/renovation in November 2016. We saved 1 window for a room we planned to renovate later. We were pleased with the original sales person and overall experience. Fast forward to September 2020, we finally completed the last room renovation and met with a new sales person to order the window. After being quoted 6-8 weeks for delivery, I continued to reach out to anyone (sales person was no help) and finally by week 10 our window had arrived and by week 11 it was installed. We had questions for the installer (or anyone who understood the process) and could never get anyone to get in touch with us. We reached out to the sales person, the customer service number, the field supervisor, and it seemed no matter the question that person wasn't able to address it. Finally on the day of installation at 4pm (after being told we'd be contacted by 10am) the installer arrived and was able to answer our question about the window sill specific to this installation. We have also attempted to inquire about 3 referrals we made which all seem to have gone 'missing'. Again, each person stated it wasn't really their role and we should call the corporate number. Thankfully we have no more windows to replace and are done with home renovations. In the future we will likely research other companies simply due to lack of customer service. The product is fine and we have been happy with the end result of the windows we selected.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the sales (Thankyou Ken Barzilla), to the price (I organized 4 quotes from different companies for the whole house), and the installation crew were impeccable. They were polite, respectful of our property and very clean. Other companies had warned us not to go with Window World and even showed us photos of shoddy work that they claimed was installed by Window World. Four neighbors also used Window World within the last 6 months and have had great experiences too. There was a broken pane and incorrect fly screen, and we were not entirely happy with the line up of 4 of the lower panes (double hung windows with grids). Everything was replaced within 3 weeks of the original installation, and we could not be happier with our new energy efficient windows.

I had ~20 windows ordered and they knocked it in about 5ish hours. During the install I suffered an accident and had my face go through a window (one we weren't even replacing). I went to the ER and when I got jack they were just finishing up the install. The crew boarded up the window I broke for me and cleaned up the blood for me without even asking. That's something I would never have expected and something they absolutely did NOT have to do. It made my bad day a little better. Their prices (best prices BY FAR. Around $400 a window turn key with LIFETIME WARRANTY. And that's for a double paned energy efficient window. Everywhere else was quoting $500-600) And customer service got me in as a customer. But the experience I had made me a lifetime customer. For every other window I will do, I will be sure to use window world! HIGHLY recommended

We recently had all of our windows replaced at a rental property we own. Gordon Carlson came and measured and that's who I dealt with for the purchase. What a great guy. He answered every question I had and was readily available by phone or text if I had other questions that popped up. When the crew came to install the windows, I was really impressed with the crew that was there. I think the leader was Jefferson, although I hate to say I may be wrong about that. The four guys that came were so professional. From the time they started to the time they drove off was two hours and 45 minutes for nine windows. When they left, the house looked exactly like it did when they got there, except we had new windows. They caulked everything and cleaned up every piece of anything that was laying around. They were so respectful and friendly, answered any questions that I had and were never standing around. They all had a job and it was really interesting to see them work. I was a bit leery about using this company after reading some negative reviews. But they had such competitive pricing and we had 30 windows that needed to be replaced so we decided to give Window World a try. And they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Proof that you can’t always believe every negative review! They were great! Our order came in earlier than expected and they did the installation in one day. Left everything cleaner than how it was when they got there! We love our new windows. Electricity bill went from 160+ to 75-95 dollars a month for a 4 bedroom house! Great company!!! To begin with, Christian Hightower, our sales rep was a pleasure to deal with. He was very professional and informative. He stated it would take 8-12 weeks once we ordered for our windows to be built & ready to install, and to our surprise, it only took five weeks. Installation of our windows was efficient and fast. 22 windows installed in < 6 hours. And they cleaned up after themselves very well. My only very minor complaint is they could improve on their communication a bit. When Christian gave his sales presentation, he didn’t mention that they required 50% payment in advance. I don’t have a problem with that at all, but it should have been mentioned clearly. Plus, upon installation, one window was the wrong size, so they have to re-order it and come back, which is understandable. Mistakes happen. So they left. I had a cashier’s check for the balance due, but they didn’t mention payment, so I assumed they would get the balance upon completion. Instead, they tried to debit my account ( as they had done for the initial payment... with our consent) and it obviously didn’t go through. They messaged me about the payment and then sent someone to pick up the check 4 days later. I just think they could improve their communication just a bit. (Or maybe I just need to be more diligent asking questions.). Anyway, I’m extremely pleased with my windows, the quality, price and installation. I would definitely recommend Window World for your window installation. As a matter of fact, I have already recommended them to some friends.

I called to have an estimate to get one window installed. I asked my salesman Danny while he was at my house to quote me to replace my 9 windows and 5 patio doors. My 34 year old windows leaked when it rained. The windows internal seal leaked and the argon has mixed with the oxygen causing most of the window and doors to be foggy between the glass panes. They were in sad shape. I did not think replacing all the windows and doors would be affordable. With Window World I was mistaken.there was no thinking about it when Danny handed me the quote. I signed. 4 weeks later the installer called and set the appointment. I thought it would be a long day to install all windows and doors but the install crew was done in 6 hours. They did a great job. EDIT: Update from my initial post on 8.11.21 Somehow within the following week and a half after initially telling us our order hadn't been placed until 8/3, and wouldn't be complete for another 10-12 weeks, magically our order was into fabrication, delivered and installed this past Friday on 8/20. I'm not sure what factors played into Window World actually coming through relative to their original timeline, but in the end they made it happen and provided an amazing install crew, led by Eddie, that got the job done efficiently with zero issues. All in all, despite the communication/service issues, we absolutely love our new windows!! Pro Tip: If you place an order, follow up after a few days regardless of receiving a confirmation email.....make sure they stay on it as they said they would! 08.11.21 - They were initially responsive when my wife and I decided to check them out and schedule a meeting for a Review of our home and receive a Quote; Our salesman Joe was absolutely fantastic with every part of the upfront process and getting with us when we decided to place an order for new windows, but unfortunately the quality/service ends with him. We received official confirmation from WW on July 9 that our order had been processed and was in for fabrication, with the next step being them contacting us to schedule install once the Windows were ready, and when following up a month later for a status check on our Order, they told us our order actually hadn't been placed until the week prior on August 3 and would be another 10-12 weeks.....the initial timeline provided to us when we ordered was about 6 weeks. We understand delays happen, but Window World had ZERO issue taking half of our money in the beginning but now does not seem to care much about actually moving forward with our process as they described to us, nor communicate accurate information on what is actually going on with our order. To say the least we are VERY disappointed with Window World at this point and are just hoping for the best with the install when/if our order does finally come in.

The installer was great. He answered questions as he worked, even though he worked by himself he was very fast and efficient. The windows are beautiful and am especially enjoying the large picture window. Chad called me after the installation to make sure everything went well. Thank you both and thank you Window World.

The installation crew, led by Pedro, broke out and replaced 13 windows in an unbelievably short time. They arrived at 12:15 left by 3:15 and left no trace that they had been there except for leaving beautifully installed windows. I also saved thousands of dollars compared to their competition, Pella. Overall the entire experience was very good. It began with the most courteous and helpful sales person, Mr Dan Trader. I was very pleased working with him and with the pricing. The installation crew and supervisor called ahead of time for their appointment and called several times the day of. The installers worked quickly . My only complaint was during the clean up phase. They were very rushed. It’s always nice to have things left in the same state they were before the workers arrived. My neighbor who had his windows replaced by Window World but with a different crew, had the same problem. Then at the end, the crew was condescending to me when I pointed out the glass in the driveway, the outside messes, and the inside debris. They saw no need to do any further clean up so I had to keep after them, and they still missed a lot. Fortunately a quick call to the sales person , Dan, resolved the problem. He himself came out the same day and cleaned up the remaining debris and also moved back a heavy outdoor planter that the installers moved during the install. Talk about going above and beyond! That’s Dan! The two picture windows in the front of my house from Window World look fantastic. Two years earlier, I had all my regular windows replaced from someone else except for two of them which I had Window World replace. If someone is doing this there’s a word of caution. The Window World regular windows are framed differently than windows I’ve had in a multitude of homes. There is less glass and more frame. Not only do they look different inside, but there is a noticeable difference on the outside. Had I known this I would not have ordered the two regular windows. Unless you’re replacing all the windows, be prepared to have smaller glass and different looking windows both inside and out. Update 1 week later. Dan cleaned up everything I asked him to do. But I noticed that on the one side that I asked the installers to clean up- they did not. I also noticed they crushed a bush and broke a stone sculpture. Dan the sales person would have resolved those issues, but I decided do what I could myself and get help outside of Window World to fix and clean up the installers failures because that was less of a hassle than dealing with the installation division and arranging for them to come out. In summary, I highly recommend the superior customer service from the sales person Dan Trader and the product and price of the two large picture windows.

We could not be more pleased with the 25 windows that we purchased from window World. It definitely enhances the curb appeal. We were also surprised on what a facelift the new windows were from the inside our 35 yr old house. Our house feels decades newer. Air temp has been 72 which is where we have our thermostat set at. Before the windows, it would get up intoThe 80s. We have our blinds up because we don’t fear the afternoon sun anymore. So now we see all the trees, squirrels and lizards. It’s an entirely different feel. We have had company over several times in the last week. We would never do that in August/September because it’s rude to invite people into a hot house. We’ve been remodeling the kitchen and people notice the kitchen windows before they notice the backsplash or countertop s. Our sales rep was professional, he had his own window he demonstrated with his presentation and he asked me allot of questions.. for instance, do I want frosted windows in the bathroom. The other bidder didn’t ask me any questions, he just measured and drove off. I received a bid that day from window world and I was able to drop a few windows and get the price down to what me and my wife budgeted for. The other bidder took a week to email me a bid and was a few hundred dollars more. The one thing we did not like was that it took 10 weeks for them to install instead of 4 weeks the salesman mentioned. However, there was a Covid outbreak at the factory. The installation was rather violent but they get done in one day and they clean up the mess. We held out for years because we thought it would be 25k for windows. It was half that. To be frank, if me and my wife knew what a game changer new windows were, we would’ve entertained the 25 figure.

Their customer service really needs some work. We were told our windows would take 10 weeks and It took 20 weeks and we received 1 email during this process. Then on the day of the instal I discovered one of the windows was incorrect so here we are on the day that it is suppose to be fixed and I find out that they only have part of the replacement cause the other came cracked. So we will have to have someone out for a third time once that part comes in. Just unsure where the ball is being dropped but I as then customer should not be the one discovering the issues after the fact.

I bought 3 patio doors that were installed yesterday. Travis Turner, the salesman, was very professional and informative. No pressure at all. I am happy with the product and the timing. Installers crew was professional and worked very hard to have the work done. Scheduling the job was the only thing I was upset about, they will call you to set up a day to install it but you must be available for them to come to your home at any time. We talked about installing my windows around noon and they showed up at 6pm and ended the installation around 8:20pm. Installation supervisor was not receptive to my complain and was rude providing me with "answers". I recommend this product.

Update: was contacted twice about my experience with the crew. Company apologized and gave me a credit and extended warranty due to the circumstances. I appreciated the call and attempt's to remedy the situation, so I have updated my star rating to reflect this Had an installation of 6 windows yesterday afternoon. This was a rescheduled appointment since the original appointment day it rained and the crew lead said the humidity would affect proper installation. Fast forward to the second appointment date and it was a storm outside, much worse than the original date. Waiting for the cancellation call but to my surprise they got here early than anticipated and started SMASHING all the windows to remove them, after they put down about 1 foot wide cover to "help" with the mess they were creating. Then the storm starts to set with all my windows off, so they stand around since they cannot work until it passes. They install the new windows which look ok but not great, the one in the restroom had scratched up the top of the ceiling while installing. They quickly "CLEANED" which was a joke. The crew lead demonstrated one window on how to open and close then left. I am assuming he was the crew lead since he never introduced himself as such, never walked over the job to see if it was to my satisfaction. There was still so much glass outside that I decided to sweep and clean as well as inside my home EVEN ON MY BED. That's how careless they were. While working one was even on the phone loudly on speaker for a whole 10 min! The rest of them were laughing when something that had glass in it (maybe a box) fell and they were picking it up. Keep in mind they are working near my pool since it was my back patio windows. So if they had to cancel the first time because of light rain so it could be properly installed then why proceed on a horrible stormy day? Make sure to ask the right questions and shop around, I regret not asking how the windows would be taken out since they did it with such disregard or care. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

We were fortunate our installation hit on a day it wasn’t raining (it had been all week), but I was so impressed with the crew that came out to remove and install about 27 windows. They were careful with both the interior and exterior cleaning up, vacuuming, if we found anything during the inspection they had no problems fixing it immediately. Pre-Installation: Received call from window world after 5:00PM on Friday. Like most people I don't answer phone calls that aren't in my phone book, they leave a VM. Please, call us first thing in the morning to verify your appointment for Monday. I call at 10AM, they are nice, but Monday’s not an option anymore. How about Friday? Sure. I schedule a day off on Friday. 1. Thursday, I get email, your appoint is coming up, you need to get everything 3 feet away from your windows, take down curtains, blinds and so on. This is harder than you image, most everything you own is near a window and this is disruptive [unless you’ve planned extensively. My wife and I didn’t (pretty normal right)]. It looks like a Hurricane just hit the house. However, we don’t have to live long that way, the windows will be in tomorrow, and we can clean this up during the weekend as good as new with our new windows! 2. Friday day 1 install 7:00am: a. I get a VM for the installer, hey it’s going to rain. Rain is bad for caulking. I call back, can I speak to your supervisor? Sure b. Supervisor: Yeah, sorry it’s going to rain we will have to reschedule you. I reply “the forecast yesterday was 80% chance of rain today, what did you think was going to happen when you send the email? Supervisor, “The email is from customer service, we (installers) don’t worry about the weather until the morning”. “I would like a modicum of pre-planning, so why don’t you give me my money back?”, I say. This doesn’t faze the supervisor a bit. Supervisor, “Sure I can refer you to collection department, you are refusing installation, because of a weather delay, correct?”. This guy has been trained. The collection department will say "you owe us another $XXXX for per the contract. You refused the installation, and we are not responsible for rain." I’m screwed. “Can you do the install tomorrow”, I reply meekly. Supervisor, “Sure”. c. What did I learn? i. The installers at window world don't care about me, efficiency (profit margins) are the goal. The laws are setup to make businesses profit. I do this everyday. ii. Don’t move anything until the install are on the way. What is the point, right? If they have to wait, why should you care. The installer’s don’t care about you. 3. Saturday - BTW it never rained on Friday (in fairness the forecast dropped from 80% to 65% chance). Installer arrive about 9:30 and are finished by 3:30 (20 windows). I have zero complaints about the crew. They did a good job, cleaned up space, windows are installed. They said we can't clean the windows for two days. The best time to clean window is when 3 feet around the window is cleared. Are you listening Window World? I'm not sure why my installer didn't arrive on Friday. Maybe rain, couldn't get a crew? IDK, judge for yourself. The windows look great, really cut down on the afternoon heating on the west side of house. Salesman called to check.

Any window is an upgrade from the shabby single panes we had, but I am so glad we went with window world. The process was too easy and Dan Trader made it that way. He was incredibly personable and concerned every step of the way, offering any assistance he could along the way. But none was necessary because that's how easy this whole process is. We got old windows ripped out and new windows installed through our entire house in roughly three hours. I was impressed to say the least. I definitely recommend Window World to anyone in the market for window replacements. They've made our hot-as-hell texas home cooler. The hardest part is waiting for the installation day!

Well they were a few hours late but did call early to let me know, they also said they would finish all of them and they did. They left the place as clean as when they arrived. I love the windows. The ones I had replaced get full sun all day long. I can definitely notice the difference. I had energy star windows there previously, aluminum frames. These new ones are significantly better and I LOVE the ease of washing them especially the ones on the second floor. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG. Actually I do know why, The bad reviews on yelp scared be so I procrastinated but my experience with the installation was great, the team professional, the product is outstanding. Windows look awesome and were so much more affordable than other quotes I got. My salesman, Ken, made the whole selection process quick and easy — so glad he suggested the 2 slider windows that I got because those are my favorite!! And the crew who came to take out 12 windows and install 10 were simply amazing! They arrived at 8:30 and were done by 11:00 including putting down and picking up drop cloths inside and out and sweeping up the floor inside for anything that got outside the drop cloths. All around awesome experience!

Sales guy was super nice and knowledgeable. They did install a window and didn’t notice it was installed with a crack. They have scheduled 3 times to come out and fix it and have canceled 2 times. The 3rd time the contractor wasn’t sure he’d make It out. This is the reason for the 3 stars. All windows should be inspected before installed and if installed with a crack it should be top priority to get a new one in that’s not defective.

The installation crew called to let me know when they would arrive and where very conscious of cleaning up after themselves. Chris was not a pushy salesman, but was there for our every question. The scheduling department was polite and explained in detail what to expect. The installation crew showed up and, using their schematic from Chris, was able to get directly to work. I’m not going to lie—it’s difficult to sit still when it seems that your house is being torn apart at the seams....nothing like having all the old windows being taken out in just an hour while I sat there petrified that they were not going to be able to complete the project in a single day. :-O To our surprise from start to finish —including surveying the job, unloading the new windows, tear out, installation, caulking, clean up, and my inspection— it took the crew LESS THAN FIVE HOURS for my 2-story house with 28 windows!! I would highly recommend WindowWorld! :-)

The sales rep and the installation went extremely well, and the cleanup afterwards was pretty good also. However getting service and feedback for any warranty service work is like pulling eye teeth. I waited almost 6 weeks without a response or call, so I did a follow up myself. They stated my replacement window had come in but had gotten broken. They said it would take a few more weeks and they had requested a rush on the replacement order. I waited two more weeks and called again and was told it would be approx 5 more weeks before the replacement came in. That will make for a wait of 3-4 months on getting a replacement window, and at no time did anyone attempt to keep me updated. This is not good follow up service.
