We went with Window World again for our latest window upgrade project. The former homeowners had used them to replace a series of windows across the rear living area of our home. After we purchased the home, we consulted several companies and selected Window World. Again, this past summer, we consulted several companies and again went with Window World. Why? Their products are good. Their customer service is good. Their communication is good. Their prices can’t be beat. Would highly recommend them. And we will use them for our next project, which is to replace and upgrade two exterior back doors!

I have a very big defect of never taking my time to give an evaluation of services provided, but today I will do it differently and I come here to recognize this company for the spectacular work they have provided me so far. We changed our windows about 10 years ago and after some research we decided to use Window World for the good price and the warranty, to be honest more for the price because I never believed in a LIFETIME GUARANTEE. But now 10 years later I was completely surprised when I noticed that 5 windows were very fogged up due to having lost the gas that is between the glasses, I believe to block the heat or cold, so I decided to call Window World and explain the problem and promptly they asked me for the window number which was on a sticker on the top inside the window, so they told me that the new windows would be ready in approximately 2 months, I thought to myself, "in 2 months I will call and they will say that there was some problem and they'll stall me until I let it go" but in about 3 weeks they called me saying they were READY. In my whole life I've always had problems trying to use warranty, but I have to admit that I'm completely impressed, I wasn't supposed to be because if the advertising is like that then I was supposed to have this service naturally but in the real world that's not how it works, so today I take the time to thank Window World for its quality and honesty. Highly recommend.

Summary - This is a sales company and the sales process is not designed to provide customers with any information that will point out any of the disadvantages of going with window inserts over full-frame window replacements. Do your own research and watch all of the Houston Window Experts videos to determine exactly what you need. AFAIK, Window world only does frame in frame window replacements also known as inserts. I specifically asked if I was getting inserts and was told no, they will be removing the frame of the old window. They do remove the window stop from the outside and that allows more glass area versus installing from the inside. Sales guy said we will only lose 1/4 inch total width. I can't find this on their website but measured before and after and glass loss is 2.25 inches. You really can't trust what a salesperson tells you unless it is in writing. Also, be ready to clean every inch of your house if you have all your windows replaced. High quality and a good value. Good noise reduction. I was not surprised by anything in the process including the loss of glass, mediocre install(see below about frame rot) and inability to reinstall blinds. Initial sales process - Salesman was not pushy. We have 7 vinyl windows and 21 wood double pane windows almost 30 years old. We decided to get all 28 windows replaced as we are getting the exterior of the window in black(powder coated according to sales guy and $300/window). Went with the 4000 series windows and the solarZone. Replacing all of our existing brick molding trim with PVC so nothing ever needs to be painted again. Total cost is $34,500 with 28 windows and 2 doors. The black exterior and new PVC trim was about half of the cost so it can be much less expensive for a basic white window, glass and metal trim coverings. Sales guy quickly went around the house and measured each window from the inside. Delivery Time - Ordered 12/1/2022. Installed 1/9/2023 Called the office to confirm that the window replacements are full tear outs. Agent said the management team would call me the next day but I did not receive a call. Doors - I am not sure about any warranty on the doors as it is based on the manufacturer. Will need to follow up to find out. One door has been installed and is high quality and installed perfectly. Window Installation - Install was completed in one day. The existing window frames had some rot and I expected this to be replaced but this is not the case even after pointing it out to the installer. Not sure if this was an installer issue or standard practice for the company. They use subcontractors so they can't really control what they do. Since the subs are paid by the window they want to move as fast as possible. They did foam the bottom between the new window frame and sill and the rot was on the bottom sides of the existing frame so hopefully it won't be an issue. We had all of our brick molding, sills and sill noses torn out and replaced with PVC for an extra cost. This takes additional labor and can lead to some damage on the interior trim. Most damage on the interior trim was from the outside trim/sill removal and the rest was from the new sill or window being pushed too far in, disturbing the trim. The installers did an ok job of trying to fix the damage but you should be ready to caulk and paint around your windows on the interior. Had to buy trim for them to fix damage. I have not received any follow up after the install so not sure if they have project managers that check the quality of the install. 4 screens were damaged and the installer noted this and said someone would come out to put new screen material in the frames. 1 vent stop has broken trim the day after the install and put in a warranty request and will update on that process. Update: Quality person came out same week and addressed all minor issues.

The windows had been in place for many years and were in such bad shape there was no hope of a simple repair. The same day I called Window World, Cameron Moore called me to set up an appointment to help me find a solution to my window problem. Cameron suggested I needed 12 new windows. Within days I had a quote from Window World. It was more reasonable than my congregation ever imagined. We immediately contracted with Cameron and window world to do the job. Window World started production of our new windows and within. Few short weeks the job has been completed and my congregation could not be happier. Window World lives up to their promises and claims. I am currently remodeling my home so I am on a strict budget for all that I am trying to get done. I had single pane windows and all the wood around them was rotten. I had 22 windows that had to be replaced. I had 4 companies come out to give me quotes. Karl with Window World came out 3 times before I made the decision to use this company. He gave me the best deal out of all the companies and I was so appreciative of the price I was quoted. My windows were even ready before the time frame I was given. Henry and his AMAZING crew came out and had all of the work completed in 5.5 hours! I watched them work and was amazed at their clear attention to detail. I was so impressed that I bought them all lunch because I knew they were not going to take a break to eat! Other than my new beautiful windows, there was no evidence that they had been here. They cleaned up everything. I could not be more pleased with my windows and the integrity of this company. I was fortunate that there were no supply chain issues that caused any delays. They would have been installed even earlier if my schedule had allowed. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors with confidence! I can't wait to get my new door installed by them as well! 2 years ago, Window World of Atlanta removed and replaced 12 picture windows and a patio door in my back porch. Based upon that experience, in December 2022, when a new need came to replace two windows, I went to Window World again. The primary installers were Edwin and Jason. They were prompt, efficient, mindful of keeping their work area contained, and they did a professional job. The windows turned out well, and they were a vast improvement over the windows they replaced.

Wonderful experience! - The crew were scheduled to be out for installation 12-2pm, and arrived earlier, even gave me a call to let me know they were about 45 minutes out. The crew was fast and cleaned up nicely. The lead crew member came inside, verified how many windows I had, took me around to each window and helped me remove pictures, etc. so not to damage anything - he was very thorough. After the install he came back inside to show me how to open each window, showed me where the serial numbers were and explained the warranty to me. After signing, he asked many times if I had any other questions. I made final payment with them over the phone easily. We had 24 windows replaced, the entire house, and I could tell the difference in noise reduction immediately upon install of my office bedroom windows. We went with the mid-grade low-E, and from the outside looking in there is a nice dark tint to the windows we didn't have before, it seems much more private. Two of our windows (the kitchen and master bath) were taken down from two double hung to one sliding, and they are marvelous! I'm so glad I went with Window World - all of the others I had quotes done with were double the price, and their sales people were super pushy and annoying. Our Window World sales gentlemen was helpful if anything else. I recommend them to anyone replacing windows.

I found this company and needed some window replacements and some other things done on my house. The company sent me Cameron Moore and he was an absolutely amazing salesman and hard worker. Not only did he work with me to get me the best deals for the work I needed done, but the quality of the products he got was top of the line AND included life time warranties! I would not waste my time with anyone else because their price quotes were 2-3x higher than the price point I got from Window World. We are very excited about our new windows and siding! Everything looks amazing and I could not be any happier with the products, the workers and the service. The installers did a fantastic job including cleaning up after themselves. (Final?) Update. On the third visit, I learned that this is a responsible company that tries to do it right for the customer. The company called and offered to replace all caulk around my windows, since the cheap caulk from home Depot cracked. The caulk shortage made them use cheap caulk, and now they fixed it for me free of charge with their own brand caulk. The pics show the cracks of the old caulk, and the fix of the new one. One recommendation: Please ask for the Brazilian team(s). Specifically - ask for Vinni. I raised my stars to 4 of 5 and not to 5 because the metal framing is very cheap and the noise wakes me up when it's raining (same material and maybe even thinner than gutters). If the framing gets bended, there's no fixing - just replacing. At this point, I wait for the replacement of one window since it's leaking. Update - Feb. 2022. After 3-4 reschedules, at least they sent a team to try to temporarily fix the cracks. Unfortunately they didn't remove any of the old caulk - they just put new caulk on top of the old one. it should last at least till next winter, and at that time, my warranty expires and I'm out of luck. I add 2 stars back to the review for the temporary fix. Initial Review - So far I had a terrible experience. We'll see if anything improves in more than a month, when the company can finally send someone to fix the cracks around all the 16 windows they installed just 2 months ago. I hope I can raise my stars then. Please note that the glass area of the windows is smaller than that of competitors. They replace wood around the windows with cheap thin metal sheets similar to thin gutters that make a lot of noise during rain. And then use cheap caulk to fill in the cracks - in some instances - very wide areas.

We had 6 windows replaced this week by window world and they look amazing! The install team was efficient, professional and cleaned up INCLUDING washing the windows! The process from quote, to ordering, to install took about 2 months and was timely and professional with several phone calls in between with updates. Replacing windows is not cheap and but Window World is worth every dollar! Both product and service are incredible. I highly recommend and will use them again.

We had an exceptional experience from the moment Dylan Vitovic arrived to take measurements from the time of install. We ordered our windows the same day Dylan arrived (Nov 29, 2022) and expected to have them installed 6-8 weeks later. However, on Dec 22, 2022 I received a call that our windows were ready and could be installed as soon as Dec 23, 2022. The installation team arrived on time on Dec 23 and stayed until all windows were installed and the debris was cleaned up (well after dark). We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will not hesitate to reach out to Window World when we are ready to replace the remainder of the windows in our home. UPDATE 9/9/22 I received a call from Elaine in escalations and she was able to actually provide me with timing information on when the door would arrive and to let us know we could immediately schedule install of the door- that it wouldn't be months waiting. The door was received a few days after the call, and the install was done about 3 days after that. The crew that installed was quick, professional, and did a good job. We are very happy with our new door! While I had a bad experience with the salesman sent to my house and some customer support phone folks, everything post-escalations was seamless and great. Original: I hate to have to share one of the fewer negative reviews. I'm not sure how they vet their sales folks, but the original person who came to quote us on a single storm door seemed to be intoxicated or hungover. He was disheveled, 2 hours late, and was walking around to other parts of our house trying to quote us on windows and other doors as we were trying to usher him out. When we tried to call back to order the door based on pricing essentially alone, he texted back some weird stuff. Come to find out after calling offices following that, he had been let go. They had not transferred us to another sales person even though we were trying to put in payment. We had to call and ask. The next guy was unorganized and took a week or so to send through payment info. No one at any point in any interaction told us that the single door would take 6-8 weeks to make (even though it was standard and not custom size) and THEN another 6-8 weeks to schedule installation. Of a single door. Now 2 months into the process, summer is ending, and we will not have a storm door installed until likely middle of winter.

Long story short, we have a rental with 2 Windows that have broken seals. Ms Olivia Summerlin found out when the windows were installed and because they were done so long ago, they were not in the “electronic system” yet. I understand this took some digging by her and another person. She then was kind enough to contact our tenant and set up an appointment to have a tech come out and measure the windows that had failed and get them on order for replacement. Our tenant said she was very courteous and professional. He was very excited that (1) She could work around his schedule and (2) that it would all be done so Quickly. We try very hard to keep our tenant happy, safe and comfortable. Therefore, working with our tenant is very important to us. In these times when Customer Service is a dying art, it is so refreshing to have the honor to work with someone like Ms Olivia Summerlin! I hope that here are more like her out in this world of ours.

I bought their windows for our last house. Customer service, installers, everything was top-notch. Their transferrable lifetime warranty made a difference when selling my house. We just ordered all new windows for our new house. Service sucks. Some of the people answering the phone know little of the product. Install, after waiting over 4 months, was not the best, and they didn't have all the parts. Waited 2 more months for those. I got a beautiful door as well....it never worked from day 1 and still doesn't work. Told it would her another month before they could come back. Totally different Window World from before. Totally...Update: The came out with the missing parts for windows and installed them. They are now perfect. The door is better and they are working on making it perfect as well. At the end of the day, although customer service is not the same as it once was, the product has not changed, and they are fantastic windows and I love them.

Sales rep James Skinner came out and went over their windows that they have and recommendation that he had. He was an amazing rep very polite through the whole process and was never pushy. Afterwards showed me the fixed price sheet that they have so you can see exactly where all the numbers come from. We had gotten 3 other quotes from other vendors and they were about 30% cheaper than all the other quotes. We waited to decide to buy about 6 weeks after he initially came out. We got better pricing since we didn't do any financing. Afterwards the windows came in about 4 weeks after being ordered. The crew of 3 (Jeremy, Chris, and Adam) came out and was super polite and on time for the installation. I can't talk enough about how professional they were and could see how much passion that they had in doing quality work the right way. Install took a little longer than expected since we put sliding windows in many spots and so they had to come back the next day (New Year's Day [which was their day off]) to finish the outside so it was about 8 hours of work total. We had 21 windows removed and 13 installed in their place. I would recommend Window World, James Skinner, Jeremy, Chris, and Adam to do their windows any day and have already recommend them to many of our neighbors whom need new windows and our friends who are looking!!!!! Thanks again Window World!!!!!

Picture this.....1971 wooden windows in our house being removed and within 10 minutes a New 2022 Window World Window!!!! Trust is a BIG 5 letter word with a huge weight attached to it. I Trust Window World!!! I initiated contact with Window World in October 2022. I called a competitor first. They couldn't get out to see me for 2 weeks. I went online, filled out the questions and Paul called said he would be over on this side of town (Lilburn) a few days later if it was convenient. Appt day; ) I knew 15 minutes after meeting with Paul that I was a Window World customer. Install day, recieved a call that my windows were in and a crew could come by that day. I was like WHAT! - Thursday before Christmas 2022, Yes, come on to the DoubleMRanch!! The work ethic of my awesome crew was top notch!! They busted tail!!! Background: My 60s era house came with original, single-pane aluminum windows with storm windows on the INSIDE of the house. They were impossible to open, ugly to look at, and had no interior casing, AND they tested positive for lead. When I started pulling quotes for windows, I encountered some extremely aggressive salespeople that tried to use scare tactics to strong-arm me into buying their insanely expensive windows. Sales Process: When speaking to friends about their experience, 2 of them had used Window World and were extremely happy with the result, so I called them and EJ came out for a consultation. It was like night and day! I had a number of custom things I wanted done, such as interior casing and removal of these hideous metal awnings over 2 windows, and EJ worked with me on all of it. He answered all of my questions, was extremely patient, and never once made me feel any pressure about this decision. I'm a first-time homeowner and this is the biggest investment I've put into my house thus far-- it's not a decision to be made lightly! Windows: One of the companies that came out was trying to sell me the "Cadillac" of windows and they quoted me literally 3x the price of Window World. They talked a big game about how incredible the product was and that I wouldn't find anything like it anywhere else. Well, lo and behold, the WW windows were almost identical! All the same great features, plus more (like the ability to flip the panes inwards so you can clean the exterior easily). They look beautiful and they're so easy to open. Installation: I had 25 windows in a 2-story home installed all in a single day. The crew was 4 people and they worked their butts off from start to finish! They arrived on time at 9am and were done around 7:30pm. They communicated well and had a great attention to detail for all the custom work I requested. I would say they cleaned up about 98% of the mess; I had to do a little sweeping here and there but they hauled everything off and it was very little effort on my part overall. There was some confusion at the end of installation day about billing (they got my paperwork mixed up with someone else) but I reached out to EJ that same night and got a response and resolution within minutes. I had multiple calls from WW over the next couple of days to make sure I was happy with the installation and that everything was good. Final Result: The final payoff was so worth the investment! I have had my windows for almost a week now and they're just so gorgeous. They make the whole house look and feel newer and more expensive. I live in Atlanta and the temp dropped drastically this week into below freezing temps every night, but I feel absolutely no heat transfer coming from the windows! There were a couple different issues with getting installation going, including recutting doors that were too small, weather, and a sick installation crew. I wasn't marked as a priority at first despite the delays, but management finally reached and were able to rectify the problems and get everything done within a week. I had them to come over to give me an estimate right after another estimate from a renown company that starts with a “R” left me speechless. I can’t believe the price that they wanted me to pay them for my entire home. Let’s say that he was the price that you will pay for a new car with all the works. I only have about 18 windows and was going for the basic but energy efficient windows. Tim was very respectful. He knew that I didn’t want him to waste my time with the shenanigans. This price was what I wanted to here. Let’s say that I saved 8? Times less with this company and it has a lifetime warranty compared to 20 years. I am glad that I ask my daughter who she has chose to do her windows before I had pulled the plug. The name was Windows World if Alabama. I am very thankful for estimates. No telling how many companies are out to take money out of our pocket just because we want to either do upgrades or be living Energy efficiently. The work has not been done yet. Window World Atlanta is the Best We just had twenty-three windows and a door to our deck replaced by Window World Atlanta, and we endorse this firm wholeheartedly. This was a whole house installation, and we cannot say enough good things about the whole Window World team. Use them! We received five estimates and not only was Window World the most cost-effective, our salesperson Sean P. was the most knowledgeable and upfront. We were very particular about not wanting tinted glass and for Sean P. and Window World, this was not a problem. Untinted glass presented a huge problem for all the other firms. After we placed the order, we were kept up-to-date as the windows were manufactured, shipped from the factory, arrived at the warehouse and finally scheduled for installation. Our installation team consisted of Project Manager Shane D. and Pedro and his crew doing the install. The crew arrived on time around 2:00 after working another project and then worked steadily until we were satisfied at 8:45 that evening. At one point around 7:00 in the evening, the door installation required two seven foot lengths of trim. Instead of reusing the old trim that would have left a ¼ gap at the floor, Pedro sent his men to purchase new trim so that the installation would be done right. Every member of Pedro’s team knew exactly what to do. There was no wasted motion, no conflict and no confusion. When the installation was complete, the site was left spotless including sweeping up, picking up and even vacuuming all construction debris from my house where necessary. Window World provides an extremely high quality product that is backed by a lifetime warranty covering every aspect of their product, and it is fully transferable. All we can add is that we are thrilled with our new windows and door, thrilled with the level of communication, thrilled with the installation and thrilled with both the Window World family and their product. Window World Atlanta is quite simply THE BEST.

We placed the order for 4 new standard windows in late December 2021. We were told it would be March before they were ready, but then it slipped to April, and then again to May. The windows are great and the installers did a great job, but be aware that it was 5 months between my order and the installation. This was a disaster from the beginning. We had to constantly be calling to get our windows installed. The installation crew I must admit was professional and on time. After the installation our home was a lot colder than it was before and we could feel the draft coming from the windows. Called them up in Dec of last year and was told that the earliest they had was 2/2/22 to come out and check it. Today is 2/24/22 and I had to call them again and they have the audacity to tell me the earliest they can come out is 3/14/22. No one there had the decency to contact us and let us know that they wouldn’t be coming out. When I mentioned that I was told that they tried to reach out on 2/1/22 and it went to voicemail and they couldn’t leave a message. That is bull.. they have a contact for myself and my husband as well as our email information. But since they already got paid they have no interest in coming out to fix the mess they made. Cheaper doesn’t mean better.. it cost a fraction to do our whole home with them but the end result was not worth it. This review is posted under my name but the work was done in my husband’s (Wayne Randall)in case they want to say they have no record of doing any work for me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND March 08 Update I just want to post an update to my previous post to say that Window World has come out and correct the issue that was causing the draft and our home feels a lot more comfort comfortable. Thanks to Felecia, Malcolm, Dennis and anyone else who assisted in correcting the matter. I’m still a little disappointed that it took a negative review to get things corrected but it was corrected and I hope that they will listen to customers and communicate as well in order to minimize the negative reviews.

We used Window World in 2019 for a bathroom window install and were 100% satisfied. We gave a 5 star review. We also referred them to 2 different people and they used them as well. There was no question who we would use when it came time to replace the windows on the front of our house. EJ was our sales person both times and was very knowledgeable. The issues started with the scheduling of our install. We would schedule a date, they would confirm (even asked if we could do an earlier date) and call the day before to cancel because they did not have all the materials for the install. Why would they schedule an appointment if they don't have all the materials for the job??? This happened 4-5 times and even once we waited for a confirmed install and they never showed up or called. This went on from the beginning of April until the middle of June. Finally the windows were installed and looked great but we noticed a piece of the vinyl brick mold over our triple window was bent and we were concerned the window was too. Took over a month with several calls on our part but they finally replaced the vinyl piece and said the window was fine. It still looks a little bent to me but we will hope for the best and use our warranty if needed. Overall take is we were excited to use them again, expecting the same great service as the first time, but very disappointed in the customer service we received (almost impossible to get through on their phone system and they are not great about following up). We would not recommend them to anyone again.

My only feedback would be to have the customer service team check in with an update from time to time to let us know how things were progressing.

Must say that I was extremely pleased to have received an immediate call back to reschedule appointment to Friday which was my second selection for reschedule then a second call to offer reinstatement of appointment for today. This shows a high level of professionalism to me as they are staying on top of reviews and attempting to rectify. Other organizations could use them as an example of good customer service. I purchased windows for my home in 2014 and now on second moisture barrier failure. Had appointment confirmed for 10:00 a.m. on 03/15 then received a call after hours indicating that it was cancelled and I had to call back to reschedule. This take all of 10 minutes but was forced to wait another week. Operator disconnected me three times while I was simply attempting to receive an explanation as to why this could not be done earlier. I sincerely hope that they are focusing on hiring more service technicians.

Window World is an excellent organization. We purchased a nice Home in Fayetteville, GA, at the end of 2019, a house built in 1986, and among the things that needed replacement, were the windows, and doors. Windows were not Energy Efficient, were old, and almost all of them were shut, we could not open them, the doors, the same. So we started shipping around for windows and doors replacements, and after having 4 companies visit us, and give us estimates, we decided that Window World was the best value for the money. Starting with the Sales person, that came to visit us, and gave us all the recommendations, and took all the measurements, Mr. Paul Salazar all the way to the Customer Service Representative we contacted, WW has shown a great deal of professionalism and value. Paul was instrumental in us making the decision to go with Window World, as I mentioned before, there were other companies, that offered estimates, but WW was the best value for the money, and Paul gave us confidence, we did not have with the others. The installation day came in, and I was told it will take about 6 hours to finish the job. Me and my wife were skeptical, we have never gone through the experience of windows replacement, so we did not know what to expect, but since our home has 17 windows, and three doors to be replaced, we were not buying it, if you know what I mean. The day of the installation, Igor showed up with his crew, and they did the whole job, including cleaning, and touch up finishes, and adjustments, explanation on how the windows worked, in under 8 hours! Wow, unbelievable. Igor and his crew are a team of professionals: courteous, respectful, great people. Finally, after a couple of days enjoying the windows, we encountered a problem, with one of the windows, we called Customer Service, and Ms. Elaine Eagle answered, and she was very knowledgeable, and helpful, she sent me a link, to videos on how to fix most common problems, that occur with windows, specially, when one is new to such versatile, and easy to operate windows as these ones, and voila, everything was back to normal, we can continue to enjoy our new windows. Did I mention that WW offers a Lifetime warranty on windows and doors? That is why I am giving WW 5 stars, if there were more stars I will give them more, 10, 50, 100! Love this company! Initially we were pleased with our windows and the installation. However, several weeks later we noticed that the seals must have broken because the gas inside the panes was streaky and leaking. We called and Window World assured us they would replace all three of the windows. That was in August and they still have not replaced the windows. The price was good and the initial service and installation was good. Follow up contact and replacement of damaged windows has not been done. I guess since they have our money we are no longer a priority. Update - after several months they replaced the flawed windows

Ordered our 37 outdoor replacement windows, 2 interior windows for our sunroom, one back door and one garage door, the beginning of January 2021. Paul was our sales rep, he was great to work with, responsive with emails and calls. Our estimated install was said to be beginning of April. April came and went and no windows. We then started to call customer service every 2 -4 weeks to get an update. PVC shortage was what we were told the hold up was, which we knew it was in high demand. We finally had our windows installed middle of July. Our installers were great, worked very hard and got them all done in 2 days! We are happy with our windows, just wish it hadn’t taken almost 7 months to get them, but we ordered them in the middle of a pandemic and Texas Ice storm (where a lot of PVC comes from, we have learned).

Then I recently had 6 new replacement windows to the front of the house and the install quality work was OUTSTANDING. I called window world based off two different referrals. The guy came out and counted the windows and got the specs I wanted. Window World uses averages so each double hung window is the same price, each picture window is the same price, size not important. This can work for your benefit or against it. They provide you with alot of options but everything is itemized and you are charged for everything. So while the window may only be $239 at it's base, once you add argon/low-e, full screens, grids, install, and trim that takes the window up to $500-600. I did have a pleasant talk with the sales rep and they do have great prices but I couldn't figure out how they added up numbers on the estimate. They gave one number of 15k but he could do 14k. I added up all the itemized items and got 13k. Not saying he was being sly but even home depot was cheaper than them at this point and home depot would be safer if I had issues with install. I didn't choose Window World as The Window Store had a better quote and the sales rep is owner as well. Whereas Window World sent me an email and text asking to move forward, I replied back with a couple questions and was ghosted. I might have tried to work with them but they ignored my questions.

Unfortunately the COVID hit and the work date had to be postponed. However the sales team was great at communicating and fitted us into an open time slot just a few weeks later. They cleaned up, reviewed the newly fitted windows with us and ensured we were entirely satisfied with their work. The windows look great and filter out a lot of the outside noise. Our full window install took over 6 months and multiple phone calls to make right. Window world is very affordable but I’m not sure I would have them out for another job based on my personal experience. Their purchase experience is simple and easy to understand but it became obvious at install that our salesman did not convey the needs our project entailed or that we brought up during our meeting. It was awkward telling the install crew that they were not going to finish this job today because it wasn’t right. We do like our windows and have enjoyed them since the install was complete. Note to their credit I was compensated fairly for a poor overall experience.

Window World replaced 5 windows for us. In terms of price, they were by far the best. My experience with the sales associate (James) was very good. He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the best price. At the time, I had some concerns as I read some of the bad reviews about the crews not showing up on time and/or having to reschedule. James assured me they would do the job on the day they originally scheduled and they did. About 7 weeks after ordering the windows they completed the installation. It would have been 6 weeks but I was on vacation. I was told Bruno would come out to do the job at James' request. Instead, they sent out another crew led by Enrique. They did an amazing job. They were super friendly and they left my home in the condition they found it. The windows look amazing! My wife and I are extremely happy with how they turned out. The job was done right at the best price. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is originally I was told Bruno would come at 9 am but he was unable to do the job that day. So instead they moved the appointment back to between 12-2 on the same day and sent a different crew. This is no fault to the crew that came out. They did a fabulous job and showed up within the time span I was told. The job was done on the day promised, but the original crew and time was not what I was told originally. Nevertheless, I'm thankful I got the windows done on the day promised. Therefore, I have about 15 more windows in my house to replace and I will use Window World again. The product and the price is hard to beat.

We ordered a new set of windows from Window World of Atlanta for our house in Brookhaven, GA. We were recommended to them by our next door neighbor who did A LOT of research on all window companies. After some initial and understandable delays from the company due to Covid-19 and our small change order, we received great service. I see a lot of negative reviews centering around long delays in their installation. As of the late April, 2021, our time from contract-signing to installation was only 35 days. Pros: • I love the half-screen concept. This means that the windows let in more light - in fact, after cleaning them, I can't even tell there's a window at the top half of each window! It's bright and clear. • I love that they can tilt open to be able to clean the inside and outside of each pain from inside your house. • Update: winter has come and they are a LOT more insulating than our old windows. Cons: • My biggest complaint is that these are SMALLER windows than my old ones. This is because each window not only has its own frame, but then there's a frame around the whole thing as well. As a result, the glass portion our new windows are 2 inches narrower than the old ones were. • My second biggest complaint is that my existing inset blinds no longer fit. Again, this is due to the extra frame that goes around these windows. I've now got some unexpected expenses in replacing or retrofitting them. • They are hard to open. You really have to muscle them open - much more than my old windows that had a spring system to lighten the weight. • Finally, the extra frame makes them look like they have bigger trim from the outside, which makes it look like they don't match the windows we didn't replace from outside the house. When they showed the demo window frame, I assumed the frame represented our existing window box, but they install the whole thing INSIDE your window box.

Jonathan and his crew (3 guys) were so professional and FAST. They moved expeditiously and did very good work. In total no more than roughly 5 hrs it took them from start to finish to complete all 21 of our windows and install new storm door. I've had experience with WWoA in my childhood home and thats been well over 10 years and windows are still doing amazing. I originally ordered 8 windows for my entire condo in June, 2021. They were received in August and installed in early September. Everything went very well, the construction and installation, and was very timely considering the Covid situation these days. On the top sash of one of the double hung living room windows there was what we thought was a scratch, so a new window was ordered. EJ Wys came out to install it. He was very efficient and professional and timely. He said that it was probably glue inside the window panes and not a scratch. He helped clean a few other windows and we noticed a similar situation in the bottom sash of the other living room window. Again, it was glue inside the panes that could not be cleaned. He said that Window World would take care of that one too. I really thank him for noticing that and allowing me to get another window. I called customer service today and Kiah ordered the other window with the number on the casing. My appreciation to EJ Wys for this observation and his timely service. I will wait for the other window and will continue to recommend Window World!

The sales person was informative during the first visit and the price presented was reasonable. However things changed quickly. After waiting several weeks for the windows to arrive (which was communicated during the initial sale) the installers arrived and re-measured the windows to find one of the eleven windows to install was measured incorrectly by the sales Rep and they had to reorder it. At that point the installers wanted to leave without installing any of the windows. They arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon so there was enough time to complete the ten correct windows. After going back and forth between the installer and the project manager it was agreed they would complete the two windows in my son's rooms so they can return their rooms to normal since beds and dressers had to be moved for the installation. Well, the installer replaced the two windows and sealed them from the inside but did complete the installation on the outside leaving the windows without the aluminum sill and trim. They explained it would be okay until they returned in 3 to 4 weeks with the the correct single window. I then called window world to complain and texted pictures but again was told the same, it would be okay. This was frustrating because for the next 3 weeks we were reminded daily with concern of water damage to the house. Of course this was during the time of the major storms in Atlanta. Three weeks later the installers return to complete the job. The install went well but the clean up not so good. A little after they left we let our dogs out to play and noticed sunflower seed shells all over near the work site. We also found pieces of glass which we assumed were from the replaced windows. I like the product and price, but based on the experience I would be hesitant to recommend Window World of Atlanta

Julie handled scheduling of the install and she was very prompt with collecting feedback and taking any necessary action or follow ups to ensure our satisfaction. The install crew confirmed upon arrival of a half-day install but then that changed to get everything finished inside and return next morning for caulking outside to finish. That changed too with having to store 4 windows in our garage overnight and would finish next morning in less than 2 hours. The next day it took 4 hours with an additional crew member. Day 3 they returned with the project manager to handle several small outstanding items and made good on everything, thanks to Julie and Carter. Love the new windows!

Our salesperson, Luis, was knowledgeable and did not pressure us, the office staff was very friendly and organized while managing the scheduling of the installation, the installers were all very polite, neat and cleaned up after themselves, and several people reached out to us post-install to make sure everything went as planned and that we were completely satisfied. We got quotes from three other companies and none of them were nearly as impressive as Window World; one was super high pressure sales and one sales rep was not at all polished. He never told me another person was going to need me to meet a couple of weeks later. I do not live at the residence so this is a big deal. I was given a window of 2 to 4. I showed up and waited to 4pm. I had to reach out to the company. They told me it was going to be close to 7pm before he could make it. The day of delivery they took the blinds down and installed they windows then looked at my husband and said, oh, it is extra to reinstall the blinds and we do not have time today. Charging for replacing the blinds was never discussed period!

In 2008 I had Window World replaced all my windows and a sliding glass door. They look as good and work as well today as the did when they were installed. My electric bill is lower. I am able to clean my windows up and down, inside and out with ease. There is less noise and dust from outside. I, like many others, have to warranty my equipment and service. It can sometimes be a daunting task. When we recognized the issue, WindowWorld & Larry, put their money where their mouths are. They started by replacing every sash in our home (27 windows). When that didn’t solve the issue they came in and replaced the entire window and frame. Then framed out the sills with metal. I’ve never, ever experience customer service like this. Not only did he make the minor repairs on my screen door and window, he noticed when he was leaving that my bathroom door would not close properly. He shared a trick with me about the screws I was using. I told him I would try it and he said he could show me and it would only take a few minutes! I have had a great experience with window world from start to installation. The process was very straight forward. Upon completing my research with several companies, I decided to get an estimate from window world. The representative came out and discussed my options and I decided to move forward. I was informed at that time that due to high volume my window installation time would be anywhere from 6-8 weeks. Upon my approval my order was submitted. It is now October 25th and I have had my windows for approximately one month. The installation process was great. The installer was very personable and thorough in his work. I was informed of each step along the way. He even installed blinds after completing my windows. My home was cooler and now that the cooler weather has begun, it also retains more heat. I really love the new look inside and out. So thanks window world!!!!

Update. 03-15-21. Window World showed up and did our install in January. I will have to say I was frustrating by the in house communication but the install work exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the final work and cleanup. I scheduled them to do the rest of my windows that were were in decent shape. They were more open with the timeline this go around. Told me about 60-90 days out. I am ok with that knowing it up front. I was so impressed with quality of the windows and casing I had to get the rest of them done. I would recommend them now. Just understand you are going to wait awhile. They will show up. Thank you. Changing from a 1 Star to a 4. Warning. Hope you read this before doing business here. My windows have been ordered going on 12 weeks. Had to call and to get an update every time. Was told looking at another 4-5 weeks. Now mid February 2021. We can’t blame everything on Covid. Read the other reviews. Had I known this I would of paid little more more dependable service and went somewhere else. This whole adventure feels like a scam. Pay the extra $1000 and go somewhere else. This was not worth the discount. Not happy at all with this company service. Still waiting. No windows. Don’t keep sending your sales people out if you can’t supply the product. This place is a JOKE.

I ordered my doors August 2020, front and back security doors for my home. I paid half of the price back in August. I was told 8-10 weeks. Here it is, January 2021, waiting an hour later, still no one has arrived for my scheduled appointment time. I had to call several times each month and it took them until December to give me an update on my doors. My doors were in stock in December b and I was supposed to have an appointment in December. They cancelled my appointment and rescheduled me for January. The day of appointment, I am still calling to see when they will show up. I am not appreciating this at all because I had to schedule off of work and they still have not shown up to start the work. The prices are good compared to other places. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have went with another company. I understand delays because of Covid, but they need to be honest with their customers. Follow-up: I finally received my doors. They are beautiful and the contractors did a good job. My issues was with the lack of follow-up with customer service. I understand delays, due to the pandemic. But if 8-10 weeks becomes 5 months, they should call the paying customer. They did receive half of the payment upon me signing the contract.

Had a great experience with Window World. We had fourteen original 1968 windows which were non functional. The salesman Chuck was very thorough in answering all of my questions. Alex and his crew were great during the installation of the windows, cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Julie checked in afterwards to make sure everything went as planned. It took less than three weeks from the time I signed the contract to the time the windows were installed. That may not be the norm, they told me it could be 6-8 weeks for the windows to be manufactured. I was expecting everything to be done by the end of October but now I have the entire month to enjoy the beautiful weather since I am now able to open my windows! I have heard of people having issues with warranty work down the line, so that remains to be seen, but so far so good!

Window World was the 2nd Company I spoke with regarding placing my windows. I was impressed with the sales person so I purchased at that time. The delivery date was 4 weeks longer than I was told but I got past that. When I called customer service several times they were very helpful. My issue was the delivery. The day before my scheduled install no one ever called me with a install window time so again I called customer service. I was told 9 to 11. At 11 no show or call so I called back and was told 12 to 2. Then again no show. Called again and was told 2 to 4. By this time my blood was boiling. Finally the guys came at 3:30. We planned our entire day on the time we were told. The install was great and I love my windows but don't plan your day around the time they tell you. Mark off the entire day!!

The guys that came to install the windows were great. They were quick, but very accurate with the install. It was amazing how they took out the old windows and fit the new ones perfectly! They cleaned up very well with a vacuum after they were done. One thing that was of particular interest is they did not want to enter the house with their dirty feet, but go around the house outside. Very friendly and courteous. They were even smiling as they did their work, you don't see a lot of that these days. I would definitely use Window World again.

They came out to install my windows on the agreed date. The installers did not have the proper materials they needed to do the job so they told me that someone would call me to reschedule. They showed up a few days later un announced and said they were here to install. We had to send them away because we were not prepared to have this work done. Someone called me and said we will get back to you when we can install your windows. I haven't heard back and they think the job was done and asked for this review. So far not impressed.
