After talking to my Brother who just had his windows replaced while remodeling his home, we knew we would want the same professional and well constructed windows. The wonderful and knowledgeable Salesperson Pear was absolutely fantastic! The prompt communications from the company on the status of our order were greatly appreciated! Our beautifully windows were installed today and the installation crew were very efficient and well coordinated and did a fabulous job! Thank you for everything and we will recommend you to our friends and family!

We had a great experience having our windows replaced by window world! Louis, our salesman, was incredibly transparent and informative throughout the planning and purchase process. He knew pricing like the back of his hand and could answer our many cost-related questions real-time, which was incredible as we were on a tight budget. Then Valter arrived to install the windows with his team (a month earlier than expected!). The installers were very kind and professional, and didn’t seem at all bothered to answer my many questions. Then cleaned everything up well and completely replaced 11 original aluminum windows in less than 4 hours. The warranty offered with these windows is to die for, though I’ll try to update this review if we ever have to use it!

I guess it starts with the guy who comes out and measures. Apparently the one that did our measurements was pretty good. All 6 of the windows were installed very well. We did order double hung windows that were bronze on the outside and white on the inside, so it took longer, (at least 12 weeks? maybe?) but worth the wait. The crew that came out and installed them left almost no debris. There were a few scratches on the window casings and at least one screen has a small hole in it. I have not inspected the windows very close. Overall, because I own a small business, deal with homeowners on a daily basis and provide a quality service myself, my opinion is that perfection is never achieved on any job. Considering the quality of the windows and the quality of the work vs the price I paid, I am very happy with the whole experience. Good job Window World! Update: I found one screw hole cover missing on one window. Maybe Window World will send me one so I can snap it in place? Maybe not. Updare: Window World did send somebody out to replace the missing screw cover. Good job!

I had recently purchased a home that already had a contracted window install with Window World from the Sellers. I was extremely skeptical bc we didn’t have a choice of the windows, nor the company to purchase and install. My family and I went into this with our prayers up and fingers crossed. Like with any business, the reviews can be mixed, which can also be misleading. What a blessing and pleasant experience we actually had with Window World! There were representatives that called to schedule. There were separate representatives that reached out prior to installers coming out. There were representatives that checked on us during and after the installation. All in all, I was contacted by and had access to 5 Customer Service Professionals. All of which took time and care with any questions or concerns I could possibly have. The installers were professionals, and overall, I was thoroughly impressed. Most companies “throw you away” once they’re done and have been paid. Window World initiated follow ups days after the installers were gone! The smallest of my concerns they were willing to address with maximum care and effort. I currently have six windows that I desire to upgrade. I already have Window World professionals saved in my phone!

My experience with Window World was Great. Windows are high quality and competitively priced . I was so impressed with the installer. He installed 14 windows alone within 5 hours. I called Louis Farmer my rep for my personal window replacement at my home. I asked him for help with a large project that had damaged wood windows and he was able to come up with a solution within 30 minutes to take care of my homeowner. He created the bid, emailed it within 30 minutes while I was still there and we were able to approve it immediately. Homeowner is absolutely extatic over the difference in the new windows. Granted they were 22 ft in the air up the living room wall, but I provided scaffolding for the interior and exterior to make the job run smoothly and it was 100% successful. Thank you!

Communication is great. Called window world, sales guy Jack came out shortly after. Measured windows. Took about 3 months for windows to come in due to shortages nationwide, but that was ok. Install guys came out. Installed windows. Just 2 guys and they did a good job. ( around my windows I have a flower bed, they killed my flowers :(....) but other than that windows look great. Work great. Looking into another purchase soon.

The process from interview to install was very professional. WW cane out to check and measure windows, go over pricing and process. It was supposed to take 16 weeks to get my windows in; however, they came in within 4 weeks. They were installed the very next week. Installed were very professional and polite. Windows look great!

This is the third time I have used Window World (on two different homes) and each time they have done an outstanding job. I love my windows and already observe a difference in sound and comfort given my new windows. I live near a highway and the noise is significantly reduced. I was scared because of all the horror stories about delays because of Hurricane Ida but I got my 28 windows made in six weeks!

I am updating this post. The manager contacted me and explained that this is not the way they do business. He apologized for the poor handling of the situation and was very understanding. In deface, he reordered or windows on the spot. I appreciate the prompt response and resolution — On the day of delivery I waited two hours past the delivery time and gave the installer a call and left a message, no response for 2 days. We Called the Baton Rouge office and they agreed to look into the matter and get back to us. We received a call saying it was delivered and we were not home so the installer left it. One problem, I work from home and my home office faces the street. We informed them that they were not delivered. They said they were. To our garage door. Problem, we do not have an accessible garage. After 30 minutes of poor service, we had to walk door to door while the Windows World rep scolded us for not wanting to clean up their mess going door to door. So, let me break this down: Their guy left it at the wrong house Their guy did not return my phone call for two days stating that the stuff was not delivered Their customer service rep can’t locate the materials This is somehow our fault, unbelievable!!!

It was amazing first of all that all the windows were done in one day. The workers came in, set up and immediately started to work. There was no idle talking or standing around. They did what they needed to do. My husband said they had a good system (one was taking the old windows out then someone came behind them and put the new ones in). They cleaned up the broken glass and other debris and swept up as well. And after the installation was complete, they cleaned each window. I am very pleased with the service and the windows.

I had 21 windows that they needed to install. They showed up at about 8am and said they would be done in about 3 hours. I didn't believe it. But low and behold, they finished up the job in about 3 and a half hours, even though it rained on them. The crew was great! Very nice guys. Had two windows replaced that were water damaged... the new windows took almost two months to be made but once available, the installation turnaround was quick. The installers arrived promptly as indicated and were very polite. They explained the process and made sure to cover flooring to protect work space. They communicated throughout the installation and left the area clear of glass and debris- looked as if nothing had happened there. The entire experience from start to finish was positive. Very nice and professional staff- everyone from the person that came to measure and draw up the contract, those answering calls, to the installers. HOWEVER 1 of the windows was a wrong size..no problem…the other 2 were in a cracked mainframe and also had to be reordered. I have tried REPEATEDLY to get my incomplete order completed. They can’t be inspected until ALL windows are in. I can’t put up window dressings until my last windows are in. I can’t remove stickers until windows are inspected.

Due to two hurricanes in our area, all of our windows were compromised. I called Window World to schedule someone to come give me an estimate to replace them! I was schedule four weeks out, but to my surprise, they called and said they could come early! I was super impressed with the sales guy, Derek Hightower! He was friendly, informative and eager to help not only myself but my friends! We had a lengthy delay in the arrival of my windows, I sent an email stating my disappointment in this and was called immediately that day by a supervisor, Chandler Greene! He worked with his upper management, gave me his personal cell phone to call if I had any other problems and believe me, I used it!! 🤣 Well, my windows were shipped out that same week and installed the following! The crew that showed up to install the windows were fantastic, I was shocked that it didn’t take them all day to do the job!! I absolutely love my new windows, my house looks completely different!! We are very pleased with the results of our installation. Our sales rep and installer were both great to work with. Lovely people. The look of the widows from the outside is substantial, and the function of the windows is marvelous. The house feels tight now, quieter and will definitely lower our climate control costs. And, the overall cost was far, far less than if we'd tried to restore the original vintage windows. Highly reccomend on all levels. One thing to be aware of is that a heavy duty adhesive is used for some aspects of the install, and since I'm chemically sensitive I took the pets and stayed away for the day. I probably should have gone for the night while the house aired out. But there was no odor when I arrived back at the end of the day. People who dont have my sensitivity will not have any problems. Great company!

Overall a very good experience. (1) consultation - prompt phone call, confirmed appointment, on time, professional very knowledgeable. He let me know how long it would take and I received an email when the order was “officially placed” explaining what would happen. (2) I received an email when the windows came in saying they would call and schedule installation. I waited several days and after not hearing from anyone, I called myself and scheduled. The person who answered the phone told me whoever schedules left early but she was able to schedule for me. (3) I did not receive a “confirmation” email or phone call of install time/day. I called the day before because my contractor was knocking out the wall on the day that they arrived and I didn’t want it open any longer than necessary. (4) installers were professional, prompt and efficient. They seem to have done a great job. The windows were exactly what I ordered and look great. Other than improve the communication of office staff, I have no complaints. I would definitely use window world again.

My experience was extremely good. Here's the breakdown as below: Sales: We were able to schedule an appointment with a sales consultant within a week of our initial contact. The consultant was professional and discussed our options. She was aware of our budget and specifically discussed options within it instead of trying to bear an unsuitable, more expensive option for commission's sake. Installation: it took about a month before the installation happened, but that was likely due to the product needing to be custom made for us. The professionals who came to install arrived early and worked quickly and effectively. They also kept me abreast of the situation as they worked, noting problems with the older doors' installation and helping me understand how little quirks with the door frame and the floor affected the new doors' installation. Everything went smoothly and they cleaned up their mess before heading out. Follow Up: Another professional stopped by the house a few hours after the installation in order to inspect the work done. He explained the warranty on the doors and provided information about how to take advantage of it should something happen to them. Also upon my feedback on the installation, he provided me his information in the case that we need to get in contact with him again. All in all an excellent experience!!

I was impressed right from the installation crew's arrival. I happened to be looking out at my driveway when they arrived. One fellow moved my garbage can out of the way so they could back their truck into my driveway, and when the engine stopped, the doors opened, men exited, and they got straight down to business. The measuring process took about an hour and from there was the wait time. I was told Covid was making things go a bit slower on the manufacturer side, so it was not unexpected that my windows took a couple of extra weeks to come in. The installer came with a helper and was able to put in all 16 windows in about 2 1/2 hrs. The old windows were hauled away and all the debris was cleaned up inside and outside. Excellent service all the way around!

I had a really good salesman named Jason who took his time explaining window options and pricing and making helpful suggestions regarding colors and styles. He also followed up after the installation. The windows are very nice. Some of them open from both the top and the bottom, which is great, and they can be flipped open to clean. The windows also come with a replacement warranty so if they break for any reason, they'll send another window to you. The communication was also good between us and Window World.

These are the best windows I’ve seen and the lifetime warranty is untouchable to their competitors! The salesman, Par, was very friendly, and professional! I recommend Par for your in-home demonstration! They are very patient waiting for us to get all the money together to pay for the windows. The work crew went out of their way to help us out. They showed up on time and used drop cloths inside outer home. The 2 men replaced 15 windows in 6 hours, that’s incredible! Unlike all contractors, these men completely cleaned up their mess leaving our home in great shape! They went out of their way to cut and install two window sill boards with treated 1x6, that were cracked and damaged from the August 2016 flood! They didn’t have to do that. After he installed the boards, he caulked it all in! Everything looks so professional and clean! I’m a very particular when it comes to details. These men over exceeded my expectations. During the install today, I received a call from a Window World supervisor checking on us and the job. He spoke very highly of his crew. That’s very important. Then I noticed that the AC and heater run less. In the hottest months in the summer the AC doesnt have to contineously run to try and keep up. From the begining Jason our sales rep did a wonderful job answering all of our questions after showing us the product information. Once we finalized the paper work and the windows ordered, it was about three weeks when we received the call that our windows had arrived. We set up an appointment four days later to have them installed. The two guys that came out were very professional and fast. They had all of the windows (17) removed and replaced in about 4 1/2 hours. They picked up all the debris and cleaned up inside the house also. Very pleased with the work Matthew and Phillip? did. The windows look great and I know we are going to notice a big difference in our utility bills. We also have noticed a big difference in noise reduction compared to our old single pane windows. In addition, he followed up every couple of days with either updates or just to check how we were in the rebuilding phase caused by the flood. We were very pleased with the finished product and with how despite still waiting on curtains to cover an otherwise barren 12 ft window, our room does not get nearly as hot as it did with our original windows covered with blackout curtains. Estimate process was very good, but that was about it. However, as doors were being installed, we noticed they were not painted white like we expected them to be. Called our sales rep. No answer, left voicemail. My wife called sales rep and supervisor. No answer so she left voicemails as well. Supervisor called me 2 days after they were installed only because I called the main office first. Very short responses. Kept on saying the company wasn't liable. Never called my wife back. Said he was "out of town." Never came by to actually look at the doors or the trim. He told me to call the Sales Rep then to call him back. Supervisor called back a week after doors were installed to tell me the same thing. He never talked to our sales rep. Went on to say my account was about to go to collections. Manager called. Said same thing. "Are you ready to pay, otherwise will go to collections." He never talked to Sales Rep. How has no one talked to the Sales Rep??? He is your employee. All i have gotten besides my account going to collections is that if the doors were painted they would've been $1200 more. Edit: Finally got a call back from the Sales Rep. He said he thought the doors would be primed white and not natural colored. So whenever you buy new doors from this company, make sure they follow all the steps. Edit 12-11-19: Changed rating. Management was very friendly and worked with us to get this straightened out. Would recommend

I left hardware up for my window blinds and they just did the seal around them instead of asking me to remove them. Not that I think it would be difficult to add sealant myself. Just make sure you have everything removed for your installation.

My only problem is they did not speak english at all. I tried to tell them to leave all my old windows as I use them for art but they took them all. I had called twice before windows being installed to speak to someone about replacing rotten wood underneath the windows and was told they would address that when they got there. However I could not communicate with them so this problem still stands. Was told the wood could be wrapped with vinyl. However, this bad wood really takes away from my beautiful windows on the front of my house.

The appointment was scheduled several days in advance and confirmed the prior day. 20 minutes prior to the appointment I was contacted my the Baton Rouge Office and advised “your salesperson cannot make it today and will need to reschedule”... I explained that we work long hours during the week and that my husband is on call 24/7 and that I needed someone to come today. I was told that it was not possible. I ended the call. I called back a bit later and spoke to Kelsey. I explained to her what happened and she said she would send out a text to the sales group and hopefully someone can make it today. I was EXTREMELY disappointed! I received a call at 3:15 from Mr Billy, asking if anyone had contacted me yet, I said no. He said “perfect, I am on my way and will be there around 5pm”. So promptly, Mr Billy, showed up, we spoke, he demonstrated the window product and we wrote up a contract for 15 windows. Mr Billy was a pleasure to work with and he answered all questions professionally. He spoke to my elderly father as though he was family. I HIGHLY recommend Mr Billy and appreciate him taking the time to drive nearly 2 hours to accommodate our needs. He took time away from his family, after hours. We are thankful!

(Update at bottom of post) At best, the customer service is mediocre... but that seems like a stretch. I have no clue what their product is like. All I wanted was an estimate to replace a sliding glass door. I have scheduled 3 different appointments for them to come give me an estimate. The first two times no one showed up, no one called. Turned out they had the wrong area code for my phone number. (Didn't find that out until after the second no show.) However, when I called to complain about the no-shows, no one bothered to confirm my contact info. They also didn't mention that someone had called but got no answer(I only found that out today). So the second time that no one showed, I called. Was given a bit of a run around, and finally, after the third call, found out that they had the wrong number, the lady said she would fix it and get me an appointment for Monday (since I was calling on a Friday). Well guess what. My third attempted appointment is this afternoon, they said I should get a confirmation call Saturday or maybe Monday morning... here it is after 11am and I still hadn't received a confirmation call. So I called, sat on hold forever... someone answered... I told her my problem and she said "ok, just one moment" then I hear the hold music start again... I sat on hold for an additional 10 minutes before a totally different person answered. I had to reexplain my problem. She said they only only made a note about my phone number instead of actually fixing the number in their system. So now she claims that my number is actually corrected this time. No apologies for the extra hold time. No apologies for the continued mistakes with my contact info. It really doesn't matter at this point though. I'll have them come give me my estimate, but unless they just give me some ridiculously great deal, I've already made up my mind that I will not be using Window World of Baton Rouge for this job. Three attempts at an estimate appointment and someone may or may not show up today, who knows! That does not inspire confidence for a job that involves making a 6ft x 6ft hole in the back of my house. If I can, I guess I'll update this evening on whether or not they actually show up. UPDATE: I upgraded from one star to three. The guy who came out apologized and was very nice and seemed knowledgable. So, for him, I have upgraded my rating. The price he gave seems reasonable. I will consider them for this project.

We had a wonderful guy , Jimmy I think who helped us choose Windows. He was a great guy ! I did have a problem with the girl who booked the appointment. She gave the two g address. I asked the girl to change it , so did the gentleman who helped us. It never got changed. Frustrating . Because they called us to book the appointment 4 times never changing the addresse. I finally told them that I was concerned about it getting delivered to the wrong house , got angry and finally it was changed. The next guy called and tried to change the appointment to.a day earlier. I said no way. He told me to.Please be there at 7:30 , even though my appointment was for 8 . So I aggreed. He did not show up until 10:40. I was angry because it is at a home that is under construction so we sat in the driveway. He did not communicate at all. Frustrating again. Windows are great ! Salesman wonderful ! Office is a mess , and so are the installers. The work looks good .
